Abstract

本发明公开一种通信方法和装置。所述方法包括:当移动通信终端的第一号码被主叫端呼叫且第二号码处于通话状态时,判断第二号码是否已被发送至主叫端;在第二号码已被发送至主叫端时,向主叫端发送请求信息;该请求信息与请求主叫端将提醒信息发送至第二号码相关。本发明可使移动通信终端及时地获取到来电信息。

本发明涉及移动通信终端领域,尤其涉及一种通信方法及装置。
背景技术
双卡双待单通的移动通信终端是指可同时插入两张用户身份模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM )SIM卡,并同时待机的移动通信终端,例如用户可在一部手机上同时使用两张GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications,全球移动通信系统)网络的SIM卡,或者同时使用两张CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)网络的SIM卡,双卡双待移动通信终端极大的方便了往返各地的商务人士及其他类型消费者的使用,降低了用户的通信成本。
但是双卡双待单通的移动通信终端在一张SIM卡进行通话的过程中,另外一张SIM卡无法响应网络寻呼,更无法进行通话,若此时外部正在对另外一张SIM卡呼叫时,移动通信终端无法提示用户来电,这导致用户经常漏掉一些通话,如果是一些重要的通话,其损失更加明显。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种通信方法及装置,其能够及时地获取到来电信息。
技术解决方案
一种通信方法,其包括:当移动通信终端的第一号码被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二号码处于通话状态时,判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端;以及在所述第二号码已被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息;所述请求信息与请求所述主叫端将预定格式的提醒信息发送至所述第二号码相关;所述通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息的步骤还包括:在所述第二号码没有被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,生成包括有所述第二号码的号码消息;以及通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端;所述通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息的步骤之后还包括:在所述移动通信终端接收到所述提醒信息的情况下,判断所述第二号码是否处于通话状态;以及在所述第二号码没有处于通话状态的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端显示提示信息。
在上述的通信方法中,所述判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端的步骤之前还包括:通过所述移动通信终端将所述第一号码及所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端。
在上述的通信方法中,所述通过所述移动通信终端将所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端的步骤包括:在所述移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息;根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否插入了至少两张号码卡;在所述移动通信终端插入了至少两张号码卡的情况下,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否更换了号码卡,以及在所述移动通信终端更换了号码卡的情况下,生成所述号码消息,所述号码消息包括更换了的号码卡所对应的号码;以及通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
在上述的通信方法中,所述读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息的步骤之后还包括:将所述号码识别信息存储至所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息数据库中。
在上述的通信方法中,所述提醒信息包括一指定的端口号以及一用于标识所述提醒信息的描述符。

在上述的通信方法中,所述方法还包括:在所述移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息;根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否插入了至少两张号码卡;在所述移动通信终端插入了至少两张号码卡的情况下,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否更换了号码卡,以及在所述移动通信终端更换了号码卡的情况下,生成所述号码消息,所述号码消息包括更换了的号码卡所对应的号码;以及通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。

一种通信装置,其包括:第一判断模块,用于当移动通信终端的第一号码被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二号码处于通话状态时,判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端;以及发送控制模块,用于在所述第二号码已被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息;所述请求信息与请求所述主叫端将预定格式的提醒信息发送至所述第二号码相关。
在上述的通信装置中,所述装置还包括:号码消息生成模块,用于在所述第二号码没有被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,生成包括有所述第二号码的号码消息;所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
在上述的通信装置中,所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述第一号码及所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端。
