技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,具体涉及一种复合型智能终端接线装置及 插头装置。
背景技术
目前均釆用联合接线端子盒, 为螺丝和金属滑片式连接, 为保证电流不回 路始终处于短路状态 (不短路), 需严格按照相关规程操作, 对操作人员有一 定要求, 并且仍然有操作及接线出错的案例发生。 而且金属端子棵露, 需要人 工拨动以便更改电流二次回路接线或对二次电流进行短接,存在较大的安全隐 患, 过去曾多次发生过安全事故。
在电力系统中, 用于贸易结算的电能表(电度表)作为法定计量仪表必须 进行周期校验。传统的测试校验方法是在安装传统联合接线端子盒的电能表屏 处, 拨动或并联电流、 电压金属连片, 用比被校电能表准确度等级更高的标准 表与现场安装的电能表在同一计量二次回路中进行实负荷下的误差比对。将标 准表接入计量二次回路的过程中,会有可能发生由于拨动电流金属连片、 夹取 电压信号造成电流二次回路开路或电压二次回路短路等危害人身、设备安全的 情况。
因此,如何提供一种既能保证操作安全, 又能提高工作效率的接线装置是 本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复合型智能终端接线装置及插头装置,既能保证安全又能 提高工作效率。 本发明实施例提供一种复合型智能接线装置, 该接线装置为盒状结构, 包 括: 顶部接线端、 底部接线端和侧面设置的复合插座;
所述顶部接线端、底部接线端和复合插座上的端子——对应; 所有端子之 前相互绝缘;
所述复合插座的每个端子内部为簧片式结构,每个簧片包括上簧片和下簧 片; 所述上簧片和下簧片通过接触面导通;
所述顶部接线端的一端用来连接所述复合插座上的上簧片;
所述底部接线端的一端用来连接所述复合插座上的下簧片。

需要说明的是, 所述端子——对应指的是位置和数目均——对应。 例如, 该复合型智能终端接线装置适用于三相四线制电能表的场合时, 可 以在顶部接线端 1、 底部接线端 2和复合插座 3上均设置 10个端子, 分别为 三相电流的 6个, 每相电流进一个端子, 出一个端子; A、 B、 C三相电压各 一个端子, 还有一个 N线端子。 当然, 可以根据需要多设置几个端子备用。 本发明实施例中不具体限定端子的具体数目。可以理解的是,也可以适用于三 相三线制的场合。
所述复合插座的每个端子内部为簧片式结构,每个簧片包括上簧片和下簧 片; 所述上簧片和下簧片通过接触面导通;
所述顶部接线端的一端用来连接所述复合插座上的上簧片;
所述底部接线端的一端用来连接所述复合插座上的下簧片。
本发明实施例提供的复合型智能接线装置, 可以起到很好的连接作用, 所 述顶部接线端的另一端连接贸易结算或普通电能表;所述底部接线端的另一端 连接计量二次回路。 并且侧面设置的复合插座可以插接外部校验用标准表,使 用方便, 校验简单。 釆用插拔时的结构可以实现实时校对。 该接线装置, 一次 安装即可使用, 不用像现有技术那样每次需要改动接线, 并且没有端子棵露在 外边, 这样更加安全, 同时由于其封闭的结构与独特的接入方式也可以防止通 过改动计量二次回路进行窃电行为的发生。
下面结合剖面图来介绍本发明实施例提供的复合插座内的簧片结构。
继续参见图 1。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 所述复合插座中的每个端子对应至少两组簧 片叠加在一起。
下面以复合插座中的每个端子设置两组簧片叠加在一起为例进行介绍。可 以理解的是, 也可以设置三组, 四组, 五组等。 只要每个端子设置的簧片组数 大于或等于 2组即可。
如图 1所示, 复合插座中的每个端子对应设置两组簧片叠加在一起; 需要说明的是,本发明中的每组簧片指的是上簧片 4和下簧片 5成对设置, 并且上簧片和下簧片是常闭触点, 即接触导通的。
下面继续结合图 1 中的双簧片的示意图来介绍本发明提供的一种双簧片 的实现方式。 参见图 1。 只不过在本实施例中, 为了生成制造的方便,将两组簧片的上簧片集成在 一起, 两组簧片的下簧片集成在一起, 分别均由一片来完成, 即上簧片 4折弯 成前后两个接触面, 下簧片 5折弯成前后两个接触面。 其实, 图 1所示的双簧 片的前一个簧片和后一个簧片中间是可以断开的。即两个上簧片直接是可以断 开没有连接的, 两个下簧片也是可以断开没有连接的。
