Description

COMPOSITE SHEET MATERIAL, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND DISPOSABLE WEARING ARTICLE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a composite sheet material used for a surface sheet or the like of a disposable wearing article such as a disposable diaper, a manufacturing method thereof, and a disposable wearing article using the same, and more specifically, while having excellent fit, The present invention relates to a composite sheet material, a method for producing the same, and a disposable wearing article using the composite sheet material, which can make the feel good and ensure air permeability between the skin of the wearer and effectively prevent the occurrence of stuffiness.
。 Conventionally, some disposable wearing articles such as disposable diapers have improved fit at the time of wearing by using a composite sheet material provided with an elastic member such as a rubber thread for a waist or the like. For example, the elastic member is arranged between two sheet materials to form a composite sheet material, and the elastic member contracts to form a large number of wrinkles on the surface of the composite sheet material. It has been proposed to soften (see, for example, Patent Document 1, hereinafter referred to as the prior art).
In the above-described prior art, the two sheet materials are joined to each other intermittently in both directions of the elastic member expansion and contraction and the direction orthogonal thereto. Thereby, the sheet | seat material of the part which has not joined is deform | transformed by shrinkage | contraction of an elastic body, and becomes a wrinkle. And the intermediate part of said elastic member has passed through other than the junction part of said sheet | seat, and has improved the softness | flexibility of the composite sheet material by not joining with a sheet material.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-080859
However, since the above-described conventional technology forms the above-described folds by contraction of the elastic member, the above-described folds disappear at the extended portion when the elastic member is stretched during wearing. Further, in the above prior art, the sheet material is deformed by the contraction of the elastic member, and the above-described ridge is formed. However, since the elastic body is fixed to the sheet material only at both ends, If the sheet material is easily displaced, and the deformation of the sheet material is biased due to this displacement, wrinkles may disappear at a portion where the deformation is reduced. Further, the above-described folds are easily deformed so as to fall in the contraction direction of the elastic body, and there is a possibility that the heel and the heel are folded over when the elastic body contracts.
As a result, the disposable wearing article using this composite sheet material has problems such as a soft feeling and a feeling when worn, such as a touch, and a tendency to get stuffy because the air permeability between the heel and the heel is hindered. There is.
The technical problem of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned problems and to provide a good fit while ensuring a good feel when worn, and to ensure good breathability between the wearer's skin and stuffiness. It is providing the composite sheet material which can prevent generation | occurrence | production effectively, its manufacturing method, and the disposable wearing article using the same.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is configured as follows.
That is, the present invention 1 relates to a composite sheet material, which is a composite sheet material comprising two sheet materials joined to each other and a long elastic member disposed between the two sheet materials, At least one of the sheet materials has a plurality of protrusions protruding in advance on the side opposite to the other sheet material side prior to the above-mentioned joining, Two sheet materials are bonded to each other.
Moreover, this invention 2 is related with the manufacturing method of a composite sheet material, and makes a 1st sheet material pass between a pair of shaping rolls which are arrange | positioned in parallel mutually and which each have the uneven | corrugated shape which mutually meshes | engages in a facing position on a roll peripheral surface. After forming the first convex portion having a predetermined shape on the first sheet material, the second sheet material is placed on the surface of the first sheet material opposite to the side from which the first convex portion is projected, and the elastic member is attached. The sheet materials are overlapped while being sandwiched, and both the sheet materials are joined to each other around the first convex portion.
Further, the present invention 3 relates to a disposable wearing article, and is characterized by comprising the composite sheet material of the present invention 1 described above.
In the composite sheet material of the present invention 1, a plurality of convex portions are formed in advance on at least one sheet material, and two sheet materials are joined to each other around the convex portions. Regardless of expansion and contraction, the above-mentioned convex portions are maintained on this sheet material. For this reason, even if the elastic member is stretched and the sheet material is stretched, the convex portion is not easily lost, and the convex portion is collapsed when the elastic member is contracted. It is prevented from being deformed or folded.
As the above-mentioned elastic member, various known elastic members used for disposable wearing articles can be arbitrarily selected and used. For example, in addition to synthetic rubber and natural rubber, a thread made of synthetic resin having rubber elasticity A strip or tape-like material is preferably used.
