液晶显示装置包括液晶面板和背光模组,背光模组底部具有背框,用于与前框配合实现液晶面板和背光模组的固定。现有技术中的背框一般为整体式背框,即使用金属冲压或塑料注射方式整体成型的背框,这使得液晶显示装置的材料成本较高。同时,对于大尺寸的背框,由于需使用较大的冲压设备,成本更高,且对应的模具尺寸很大,结构复杂,导致生产成本进一步增高。另外,对于不同尺寸的背框,需使用对应不同尺寸的模具,成本高且产品开发周期较长。
综上所述,有必要提供一种背框和液晶显示装置,以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种背框和液晶显示装置,能够利用同一模具开发的拼接件来形成不同尺寸的背框,节省模具费用,降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背框,其包括至少两个主拼接件,相邻的主拼接件之间通过拼接部固定连接,且在每一拼接部的不同位置处设置有多个定位点,通过选定不同的定位点固定连接相邻的主拼接件,使得至少两个主拼接件以拼接方式连接形成不同尺寸的背框;其中,多个定位点为铆接定位孔、螺丝锁附孔、无孔铆接点或焊接点,主拼接件的拼接部还设置有凸包结构,多个定位点围绕凸包结构设置。
其中,凸包结构分别包括设置于两相邻主拼接件的拼接部的第一凸包和第二凸包,第二凸包容置于第一凸包所限定的空间内。
其中,背框包括第一主拼接件和第二主拼接件,第一主拼接件包括第一主体部和自第一主体部的一端垂直延伸的第一延伸部,第二主拼接件包括第二主体部和自第二主体部的一端垂直延伸的第二延伸部,第一延伸部与第二主体部、第二延伸部与第一主体部分别通过定位点固定连接,形成背框。
其中,背框包括平行间隔设置的两个第一主拼接件和平行间隔设置的两个第二主拼接件,第一主拼接件与第二主拼接件分别通过定位点首尾固定连接,形成背框。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种背框,其包括至少两个主拼接件,相邻的主拼接件之间通过拼接部固定连接,且在每一拼接部的不同位置处设置有多个定位点,通过选定不同的定位点固定连接相邻的主拼接件,使得至少两个主拼接件以拼接方式连接形成不同尺寸的背框。
其中,多个定位点为铆接定位孔、螺丝锁附孔、无孔铆接点或焊接点。
其中,背框包括第一主拼接件和第二主拼接件,第一主拼接件包括第一主体部和自第一主体部的一端垂直延伸的第一延伸部,第二主拼接件包括第二主体部和自第二主体部的一端垂直延伸的第二延伸部,第一延伸部与第二主体部、第二延伸部与第一主体部分别通过定位点固定连接,形成背框。
其中,第一主体部和第二主体部之间还设置有多个辅助支架,辅助支架的两端分别与第一主体部和第二主体部固定连接。
其中,背框包括平行间隔设置的两个第一主拼接件和平行间隔设置的两个第二主拼接件,第一主拼接件与第二主拼接件分别通过定位点首尾固定连接,形成背框。
其中,两个第一拼接件之间还设置有多个辅助支架,辅助支架的两端分别与第一拼接件固定连接。
其中,主拼接件的拼接部还设置有凸包结构,多个定位点围绕凸包结构设置。
其中,凸包结构分别包括设置于两相邻主拼接件的拼接部的第一凸包和第二凸包,第二凸包容置于第一凸包所限定的空间内。
其中,凸包结构与主拼接件一体挤压成型。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的又一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括一背框,该背框包括至少两个主拼接件,相邻的主拼接件之间通过拼接部固定连接,且在每一拼接部的不同位置处设置有多个定位点,通过选定不同的定位点固定连接相邻的主拼接件,使得至少两个主拼接件以拼接方式连接形成不同尺寸的背框。
其中,多个定位点为铆接定位孔、螺丝锁附孔、无孔铆接点或焊接点。
其中,背框包括第一主拼接件和第二主拼接件,第一主拼接件包括第一主体部和自第一主体部的一端垂直延伸的第一延伸部,第二主拼接件包括第二主体部和自第二主体部的一端垂直延伸的第二延伸部,第一延伸部与第二主体部、第二延伸部与第一主体部分别通过定位点固定连接,形成背框。
其中,背框包括平行间隔设置的两个第一主拼接件和平行间隔设置的两个第二主拼接件,第一主拼接件与第二主拼接件分别通过定位点首尾固定连接,形成背框。
