Management Entity,筒称 "MME" )、服务通用分组无线业务支持节点( Serving General Packet Radio Service Support Node,筒称 "SGSN" ),服务网关( Serving Gateway, 筒称 "SGW" )、分组数据网络网关( Packet Data Network Gateway, 筒称 "PGW" )、 策略计费规则实体( Policy and Charging rule function, 筒称 "PCRF" )、 归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server, 筒称 "HSS" )等逻 辑功能体。 其中, SGSN/MME是移动管理网元, SGSN 负责 UE从通用陆 地无线接入网络( Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network,筒称 "UTRAN" ) 或者 Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network, 筒称 "GERAN" ) 接入时的非接入层(Non- Access Layer, 筒称 "NAS" )信令处理以及漫游、 跟踪等功能, 而 MME负责 UE从 EUTRAN接入时的 NAS信令处理以及漫 游, 跟踪等功能。 SGW负责第三代合作项目 (Third Generation Partnership Project筒称" 3GPP" )网络本地数据汇聚锚点以及分组路由和转发功能; PGW 则负责 3GPP和非 3GPP网络间的锚点功能以及用户 IP地址分配功能。 HSS 是归属用户服务器, 存储用户签约信息和安全上下文等信息, 用于用户的认 证和授权。 为了筒洁, 其他功能实体不做介绍。
随着移动宽带网络的发展, EPS网络不仅提供人对人(Human to Human, 筒称 " H2H " ) 通信服务, 也开始提供机器类型通信 ( Machine Type Communication, 筒称 "MTC" )服务, 即, M2M通信服务, 如交通控制与 管理、 工厂监控、 电子抄表、 智能测量、 货物跟踪、 智能家居等应用领域。
应理解, 以上所描述只是本发明实施例的可以应用的场景之一, 本发明 实施例也可以应用于其他场景。

在本发明实施例中, 用户设备的入网失败可以为附着失败, 例如, 认证 失败,签约数据检查失败等;也可以为分组数据网络(Packet Data Network , 筒称 "PDN" )连接建立失败, 例如, 接入点名称(Acess Point Name, 筒称 "APN" )拥塞, 互网络协议(Internet Protocol, 筒称 " IP" )地址分配不足 等。 则, 在本发明实施例中, 用户设备的入网失败原因值可以为附着失败、 认证失败、 签约数据检查失败、 PDN连接建立失败、 APN拥塞、 或 IP地址 分配不足等, 当然也可以为别的原因值, 本发明实施例并不对此进行限定。
在本发明实施例中,在 S130将该用户设备的入网失败原因值发送给 HSS 或失败原因处理实体之前, 该方法 100还可以包括:
接收 PGW发送的第三消息,该第三消息用于指示该用户设备的 PDN连 接建立失败, 且该第三消息携带该入网失败原因值。

图 5是根据本发明实施例的信息处理方法 400的示意性流程图。 如图 5 所示, 该方法 400包括: 5401、 用户设备向 eNB发送附着请求。
5402、 eNB转发附着请求给 MME。
5403、 由于是初次附着, MME没有该用户设备的安全上下文, 所以向 HSS发送认证信息请求, 该请求里携带用户标识, 例如, 国际移动用户识别 ( International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 筒称 "IMSI" )。

所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使 用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明 的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部 分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。 而前 述的存储介质包括: U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器( ROM , Read-Only Memory )、 随机存取存储器(RAM, Random Access Memory ), 磁碟或者光盘等各种可 以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种信息处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向第一设备发送第一消息, 所述第一消息用于请求用户设备的用户数 据;