The elastic member can be disposed at any position between the two sheet materials. However, when the two sheet materials are sandwiched and fixed to these sheet materials, Even if the sheet is expanded or contracted, the sheet material does not move greatly with respect to the elastic member, and the sheet material can be expanded and contracted uniformly, which is preferable.
As the sheet material, for example, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, resin films, etc., as well as non-woven fabrics by various production methods such as air-through nonwoven fabric, heat roll nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, spunbond nonwoven fabric, and melt blown nonwoven fabric may be arbitrarily employed. In addition, a laminate obtained by combining two or more of these may be used. The two sheet materials may be the same type of sheet material, or may be different types of sheet material. The material for forming this sheet material is not limited to a specific material, but the composite sheet material can be softened when bonded to each other by heat fusion without using an adhesive or the like. For example, heat fusion such as polyolefin resin is possible. It is preferable that the resin is contained.
The above-mentioned convex portions may be formed only on one sheet material, but it is preferable that the convex portions are formed on both sheet materials because the composite sheet material becomes softer. In this case, the positions and shapes of the convex portions formed by the respective sheet materials may be different from each other, but when the convex portions having the same shape are formed at the corresponding positions, both sheet materials are arranged around the respective convex portions. Since the flat portions face each other, both sheet materials can be joined to each other at this portion, which is preferable.
As a means for joining the two sheet materials to each other, for example, a hot melt type adhesive can be used. However, when joining by heat welding such as thermocompression bonding, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from becoming stiff and soft. A composite sheet material is preferred because it is obtained.
It is preferable that the periphery of the above-described convex portion is more satisfactorily maintained regardless of the expansion and contraction of the elastic member when it is joined to another sheet material over the entire periphery.
However, in the present invention, there may be a portion that is not joined to another sheet material, for example, when a part of the periphery of the convex portion corresponds to a convex portion of another sheet material. In other words, the periphery of the above-mentioned convex portion may be joined to another sheet material to such an extent that the convex portion is maintained regardless of the expansion and contraction of the elastic member, and only a part of the periphery of the convex portion is joined. In this case, there is an advantage that the composite sheet material becomes softer.
The above-mentioned convex part is not limited to a specific shape, and a plan view may be a circle, an ellipse, an oval, or a polygon. If the shape of the convex portion is formed long in the direction intersecting with the length direction of the elastic member, for example, in the orthogonal direction, the convex portion is preferable as it looks as if it is a heel.
The convex portion can be formed in any part of the sheet material, and can be formed over substantially the entire surface of the sheet material, or formed in an intermediate portion in the width direction and at least one side. It is also possible to form a flat part that does not have this convex part along the edge part. In this case, you may arrange | position said elastic member between both sheet materials in this flat part.
The convex portion can be formed on the sheet material by any means. For example, when the forming portion is formed using a shaping roll or the like as in the second aspect of the present invention, the convex portion having a desired shape is formed on the first sheet material. Since the surface of the shaping roll is molded according to the uneven shape, and the periphery of the convex portion is joined to the second sheet material, the convex portion is more securely retained on the peripheral flat surface, which is more preferable.
In this case, a bonding roll having a smooth roll peripheral surface is disposed in contact with or close to one of the above-mentioned shaping rolls, and the above-mentioned convexity is provided between this bonding roll and the above-mentioned one roll. When the first sheet material on which the portion is formed and the second sheet material are passed with the elastic member sandwiched therebetween and the two sheet materials are joined to each other, the formation of the convex portion and the elastic member Nipping and joining of sheet materials can be performed in one step, which is preferable.
In addition, as a method of forming the convex portions on both sheet materials, for example, in the present invention 2 described above, on each roll peripheral surface of a pair of rolls arranged in parallel to each other, apart from the above-mentioned shaping roll, An uneven shape that meshes with each other at the facing position is formed, a second shaping roll is formed by both rolls, and the second sheet material is passed between both rolls of the second shaping roll, and this second After the second convex portion having a predetermined shape is formed on the sheet material, it is possible to employ a method in which the surface opposite to the side from which the second convex portion is projected is superposed on the first sheet material.
