在该技术方案中, 通过将换能器 1 固定在阀块 3外部, 使换能器 1与 液体介质 (如液压油) 隔离, 保证了换能器 1的正常使用; 发射头 4伸入 滤网 6内部,使其发射的超声波直接作用于滤网 6, 减少了超声波在传递过 程中的功率损失, 降低了滤网 6上杂质的粘附力, 减小了过滤器的压力损 失, 提升了滤网 6的通流能力, 同时避免了传统清洗方式对滤网 6的损伤, 延长了滤网 6的使用寿命; 过滤与清洗同时进行, 降低了过滤器维护频率, 操作筒便, 提高了生产效率; 入口 P与容腔连通时, 出口 T则与滤网的内 部连通; 入口 P与滤网 6的内部连通时, 出口 T则与容腔连通, 通过此两 种连通方式均可以满足过滤器的过滤使用要求。
如图 1所示, 优选地, 该超声波清洗过滤器还包括连接法兰 2, 换能器 1与发射头 4通过连接法兰 2连接并传递能量,连接法兰 2与阀块 3固定连 接。 在该技术方案中, 连接法兰 2与阀块 3固定连接, 换能器 1和发射头 4 通过连接法兰固定连接, 提升了该超声波清洗过滤器的整体稳定性, 连接 法兰 2可以传递换能器的能量至发射头, 确保了超声波装置的正常运行。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 连接法兰 2与阀块 3之间设置有密封装 置。 在该技术方案中, 连接法兰 2与阀块 3之间设置有密封装置, 避免了 液体介质的泄露, 提升了该超声波清洗过滤器的整体密封性。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 该超声波清洗过滤器还包括变幅杆, 变 幅杆设置于换能器 1与连接法兰 2之间; 或, 变幅杆设置于连接法兰 2与 发射头 4之间。 在该技术方案中, 通过增加变幅杆可以改变超声波发声功 率, 以适应不同的液体介质、 滤网种类和滤网过滤精度等工作场合, 增强 了该超声波清洗过滤器的适用性。
如图 1所示, 优选地, 该超声波清洗过滤器还包括端盖 7, 端盖 7安装 在滤筒 5上。 在该技术方案中, 端盖 7对滤筒 5内的滤网 6起固定作用, 同时该端盖 7也起到密封作用。
在上述技术方案中, 进一步地, 该超声波清洗过滤器还包括安装于端 盖 7上的排污接头 8, 排污接头 8与滤网 6的内部连通; 或, 排污接头 8与 容腔连通。
具体而言, 在入口 P与容腔连通, 出口 T与滤网 6的内部连通的方案 中, 排污接头 8与容腔连通; 在入口 P与滤网 6的内部连通, 出口 T与容 腔连通的方案中, 排污接头 8与滤网 6的内部连通。
在该技术方案中, 当入口 P与容腔连通, 出口 T与滤网 6的内部连通 时, 排污接头 8与容腔连通; 当入口 P与滤网 6的内部连通, 出口 T与容 腔连通时, 排污接头 8则与滤网 6的内部连通, 同时该排污接头 8连接着 球阀, 通过打开球阀可定期将杂质排出, 操作筒单方便, 使该超声波清洗 过滤器始终保持高效的过滤能力。
如图 1所示, 在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 发射头 4上设置有多个具 有斜面的碟形体。 在该技术方案中, 发射头 4上设置有多个具有斜面的碟 形体, 这增加了超声波发射的工作面, 使发射的超声波可以全方位覆盖至 滤网 6, 提升了超声波清洗过滤器的清洗效果。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 发射头 4伸入滤网 6内部的长度不小于 滤网 6纵向长度的 2/3。 在该技术方案中, 发射头伸入滤网内部的长度不小 于滤网 6纵向长度的 2/3 , 保证了发射头 4发射的超声波可以全方位覆盖至 滤网 6, 从而提升了该超声波清洗过滤器的清洗效果。
超声波清洗过滤器的工作原理为:
换能器 1用于将输入的电能转化, 换能器 1通过连接法兰 2固定于阀 块 3上, 换能器 1与液体介质隔离;
连接法兰 2用于固定和密封, 避免液体介质泄露, 并传递换能器 1转 化的能量至发射头 4;
发射头 4伸入滤网 6内部, 发射超声波, 直接对滤网 6进行清洗, 真 正实现了一边过滤, 一边清洗;
滤网 6的底部通过排污接头 8可将杂质排出。
滤网 6的过滤和滤网 6的清洗同时进行, 高效, 操作筒便。
换能器 1的直径和长度、 发射头 4的直径和长度都可以适度更改, 也 可增加变幅^以适应不同的工作场合, 比如不同的液体, 滤网种类、 过滤 精度和过滤器的尺寸大小等。
超声波过滤器过滤效果好, 操作筒便, 大大延长了滤网的使用寿命, 使滤芯始终保持高效的过滤能力, 并且不会随着使用增加压力损失, 不会 减弱过滤器的通流能力, 延长了过滤器的使用寿命, 减少了过滤器的维护 频率。
此外, 本实用新型实施例还提供了一种液压系统, 该液压系统设置有 上述实施例中所述的任一种超声波清洗过滤器。