接收所述第一设备根据所述第一消息发送的第二消息, 所述第二消息携 带所述用户设备的用户数据和入网失败传达指示;
在确定所述用户设备入网失败时, 根据所述入网失败传达指示, 将所述 用户设备的入网失败原因值发送给用户归属服务器 HSS 或失败原因处理实 体。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一设备为所述 HSS , 或为所述用户设备的源接入控制网元;
其中, 在所述第一设备为所述用户设备的源接入控制网元时, 所述入网 传达指示是所述源接入控制网元向所述 HSS请求所述用户设备的用户数据 时, 由所述 HSS发送至所述源接入控制网元的。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述入网失败为附 着失败或分组数据网络 PDN连接建立失败。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述用户设备的 入网失败原因值发送给所述 HSS 或失败原因处理实体之前, 所述方法还包 括:
接收分组数据网关发送的第三消息, 所述第三消息用于指示所述用户设 备 PDN连接建立失败, 且所述第三消息携带所述入网失败原因值。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述第一设备为所述 用户设备的源接入控制网元时,所述将所述用户设备的入网失败原因值发送 给 HSS或失败原因处理实体之前, 所述方法还包括:
根据所述用户数据确定是否允许所述用户设备完成位置更新;
在确定不允许所述用户设备完成位置更新时,确定不允许所述用户设备 完成位置更新的原因是否属于会引起附着失败的原因;
在确定不允许所述用户设备完成位置更新的原因属于会引起附着失败 的原因时, 确定所述用户设备附着失败。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述失败 原因处理实体为应用服务器、运营商的能力开放平台或机器类型互操作计费 功能实体 MTC-IWF。
7、 一种信息处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户设备的接入控制网元发送的第一消息, 所述第一消息用于请求 用户设备的用户数据;
根据所述第一消息, 向所述用户设备的接入控制网元发送第二消息, 所 述第二消息携带所述用户设备的用户数据和入网失败传达指示, 以便于所述 用户设备的接入控制网元在确定所述用户设备入网失败时,将所述用户设备 的入网失败原因值发送给用户归属服务器 HSS或失败原因处理实体。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收所述用户设 备的接入控制网元发送的第一消息之前, 所述方法还包括:
接收所述失败原因处理实体发送的指示信息, 所述指示信息用于指示向 所述用户设备的接入控制网元发送所述入网失败传达指示。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 接收所述用户设备的接入控制网元发送的所述用户设备的入网失败原 因值;
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述用户设备的 入网失败原因值发送给所述失败原因处理实体, 包括:
接收所述失败原因处理实体发送的查询请求, 所述查询请求用于请求查 询所述用户设备的入网失败原因值, 并根据所述查询请求将所述用户设备的 入网失败原因值发送给所述失败原因处理实体; 或者,
在所述方法还包括接收失败原因处理实体发送的所述指示信息时, 所述 根据所述指示信息, 将所述用户设备的入网失败原因值发送给所述失败 原因处理实体, 其中, 所述指示信息还用于指示在接收到所述用户设备的入 网失败原因值时, 向所述失败原因处理实体发送所述用户设备的入网失败原 因值。
11、 根据权利要求 7至 10中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用 户设备的接入控制实体为移动性管理实体 MME、 服务通用分组无线服务技 术支持节点 SGSN或认证授权计费功能实体 AAA; 所述失败原因处理实体 为应用服务器、 运营商的能力开放平台或机器类型互操作计费功能实体 MTC-IWF。
12、 一种信息处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户归属服务器 HSS、用户设备的接入控制网元发送的所述用户设 备的入网失败原因值;
根据所述用户设备的入网失败原因值, 对所述用户设备的故障进行诊 断。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收 HSS、 用 户设备的接入控制网元发送的用户设备的入网失败原因值之前,所述方法还 包括:
向所述 HSS发送指示信息, 所述指示信息用于指示所述 HSS向所述用 户设备的接入控制网元发送对应于所述用户设备的所述入网失败传达指示, 以便于所述用户设备的接入控制网元在确定所述用户设备入网失败时,将所