Also in this case, one roll of the above-mentioned shaping roll and one roll of the above-mentioned second shaping roll are arranged in contact with each other or close to each other, and the above-mentioned convex part is formed between both rolls. When the one sheet material and the second sheet material on which the second protrusions are formed are passed through the elastic member in between and the two sheet materials are joined together, the formation of the protrusions and the elastic member Nipping and joining of sheet materials can be performed in one step, which is preferable.
Even if the above-mentioned composite sheet material is a case where the elastic member is stretched and stretched, the above-mentioned convex portions are maintained without disappearing, and even if contracted, the convex portions may be excessively folded. Absent. For this reason, the disposable wearing article using the composite sheet material fits well to the wearer with the above elastic member, but the composite sheet material is soft and not stiff, so that a good wearing feeling can be obtained. .
In particular, when the above-mentioned composite sheet material is used for the waist and crotch, the contact area between the composite sheet material and the skin can be reduced if the convex portion protrudes toward the skin of the wearer. And a good feel is obtained. Moreover, since a space is formed around the convex portion between the composite sheet material and the skin, the air permeability is ensured by this space, and the occurrence of stuffiness at the time of wearing is well prevented.
Moreover, since the above-mentioned convex portion is maintained regardless of the expansion and contraction of the elastic member, the surface area of the composite sheet material is larger than when the convex portion is not formed. For this reason, like a so-called deployable disposable diaper, the waist part fitted around the waist of the wearer is separated into a back part and an abdomen part, and either the back part or the abdomen part When the hook and loop fastener having the hook is attached to the other side and the target tape is attached to the other side, the target tape is made of the composite sheet material, and the composite sheet material is When the protrusion is disposed at a portion where the stopper rod is detachably locked, and the protrusion is formed so as to face the surface fastener when the locking rod is locked, the protrusion is It is preferable that the engaging hook of the surface fastener can be securely locked to the formed portion.
Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) In the above composite sheet material, even when the elastic member is stretched and stretched, the convex portion is maintained without disappearing, and the convex portion may be excessively folded even when contracted. Because there is no, it is not soft and sticky. Therefore, the disposable wearing article using this composite sheet material can improve the fit with respect to the wearer by the elastic member, and can also improve the feel when worn.
(2) In particular, when the above composite sheet material is used in the waist and crotch region, the contact area between the composite sheet material and the skin is small when the above-mentioned convex portions are projected on the skin side of the wearer. As it is finished, it feels better and feels better when worn, and the gap between the adjacent convex parts ensures air permeability between the composite sheet material and the skin, which prevents the generation of stuffiness. It can be effectively prevented.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a pants-type disposable diaper (1) which is a disposable wearing article according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The pants-type diaper (1) includes a waist part (2) fitted around the waist of the wearer and a crotch part (3) covering the crotch of the wearer.
The waist part (2) is composed of a back part (2a) and an abdomen part (2b) and is fused and fixed to each other at joints (4) at both ends of each part (2a, 2b). 2) is formed in an annular shape.
The lumbar part (2) is composed of a lumbar composite sheet material (10). The lumbar composite sheet material (10) is joined to the first sheet material (11) on the skin side of the wearer. And an outer second sheet material (12), and a long elastic member (13), such as a thread body with rubber elasticity, disposed between both sheet materials (11, 12). I have. The first sheet material (11) has a first protrusion (14) that is long in the vertical direction and protrudes toward the wearer's skin, and the second sheet material (12) has a first shape of the same shape. Two convex portions (15) are formed to protrude outward.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the first convex portion (14) formed on the first sheet material (11) and the second convex portion (15) formed on the second sheet material (12). Are formed on the opposite side to the other sheet material side, that is, in a state of projecting to the opposite side. Each of these convex portions (14, 15) is formed in advance in a position corresponding to each other of each sheet material (11, 12) prior to joining of both sheet materials (11, 12). The two sheet materials (11, 12) are joined to each other around the portion (14, 15) by heat welding, hot melt adhesive, or the like.
The elastic member (13) is sandwiched between the two sheet materials (11, 12) and fixed to these sheet materials (11, 12). The elastic member (13) is arranged long in the length direction of the waist composite sheet material (10), while the protrusions (14, 15) are the waist composite sheet material (10 ) In the width direction, and thus in the direction intersecting the length direction of the elastic member (13).