其中,主拼接件的拼接部还设置有凸包结构,多个定位点围绕凸包结构设置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过采用主拼接件以拼接方式形成背框,且主拼接件上设置有多个不同位置的定位点,通过固定连接不同位置的定位点可实现利用同一模具开发的主拼接件来形成不同尺寸的背框,尤其是尺寸相近的背框,从而能够节省模具费用,降低生产成本,同时缩短产品的开发周期。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是本发明第一实施例的背框的结构分解示意图。如图1所示,背框100包括:第一主拼接件110、第二主拼接件120以及两个辅助支架150。
其中,第一主拼接件110和第二主拼接件120分别呈“L”型,并通过拼接部130以拼接方式形成背框100的外框架。
具体来说,第一主拼接件110包括第一主体部111和自第一主体部111的一端垂直延伸的第一延伸部112,第二主拼接件120包括第二主体部121和自第二主体部121的一端垂直延伸的第二延伸部122。第一主体部111与第二延伸部122、第二主体部121与第一延伸部112分别通过拼接部130上的多个定位点140实现固定连接,从而形成如图2所示的背框100的外框架。
参阅图2所示,辅助支架150的两端分别与第一主体部111和第二主体部121连接,辅助支架150与第一延伸部112和第二延伸部122平行。在本实施例中,辅助支架150主要用以增加背框100的结构强度以及保持背框100的结构稳定,可以根据需要设置一个或多个,并不仅限于本实施例所述的两个。
在本实施例中,为增加背框100在拼接部130处的固定连接强度,第一主拼接件110和第二主拼接件120分别在拼接部130上还设置有凸包结构160。其中,凸包结构160与第一主拼接件110和第二主拼接件120一体挤压成型。图3是图2所示的背框100在拼接部130的局部剖视图。参阅图2和图3,凸包结构160包括第一凸包161和第二凸包162,第一凸包161设置于第二主体部121和第一主体部111的拼接部130上,第二凸包162设置于第一延伸部112和第二延伸部122的拼接部130上,第二凸包162容置于第一凸包161所限定的空间内,并且可随着背框100尺寸的调节进行滑动。其中,第一凸包161的顶壁和第二凸包162的顶壁紧密相邻。
在本实施例中,为防止背框100在组装为液晶显示装置时,因导光板和液晶面板的重压而导致凸包结构160发生形变,第二凸包162的底部还设置有支撑结构163,支撑结构163在凸包结构160冲压成型后,分别组装于第一主拼接件110的第一延伸部112上和第二主拼接件120的第二延伸部122上。在其他实施例中,第二凸包162也可以为实体结构。
图4是图2所示的背框100在拼接部130的分解示意图。如图4所示,定位点140围绕凸包结构160设置,定位点140包括位于第二主拼接件120上的四个定位点141、143、144、145和位于第一主拼接件110上的多个定位点142,定位点142包括对应不同尺寸背框100的多组定位点142a、142b、…、142n。其中,根据设置的需求,第二主拼接件120上定位点的数量可以改变,并不仅限于本实施例所述的4个。
根据多组定位点142a、142b、…、142n的矩阵式分布,本实施例的背框100的尺寸不仅可以实现在长度或宽度方向的一维方向调节,而且能够实现长度和宽度方向的二维方向调节。具体而言,在形成需要尺寸的背框100时,取下辅助支架150,将位于第二主拼接件120上的定位点141与第一主拼接件110上的多组定位点142a、142b、…、142n对应,需要说明的是,本实施例优选取位点141作为定位参照标准,定位点141与定位点142a对应后,定位点143、144、145则相应的对应第一主拼接件110上的其它位置的点。在其它实施例中,也可以选取定位点143、144、145其中之一或任意组合作为定位参照标准。
调节过程如下:
一维方向调节,需要形成定位点142a对应尺寸的背框100时,沿背框100的长度方向拉动第一主拼接件110(图5所示箭头方向),此时,第一凸包161和第二凸包162的位置发生变化(图6所示),然后将定位点141与定位点142a对应,定位点143、144、145则相应的对应第一主拼接件110上的其它位置的点,固定连接,背框100的长度增加。
