L'invention concerne un casque de protection destiné à protéger la tête d'un utilisateur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une structure enveloppante formée par un élément intérieur (1), au moins un élément intermédiaire (2) et un élément de base extérieur (3) de configuration annulaire, ces éléments (1, 2, 3) étant accouplés l'un dans l'autre et effectuant un mouvement relatif l'un par rapport à l'autre, passant d'une position pliée à une position dépliée et vice-versa, et formant, en position dépliée, un creux correspondant à la partie de la tête de l'utilisateur qui se trouve dans le casque.