在上述的通信装置中,所述装置还包括:信息读取模块,用于在所述移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息;第二判断模块,用于根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否插入了至少两张号码卡;所述号码消息生成模块还用于在所述移动通信终端插入了至少两张号码卡的情况下,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否更换了号码卡,以及在所述移动通信终端更换了号码卡的情况下,生成所述号码消息,所述号码消息包括更换了的号码卡所对应的号码;以及所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
在上述的通信装置中,所述装置还包括:存储模块,用于将所述号码识别信息存储至所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息数据库中。
在上述的通信装置中,所述装置还包括:第三判断模块,用于在所述移动通信终端接收到所述提醒信息的情况下,判断所述第二号码是否处于通话状态;以及显示控制模块,用于在所述第二号码没有处于通话状态的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端显示提示信息。
在上述的通信装置中,所述提醒信息包括一指定的端口号以及一用于标识所述提醒信息的描述符。
有益效果
本发明使移动通信终端能够及时地获取到来电信息,并且来电信息与普通短信相区别,方便了用户直观快捷的获取来电信息,用户可根据来电信息进行相应的处理。

本发明提供一种通信方法及装置,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

请参阅图1,图1为本发明通信方法较佳实施例的流程图,如图所示,其包括步骤:
S100,当移动通信终端的第一号码被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二号码处于通话状态时,通过所述移动通信终端将所述第一号码及所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端;
S101,判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端;
S102,在所述第二号码已被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息,所述请求信息与请求所述主叫端将预定格式的提醒信息发送至所述第二号码相关;在所述第二号码没有被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,生成包括有所述第二号码的号码消息,通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
参考图2,图2为本发明的通信方法较佳实施例二的流程图。本实施例与上述实施例一相似,不同之处在于,本发明实施例的通信方法还可以包括:
S200,在所述移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息;
S201,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否插入了至少两张号码卡;
S202,在所述移动通信终端插入了至少两张号码卡的情况下,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否更换了号码卡,以及在所述移动通信终端更换了号码卡的情况下,生成所述号码消息,所述号码消息包括更换了的号码卡所对应的号码;
在步骤S100,通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。

参考图4,图4为本发明的通信方法较佳实施例四的流程图。本实施例与上述实施例一、二或三相似,不同之处在于,在本发明实施例中,所述通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息的步骤之后还包括:
S400,在所述移动通信终端接收到所述提醒信息的情况下,判断所述第二号码是否处于通话状态,在所述第二号码没有处于通话状态的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端显示提示信息。
在本发明实施例中,所述提醒信息包括一指定的端口号以及一用于标识所述提醒信息的描述符。
作为对上述实施例的改进或变通,具体地,当双卡双待单通的移动通信终端中的第一SIM卡被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡处于通话中时,双卡双待单通的移动通信终端将其中的第一SIM卡及第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号发送至主叫端。判断所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号是否存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库。当所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库中,主叫端自动将预定格式的呼叫提醒短信发送至所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡。所述第一SIM卡对应上述第一号码,所述第二SIM卡对应上述第二号码,所述SIM卡卡号对应上述号码信息。
本发明中的双卡号码信息数据库中是设置于主叫端或双卡双待单通的移动通信终端的数据库,在该双卡号码信息数据库中存储了多条记录,每条记录中都包含有两张SIM卡的SIM卡元组,该SIM卡元组存储了配对的两张SIM卡的SIM卡卡号,这两张SIM卡一般同时使用在同一移动通信终端中,双卡双待单通的移动通信终端或移动通信终端可向外发送或接受外界发过来的SIM卡卡号,以对自己的双卡号码信息数据库进行更新。另外,在本发明中所述双卡双待单通的移动通信终端为被叫端,所述主叫端也可以是双卡双待单通的移动通信终端或者是其他普通的移动通信终端。
发送SIM卡卡号的方式有两种:主动获取及被动获取,被动获取是指移动通信终端开机时即将其第一SIM卡及第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号发送至移动通信终端的通讯录上的联系人,即可能的主叫端,而对于主叫端不在移动通信终端即被叫端通讯录上的情况,主叫端可主动向被叫端请求获取被叫端的SIM卡卡号。此处的主动获取及被动获取是针对主叫端而言的,相反,对于被叫端,则可相应的称为被动获取及主动获取。
