Description
本发明涉及一种显示装置,特别涉及一种无边框(bezel)的液晶显示装置。
液晶显示装置由于具有低耗能及低辐射等优点,已广泛用于现今的显示设备。随着液晶显示技术不断进步,大尺寸及薄型化的液晶显示装置越来越成为市场的主流需求,所以液晶显示器窄边框化也成为一种趋势。
然而,现有的液晶显示装置,其组装结构一般包括有前框、显示面板、背光模块与背板。前框与背板用以将显示面板及背光模块夹持其中并加以固定。在组装时,前框与背壳需固接为一体,因此前框与背壳分别设置有相对应的结合机构,一般所述之结合机构为螺丝贯穿孔与螺母座。而无论何种结合机构,都会占用一定的前框面积,而使前框难以设计成较为窄化的结构,而无法达到窄边框甚至无边框的要求。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种液晶显示装置,其能舍去前框的设计而达到无边框或者仅在一边有边框的液晶显示装置。
本发明提供了一种液晶显示装置,包括显示面板、框体、及扣件。所述框体设置在所述显示面板的一侧。所述扣件设置在所述框体及所述显示面板之间,所述扣件包括公扣体及母扣体,所述公扣体固定于所述显示面板面对所述框体的一侧,母扣体设置于所述框体面对所述显示面板的一侧,所述公扣体及母扣体互相嵌合,使得所述显示面板固定于所述框体上。
在本优选实施例的液晶显示装置中,所述公扣体具有一颈部及一环状嵌合部,母扣体配合公扣体设有贯穿的扣件孔,所述扣件孔是由大、小孔连接而成,所述环状嵌合部可由大孔进入所述扣件孔,并往小孔移动使所述颈部限位于小孔中。具体来说,所述小孔稍大于所述公扣体的所述颈部且小于所述环状嵌合部。
优选的,所述公扣体是透过胶合固定于所述显示面板的一侧。
在另一优选实施例的液晶显示装置中,所述液晶显示装置包括显示面板、框体、扣件及L形构件。所述显示面板具有四边。所述框体设置在所述显示面板的一侧。所述多个扣件设置在所述框体及所述显示面板之间且位于所述显示面板四边中的三边,每一扣件包括公扣体及母扣体,所述公扣体固定于所述显示面板面对所述框体的一侧,母扣体设置于所述框体面对所述显示面板的一侧,所述公扣体及母扣体互相嵌合。所述L形构件设置在所述显示面板的四边中不具有所述多个扣件的一边,用以抵靠所述框体及所述显示面板的四边中不具有所述多个扣件的一边。
在本优选实施例的液晶显示装置中,所述公扣体具有一颈部及一环状嵌合部,母扣体配合公扣体设有贯穿的扣件孔,所述扣件孔是由大、小孔连接而成,所述环状嵌合部可由大孔进入所述扣件孔,并往小孔移动使所述颈部限位于小孔中。具体的,所述小孔稍大于所述公扣体的所述颈部且小于所述环状嵌合部。
在本优选实施例的液晶显示装置中,所述多个扣件设置在所述显示面板的三边为左、右及上边,所述L形构件设置在所述显示面板的下边。另外,在所述每一扣件的母扣体中,所述小孔是位于大孔的上侧。进一步来说,所述所述L形构件往上抵靠所述显示面板的下边,使得每一所述公扣体的颈部固定在每一所述扣件孔的小孔中。
本发明相对现有技术,在显示面板及框体之间透过公扣体及母扣体的嵌合,而可将显示面板固定在框体上,因此无需从显示面板的外侧透过前框进行固定。因此,可实现本发明无边框液晶显示装置的目的。此外,也可在显示面板的左、右及上三边以扣件进行X及Z轴向的固定,再透过L形构件往上抵靠显示面板以进行Y轴向的固定,而构造成仅有底部有边框的液晶显示装置。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。在不同图示中,相同的参考标号表示相同或相似的元件。
参照图1及图2,图1为本发明一优选实施例的液晶显示装置的显示面板立体示意图,图2为本发明一优选实施例的液晶显示装置的框体的俯视示意图。本优选实施例的液晶显示装置包括显示面板10、框体20及多个扣件30。然而,本优选实施例的液晶显示装置还包括众所周知的背板、背光模块及驱动芯片(图未示)等组件,在此不再赘述及绘示出。
所述框体20(或称为胶框)设置在所述显示面板10的一侧。也就是说,框体20设置在显示面板10及背板之间,且所述框体20优选的为固定在背板上。
所述扣件30设置在所述框体20及所述显示面板10之间。具体而言,所述扣件30包括公扣体32(图1)及母扣体34(图2),所述公扣体32固定于所述显示面板10面对所述框体20的一侧。具体而言,所述显示面板10包括上基板、下基板及上下基板之间的液晶层(图未示),所述公扣体32粘贴于所述下基板的外侧。值得注意的是,上基板与下基板的外表面各设有一偏光片,即所述公扣体32是固定在所述下基板的偏光片上。优选的,所述公扣体32是透过胶合固定于所述显示面板10的一侧。然而,本发明并不限制公扣体32与所述显示面板10的固定方式。
