Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation de produits de puits de forage de gisements de condensat gazeux pour le transport, notamment, des procédés de préparation sur site de gaz et de condensat gazeux pour le transport par pipeline à phase unique, et peut s'utiliser en industrie pétrolière et gazière. On propose un procédé de préparation de gaz et de condensat gazeux pour le transport, qui comprend le mélange du produit de fond de puits des gisements de condensat gazeux au produit de transformation catalytique, la séparation du mélange en gaz de séparation et condensat, suivie d'une déshydratation, d'un dessalement et d'une stabilisation du condensat, avec génération d'un condensat gazeux stable et d'un gaz de stabilisation, puis un séchage et un strippage du gaz de séparation, avec production d'un gaz strippé sec et d'une fraction large d'hydrocarbures légers, puis la transformation catalytique du mélange de gaz de stabilisation et du mélange étendu de fractions d'hydrocarbures légers. Le résultat technique est un meilleur rendement en termes de gaz préparé et de condensat gazeux stable, l'absence de déchets et de produits semi-prêts.
