【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,具体是涉及一种液晶显示装置及其背板组件。
【背景技术】
液晶显示装置是一种常见的显示设备,其主要组成部分包括液晶面板、背光模组和背板等。众所周知,在现有技术中,一般都是分别生产和制造液晶显示装置的各个组成部分,然后再进行组装。例如在不同的工厂分别生产液晶面板、背光模组和背板,然后再将其运输至同一个厂家进行组装,最后该厂家再将组装好的液晶显示装置供应给消费者。
不过,组装液晶面板的过程往往需要人工完成,这就需要增加额外的人工成本。另外,现有液晶显示装置中背板组件的结构较为复杂,这就给组装带来了不便。
【发明内容】
本发明实施例主要解决的技术问题是提供一种液晶显示装置及其背板组件,能够解决现有技术中背板组件无法自动组装和由此带来的组装成本较高的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板、背光模组以及背板组件。该背板组件包括背板、第一支架和第二支架。背板用以容置并固定背光模组;第一支架的一端设有用以容置背板的一侧边和液晶面板的一侧边的第一容置槽,第一支架的另一端设有第一卡合部和第二卡合部,且第二卡合部位于第一容置槽和第一卡合部之间;第二支架的一端设有用以容置背板的另一侧边和液晶面板的另一侧边的第二容置槽,第二支架的另一端设有第三卡合部和第四卡合部,且第四卡合部位于第二容置槽和第三卡合部之间。其中,第三卡合部与第一卡合部相连接时使得第一支架与第二支架处于预定位连接状态;第二卡合部与第三卡合部相连接且第一卡合部与第四卡合部相连接时使得第一支架与第二支架处于定位连接状态。在定位连接状态时,第一容置槽和第二容置槽分别抵靠并固定背板和液晶面板的一侧边和另一侧边。

本发明实施例提供一种液晶显示装置及其背板组件,该背板组件中的第一支架和第二支架具有两种连接状态。在组装时,第一支架和第二支架能够在挤压力的作用下,自动的由预定位连接状态转变为定位连接状态。因此,该背板组件能够通过实现自动化安装来提高装配效率,并有效的降低背板组件和液晶显示装置的组装成本。

请参阅图1至图4,在本发明第一实施例中,液晶显示装置包括但不限于液晶面板50以及背光模组40;背板组件包括但不限于背板30、第一支架10和第二支架20。其中,背板30用以容置并固定背光模组40,同时还可以起到保护背光模组40的作用。另外,背板30顶端的结构可以压盖并固定背光模组40,同时可以支撑液晶面板50。
由于液晶面板50、背光模组40和背板30属于本领域技术人员很容易理解的内容,因此这里不作赘述。下面将详细介绍第一支架10和第二支架20的具体结构和拼接方式。
第一支架10的一端设有用以容置背板30的一侧边和液晶面板50的一侧边的第一容置槽13,第一支架10的另一端设有第一卡合部11和第二卡合部12,且第二卡合部12位于第一容置槽13和第一卡合部11之间。
第二支架20的一端设有用以容置背板30的另一侧边和液晶面板50的另一侧边的第二容置槽23,第二支架20的另一端设有第三卡合部21和第四卡合部22,且第四卡合部22位于第二容置槽23和第三卡合部21之间。
在本实施例中,第一容置槽13和第二容置槽23均为U型容置槽,在其它实施例中,也可以采取其他设计方式,只要能够与背板30以及液晶面板50的侧边相对应、并且可以进行容置和固定即可,本发明对此不作限定。
另外,在本实施例中,第一容置槽13和第二容置槽23分别用以容置背板30以及液晶面板50的两个对边,本领域的技术人员很容易想到,只要对第一容置槽13和第二容置槽23的形状进行简单的修改,完全可以使第一容置槽13和第二容置槽23分别与背板30以及液晶面板50的两个邻边相抵靠。因此,只要满足“第一容置槽13和第二容置槽23分别容置背板30以及液晶面板50的不同侧边”的条件,均属于本发明的保护范围。

为了更好了理解本发明第一实施例中背板组件是如何实现自动化组装的,现在按照图5-图7的顺序进行简单的说明。
在图5中,可以看到第一支架10和第二支架20的具体结构具有对称性,故可以在生产的过程中实现共用模具的效果,这又可以进一步的节省模具成本。

请再次参阅图1和图3,可以看到,本发明第一实施例中的背板组件有两个:即两个第一支架10和两个第二支架20。显然,背板组件的具体数量可以灵活设置,譬如1个、3个或6个等。同时,其排列方式也可以灵活选择,如间隔设置或者是连排设置、也可以是“十字型”、甚至是“井字形”等。另外,背板组件(即第一支架10和第二支架20)的具体形状也没有特殊限定,特别是其宽度、厚度等特征完全可以根据需要进行调整。
换句话说,在优选实施例中,背板组件为多个,且多个背板组件间隔设置。但在其它实施例中,也可以采取其他的方式进行设置,在不影响其功能的前提下,本发明不对背板组件的数量、大小、排列方式等特征作任何限定。
