Description
本发明涉及显示装置,更具体地说,涉及一种平面显示装置。
诸如液晶显示装置、等离子体显示装置等平面显示装置由于轻薄等优点,深受使用者青睐,相关技术中的平面显示装置通常包括前盖、与前盖相配合的后盖以及夹设在前盖和后盖之间的显示面板,前盖中部通常开有矩形窗口供显示面板的用于显示图像的一面暴露在外。然而,由于前盖的存在,在显示面板外围形成有边框,使得在显示尺寸一定的情况下,显示装置的尺寸进一步减小受到了限制。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对相关技术中的上述不足,提供一种改进的显示装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,包括后盖、显示面板、驱动装置、上端导承框、下端导承框、第一粘接件以及第二粘接件,所述后盖包括底壁、设置于所述底壁上侧的上端侧壁以及设置于所述底壁下侧的下端侧壁;所述驱动装置设置于所述后盖中与所述显示面板电性连接,以驱动所述显示面板;所述后盖还包括从所述上端侧壁向下伸出的上端结合部、用于为所述上端结合部提供支撑的上端支撑部、从所述下端侧壁向上伸出的下端结合部以及为所述下端结合部提供支撑的下端支撑部;所述上端导承框包括上端面板支持部以及上端导承侧壁,所述第一粘接件将所述上端面板支持部与所述显示面板的上端部相粘接,所述上端导承侧壁结合于所述上端支撑部上,并围绕所述驱动装置的上端侧面;所述下端导承框包括下端导承侧壁以及下端面板支持部,所述第二粘接件将所述下端面板支持部与所述显示面板的下端部相粘接,所述下端导承侧壁结合于所述下端支撑部上,并围绕所述驱动装置的下端侧面。
优选地,所述显示装置包括下饰面结构,所述下饰面结构结合于所述后盖的所述下端结合部上,所述下饰面结构覆盖并支承所述显示面板的下端部。
优选地,所述显示装置包括第三粘接件,所述第三粘接件将所述下饰面结构与所述下端结合部相粘接。
优选地,所述上端面板支持部与所述上端导承侧壁垂直相交,所述下端导承侧壁与所述下端面板支持部垂直相交。
优选地,所述上端导承框和/或所述下端导承框呈L形。
优选地,所述上端支撑部连接于所述上端结合部与所述底壁之间,所述下端支撑部连接于所述下端结合部与所述底壁之间。

本发明的有益效果是:与相关技术相比,本发明中的显示装置的显示面板暴露于显示装置的前表面,且通过粘接件粘接到后盖上,从而不提供前盖,可以节省制造成本、减轻重量,并可以进一步的轻薄化。