对于被动获取的方式,具体包括步骤:
双卡双待单通的移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端中的SIM卡识别信息;在所述移动通信终端开机后,便开始读取其中的SIM卡的SIM卡识别信息,SIM卡识别信息是指SIM卡的卡号、IMSI(International Mobile Subscriberidentification Number,国际移动用户识别码)、ICCID(Integrate circuit card identity,集成电路卡识别码)等等固化在SIM卡上的信息,本发明读取SIM卡识别信息是为了接下来的判断步骤;当然,这需要首先将SIM卡插入到该移动通信终端中;
根据所述SIM卡识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否为插入双卡的状态;读取到SIM卡识别信息后,可根据SIM卡识别信息的卡号、IMSI的数量,来判断其是否为插入双卡的状态,如果不是,即无需将SIM卡卡号发送至主叫端,如果是,则进行接下来的步骤;
当所述移动通信终端是插入双卡的状态,根据所述SIM卡识别信息判断移动通信终端是否更换了SIM卡;此处判断是否更换了SIM卡,是为了避免重复的将同样的SIM卡卡号发送至主叫端,如果没有更换,根据用户的之前的设置指令,无需将SIM卡卡号发送至主叫端;而如果更换了SIM卡,则需要将最新的SIM卡的SIM卡卡号发送至主叫端,使主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库保持更新。
而对于如何判断是否更换了SIM卡,具体可通过将读取移动通信终端当前的SIM卡识别信息,并将之与所述移动通信终端的的SIM卡识别信息数据库中的已存储的SIM卡识别信息进行比较,如果读取到的SIM卡识别信息与已存储的SIM卡识别信息不同,则说明所述移动通信终端更换了其中一张或两张SIM卡,而如果比较结果是相同的,则说明所述移动通信终端没有更换其中的SIM卡,其中,该SIM卡识别信息数据库是用于保存本机插入的双卡的SIM卡识别信息,其与双卡号码信息数据库作用不同,双卡号码信息数据库是用来存储非本机的其他终端的双卡的SIM卡卡号,当然,这只是一种实现方式,并非用于限制本发明,本领域技术人员也可采用其他方式来实现。
当所述移动通信终端更换了SIM卡,则将所述移动通信终端的SIM卡卡号封装为预定格式的双卡号码应答短信,并将所述双卡号码应答短信发送至主叫端。此步骤中,在判断更换了SIM卡之后,可将读取到的SIM卡卡号封装为预定格式的双卡号码应答短信,并将其发送至主叫端,例如发送至所述移动通信终端上通讯录上的联系人,至于该双卡号码应答短信的格式在后文会有详细描述。在此步骤中,当判断所述移动通信终端更换了SIM卡,还可将所述SIM卡识别信息存储至所述移动通信终端的SIM卡识别信息数据库中,以便对该SIM卡识别信息数据库中的信息进行更新,并利于下一次开机后的判断。而在主叫端接收到所述双卡号码应答短信之后,可将其中的SIM卡卡号存储至主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库,以对主叫端的双卡号码信息数据的信息进行更新。
在双卡双待单通的移动通信终端中插入有两张SIM卡:第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,当第一SIM卡被主叫端呼叫,并且第二SIM卡处于通话中时,此时第一SIM卡无法接通,主叫端便开始判断该第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号是否存储于其双卡号码信息数据库中。
当主叫端呼叫所述移动通信终端中的第一SIM卡并且呼叫失败时,根据网络返回的呼叫失败原因判断所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡是否正处在通话中;主叫端呼叫第一SIM卡之后,可能的呼叫失败原因有暂时无法接通或者其他原因,当网络返回的是暂时无法接通时,则说明该移动通信终端可能正在利用其另外一张SIM卡即第二SIM卡通话;
当所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡正处在通话中时,查询所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库,判断所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号是否存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库。在判断该移动通信终端正在使用第二SIM卡进行通话,则主叫端查询自己的双卡号码信息数据库,判断该第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号是否存储在该双卡号码信息数据库中有记录,而如果没有的话主叫端可主动向移动通信终端发送获取信息的请求,即前文所述的主动获取方式,后文会对此进行详细说明。
当所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库中,主叫端自动将预定格式的呼叫提醒短信发送至所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡。主叫端在拨打第一SIM卡不成功,并且返回的原因是第二SIM卡正在通话中时,同时主叫端还确认第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号存储于主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库中,此时说明第一SIM卡是在一个双卡移动通信终端中,并且另外一张SIM卡即第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号在主叫端的双卡号码信息数据中也有记录,主叫端便将预定格式的呼叫提醒短信发送至该第二SIM卡上,以提醒所述移动通信终端的用户有来电,本步骤中,是将呼叫提醒短信发送至第二SIM卡上,其原因是双卡双待单通的其中一张SIM卡处于通话中的话,另外一张SIM卡无法响应网络寻呼以及通话,所以本发明中的第一SIM卡也无法及时接收到呼叫提醒短信,所以此步骤中主叫端将呼叫提醒短信发送至第二SIM卡,以便用户可及时获取来电信息。
当所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库中,主叫端获取所述双卡号码信息数据中与所述第一SIM卡对应的第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号;