最后需要说明一下的是卡合部的材料。在本实施例中,第一卡合部11或第三卡合部21采用弹性材料,如塑胶、硅胶等,以使第一支架10和第二支架20在沿引导槽14方向受到的挤压力大于预设值时,第一卡合部11能够与第三卡合部13脱离连接。显然,第一支架10和第二支架20也可以采用弹性材料制作。
举例来说,假设第一卡合部11的第一凸块110采用塑胶制成,而第三卡合部21为相对应的第一凹槽210。显然,当挤压力足够大时,由于弹性材料具有能够产生形变的性质,第一卡合部11便能够“跳出”第三卡合部13,以实现脱离连接。一般而言,为了保护第一凸块110不被刮伤或切断,第一凹槽210也可以采用弹性材料。
除此之外,采用弹性材料还有一个好处:降低成本。众所周知,塑胶、硅胶等弹性材料是常见的材料,其制造简单且成本低廉。故采用这类材料可以显著的降低背板组件、液晶显示装置的总成本。另外,采用弹性材料还可以避免刮伤或磨损背板等其它部件。
应该理解的是,弹性材料是一种优选的方案,而不是唯一的方案。例如采用较为坚硬的材料制作时,只要在边角位置做成平滑状而非尖角状,也可以实现“脱离连接”的效果,并保护组件。因此,本发明不对第一卡合部11和第三卡合部21(以及第二卡合部12和第四卡合部22)的具体材料进行限定。
在本发明第一实施例中,背板组件的第一支架10设有第一卡合部11和第二卡合部12,第二支架20设有第三卡合部21和第四卡合部22。且第一支架10和第二支架20之间有两种连接状态:预定位连接状态和定位连接状态。在组装前,先将第一支架10和第二支架20设置成预定位连接状态,然后在组装的过程中,第一卡合部11与第三卡合部21在治具的挤压下脱离连接,并进一步使得第一支架10和第二支架20最终转变为定位连接状态。因此,本发明第一实施例的背板组件能够通过实现自动化安装来提高装配效率,进而有效的降低组装成本。
请参阅图8和图9,本发明的第二实施例提供了另外一种背板组件,其主要结构和工作过程等特征均与第一实施例相似,不同之处在于其卡合部采用了“凸起和通孔”的设计。
具体来说,第一支架80设有第一凸起81(第一卡合部)和第二凸起82(第二卡合部)。相应的,第二支架90设有第一通孔91(第三卡合部)和第二通孔92(第四卡合部)。其卡合方式为:凸起贯穿通孔。即:当第一支架80和第二支架90处于预定位连接状态时,第一凸起81贯穿第一通孔91;当第一支架80和第二支架90处于定位连接状态时,第一凸起81贯穿第二通孔92、且第二凸起82贯穿第一通孔91。
由于背板组件的具体结构和组装方式已经在前一实施例中进行了详细的说明,因此这里不作赘述。唯一需要指出的是,与前一实施例一样,凸起和通孔的形状、数量等特征均可以灵活的进行设置,本发明对此不作限定。
显然,本发明第二实施例的背板组件也能够实现自动化安装的效果,并且在提高装配效率的情况下,有效的降低背板组件和液晶显示装置的组装成本。
请参阅图10,在本发明第三实施例中,液晶显示装置包括液晶面板(图未示)以及背光模组(图未示);背板组件包括但不限于背板(图未示)、第一支架60和第二支架70。由于液晶面板、背光模组和背板属于本领域技术人员很容易理解的内容,且在本发明第一实施例中也有相应的介绍,故下面将主要对第一支架60和第二支架70进行说明。
第一支架60的一端设有用以容置背板的一侧边和液晶面板的一侧边的第一容置槽63,第一支架60的另一端设有第一卡合部和第二卡合部,且第二卡合部位于第一容置槽63和第一卡合部之间。第二支架70的一端设有用以容置背板的另一侧边和液晶面板的另一侧边的第二容置槽72,第二支架70的另一端设有第三卡合部。
当第一支架60和第二支架70处于预定位连接状态时,第一卡合部与第三卡合部卡合连接;当第一支架40和第二支架70处于定位连接状态时,第二卡合部与第三卡合部卡合连接。
具体地说,在本实施例中,第一卡合部可以为第一凸块61,第二卡合部可以为第二凸块62,第三卡合部可以为凹槽71。本领域技术人员很容易想到:也可以将第一卡合部和第二卡合部设置成凹槽,而将第三卡合部设置成凸块,本发明对卡合部的具体结构不作限定。
相比第一实施例而言,本实施例中的第二支架70设有第三卡合部但不包括第四卡合部,换句话说,本实施例采用了更加简洁的设置来实现第一支架60和第二支架70的两种状态的连接效果。
由于本实施例的背板组件与第一实施例中的背板组件具有相似的结构和工作过程,本领域技术人员结合第一实施例有相关的描述很容易理解本实施例的内容,因此这里不作赘述。显然,本发明第三实施例的背板组件也能够通过自动化安装来提高装配效率,并降低组装成本。