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, in the above-mentioned waist composite sheet material (10), in the portion where the above crotch portion (3) is attached, the absorbent body (5) disposed on this crotch portion (3). It is preferable that the elastic member (13) is processed so as to reduce the contraction force so that wrinkles do not occur. Examples of the process for reducing the contractive force of the elastic member (13) include a process of heating and melting the elastic member (13) at this portion with a heat roll, a process of cutting with a cutter, and the like.
The waist (2) fits well around the waist of the wearer due to the elastic force of the elastic member (13). Moreover, the waist convex composite sheet material (10) is soft due to the first convex portion (14) and the second convex portion (15), and the waist portion (2) is worn by the first convex portion (14). Since the contact with the waist of the person is suppressed, the feel when worn is made good. Moreover, the air permeability between a pants-type diaper (1) and a wearer's skin is ensured by the space between mutually adjacent 1st convex parts (14). Moreover, since the first convex portion (14) and the second convex portion (15) are pre-formed on each sheet material (11, 12), they are maintained even when the elastic member (13) is extended. The function is demonstrated well.
In this embodiment, since the first convex portion (14) is formed in a vertically long shape, the space between the first convex portions (14) is also formed in a vertically long shape, and good air permeability is ensured. preferable. However, in the present invention, the first protrusions (14) may be formed in, for example, a circular shape and arranged in the vertical direction. Further, as long as the air permeability can be improved, the first protrusions (14) may have other forms such as a staggered shape. It is also possible to arrange them.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the crotch portion (3) has one end fixed to the composite sheet material (10) of the back portion (2a) and the other end of the abdomen portion not shown. It is fixed to the composite sheet material. The crotch portion (3) includes an absorbent body (5), and the absorbent body (5) is covered with a top sheet (6). In addition, a composite sheet material (20) for forming a three-dimensional gather is provided along both side edges of the crotch portion (3).
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the above-described composite sheet material for forming a three-dimensional gather (20) includes a first sheet material (21) and a second sheet material (22) joined together, A long elastic member (23) such as a thread body having rubber elasticity, for example, disposed between the two sheet materials (21, 22) is provided.
The first sheet material (21) has a plurality of protrusions (24) protruding on the side opposite to the second sheet material (22) side, that is, on the skin side of the wearer, prior to the joining. Pre-formed. On the other hand, said 2nd sheet | seat material (22) is comprised with the smooth sheet | seat material which does not have a convex part. However, in the present invention, of the three-dimensional gather forming composite sheet material (20), the half of the crotch portion (3) on the center side in the width direction is not fixed to the top sheet (6). In the portion, a second convex portion may be formed on the second sheet material (22).
In this embodiment, the three-dimensional gather forming composite sheet material (20) is provided with a convex portion (24) having a circular shape in plan view. However, in the present invention, in the composite sheet material for forming a three-dimensional gather (20), a convex portion that is long in the width direction may be formed, as in the above-mentioned composite sheet material for the waist (10), or other shapes. The convex portion may be formed. Further, the arrangement of the convex portions (24) is not limited to that of this embodiment.
In the three-dimensional gather forming composite sheet material (20), the first sheet material (21) and the second sheet material (22) are joined to each other around the convex portion (24). The elastic member (23) is sandwiched between locations where the two sheet materials (21, 22) are joined to each other, and is fixed to these sheet materials (21, 22). Other configurations are the same as those of the above-mentioned waist composite sheet material (10) and operate in the same manner, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
The waist composite sheet material (10) is manufactured, for example, by the waist composite sheet material manufacturing apparatus shown in FIG.
That is, this composite sheet material manufacturing apparatus (30) is a forming roll comprising a first roll (31), a second roll (32), a third roll (33), and a fourth roll (34) arranged in parallel to each other. A part (35) and an elastic member guide roll (36) are provided. The first roll (31) and the second roll (32) constitute a first shaping roll (37), and the third roll (33) and the fourth roll (34) are second shaping rolls (38). ).
Of the first shaping roll (37), a convex shape (39) is formed on the roll peripheral surface of the first roll (31), and the roll peripheral surface of the second roll (32) is A concave mold (40) is formed that meshes with the convex mold (39) at a position facing the one roll (31).