所述两组簧片的上簧片和下簧片分别折弯成前后两个接触面, 上簧片 4 和下簧片 5的前后两个接触面分别导通。
下面说明本发明设置双簧片的优 ,
电流信号的现场校验釆集釆用串联方式,将电流信号串联至外部校验用标 准表的电压输入端子。外部校验用标准表上的插头端子在插入过程中 ,上簧片、 下簧片分别通过导线连接至外部校验用标准表的电流输入、 输出端子, 其中: 插头端子顶开第一组簧片时, 电流信号分流至外部校验用标准表, 第二组簧片 保持接触,保持贸易结算电能表或普通电能表正常获取电流信号; 插头端子继 续往前插入,插头端子顶开第二组簧片, 此时电流信号全部切换至外部校验用 标准表, 然后流向贸易结算电能表或普通电能表, 贸易结算电能表或普通电能 表和外部校验用标准表仍始终保持获取电流信号。整个过程中电流信号可以始 终处于连接状态 (即电流不会断路)。
与电流校验的情况相似, 电压信号的现场校验釆集釆用并联方式,将电压 信号并联至外部校验用标准表的电压输入端子。外部校验用标准表的插头端子 在插入过程中, 上、 下两簧片通过电压短接线并联, 并传递至外部校验用标准 表的电压输入端子, 同时先后顶开第一组、 第二组簧片, 这种结构使得电压信 号始终传递至贸易结算电能表或普通电能表,也使得外部校验用标准表可以釆 集到电压信号。 整个过程电压信号始终处于连接状态 (即电压不会短路)。
优选地, 复合型智能终端接线装置中设有 10组簧片, 在正常工作状态中 每组簧片的上下簧片均处于导通状态,来自二次计量回路中的电压电流信号可 以直接经过簧片流向贸易结算电能表或普通电能表。
基于以上实施例提供的一种复合型智能终端接线装置,本发明还提供了一 种与其对应的插头装置,用来插接在接线装置上利用外部校验用标准表对贸易 结算电能表或普通电能表进行校验。 参见图 2, 该图为本发明提供的插头装置立体图。
本实施例提供的插头装置, 包括: 插头 8和接线端 7;
所述插头 8位于插头装置的前端, 所述插头为导电金属片;
所述接线端 7位于插头装置的后端,所述接线端 7—端与所述导电金属片 连接。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的插头装置是与图 1对应的接线装置对应一 起使用的。使用该插头装置可以插接在接线装置的复合插座上, 即插头 8插进 复合插座的端子上。这样可以实现外部校验用标准表对贸易结算电能表或普通 电能表的校验。 使用方便简单, 并且安全可靠, 只需要一个插接动作即可。
继续参见图 2, 本实施例提供的插头装置, 还可以包括安全罩 6; 所述安 全罩 6为绝缘材料;
所述安全罩 6用于罩设在所述接线端 7外部。安全罩 6可以起到电气隔离 作用, 保护使用操作人员的安全。
下面结合图 3和图 4详细介绍本发明实施例提供的插头。
参见图 3 , 该图为本发明实施例提供的插头俯视图。
参见图 4, 该图为本发明实施例提供的插头侧视图。
插头 8—般由导电金属片实现, 如图所示, 分为三层平面结构, 其中, 上 层和下层均为导电金属片, 中间层为绝缘层;
所述上层导电金属片和下层导电金属片均连接所述接线端 7的一端; 所述接线端 7的另一端连接外边校验仪表。
优选地, 所述导电金属片为铜片。
插头装置中无电压短接线, 上、 下两铜片件处于绝缘、 断开状态, 插头插 入复合型智能终端接线装置后, 只有下铜片与前后双簧片的下端接触,保持有 来自二次计量回路的电压信号,而上铜片至贸易结算电能表或普通电能表端处 于断开状态, 无任何电压信号,保证了操作人员在装卸关口电能表需要拧金属 螺丝时不会有任何触电风险, 保证了人员的生命安全。
插头装置中的电流回路有电流短接线, 其作用是切换电流回路。正常工作 是来自二次计量回路的电流信号从复合型智能终端接线装置的电流输入端子 流入, 至贸易结算电能表或普通电能表的电流输入端子, 然后从贸易结算电能 表或普通电能表的输出端子经复合型终端智能接线装置流回至二次计量回路, 整个回路是一个完整的电流环。
因此,在进行换表操作时, 电流信号不再流经贸易结算电能表或普通电能 表, 只从复合型智能终端接线装置内部流过, 所以插头的电流输入输出端子下 铜片使用电流短路线连接,使来自二次计量回路的电流信号从此处通过, 上部 至贸易结算电能表或普通电能表的部分全部断开。整个过程中二次计量回路电 流信号始终处于连接状态 (即电流不会断路)。