在本发明的第四实施例中,还提供了一种液晶显示装置,该液晶显示装置配备有上述任一实施例中的背板组件。通过采用该背板组件,液晶显示装置也能够在实现自动化安装的前提下,提高装配效率并降低组装成本。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种液晶显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示装置包括液晶面板、背光模组以及背板组件,所述背板组件包括:
    背板,用以容置并固定所述背光模组;
    第一支架,所述第一支架的一端设有用以容置所述背板的一侧边和所述液晶面板的一侧边的第一容置槽,所述第一支架的另一端设有第一卡合部和第二卡合部,且所述第二卡合部位于所述第一容置槽和所述第一卡合部之间;
    第二支架,所述第二支架的一端设有用以容置所述背板的另一侧边和所述液晶面板的另一侧边的第二容置槽,所述第二支架的另一端设有第三卡合部和第四卡合部,且所述第四卡合部位于所述第二容置槽和所述第三卡合部之间;
    其中,所述第三卡合部与所述第一卡合部相连接时使得所述第一支架与所述第二支架处于预定位连接状态;所述第二卡合部与所述第三卡合部相连接且所述第一卡合部与所述第四卡合部相连接时使得所述第一支架与所述第二支架处于定位连接状态;在所述定位连接状态时,所述第一容置槽和所述第二容置槽分别抵靠并固定所述背板和所述液晶面板的所述一侧边和所述另一侧边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述第一卡合部为第一凸块,所述第二卡合部为第二凸块,所述第三卡合部为第一凹槽,所述第四卡合部为第二凹槽,在所述预定位连接状态时所述第一凸块与所述第一凹槽卡合连接,在所述定位连接状态时所述第一凸块与所述第二凹槽卡合连接且所述第二凸块与所述第一凹槽卡合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述第一卡合部为第一卡勾,所述第二卡合部为第二卡勾,所述第三卡合部为第一卡槽,所述第四卡合部为第二卡槽,在所述预定位连接状态时所述第一卡勾与所述第一卡槽卡合连接,在所述定位连接状态时所述第一卡勾与所述第二卡槽卡合连接且所述第二卡勾与所述第一卡槽卡合连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中:
    所述第一支架包括第一底板、第一挡墙以及连接所述第一底板和所述第一挡墙的第一侧壁,所述第一底板用以支撑所述背板,所述第一挡墙用以压盖所述液晶面板,所述第一侧壁用以抵靠所述背板的所述一侧边,所述第一底板、所述第一挡墙和所述第一侧壁共同界定出所述第一容置槽;
    所述第二支架包括第二底板、第二挡墙以及连接所述第二底板和所述第二挡墙的第二侧壁,所述第二底板用以支撑所述背板,所述第二挡墙用以压盖所述液晶面板,所述第二侧壁用以抵靠所述背板的所述另一侧边,所述第二底板、所述第二挡墙和所述第二侧壁共同界定出所述第二容置槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中:
    所述第一支架的所述另一端设有引导槽,以允许所述第二支架在所述引导槽中沿预定方向滑动;或者
    所述第二支架的所述另一端设有引导槽,以允许所述第一支架在所述引导槽中沿预定方向滑动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述第一卡合部或所述第三卡合部为弹性材料,以使所述第一支架和所述第二支架在沿所述引导槽方向受到的挤压力大于预设值时,所述第一卡合部能够与所述第三卡合部脱离连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述第一支架和所述第二支架均为多个,且多个所述第一支架和多个所述第二支架之间为一一对应设置。
  8. 一种用于液晶显示装置的背板组件,所述液晶显示装置包括液晶面板以及背光模组,其中,所述背板组件包括:
    背板,用以容置并固定所述背光模组;
    第一支架,所述第一支架的一端设有用以容置所述背板的一侧边和所述液晶面板的一侧边的第一容置槽,所述第一支架的另一端设有第一卡合部和第二卡合部,且所述第二卡合部位于所述第一容置槽和所述第一卡合部之间;
    第二支架,所述第二支架的一端设有用以容置所述背板的另一侧边和所述液晶面板的另一侧边的第二容置槽,所述第二支架的另一端设有第三卡合部;
    其中,所述第三卡合部与所述第一卡合部相连接时使得所述第一支架与所述第二支架处于预定位连接状态;所述第三卡合部与所述第二卡合部相连接时使得所述第一支架与所述第二支架处于定位连接状态;在所述定位连接状态时,所述第一容置槽和所述第二容置槽分别抵靠并固定所述背板和所述液晶面板的所述一侧边和所述另一侧边。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的背板组件,其中:
    所述第一卡合部为第一凸块,所述第二卡合部为第二凸块,所述第三卡合部为凹槽,在所述预定位连接状态时所述第一凸块与所述凹槽卡合连接,在所述定位连接状态时所述第二凸块与所述凹槽卡合连接;或者
    所述第一卡合部为第一凹槽,所述第二卡合部为第二凹槽,所述第三卡合部为凸块,在所述预定位连接状态时所述第一凹槽与所述凸块卡合连接,在所述定位连接状态时所述第二凹槽与所述凸块卡合连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的背板组件,其中,所述第二支架的另一端还设有第四卡合部,且所述第四卡合部位于所述第二容置槽和所述第三卡合部之间,且在所述定位连接状态时所述第四卡合部与所述第一卡合部卡合连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背板组件,其中,所述第一卡合部为第一凸块,所述第二卡合部为第二凸块,所述第三卡合部为第一凹槽,所述第四卡合部为第二凹槽,在所述预定位连接状态时所述第一凸块与所述第一凹槽卡合连接,在所述定位连接状态时所述第一凸块与所述第二凹槽卡合连接且所述第二凸块与所述第一凹槽卡合连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的背板组件,其中:
    所述第一支架包括第一底板、第一挡墙以及连接所述第一底板和所述第一挡墙的第一侧壁,所述第一底板用以支撑所述背板,所述第一挡墙用以压盖所述液晶面板,所述第一侧壁用以抵靠所述背板的所述一侧边,所述第一底板、所述第一挡墙和所述第一侧壁共同界定出所述第一容置槽;
    所述第二支架包括第二底板、第二挡墙以及连接所述第二底板和所述第二挡墙的第二侧壁,所述第二底板用以支撑所述背板,所述第二挡墙用以压盖所述液晶面板,所述第二侧壁用以抵靠所述背板的所述另一侧边,所述第二底板、所述第二挡墙和所述第二侧壁共同界定出所述第二容置槽。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背板组件,其中:
    所述第一支架的所述另一端设有引导槽,以允许所述第二支架在所述引导槽中沿预定方向滑动;或者
    所述第二支架的所述另一端设有引导槽,以允许所述第一支架在所述引导槽中沿预定方向滑动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的背板组件,其中,所述第一卡合部或所述第三卡合部为弹性材料,以使所述第一支架和所述第二支架在沿所述引导槽方向受到的挤压力大于预设值时,所述第一卡合部能够与所述第三卡合部脱离连接。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的背板组件,其中,所述第一卡合部为第一卡勾,所述第二卡合部为第二卡勾,所述第三卡合部为第一卡槽,所述第四卡合部为第二卡槽,在所述预定位连接状态时所述第一卡勾与所述第一卡槽卡合连接,在所述定位连接状态时所述第一卡勾与所述第二卡槽卡合连接且所述第二卡勾与所述第一卡槽卡合连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的背板组件,其中:
    所述第一支架包括第一底板、第一挡墙以及连接所述第一底板和所述第一挡墙的第一侧壁,所述第一底板用以支撑所述背板,所述第一挡墙用以压盖所述液晶面板,所述第一侧壁用以抵靠所述背板的所述一侧边,所述第一底板、所述第一挡墙和所述第一侧壁共同界定出所述第一容置槽;
    所述第二支架包括第二底板、第二挡墙以及连接所述第二底板和所述第二挡墙的第二侧壁,所述第二底板用以支撑所述背板,所述第二挡墙用以压盖所述液晶面板,所述第二侧壁用以抵靠所述背板的所述另一侧边,所述第二底板、所述第二挡墙和所述第二侧壁共同界定出所述第二容置槽。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的背板组件,其中:
    所述第一支架的所述另一端设有引导槽,以允许所述第二支架在所述引导槽中沿预定方向滑动;或者
    所述第二支架的所述另一端设有引导槽,以允许所述第一支架在所述引导槽中沿预定方向滑动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的背板组件,其中,所述第一卡合部或所述第三卡合部为弹性材料,以使所述第一支架和所述第二支架在沿所述引导槽方向受到的挤压力大于预设值时,所述第一卡合部能够与所述第三卡合部脱离连接。
  19. 根据权利要求8所述的背板组件,其中,所述第一支架和所述第二支架均为多个,且多个所述第一支架和多个所述第二支架之间为一一对应设置。