另外, 本实用新型实施例还提供了一种工程机械, 该液压系统设置有 上述实施例中所述的任一种超声波清洗过滤器或液压系统。
本实用新型提供的上述技术方案, 具有如下有益效果:
超声波清洗过滤器通过滤网阻截杂质, 从而过滤流入阀体的液体介质, 并通过伸入滤网内部的发射头源源不断的向外发射出超声波, 对滤网进行 清洗, 使过滤后附着在滤网上的杂质纷纷脱落, 或者形成一种 "悬浮" 状 态, 杂质与滤网只是普通的接触, 粘附力很低, 不会卡到滤网的网孔内形 成堵塞, 对过滤器的压力损失和通流能力的负面影响很小, 通过滤筒底部 的排污接头可定期排出杂质, 过滤器的过滤能力始终保持高性能。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本实用新 型, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本实用新型可以有各种更改和变化。 凡 在本实用新型的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本实用新型提供的一种超声波清洗过滤器、 液压系统以及工程机械, 能够减少超声波在传递过程中的功率损失, 降低滤网上杂质的粘附力, 减 小过滤器的压力损失, 提升滤网的通流能力, 同时避免传统清洗方式对滤 网的损伤, 延长滤网的使用寿命, 使过滤与清洗同时进行, 降低过滤器的 维护频率, 操作筒便, 提高了生产效率。 因此, 本实用新型具有工业实用 性。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种超声波清洗过滤器, 包括阀块(3)、 滤筒 (5) 和滤网 (6), 所述滤筒( 5 )安装在所述阀块( 3 )上, 所述滤网( 6 )安装在所述滤筒( 5 ) 内部, 所述滤筒 (5) 内壁和所述滤网 (6)外壁之间形成容腔, 所述阀块 (3)上设置有入口和出口,
其特征在于, 还包括超声波装置, 所述超声波装置包括换能器(1 )和 发射头(4), 所述换能器(1 ) 固定在所述阀块(3)外部, 所述换能器(1 ) 传递能量至所述发射头 (4), 所述发射头 (4)伸入所述滤网 (6) 内部: 所述入口与所述容腔连通, 所述出口与所述滤网 (6) 的内部连通; 或, 所述入口与所述滤网(6)的内部连通, 所述出口与所述容腔连通。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的超声波清洗过滤器, 其特征在于, 还包括连 接法兰 (2), 所述换能器(1 )与所述发射头 (4)通过所述连接法兰 (2) 连接并传递能量, 所述连接法兰 (2)与所述阀块(3) 固定连接。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的超声波清洗过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述连接 法兰 (2) 与所述阀块(3)之间设置有密封装置。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的超声波清洗过滤器, 其特征在于, 还包括变 幅杆, 所述变幅杆设置于所述换能器(1 )与所述连接法兰(2)之间; 或, 所述变幅杆设置于所述连接法兰 (2)与所述发射头 (4)之间。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的超声波清洗过滤器, 其特征在 于, 还包括端盖(7), 所述端盖(7)安装在所述滤筒 (5)上。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的超声波清洗过滤器, 其特征在于, 还包括安 装于所述端盖( 7 )上的排污接头( 8 ), 所述排污接头( 8 )与所述滤网 ( 6 ) 的内部连通; 或, 所述排污接头 (8)与所述容腔连通。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的超声波清洗过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述发射 头 (4)上设置有多个具有斜面的碟形体。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的超声波清洗过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述发射 头(4 )伸入所述滤网(6 )内部的长度不小于所述滤网(6 )纵向长度的 2/3。
9. 一种液压系统, 其特征在于, 设置有权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述 的超声波清洗过滤器。
10. 一种工程机械, 其特征在于, 设置有权利要求 1至 8中任一项所 述的超声波清洗过滤器或权利要求 9所述的液压系统。