参见图 5 , 该图为插头装置插接在接线装置上的示意图。
本发明以上实施例提供的复合型智能接线装置和插头装置,简化了工作人 员带电作业时的操作程序, 从技术改进角度为电力生产安全运行提供了保障。 它起到了省工、 省时、 保证安全生产的功效。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式上的 限制。 虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用以限定本发明。 任何 熟悉本领域的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明技术方案范围情况下, 都可利用上述 揭示的方法和技术内容对本发明技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰 ,或修改 为等同变化的等效实施例。 因此, 凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容, 依据本 发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰, 均仍属 于本发明技术方案保护的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种复合型智能接线装置, 其特征在于, 该接线装置为盒状结构, 包 括: 顶部接线端、 底部接线端和侧面设置的复合插座;
所述顶部接线端、底部接线端和复合插座上的端子——对应; 所有端子之 前相互绝缘;
所述复合插座的每个端子内部为簧片式结构,每个簧片包括上簧片和下簧 片; 所述上簧片和下簧片通过接触面导通;
所述顶部接线端的一端用来连接所述复合插座上的上簧片;
所述底部接线端的一端用来连接所述复合插座上的下簧片。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的复合型智能接线装置, 其特征在于, 所述复合 插座中的每个端子对应至少两组簧片叠加在一起。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的复合型智能接线装置, 其特征在于, 所述复合 插座中的每个端子对应设置两组簧片叠加在一起;
所述两组簧片的上簧片和下簧片分别折弯成前后两个接触面,上簧片和下 簧片的前后两个接触面分别导通。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的复合型智能接线装置, 其特征在于, 所述复合 插座适用于三相三线制或三相四线制。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的复合型智能接线装置, 其特征在于, 所述顶部接线端的另一端连接贸易结算电能表或普通电能表;
所述底部接线端的另一端连接计量二次回路。
6、 一种与权利要求 1相对于的插头装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 插头和接 线端;
所述插头位于插头装置的前端, 所述插头为导电金属片;
所述接线端位于插头装置的后端, 所述接线端一端与所述导电金属片连 接。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的插头装置, 其特征在于, 所述导电金属片分为 三层平面结构, 其中, 上层和下层均为导电金属片, 中间层为绝缘层;
所述上层导电金属片和下层导电金属片均连接所述接线端的一端; 所述接线端的另一端连接外部校验用标准表。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的插头装置, 其特征在于, 还包括安全罩; 所述安全罩为绝缘材料;
所述安全罩用于罩设在所述接线端外部。
9、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的插头装置, 其特征在于, 所述导电金属片 为铜片。