如图2所示,母扣体34设置于所述框体20面对所述显示面板10的一侧。所述公扣体32及母扣体34互相嵌合,使得所述显示面板10固定于所述框体20上,因此无需从显示面板10的外侧透过前框进行固定。
以下将详细说明本实施例的公扣体32及母扣体34的具体结构。参照图3及图4,图3为本实施例的公扣体32的放大立体示意图,图4为本实施例的母扣体34的放大俯视示意图。所述公扣体32具有一颈部322及一环状嵌合部324,所述颈部322的一端固定于显示面板10,颈部322的另一端连接所述环状嵌合部324。
如图4所示,母扣体34配合公扣体32设有贯穿的扣件孔340,所述扣件孔340是由大孔342、小孔344连接而成。在将显示面板10及框体20组装在一起时,所述公扣体32的环状嵌合部324可由大孔342进入所述扣件孔340中,并往小孔344移动使所述颈部322限位于小孔344中。需注意的是,所述小孔344稍大于所述公扣体32的所述颈部322且小于所述环状嵌合部324。另外,大孔342与小孔344的连接处设计为可使颈部322通过。而当显示面板10及框体20竖立时,显示面板10上的公扣体32则可基于重力作用而固定在框体20的扣件孔340内,进而需设置前框,而达到无边框的目的。
以下将说明本发明另一优选实施例的液晶显示装置。参照图5、图6及图7,图5为本发明另一优选实施例的液晶显示装置的显示面板立体示意图,图6为本发明另一优选实施例的液晶显示装置的框体的俯视示意图、图7为本发明另一优选实施例的液晶显示装置组装后的立体示意图。本优选实施例的液晶显示装置包括显示面板10、框体20、多个扣件30及L形构件40。同样的,本优选实施例的液晶显示装置还包括众所周知的背板、背光模块及驱动芯片(图未示)等组件,在此不再赘述及绘示出。如图5所示,所述显示面板10具有四边,即上、下、左及右边。
所述框体20设置在所述显示面板10的一侧。也就是说,框体20设置在显示面板10及背板之间,且所述框体20优选的为固定在背板上。
所述多个扣件30设置在所述框体20及所述显示面板10之间且位于所述显示面板10四边中的三边。在此实施例中,所述多个扣件30设置在所述显示面板10的三边为左、右及上边。同样的,每一扣件30包括公扣体32(图5)及母扣体34(图6)。所述公扣体32固定于所述显示面板10面对所述框体20的一侧。具体来说,所述显示面板10包括上基板、下基板及上下基板之间的液晶层(图未示),所述公扣体32粘贴于所述下基板的外侧。值得注意的是,上基板与下基板的外表面各设有一偏光片,即所述公扣体32是固定在所述下基板的偏光片上。优选的,所述公扣体32是透过胶合固定于所述显示面板10的一侧。然而,本发明并不限制公扣体32与所述显示面板10的固定方式。
如图6所示,母扣体34设置于所述框体20面对所述显示面板10的一侧。所述公扣体32及母扣体34互相嵌合。以下将详细说明本实施例的公扣体32及母扣体34的具体结构。请再参照图3,所述公扣体32与前述实施例同样的具有一颈部322及一环状嵌合部324,所述颈部322的一端固定于显示面板10,颈部322的另一端连接所述环状嵌合部324。
请参照图8,图8为此另一优选实施例的母扣体34的放大俯视示意图。所述母扣体34配合公扣体32设有贯穿的扣件孔340,所述扣件孔340是由大孔342、小孔344连接而成。在将显示面板10及框体20组装在一起时,所述公扣体32的环状嵌合部324可由大孔342进入所述扣件孔340中,并往小孔344移动使所述颈部322限位于小孔344中。需注意的是,所述小孔344稍大于所述公扣体32的所述颈部322且小于所述环状嵌合部324。另外,大孔342与小孔344的连接处设计为可使颈部322通过。与上述实施例不同的是,在所述每一扣件30的母扣体34中,所述小孔344是位于大孔342的上侧。
请参照图7及图9,图9为图7中沿A-A’线段的局部剖面示意图。与上述实施例不同的是,本实施例的液晶显示装置还具有L形构件40。所述L形构件40设置在所述显示面板10的四边中不具有所述多个扣件30的一边,用以抵靠所述框体20及所述显示面板10的四边中不具有所述多个扣件30的一边。如图9所示,所述L形构件40设置在所述显示面板10的下边,用以往上抵靠所述框体20及所述显示面板10的下边。进一步来说,当组装显示面板10及框体20时,所述所述L形构件40往上抵靠所述显示面板10的下边,使得每一所述公扣体32的颈部322朝上限位在每一所述扣件孔340的小孔344中,进而固定显示面板10及框体20两者。
