请参照图 5及图 6, 所述搅拌轴 42下端设有搅拌器 44, 所述搅拌器 44与 所述搅拌轴 42通过磁力可拆卸连接。两者之间的磁力连接是这样实现的,所述 搅拌轴 42下端内包覆有搅拌轴磁铁 46,所述搅拌器 44内包覆有搅拌器磁铁 47。 通过搅拌轴磁铁 46和搅拌器磁铁 47之间的吸引力实现两者之间的可拆卸连接。 这种结构可以方便搅拌器的快速更换。
请再结合参照图 3, 所述立柱 2包括一外壳 21 , 在所述立柱 2对应杯体 3 的一侧设有与底座内的控制电路板 11 电连接的温度探头 22, 以便对杯体内液 体食品的温度进行实时监测。
请结合参照图 3, 底座 1在整个发泡机中起着支撑的作用, 立柱被固定在 所述底座的一侧。 除此之外, 在本实施例中, 在所述底座 1内还设有控制电路 板 11、 红外线发热装置 12, 以及直接与所述杯体 1的底部接触的微晶面板 13。 当然, 红外线发热装置 12还可以采用电磁感应加热器代替(图中未示出) 。 由 于本实施例将加热装置设置在底座 1内, 而不是杯体 3内, 使得杯体内不包含 任何电器元件, 从而方便使用者对杯体的清洗。 另外, 在所述底座 1上、 所述 立柱 2的一侧, 还设有搅拌器的放置位。
请参照图 7至图 10, 为本实用新型的实施例二, 本实施例与实施例一的区 别在于, 所述驱动装置 6设在所述顶盖 5内, 所述马达的动力输出端设有连接 器 62,所述搅拌轴 42上端也设有连接器 48。当所述顶盖 5与所述杯盖 41扣合 时, 连接器 62和连接器 48互相啮合, 从而可将传动马达传来的扭矩进一步传 送到搅拌轴 42下端的搅拌器 44。 连接器 62和连接器 48互相靠近的一面为齿 面, 两者之间通过所述齿面而实现动力的传输, 以及两者之间的快速分离。
由于所述驱动装置 6设在所述顶盖 5内, 省略了带传动机构, 因此, 本实 施例与实施例一相比, 动力传递路径更短, 结构更加紧凑。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本实用新型, 凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应 包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种液体食品发泡机, 包括容纳液体食品的杯体、与所述杯体开口位置 可拆卸连接的杯盖组件、 底座、 安装在底座内的加热装置、 及驱动装置, 所述 杯盖组件包括杯盖和搅拌轴, 其特征在于: 所述发泡机还包括位于所述底座一 侧的立柱以及与所述立柱上部枢接的顶盖, 当所述顶盖与所述杯盖扣合时, 所 述驱动装置与所述搅拌轴形成传动连接, 所述杯体与所述底座活动连接。
2、如权利要求 1所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 所述驱动装置包括 一马达, 所述马达设在所述顶盖内, 所述马达的动力输出端设有连接器或者磁 铁盘, 所述搅拌轴上端也设有连接器或者磁铁盘。
3、如权利要求 1所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 所述驱动装置包括 一马达, 所述马达设在所述立柱内, 在所述顶盖内还设有一带传动机构, 所述 带传动机构包括受所述马达驱动的主动轮以及驱动所述搅拌轴的从动轮, 所述 从动轮设有连接器或者磁铁盘, 所述搅拌轴上端也设有连接器或者磁铁盘。
4、如权利要求 2或 3所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 所述顶盖与所 述杯盖通过一顶盖开启机构连接, 所述顶盖开启机构包括与所述顶盖枢接的左 杠杆锁扣和右杠杆锁扣, 同时驱动所述左、 右杠杆锁扣相对枢转并可弹性复位 的开盖按钮, 所述左、右杠杆锁扣对应所述立柱的一端之间设有拉簧, 所述左、 右杠杆锁扣对应杯盖的一端分别设有倒扣, 所述杯盖对应所述两个倒扣的位置 设有可与所述倒扣吻合的环形凹槽, 在所述立柱上端与所述顶盖之间还设有一 扭簧。
5、如权利要求 4所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 所述开盖按钮包括 一按键帽、 位于所述按键帽下方的弹簧, 所述按键帽下方连接有一连接杆, 在 所述连接杆下端设有铁磁盘, 在所述铁磁盘下方设有一电磁吸盘。
6、如权利要求 1所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 所述杯体开口位置 内侧设有至少两个凸起, 所述杯盖组件外周设有凹槽结构, 在所述凹槽内设有 弹性材料。
7、如权利要求 1至 3任意一项所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 所述 搅拌轴下端设有搅拌器, 所述搅拌器与所述搅拌轴通过磁力可拆卸连接。
8、如权利要求 1所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 在所述底座内还设 置有控制电路板, 所述加热装置为红外加热器或者电磁感应加热器。
9、如权利要求 1所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 在所述立柱对应杯 体的一侧设有温度探头。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的液体食品发泡机, 其特征在于: 在所述底座上、 所述立柱的一侧, 设有搅拌器的放置位。
