[0002] 现有的除污器和换热器、是两个独立设备,在低温换热系统中,采用两套设备,造成热能的损失,本技术将两套设备合二为一,将水系统的内部流体杂质、钙镁离子化合物等污浊物的清理和排出。又能将热能高效的置换出来,随着投入使用时间的累积和设备使用的疲劳,污浊物的排出会变得越来越困难,同时也会有大量的垢体开始在器壁、挡板(隔板)等表面附着,给清洗带来较大困扰。

1.一种除污、反冲洗高效换热器,其特征在于:壳体(3)的两端分别固定左、右端头(1、9 ),壳体(3 )内均布轴向的热交换管(7 ),热交换管(7 )的两端分别与左、右端头(1、9 )密封相通,壳体(3 )的上端固定污水进口( 8 )和污水出口( 4),污水进口( 8 )和污水出口( 4)与热交换管(7)和壳体(3)内壁形成的空腔密封相通,污水出口(4)上固定反冲洗阀(5),壳体(3)的下端固定排污支管及支管阀(15),排污支管及支管阀(15)与热交换管(7)和壳体(3)内壁形成的空腔密封相通,排污支管及支管阀(15)与排污总管(13)密封相通,排污总管(13 )上固定排污总阀(12 );所述的左、右端头(1、9 )上分别固定进水口( 2 )、左排污口( 16 )、出水口(11)、右排污口(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除污、反冲洗高效换热器,其特征在于:所述壳体(3)的下部均布下月牙型挡板(14),下月牙型挡板(14)之间的壳体(3)下部分别固定排污支管及支管阀(15),所有的排污支管及支管阀(15)与排污总管(13)密封相通。