Of the second shaping roll (38), a convex shape (41) is formed on the roll peripheral surface of the fourth roll (34) in the same manner as the first roll (31). A concave die (42) that meshes with the convex die (41) at a position facing the fourth roll (34) is formed on the roll peripheral surface of the three rolls (33).
The second roll (32) of the first shaping roll (37) and the third roll (33) of the second shaping roll (38) are passed between the two. The first sheet material (11) and the second sheet material (12) are arranged in contact with or close to each other so as to be pressure-bonded to each other.
The waist composite sheet material (10) is manufactured by the composite sheet material manufacturing apparatus (30), for example, in the following procedure.
The first sheet material (11) supplied from the supply unit (not shown) is guided between the first roll (31) and the second roll (32) of the first shaping roll (37). The first convex portion (14) is formed on the first sheet material (11) by the convex mold (39) and the concave mold (40).
Similarly, the second sheet material (12) supplied from the supply unit (not shown) is guided between the third roll (33) and the fourth roll (34) of the second shaping roll (38). The second convex portion (15) is formed on the second sheet material (12) by the convex mold (41) and the concave mold (42).
And the 2nd convex part (15) of the 2nd sheet material (12) is made to project on the surface on the opposite side to the side which projected the 1st convex part (14) of the above-mentioned 1st sheet material (11). Both sheet materials (11, 12) are guided between the second roll (32) and the third roll (33) so that the surface opposite to the other side overlaps. At this time, the elastic member (13) is guided between the first sheet material (11) and the second sheet material (12) by the elastic member guide roll (36). Then, the first sheet material (11) and the second sheet material (12), which are overlapped with the elastic member (13) sandwiched therebetween, are combined with the second roll (32) and the third roll (33). By passing between the two, they are heat-pressed and joined to each other around the convex portions (14, 15) to form the waist composite sheet material (10).
On the other hand, the above-described composite sheet material for forming a three-dimensional gather (20) is manufactured, for example, by a manufacturing apparatus (50) for forming a three-dimensional gather-forming composite sheet material shown in FIG. That is, this composite sheet material manufacturing apparatus (50) includes a forming roll section (54) composed of a first roll (51), a second roll (52), and a joining roll (53) arranged in parallel with each other, and an elastic member. A member guide roll (55) is provided, and the first roll (51) and the second roll (52) constitute a shaping roll (56).
Of the above-mentioned shaping rolls (56), a convex mold (57) is formed on the roll peripheral surface of the first roll (51), and the first roll is formed on the roll peripheral surface of the second roll (52). A concave mold (58) that meshes with the convex mold (57) is formed at a position facing the (51). And this 2nd roll (52) and said joining roll (53) pass between both so that a 1st sheet material (21) and a 2nd sheet material (22) may be mutually crimped | bonded. , Arranged in contact with or close to each other.
The composite sheet material (20) for the three-dimensional gather forming portion is manufactured by the composite sheet material manufacturing apparatus (50), for example, according to the following procedure.
The first sheet material (21) supplied from the supply unit (not shown) is guided between the first roll (51) and the second roll (52) of the shaping roll (56), and the convexity described above. The convex portion (24) is formed on the first sheet material (21) by the mold (57) and the concave mold (58). On the other hand, the second sheet material (22) supplied from a supply unit (not shown) is guided in a smooth state by the roll peripheral surface of the bonding roll (53).
Then, the second sheet material (22) is superimposed on the surface of the first sheet material (21) opposite to the side from which the convex portion (24) is projected, and the second roll (52 ) And the joining roll (53). Then, the first sheet material (21) and the second sheet material (22) which are overlapped with the elastic member (23) sandwiched between the second roll (52) and the joining roll (53). By passing between the two, they are thermocompression-bonded and joined to each other around the convex portion (24) to form the above-described three-dimensional gather forming composite sheet material (20).
In the first embodiment, the case where the disposable wearing article is a pants-type disposable diaper has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this type, and can be applied to other types of disposable wearing articles.