二维方向调节,需要形成定位点142b和142n对应尺寸的背框100时,沿背框100的长度方向和宽度方向同时拉动第一主拼接件110(图7所示箭头方向),此时,第一凸包161和第二凸包162的位置也发生变化(图未视),然后将定位点141与定位点142b和142n对应,定位点143、144、145则相应的对应第一主拼接件110上的其它位置的点,固定连接,背框100的长度和宽度均增加。其中,根据固定连接方式不同,定位点140可以为铆接定位孔、螺丝锁附孔、无孔铆接点或焊接点。
进一步地,定位点140固定连接后,再将辅助支架150固定连接于第一主拼接件110和第二主拼接件120上。需要说明的是,辅助支架150的两端也具有类似于定位点140的固定连接装置。图8是本发明第二实施例的背框的分解结构示意图。在本实施例中,背框200包括:两个第一主拼接件210和220、两个第二主拼接件230和240、拼接部250以及两个辅助拼接件270。
本实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于,第一主拼接件210和220以及第二主拼接件230和240分别为长条形结构,并以拼接方式形成背框200的外框架。具体来说,第一主拼接件210和220平行间隔设置,第二主拼接件230和240平行间隔设置,第一主拼接件210的两端分别通过拼接部250与第二主拼接件230和240的一端垂直固定连接,第一主拼接件220的两端分别通过拼接部250与第二主拼接件230和240的另一端垂直固定连接。辅助拼接件270的两端分别与第一主拼接件210和220连接,辅助拼接件270与第二主拼接件230和240平行,从而形成如图9所示的背框200的结构示意图。
其中,定位点260、辅助支架270以及凸包结构280分别与第一实施例的定位点140、辅助支架150以及凸包结构160的结构以及工作原理相同。
本实施例的背框200可以通过设置于四个拼接部250上的定位点260的对应配合,实现一维或二维方向上不同尺寸的调节,第一实施例所述的背框100能通过两个拼接部130上的定位点140的对应配合,实现一维或二维方向上不同尺寸的调节。
在其他实施例中,本领域技术人员完全可以在不付出创造性劳动的前提下对拼接部上定位点的数量、位置以及各种主拼接件的设置进行互换或其他变化,只需使得主拼接件之间通过不同位置的定位点固定连接,进而使得背框可在不同尺寸之间进行调节,尤其是尺寸相近的背框,例如37-39、46-48尺寸的背框,即可实现本发明之目的,并不局限于图1-图9所示的实施例。
本发明还提供了一种液晶显示装置,其包括上述第一实施例的背框100或第二实施例的背框200。
综上所述,本发明通过采用主拼接件以拼接方式形成背框,且主拼接件上设置有多个不同位置的定位点,通过固定连接不同位置的定位点可实现利用同一模具开发的主拼接件来形成不同尺寸的背框,尤其是尺寸相近的背框,从而能够节省模具费用,降低生产成本,同时缩短产品的开发周期。

Claims (18)
- 一种背框,其中,所述背框包括至少两个主拼接件,相邻的所述主拼接件之间通过拼接部固定连接,且在每一所述拼接部的不同位置处设置有多个定位点,通过选定不同的所述定位点固定连接相邻的所述主拼接件,使得至少两个所述主拼接件以拼接方式连接形成不同尺寸的所述背框;其中,所述多个定位点为铆接定位孔、螺丝锁附孔、无孔铆接点或焊接点,所述主拼接件的所述拼接部还设置有凸包结构,所述多个定位点围绕所述凸包结构设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背框,其中,所述凸包结构包括分别设置于两相邻所述主拼接件的所述拼接部的第一凸包和第二凸包,所述第二凸包容置于所述第一凸包所限定的空间内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背框,其中,所述背框包括第一主拼接件和第二主拼接件,所述第一主拼接件包括第一主体部和自所述第一主体部的一端垂直延伸的第一延伸部,所述第二主拼接件包括第二主体部和自所述第二主体部的一端垂直延伸的第二延伸部;其中,所述第一延伸部与所述第二主体部、所述第二延伸部与所述第一主体部分别通过所述定位点固定连接,形成所述背框。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背框,其中,所述背框包括平行间隔设置的两个第一主拼接件和平行间隔设置的两个第二主拼接件;其中,所述第一主拼接件与所述第二主拼接件分别通过所述定位点首尾固定连接,形成所述背框。
