Abstract

La invención se refiere a un sistema y un método para espesar y deshidratar corrientes de desechos, dicho método puede ser aplicado a cualquier agua de rechazo, de pre-tratamiento de post-tratamiento y plantas de desalinización por ósmosis, o a cualquier otros efluentes que pueden ser recuperados durante el proceso, mediante la aplicación de un sistema de baja presión por membrana (1) que comprende las siguientes unidades: un tanque tampón (2) donde se recogen y se mezclan todas las corrientes, un recipiente de baja presión con módulos de membranas (3) y elementos reutilizados / reciclados, un equipo de recuperación de sólidos, y la tubería correspondiente para que el efluente tratado pueda volver a la planta.