主叫端根据所述第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号自动将预定格式的呼叫提醒短信发送至所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡。
对于第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号未存储于主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库中的情况,主叫端可主动向所述第一SIM卡发送预定格式的双卡号码请求短信,移动通信终端接收到所述双卡号码请求短信后,将其存储在SIM卡识别信息数据库中的SIM卡卡号封装为双卡号码应答短信回复至主叫端,在主叫端接受到该双卡号码应答短信后,提取所述双卡号码应答短信中的SIM卡卡号,并将该SIM卡卡号更新至主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库中,此即为SIM卡卡号主动获取的过程。在获取了SIM卡卡号后,主叫端便按照步骤S102中同样的步骤,将呼叫提醒短信发送至移动通信终端的第二SIM卡中。
在所述移动通信终端接收到呼叫提醒短信后,所述移动通信终端还根据是哪一张SIM卡接收到呼叫提醒短信作出不同的响应,其主要是因为时差的问题,例如在接收到呼叫提醒短信之后,用户已经利用另外一张SIM卡进行通话,或者用户已经停止通话了,所以需要进行进一步的验证。
所述移动通信终端接收到呼叫提醒短信后,判断所述呼叫提醒短信接收到的号码是否处于通话中,当没有处于通话中时,提示用户来电;否则给用户来电提醒,并提示用户是否结束当前通话,如果用户选择结束当前通话,可使用第一SIM卡进行回拨,以方便用户及时进行通话,避免漏掉重要的通话,当然用户也可根据需要选择第二SIM卡进行回拨。
在本发明中,呼叫提醒短信、双卡号码应答短信、双卡号码请求短信都是封装为预定格式的,例如对于呼叫提醒短信,在呼叫提醒短信的短信头中设置了一指定的端口号,移动通信终端在接收到呼叫提醒短信后可根据该端口号对呼叫提醒短信处理为来电提醒;另外,还可在所述呼叫提醒短信的消息体中设置了一描述符,用于标识所述呼叫提醒短信。对于双卡号码应答短信以及双卡号码请求短信的设置与呼叫提醒短信相同,另外,在双卡号码应答短信中还包括了双卡号码即第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号。
需要说明的是本发明中的SIM卡卡号是配对查询、发送、接收以及存储的,例如移动通信终端开机或者接收到请求时向主叫端发送SIM卡卡号时,是将其中的两张卡的SIM卡卡号以SIM卡元组的形式发送的,而主叫端接收到的SIM卡卡号也是两张卡的SIM卡卡号,并且以SIM卡元组的形式存储,以便需要时,查找到拨打号码对应的另外一张SIM卡。
与上述方法对应,参考图5,图5为本发明的通信装置较佳实施例一的结构框图。本发明还提供一种通信装置,其包括:
第一判断模块,用于当移动通信终端的第一号码被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二号码处于通话状态时,判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端;
发送控制模块,用于在所述第二号码已被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息;
所述请求信息与请求所述主叫端将预定格式的提醒信息发送至所述第二号码相关。
在本发明实施例中,所述装置还包括:
号码消息生成模块,用于在所述第二号码没有被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,生成包括有所述第二号码的号码消息;
所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
在本发明实施例中,所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述第一号码及所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端。
参考图6,图6为本发明的通信装置较佳实施例二的结构框图。本实施例与上述实施例一相似,不同之处在于,在本发明实施例中,所述装置还包括:
信息读取模块,用于在所述移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息;
第二判断模块,用于根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否插入了至少两张号码卡;
所述号码消息生成模块还用于在所述移动通信终端插入了至少两张号码卡的情况下,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否更换了号码卡,以及在所述移动通信终端更换了号码卡的情况下,生成所述号码消息,所述号码消息包括更换了的号码卡所对应的号码;以及
所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
参考图7,图7为本发明的通信装置较佳实施例三的结构框图。本实施例与上述实施例一或二相似,不同之处在于,在本发明实施例中,所述装置还包括:
存储模块,用于将所述号码识别信息存储至所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息数据库中。
参考图8,图8为本发明的通信装置较佳实施例四的结构框图。本实施例与上述实施例一、二或三相似,不同之处在于,在本发明实施例中,所述装置还包括:
第三判断模块,用于在所述移动通信终端接收到所述提醒信息的情况下,判断所述第二号码是否处于通话状态;以及
显示控制模块,用于在所述第二号码没有处于通话状态的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端显示提示信息。
在本发明实施例中,所述提醒信息包括一指定的端口号以及一用于标识所述提醒信息的描述符。
作为对上述实施例的改进或变通,具体地,主叫端中设置有一存储状态判断模块、呼叫提醒短信发送模块,所述移动通信终端中设置有一呼叫提醒短信接收模块:
存储状态判断模块用于当双卡双待单通的移动通信终端中的第一SIM卡被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡处于通话中时,判断所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号是否存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库;
呼叫提醒短信发送模块用于当所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库中,主叫端自动将预定格式的呼叫提醒短信发送至所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡;
