図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる移動通信システム100の構成を示すブロック図である。移動通信システム100は、無線基地局111、112、・・・及び11n(nは、2以上の自然数。)と、ゲートウェイ装置120と、交換局130とを備える。移動通信システム100は、自然災害等の緊急速報を所定の移動局(不図示)へ配信することができるものとする。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態2にかかる移動通信システム200の構成を示すブロック図である。移動通信システム200は、上述した実施の形態1にかかる移動通信システム100の一例である。また、移動通信システム200は、LTE(Long Term Evolution)方式であるものとする。但し、通信方式はこれに限定されない。また、本実施の形態2では、グループ識別情報として緊急速報を配信する領域を識別する配信領域情報を用いるものとする。そこで、以下では、配信領域情報として、Emergency Area IDを用いた例について説明する。尚、配信領域情報はこれに限定されない。
図9に示すように、既存のLTEの無線通信システムにおいて緊急速報を配信するためにS1AP WRITE-REPLACE WARNING REQUESTを用いる際に、Warning Area ListにTAI(Tracking Area ID)が設定される場合もある。
上述した図14に示すように、CBC240からMME230へは、SBc-AP WRITE-REPLACE WARNING REQUESTが通知される。その中には、List of TAIsが含まれている。これは、SBc-AP STOP WARNING REQUESTにおいても同様である(図18)。そのため、MME230は、List of TAIsを用いて配信対象のeNBを特定する。この点については、3GPPのTS23.401 V10.3.0における" The Tracking Area ID list is only used by the MME. 移動通信システム。 - 前記設定要求は、前記無線基地局が前記ゲートウェイ装置との間の接続を設定するための要求又は前記配信先情報を更新するための要求の少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信システム。
- 前記無線基地局は、
前記緊急速報を配信する領域を識別する配信領域情報を有し、
当該配信領域情報を前記グループ識別情報として前記設定要求に含めて前記ゲートウェイ装置へ送信し、
前記ゲートウェイ装置は、
前記配信要求に含まれるグループ識別情報が前記配信領域情報である場合、前記配信先情報の中から、当該配信要求に含まれる配信領域情報に関連付けられた一以上の無線基地局を特定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記グループは、位置登録領域に属する複数の無線基地局の一部が属するグループであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の移動通信システム。
- 前記無線基地局は、
自己が属する位置登録領域の識別情報を前記グループ識別情報として前記設定要求に含めて前記ゲートウェイ装置へ送信し、
前記ゲートウェイ装置は、
前記配信要求に含まれるグループ識別情報が前記位置登録領域の識別情報である場合、前記配信先情報の中から、当該配信要求に含まれる位置登録領域の識別情報と関連付けられた一以上の無線基地局を特定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記交換局は、
前記グループ識別情報の他に前記位置登録領域の識別情報を含む前記配信要求を外部から受信し、
当該受信した配信要求に含まれるグループ識別情報が前記位置登録領域の識別情報でない場合、当該グループ識別情報に加えて前記位置登録領域の識別情報を含めて前記配信要求として前記ゲートウェイ装置へ送信し、
前記ゲートウェイ装置は、
前記配信先情報の中から、前記配信要求に含まれる位置登録領域の識別情報と関連付けられた一以上の無線基地局を特定する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の移動通信システム。 - 前記移動通信システムは、LTE(Long Term Evolution)方式であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の移動通信システム。
- ゲートウェイ装置と接続された複数の無線基地局のそれぞれが、自己の識別情報と自己が属するグループを識別するグループ識別情報とを含めた設定要求を前記ゲートウェイ装置へ送信し、
前記ゲートウェイ装置が、前記設定要求を受信した場合に、当該設定要求に含まれる識別情報とグループ識別情報とを関連付けて配信先情報として保存し、
交換局が、緊急速報の配信対象となるグループのグループ識別情報を含む配信要求を前記ゲートウェイ装置へ送信し、
前記ゲートウェイ装置が、前記配信要求を受信した場合、前記配信先情報の中から、前記配信要求に含まれるグループ識別情報に関連付けられた一以上の無線基地局を特定し、当該特定された無線基地局へ当該配信要求を転送し、
前記無線基地局が、前記ゲートウェイ装置から前記配信要求が転送された場合、配下のセルへ前記緊急速報を配信する
移動通信方法。 - 複数の無線基地局と接続され、
前記複数の無線基地局のそれぞれから、自己の識別情報と自己が属するグループを識別するグループ識別情報とを含めた設定要求を受信する受信手段と、
前記設定要求を受信した場合に、当該設定要求に含まれる識別情報とグループ識別情報とを関連付けて配信先情報として記憶する記憶手段と、
交換局から、緊急速報の配信対象となるグループのグループ識別情報を含む配信要求を受信した場合に、前記配信先情報の中から、前記配信要求に含まれるグループ識別情報に関連付けられた一以上の無線基地局を特定し、当該特定された無線基地局へ当該配信要求を転送する転送手段と、
を備えるゲートウェイ装置。 - ゲートウェイ装置と接続され、
当該ゲートウェイ装置に、自己の識別情報と自己が属するグループを識別するグループ識別情報とを関連付けて配信先情報として保存させるために、当該識別情報と当該グループ識別情報とを含めた設定要求を前記ゲートウェイ装置へ送信する送信手段と、
前記ゲートウェイ装置が交換局から、緊急速報の配信対象となるグループのグループ識別情報を含む配信要求を受信したことにより、前記配信先情報の中から、前記配信要求に含まれるグループ識別情報に関連付けられた自己の識別情報が特定され、当該配信要求が転送された場合に、配下のセルへ前記緊急速報を配信する配信手段と、
を備える無線基地局。