综上所述,在显示面板10及框体20之间透过公扣体32及母扣体34的嵌合,而可将显示面板10固定在框体20上,因此无需从显示面板10的外侧透过前框进行固定。因此,可实现本发明无边框液晶显示装置的目的。此外,也可在显示面板10的左、右及上三边先以扣件30进行X及Z轴向的固定,接着再透过L形构件40往上抵靠显示面板10以进行Y轴向的固定,而构造成仅有底部有边框的液晶显示装置。
虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (15)
- 一种液晶显示装置,包括:显示面板,具有四边;框体,设置在所述显示面板的一侧;多个扣件,设置在所述框体及所述显示面板之间且位于所述显示面板四边中的左、右及上边,每一扣件包括公扣体及母扣体,所述公扣体固定于所述显示面板面对所述框体的一侧,所述母扣体设置于所述框体面对所述显示面板的一侧,所述公扣体及母扣体互相嵌合;及L形构件,设置在所述显示面板四边中的下边,用以往上抵靠所述框体及所述显示面板的所述下边,使得所述显示面板固定于所述框体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述公扣体具有一颈部及一环状嵌合部,所述母扣体配合公扣体设有贯穿的扣件孔,所述扣件孔是由大、小孔连接而成,所述环状嵌合部可由大孔进入所述扣件孔,并往小孔移动使所述颈部限位于小孔中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述小孔稍大于所述公扣体的所述颈部且小于所述环状嵌合部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置,其中在所述每一扣件的母扣体中,所述小孔是位于大孔的上侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其中每一所述公扣体的颈部固定在每一所述扣件孔的小孔中。
- 一种液晶显示装置,包括:显示面板;框体,设置在所述显示面板的一侧;及扣件,设置在所述框体及所述显示面板之间,所述扣件包括公扣体及母扣体,所述公扣体固定于所述显示面板面对所述框体的一侧,所述母扣体设置于所述框体面对所述显示面板的一侧,所述公扣体及母扣体互相嵌合,使得所述显示面板固定于所述框体上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述公扣体具有一颈部及一环状嵌合部,所述母扣体配合公扣体设有贯穿的扣件孔,所述扣件孔是由大、小孔连接而成,所述环状嵌合部可由大孔进入所述扣件孔,并往小孔移动使所述颈部限位于小孔中。
- 根据权利要求7所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述小孔稍大于所述公扣体的所述颈部且小于所述环状嵌合部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述公扣体是透过胶合固定于所述显示面板的一侧。
- 一种液晶显示装置,包括:显示面板,具有四边;框体,设置在所述显示面板的一侧;多个扣件,设置在所述框体及所述显示面板之间且位于所述显示面板四边中的三边,每一扣件包括公扣体及母扣体,所述公扣体固定于所述显示面板面对所述框体的一侧,所述母扣体设置于所述框体面对所述显示面板的一侧,所述公扣体及母扣体互相嵌合;及L形构件,设置在所述显示面板的四边中不具有所述多个扣件的一边,用以抵靠所述框体及所述显示面板的四边中不具有所述多个扣件的一边。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述公扣体具有一颈部及一环状嵌合部,所述母扣体配合公扣体设有贯穿的扣件孔,所述扣件孔是由大、小孔连接而成,所述环状嵌合部可由大孔进入所述扣件孔,并往小孔移动使所述颈部限位于小孔中。
- 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述小孔稍大于所述公扣体的所述颈部且小于所述环状嵌合部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述多个扣件设置在所述显示面板的三边为左、右及上边,所述L形构件设置在所述显示面板的下边。
- 根据权利要求13所述的液晶显示装置,其中在所述每一扣件的母扣体中,所述小孔是位于大孔的上侧。
- 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述所述L形构件往上抵靠所述显示面板的下边,使得每一所述公扣体的颈部固定在每一所述扣件孔的小孔中。