呼叫提醒短信接收模块用于接收所述主叫端发送过来的呼叫提醒短信。关于上述各模块的功能作用在前文已有详述,故不再赘述。
进一步,在所述移动通信终端中还设置有一SIM卡卡号发送模块,所述SIM卡卡号发送模块包括:
读取单元,用于双卡双待单通的移动通信终端开机时,读取其中的SIM卡识别信息;
双卡状态判断单元,用于根据所述SIM卡识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否为插入双卡的状态;
SIM卡更换判断单元,用于当所述移动通信终端是插入双卡的状态,根据所述SIM卡识别信息判断移动通信终端是否更换了SIM卡;
双卡号码应答短信发送单元,用于当所述移动通信终端更换了SIM卡,则将所述移动通信终端中的SIM卡卡号封装为预定格式的双卡号码应答短信,并将所述双卡号码应答短信发送至主叫端。关于上述各单元的功能作用前面已有详述故不再赘述。
进一步,在所述判断模块中具体包括:
通话判断单元,用于当主叫端呼叫所述移动通信终端中的第一SIM卡并且呼叫失败时,根据网络返回的呼叫失败原因判断所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡是否正处在通话中;
第一SIM卡信息判断单元,用于当所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡正处在通话中时,查询所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库,判断所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号是否存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库。关于上述各单元的功能作用前文已有详述,故也不再赘述。
进一步,所述呼叫提醒短信发送模块包括:
第二SIM卡卡号获取单元,用于当所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库中,主叫端获取所述双卡号码信息数据中与所述第一SIM卡对应的第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号;
呼叫提醒短信发送单元,用于根据所述第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号自动将预定格式的呼叫提醒短信发送至所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡。
本发明还提供一种移动通信终端,其中,所述移动通信终端包括:
存储状态判断模块,用于当呼叫被叫端的第一SIM卡且所述被叫端的第二SIM卡处于通话中时,判断所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号是否存储于所述移动通信终端的双卡号码信息数据库;
呼叫提醒短信发送模块,用于当所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号存储于所述双卡号码信息数据库中,自动将预定格式的呼叫提醒短信发送至被叫端。关于上述各模块的功能作用与前面系统中对应的模块相同,不再赘述。
本发明使双卡双待单通的移动通信终端模拟双通功能的方法、系统及移动终端,通过判断所述第一SIM卡的SIM卡卡号是否存储于所述主叫端的双卡号码信息数据库,当是时主叫端自动将预定格式的呼叫提醒短信发送至所述移动通信终端的第二SIM卡,从而使通话中的第二SIM卡能够及时的获取到来电信息,并且来电信息与普通短信相区别,方便了用户直观快捷的获取来电信息,用户可根据来电信息进行相应的处理。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种通信方法,其包括:
    当移动通信终端的第一号码被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二号码处于通话状态时,判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端;以及
    在所述第二号码已被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息;
    其中,所述请求信息与请求所述主叫端将预定格式的提醒信息发送至所述第二号码相关;
    其中,所述通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息的步骤还包括:
    在所述第二号码没有被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,生成包括有所述第二号码的号码消息;以及
    通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端;
    其中,所述通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息的步骤之后还包括:
    在所述移动通信终端接收到所述提醒信息的情况下,判断所述第二号码是否处于通话状态;以及
    在所述第二号码没有处于通话状态的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端显示提示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其中所述判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端的步骤之前还包括:
    通过所述移动通信终端将所述第一号码及所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其中所述通过所述移动通信终端将所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端的步骤包括:
    在所述移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息;
    根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否插入了至少两张号码卡;
    在所述移动通信终端插入了至少两张号码卡的情况下,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否更换了号码卡,以及在所述移动通信终端更换了号码卡的情况下,生成所述号码消息,所述号码消息包括更换了的号码卡所对应的号码;以及
