이에 최근에는 자연증발 방식의 가습기에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 이러한 자연증발 방식의 가습기에 관한 기술로서 본 출원인이 출원한 대한민국등록실용공보 제20-0457700호 자연가습기는 티슈볼형상의 필터에 의해 증발면적이 증대되며, 수밀성을 갖는 장점을 있다. 그러나, 티슈볼형필터가 받침체와 결합된 상태로 이루어져 티슈볼형필터만 따로 사용이 어렵다는 단점이 있었다.
한편, 일본등록특허 제4859021호 및 제4398398호는 가습 엘리먼트와 그 가습 엘리먼트가 내장되는 가습기용 케이스로 이루어지는 자연증발식 가습기를 제시하고 있으나, 이 또한, 가습 엘리먼트가 케이스에서 분리되어 따로 사용이 어려운 단점이 있다.

도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 가습필터(100)는 흡수성을 갖고 일정간격 이격되어 오목한 부분을 형성하는 선이 마련된 다수의 부직포를 지그재그 형태를 갖추도록 포개어 오목한 부분을 형성하는 선이 만나는 상하면을 서로 맞닿게 부착하여 신축가능한 묶음으로 형성되고 양면이 원형으로 이루어지되, 각각 원형으로 마련되고 상면에 중심으로부터 일정간격 이격되어 자석(211, 221)이 삽입되는 두 개의 고정부(210, 220)에 양측면이 부착되어 상기 고정부(210, 220)와 결합된다.
상기 가습필터(100)는 물을 흡수하고 자연증발시키되, 다수장이 겹쳐진 길이방향구간에 중심띠가 부착되어 중심띠를 중심축으로 회전시 내측면에 중심띠가 배치되고 외측면에서 벌집형태를 형성함으로써, 표면적을 넓혀 물을 함침하는 능력과 기화능력을 극대화시킬 수 있다.
이때, 상기 가습필터(100)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 양측면에 부착된 두 개의 고정부(210, 220)를 맞닿게 하여 자력에 의해 양측면이 부착되면 도너츠형태로 이루어져 걸이식 등으로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 가습필터(100)는 두 개의 고정부(210, 220)를 각각 철제벽면 등에 부착하여 반원형태로도 이루어질 수 있으며. 물에 적셔진 상태에서 자연증발 방식의 가습기로 사용가능하게 된다.
한편, 상기 고정부(210, 220)에는 빨판을 장착하여 유리벽면에도 부착할 수 있다.
[실시예 2]
도 3은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 케이스(300)의 사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 고정부(210, 220)가 장착된 상태의 케이스(300)의 평면도이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 고정부(210, 220)가 장착된 상태의 케이스(300)의 측단면도이고, 도 6은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 가습필터가 포함된 가습기의 사시도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 가습필터가 포함된 가습기의 측단면도이고, 도 8은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 가습필터가 포함된 가습기의 케이스(300)가 잠긴상태의 실시도이다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 케이스(300)는 중심부에 힌지(301)가 형성되어 절첩가능하여 좌우측에 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스부(320)를 형성하고 내측이 오목한 상기 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스부(320)의 내측면에 각각 걸림부(311, 321)가 형성되며 제1케이스부(310)의 끝단부에 걸게(312)가 마련되고 제2케이스부(320)의 끝단부에 상기 걸게(312)가 삽입고정되는 홈부(322)가 마련되어 개폐가능하도록 구비된다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스부(320)에는 고정부(210, 220)가 장착되는바, 상기 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스부(320)의 내측면에 각각 돌출형성된 걸림부(311, 321)에 고정부(210, 220)의 일측이 끼워져 고정되며 탈부착가능하게 구비된다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 고정부(210, 220)는 각각 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스부(320) 내측에 경사지게 배치되고, 일측에 돌출형성된 돌출부(212, 222)가 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스부(320)의 사이에 배치되어 케이스(300)를 닫았을 때 맞닿게 되며, 케이스(300)를 닫았을 때 상기 제1케이스부(310)의 걸게(312)가 제2케이스부(320)의 홈부(322)에 끼워져 케이스(300)가 잠금되되 케이스(300)의 내측에서 고정부(210, 220)의 돌출부(212, 222)가 맞닿아 지지고정됨으로써 잠금기능을 강화시켜주게 된다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 가습필터가 포함된 가습기는, 상기 케이스(300)와, 상기 케이스(300)에 장착되는 가습필터(100)를 포함하여 이루어지는바, 상기 케이스(300)를 펼친상태에서는 가습필터(100)가 벌어져 벌집형태로 형성되게 된다. 이때, 상기 가습필터(100)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 양측면에 부착된 고정부(210, 220)가 각각 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스부(320)에 형성된 걸림부(311, 321)에 끼워져 케이스(300)에 장착되며, 상기 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스부(320)에 물을 넣게 되면 가습필터(100)에서 물을 흡수하여 자연증발식으로 가습이 이루어지게 된다.
