本发明实施例在在节目业务指南中嵌入评分功能, 增加手机电视用户与 运营商之间的交互性, 使用户在节目业务指南对频道、 节目等进行评分, 增 强了用户的使用体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种利用节目业务指南实现用户评分的方法, 包括:
业务指南服务器将嵌入评分功能的节目业务指南发送至终端;
所述终端向所述业务指南服务器提交用户的评分信息。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述评分信息包括对所述节目业务 指南中的频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐的评分。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述业务指南服务器统计所有终端提交的用户对频道和 /或节目和 /或套 餐的评分, 并将统计后的评分显示于新节目业务指南中的频道和 /或节目和 / 或套餐所对应的列表中;
若频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐初次录入新节目业务指南, 频道和 /或节目和 / 或套餐所对应的列表中的评分为初始默认值。
4、如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述业务指南服务器中设定统计 所有终端提交的用户对频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐的评分的时间间隔。
5、如权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其中,根据所述统计后的评分和所述 初始默认值对频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐进行排序, 并在频道和 /或节目和 /或套 餐所对应的列表中按照排序后的顺序显示频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐。
6、如权利要求 3或 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述业务指南服务器将所述新 节目业务指南发送至所述终端。
7、如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述业务指南服务器将所述新节目 业务指南发送至所述终端的条件为:
所述业务指南服务器收到终端的新节目业务指南的请求时;
或者, 已到设定的新节目业务指南发送时间。
8、 一种利用节目业务指南实现用户评分的系统, 包括:
分发模块, 设置为: 位于业务指南服务器中, 将嵌入评分功能的节目业 务指南发送至终端;
评分模块, 设置为: 位于终端中, 向所述业务指南服务器提交用户的评 分信息。
9、如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中, 所述评分信息包括对所述节目业务 指南中的频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐的评分。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述系统还包括:
评分统计模块, 设置为: 位于业务指南服务器中, 统计所有终端提交的 用户对频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐的评分;
显示模块, 设置为: 位于业务指南服务器中, 将所述评分统计模块统计 后的评分显示于新节目业务指南中的频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐所对应的列表 中;
若频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐初次录入新节目业务指南, 频道和 /或节目和 / 或套餐所对应的列表中的评分为初始默认值。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的系统, 其中, 所述系统还包括:
统计定时模块, 设置为: 位于业务指南服务器中, 设定统计所有终端提 交的用户对频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐的评分的时间间隔, 当到设定的时间时 , 通知评分统计模块统计所设定的时间间隔内的所有终端提交的用户对频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐的评分。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的系统, 其中, 所述系统还包括: 排序模块, 设置为: 位于业务指南服务器中, 根据所述评分统计模块统 计后的评分和所述初始默认值对频道和 /或节目和 /或套餐进行排序;
所述显示模块还设置为:按照排序模块排好的顺序显示频道和 /或节目和
/或套餐。
13、 如权利要求 10或 12所述的系统, 其中,
所述分发模块还设置为: 将所述新节目业务指南发送至所述终端。
14、如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其中, 所述业务指南服务器将所述新节 目业务指南发送至所述终端的条件为:
所述业务指南服务器收到终端的新节目业务指南的请求时;
或者, 已到设定的新节目业务指南发送时间。