    通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的通信方法,其中所述读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息的步骤之后还包括:
    将所述号码识别信息存储至所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息数据库中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其中所述提醒信息包括一指定的端口号以及一用于标识所述提醒信息的描述符。
  6. 一种通信方法,其包括:
    当移动通信终端的第一号码被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二号码处于通话状态时,判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端;以及
    在所述第二号码已被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息;
    其中,所述请求信息与请求所述主叫端将预定格式的提醒信息发送至所述第二号码相关。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通信方法,还包括:
    在所述第二号码没有被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,生成包括有所述第二号码的号码消息;以及
    通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的通信方法,其中所述判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端的步骤之前还包括:
    通过所述移动通信终端将所述第一号码及所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的通信方法,还包括:
    在所述移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息;
    根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否插入了至少两张号码卡;
    在所述移动通信终端插入了至少两张号码卡的情况下,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否更换了号码卡,以及在所述移动通信终端更换了号码卡的情况下,生成所述号码消息,所述号码消息包括更换了的号码卡所对应的号码;以及
    通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的通信方法,其中所述读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息的步骤之后还包括:
    将所述号码识别信息存储至所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息数据库中。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的通信方法,其中所述通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息的步骤之后还包括:
    在所述移动通信终端接收到所述提醒信息的情况下,判断所述第二号码是否处于通话状态;以及
    在所述第二号码没有处于通话状态的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端显示提示信息。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的通信方法,其中所述提醒信息包括一指定的端口号以及一用于标识所述提醒信息的描述符。
  13. 一种通信装置,其包括:
    第一判断模块,用于当移动通信终端的第一号码被主叫端呼叫且所述移动通信终端的第二号码处于通话状态时,判断所述第二号码是否已被所述移动通信终端发送至所述主叫端;以及
    发送控制模块,用于在所述第二号码已被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端向所述主叫端发送请求信息;
    其中,所述请求信息与请求所述主叫端将预定格式的提醒信息发送至所述第二号码相关。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的通信装置,还包括:
    号码消息生成模块,用于在所述第二号码没有被发送至所述主叫端的情况下,生成包括有所述第二号码的号码消息;
    所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的通信装置,其中所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述第一号码及所述第二号码发送至所述主叫端。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的通信装置,还包括:
    信息读取模块,用于在所述移动通信终端开机时,读取所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息;以及
    第二判断模块,用于根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否插入了至少两张号码卡;
    其中,所述号码消息生成模块还用于在所述移动通信终端插入了至少两张号码卡的情况下,根据所述号码识别信息判断所述移动通信终端是否更换了号码卡,以及在所述移动通信终端更换了号码卡的情况下,生成所述号码消息,所述号码消息包括更换了的号码卡所对应的号码;以及
    其中,所述发送控制模块还用于通过所述移动通信终端将所述号码消息发送至所述主叫端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的通信装置,还包括:
    存储模块,用于将所述号码识别信息存储至所述移动通信终端的号码识别信息数据库中。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的通信装置,还包括:
    第三判断模块,用于在所述移动通信终端接收到所述提醒信息的情况下,判断所述第二号码是否处于通话状态;以及
    显示控制模块,用于在所述第二号码没有处于通话状态的情况下,通过所述移动通信终端显示提示信息。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的通信装置,其中所述提醒信息包括一指定的端口号以及一用于标识所述提醒信息的描述符。