상기 케이스(300)에는 제1케이스부(310) 및 제2케이스(320)와, 내장된 가습필터(100)에 물이 수납되며, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 물을 수납케이스(300)를 닫아 잠겨진 상태로 휴대가 가능하며 내측에 장착된 가습필터(100)가 전체적으로 물을 저장하여 사용시간을 증가시킬 수 있다.
[실시예 3]
도 9는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 가습필터(100)의 사용실시도이다.
본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 가습필터(100)는 도 9의 (a) 또는 (b)와 같이 펼친상태에서 벌집형태의 내측 사이사이로 명함(C)을 끼워넣어 명함꽂이로 이용이 가능하며, 이때, 가습필터(100)의 양측면에 고정부(210, 220)를 부착하여 자력에 의해 철제벽면 등에 고정하거나 도너츠 형태로 만들어 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 흡수성을 갖고 일정간격 이격되어 오목한 부분을 형성하는 선이 마련된 다수의 부직포를 지그재그 형태를 갖추도록 포개어 오목한 부분을 형성하는 선이 만나는 상하면을 서로 맞닿게 부착하여 신축가능한 묶음으로 형성되고 양면이 원형으로 이루어지되, 각각 원형으로 마련되고 상면에 중심으로부터 일정간격 이격되어 자석이 삽입되는 두 개의 고정부에 양측면이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가습필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가습필터는 다수장이 겹쳐진 길이구간에 중심띠가 부착되어 상기 중심띠를 중심축으로 회전시 내측면에 중심띠가 배치되고 외측면에서 벌집형태를 형성하며 양측면에 부착된 두 개의 고정부를 맞닿게 하여 자력으로 부착시 도너츠 형태의 필터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가습필터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 가습필터는 물을 흡수하되 길이방향으로 늘이거나 중심띠를 중심축으로 회전시 외주연에 형성되는 벌집형태의 구멍으로 물을 수용하고 자연증발시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가습필터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부는 상기 자석을 통해 복수개의 가습필터를 결합시켜 큰 원형 또는 곡면을 형성함으로써 함침하는 물의 양을 많게 하고 가습의 효과를 높일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가습필터.
  5. 흡수성을 갖는 다수의 부직포를 포개어 지그재그 형태를 갖추도록 외주연의 일단을 서로 맞닿게 부착하여 신축가능한 묶음으로 형성되고 양면이 원형으로 이루어지되, 각각 원형으로 마련되고 상면에 중심으로부터 일정간격 이격되어 자석이 삽입되며 일측에 돌출부가 형성된 두 개의 고정부에 양끝면이 부착되는 가습필터와;
    중심부에 힌지가 형성되어 절첩가능하여 좌우측에 제1케이스부 및 제2케이스부를 형성하고 내측이 오목한 상기 제1케이스부 및 제2케이스부의 내측면에 각각 걸림부가 형성되며 제1케이스부의 끝단부에 걸게가 마련되고 제2케이스부의 끝단부에 상기 걸게가 삽입고정되는 홈부가 마련되어 개폐가능한 케이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가습필터가 포함된 가습기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스는 가습필터에 부착된 두 개의 고정부가 제1케이스부 및 제2케이스부의 내측면에 각각 형성된 걸림부에 끼워져 일측이 고정되어 착탈가능하며, 상기 고정부의 돌출부가 제1케이스부 및 제2케이스부의 사이에 배치되어 케이스를 닫았을 때 맞닿게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가습필터가 포함된 가습기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스는 제1케이스부 및 제2케이스와, 내장된 가습필터에 물이 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가습필터가 포함된 가습기.