For example, the disposable wearing article of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 7 is a so-called unfolded diaper (60). The unfolded diaper (60) includes a waist (61) that fits around the waist of the wearer and a crotch (62) that covers the wearer's crotch, and the waist (61) is a back side portion. (61a) and abdominal part (61b). The back portion (61a) is formed integrally with one end of the crotch portion (62), and the abdomen side portion (61b) is formed integrally with the other end of the crotch portion (62).
Note that an elastic member (not shown) that expands and contracts in the horizontal direction is disposed on the back portion (61a). In order to arrange this elastic member, a composite sheet material similar to the waist portion of the first embodiment may be used for the back portion (61a). In addition, the crotch portion (62) may be provided with the same composite sheet material for forming a three-dimensional gather as in the first embodiment.
The back portion (61a) is long in the horizontal direction, and engagement tapes (63) are provided at both ends thereof, and a hook-and-loop fastener (64) having a locking hook is attached to the engagement tape (63). It is. On the other hand, on the outer part of the abdomen side part (61b), that is, the part opposite to the wearer's skin, the target tape (65) is placed at the part where the locking hook is detachably locked. It is attached.
The target tape (65) is a composite sheet comprising a first sheet material (71), a second sheet material (72), and an elastic member (73) disposed between both sheet materials (71, 72). Consists of material (70). The first sheet material (71) located on the outer side is formed with a plurality of convex portions (74) so as to face the surface fastener (64) when the locking hook is locked. It is. The first sheet material (71) and the second sheet material (72) are joined to each other around the convex portion (74), and are sandwiched by the joining portion to provide the elastic member (73). Is fixed to these sheet materials (71, 72).
When wearing the unfolded diaper (60), the back side portion (61a) is turned around the waist of the wearer, and is attached to the surface fastener (64) of the engagement tape (63). The implanted locking rod is locked to the target tape (65) attached to the abdomen side portion (61b), and the waist portion (61) is formed into an annular shape. At this time, the composite sheet material (70) constituting the target tape (65) has a large area because the convex portion (74) is formed on the first sheet material (71). The locking rod is securely fixed to the target tape (65). Further, since the composite sheet material (70) includes the elastic member (73), the annular waist portion (61) is formed between the elastic member (73) and the back portion (61a). The elastic member is provided with good stretchability and exhibits good fit.
The composite sheet material, the manufacturing method thereof, and the disposable wearing article described in the above embodiment are illustrated in order to embody the technical idea of the present invention, and the material, shape, structure, arrangement, and dimensions of each member. The manufacturing procedure and the like are not limited to those of these embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the first sheet material and the second sheet material are bonded to each other while the convex portion is formed on the first sheet material by the molding roll portion and the elastic member is sandwiched. However, in the composite sheet material of the present invention, after the elastic member is arranged on one side of the first sheet material on which the convex portions are formed in advance, the second sheet material on which the convex portions are formed is superposed if necessary, and then the joining is performed. Both sheet materials may be joined together by a roll or the like. Alternatively, it is also possible to dispose the elastic member on one side of the smooth second sheet material, then superimpose the first sheet material on which the convex portions are formed in advance, and then join the two sheet materials together.
In the above-described embodiment, the composite sheet material in which convex portions that are long in one direction or circular convex portions in plan view are formed has been described. However, in the present invention, convex portions having other shapes may be formed, and the arrangement of the convex portions is not limited to that of the above embodiment.
In the above embodiment, the first sheet material and the second sheet material are joined to each other by thermocompression bonding. However, in the present invention, both sheet materials may be bonded to each other by an adhesive such as a hot melt agent.
In the above embodiment, the case where the elastic member is a thread body has been described. However, in the present invention, it is also possible to use a tape-like elastic member.
Moreover, in said embodiment, all demonstrated the case where a disposable wearing article was a diaper. However, it goes without saying that the disposable wearing article of the present invention may be other disposable wearing articles such as a diaper cover, a sanitary napkin, and an incontinence pad.
Since the composite sheet material of the present invention and the wearing article using the same do not have an excellent fit, the feel at the time of wearing is made good and the air permeability between the wearer's skin is well secured. Since the occurrence of stuffiness can be effectively prevented, it is particularly suitably used for disposable wearing articles such as disposable diapers and sanitary napkins, but is also useful for other disposable wearing articles.