- 一种背框,其中,所述背框包括至少两个主拼接件,相邻的所述主拼接件之间通过拼接部固定连接,且在每一所述拼接部的不同位置处设置有多个定位点,通过选定不同的所述定位点固定连接相邻的所述主拼接件,使得至少两个所述主拼接件以拼接方式连接形成不同尺寸的所述背框。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背框,其中,所述多个定位点为铆接定位孔、螺丝锁附孔、无孔铆接点或焊接点。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背框,其中,所述背框包括第一主拼接件和第二主拼接件,所述第一主拼接件包括第一主体部和自所述第一主体部的一端垂直延伸的第一延伸部,所述第二主拼接件包括第二主体部和自所述第二主体部的一端垂直延伸的第二延伸部;其中,所述第一延伸部与所述第二主体部、所述第二延伸部与所述第一主体部分别通过所述定位点固定连接,形成所述背框。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背框,其中,所述第一主体部和第二主体部之间还设置有多个辅助支架,所述辅助支架的两端分别与所述第一主体部和第二主体部固定连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背框,其中,所述背框包括平行间隔设置的两个第一主拼接件和平行间隔设置的两个第二主拼接件;其中,所述第一主拼接件与所述第二主拼接件分别通过所述定位点首尾固定连接,形成所述背框。
- 根据权利要求9所述的背框,其中,所述两个第一拼接件之间还设置有多个辅助支架,所述辅助支架的两端分别与所述第一拼接件固定连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背框,其中,所述主拼接件的所述拼接部还设置有凸包结构,所述多个定位点围绕所述凸包结构设置。
- 根据权利要求11所述的背框,其中,所述凸包结构包括分别设置于两相邻所述主拼接件的所述拼接部的第一凸包和第二凸包,所述第二凸包容置于所述第一凸包所限定的空间内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的背框,其中,所述凸包结构与所述主拼接件一体挤压成型。
- 一种液晶显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示装置包括一背框,所述背框包括至少两个主拼接件,相邻的所述主拼接件之间通过拼接部固定连接,且在每一所述拼接部的不同位置处设置有多个定位点,通过选定不同的所述定位点固定连接相邻的所述主拼接件,使得至少两个所述主拼接件以拼接方式连接形成不同尺寸的所述背框。
- 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述多个定位点为铆接定位孔、螺丝锁附孔、无孔铆接点或焊接点。
- 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述背框包括第一主拼接件和第二主拼接件,所述第一主拼接件包括第一主体部和自所述第一主体部的一端垂直延伸的第一延伸部,所述第二主拼接件包括第二主体部和自所述第二主体部的一端垂直延伸的第二延伸部;其中,所述第一延伸部与所述第二主体部、所述第二延伸部与所述第一主体部分别通过所述定位点固定连接,形成所述背框。
- 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述背框包括平行间隔设置的两个第一主拼接件和平行间隔设置的两个第二主拼接件;其中,所述第一主拼接件与所述第二主拼接件分别通过所述定位点首尾固定连接,形成所述背框。
- 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述主拼接件的所述拼接部还设置有凸包结构,所述多个定位点围绕所述凸包结构设置。