以下结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
图1为本发明一些实施例中的显示装置1的立体结构示意图,图2为显示装置1的A-A向剖面结构示意图,图3为图2所示显示装置1的分解结构示意图。该显示装置1的显示面板10暴露于显示装置1的前表面,且通过粘接件粘接到后盖20上,从而不提供前盖,可以节省制造成本、减轻重量,并可以进一步的轻薄化。
如图1至图3所示,显示装置1在一些实施例中可包括显示面板10、后盖20、粘接件30、上端导承框40、下端导承框50、驱动装置60、粘接件70以及下饰面结构80。粘接件30粘接于后盖20的上端部,下端导承框50结合于后盖20的下端部,粘接件70粘接于下端导承框50上,显示面板10的上、下端部分别粘接于粘接件30和粘接件70上,下饰面结构80结合于下端导承框50上并覆盖及支承显示面板10的下端部。驱动装置60设置于后盖20内部,与显示面板10电性连接,以驱动显示面板10。
再如图2及图3所示,显示面板10在一些实施例中可包括正面11以及与正面11相对的背面12,正面11用于显示图像。显示面板10可为液晶面板或等离子体面板等平面显示面板,且当显示面板10为液晶面板时,其仅为液晶显示装置中实际上显示图像的部分,不包括背光模组;当显示面板10为等离子体面板时,其仅为等离子体显示装置中实际上显示图像的部分,不包括各种驱动电路板。也即,显示面板10不包括应用于各种类型的平面显示装置的各种驱动电路板或背光模组,而仅为实际上显示图像的部分。
后盖20在一些实施例中可采用塑胶或金属等材料制成,其包括底壁21、上端侧壁22以及下端侧壁23。底壁21在一些实施例中可呈矩形板状,上端侧壁22及下端侧壁23在一些实施例中可均呈弧形板状,并分别结合于底壁21的上侧和下侧,界定出一个容置空间26。
后盖20的上端部在一些实施例中还可包括上端结合部24以及上端支撑部25。上端结合部24从上端侧壁22的顶缘内侧向下伸出,用以与显示面板10的上端部相结合,上端结合部24包括与显示面板10的背面相对的结合面241。上端支撑部25从上端结合部24的末端水平延伸至底壁21上,以为上端结合部24提供支撑。
后盖20的下端部在一些实施例中还可包括下端结合部27以及下端支撑部28。下端结合部27用于与下饰面结构80相结合,其由下端侧壁23的顶缘内侧向上伸出。下端支撑部28由下端结合部27的末端水平延伸至底壁21上,以为下端结合部27提供支撑,并与下端导承框50相结合。
粘接件30在一些实施例中可包括表面31以及与表面31相对的表面32,表面31与显示面板10的背面12相粘接,表面32与后盖20的上端结合部24的结合面241相粘接,从而将显示面板10的上端部与后盖20的上端部相结合。粘接件30在一些实施例中可为维可牢(Velcro)带或双面胶带。
上端导承框40其在一些实施例中可呈L形,并包括上端面板支持部41以及与上端面板支持部41垂直相交的上端导承侧壁42。上端面板支持部41粘接于粘接件30的表面32上,从而粘接于显示面板10上。上端导承侧壁42以粘接或其他的方式结合于后盖20的上端支撑部25上,并围绕驱动装置60的上端侧面。
下端导承框50在一些实施例中可呈L形,并包括下端导承侧壁51以及与下端导承侧壁51垂直相交的下端面板支持部52。下端导承侧壁51由后盖20的下端支撑部28引导,以围绕驱动装置60的下端侧面。下端面板支持部52由下端导承侧壁51靠近显示面板10的端部垂直向上伸出。

Claims (10)
- 一种显示装置,包括后盖、显示面板、驱动装置、上端导承框、下端导承框、第一粘接件以及第二粘接件,所述后盖包括底壁、设置于所述底壁上侧的上端侧壁以及设置于所述底壁下侧的下端侧壁;所述驱动装置设置于所述后盖中与所述显示面板电性连接,以驱动所述显示面板;其特征在于,所述后盖还包括从所述上端侧壁向下伸出的上端结合部、用于为所述上端结合部提供支撑的上端支撑部、从所述下端侧壁向上伸出的下端结合部以及为所述下端结合部提供支撑的下端支撑部;所述上端导承框包括上端面板支持部以及上端导承侧壁,所述第一粘接件将所述上端面板支持部与所述显示面板的上端部相粘接,所述上端导承侧壁结合于所述上端支撑部上,并围绕所述驱动装置的上端侧面;所述下端导承框包括下端导承侧壁以及下端面板支持部,所述第二粘接件将所述下端面板支持部与所述显示面板的下端部相粘接,所述下端导承侧壁结合于所述下端支撑部上,并围绕所述驱动装置的下端侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括下饰面结构,所述下饰面结构结合于所述后盖的所述下端结合部上,所述下饰面结构覆盖并支承所述显示面板的下端部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括第三粘接件,所述第三粘接件将所述下饰面结构与所述下端结合部相粘接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上端面板支持部与所述上端导承侧壁垂直相交,所述下端导承侧壁与所述下端面板支持部垂直相交。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上端导承框和/或所述下端导承框呈L形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上端支撑部连接于所述上端结合部与所述底壁之间,所述下端支撑部连接于所述下端结合部与所述底壁之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板为液晶显示面板;所述驱动装置包括底盖、光源、导光板以及光学片,所述光源和所述导光板设置在所述底盖中,所述光学片覆盖在所述导光板的出光面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上端结合部与所述上端支撑部相垂直。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述下端结合部与所述下端支撑部相垂直。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述后盖的上端侧壁和下端侧壁分别朝远离所述底壁的方向延伸出有上端保护部和下端保护部。