14、 根据权利 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示信息还用于指示 所述 HSS 在接收到所述用户设备的入网失败原因值时, 向失败原因处理实 体发送所述用户设备的入网失败原因值。
15、 根据权利要求 12至 14中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在接收 所述 HSS发送的所述用户设备的入网失败原因值之前, 所述方法还包括: 向所述 HSS发送查询请求, 所述查询请求用于请求查询所述用户设备 的入网失败原因值。
16、 根据权利要求 12至 15中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述入 网失败附着失败或分组数据网络 PDN连接建立失败。
17、 根据权利要求 12至 16中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用 户设备的接入控制实体为移动性管理实体 MME、 服务通用分组无线服务技 术支持节点 SGSN或认证授权计费功能实体 AAA。
18、 一种接入控制网元, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一发送单元, 用于向第一设备发送第一消息, 所述第一消息用于请求 用户设备的用户数据;
第一接收单元, 用于接收所述第一设备根据所述第一消息发送的第二消 息, 所述第二消息携带所述用户设备的用户数据和入网失败传达指示; 第二发送单元, 用于在确定所述用户设备入网失败时, 根据所述入网失 败传达指示,将所述用户设备的入网失败原因值发送给用户归属服务器 HSS 或失败原因处理实体。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的接入控制网元, 其特征在于, 所述第一设 备为所述 HSS, 或为所述用户设备的源接入控制网元;
其中, 在所述第一设备为所述用户设备的源接入控制网元时, 所述入网 传达指示是所述源接入控制网元向所述 HSS请求所述用户设备的用户数据 时, 由所述 HSS发送至所述源接入控制网元的。
20、 根据权利要求 18或 19所述的接入控制网元, 其特征在于, 所述入 网失败为附着失败或分组数据网络 PDN连接建立失败。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的接入控制网元, 其特征在于, 所述接入控 制网元还包括:
第二接收单元, 用于接收分组数据网关发送的第三消息, 所述第三消息 用于指示所述用户设备 PDN连接建立失败, 且所述第三消息携带所述入网 失败原因值。
22、 根据权利要求 20所述的接入控制网元, 其特征在于, 所述接入控 制网元还包括:
第一确定单元, 用于根据所述用户数据确定是否允许所述用户设备完成 位置更新;
第二确定单元, 用于在确定不允许所述用户设备完成位置更新时, 确定 不允许所述用户设备完成位置更新的原因是否属于会引起附着失败的原因; 第三确定单元, 用于在确定不允许所述用户设备完成位置更新的原因属 于会引起附着失败的原因时, 确定所述用户设备附着失败。
23、根据权利要求 18至 22中任一项所述的接入控制网元,其特征在于, 所述失败原因处理实体为应用服务器、运营商的能力开放平台或机器类型互 操作计费功能实体 MTC-IWF。
24、 一种用户归属服务器 HSS, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收单元, 用于接收用户设备的接入控制网元发送的第一消息, 所 述第一消息用于请求用户设备的用户数据;
第一发送单元, 用于根据所述第一消息, 向所述用户设备的接入控制网 元发送第二消息, 所述第二消息携带所述用户设备的用户数据和入网失败传 达指示, 以便于所述用户设备的接入控制网元在确定所述用户设备入网失败 时, 将所述用户设备的入网失败原因值发送给用户归属服务器 HSS 或失败 原因处理实体。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的 HSS, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二接收单元, 用于接收所述失败原因处理实体发送的指示信息, 所述 指示信息用于指示向所述用户设备的接入控制网元发送所述入网失败传达 指示。
26、 根据权利要求 24或 25所述的 HSS, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第三接收单元, 用于接收所述用户设备的接入控制网元发送的所述用户 设备的入网失败原因值;
第二发送单元, 用于将所述用户设备的入网失败原因值发送给所述失败 原因处理实体。
27、 根据权利要求 26所述的 HSS, 其特征在于,
还包括第四接收单元, 用于接收所述失败原因处理实体发送的查询请 求, 所述查询请求用于请求查询所述用户设备的入网失败原因值, 并且所述 第二发送单元具体用于根据所述查询请求将所述用户设备的入网失败原因 值发送给所述失败原因处理实体; 或者,
在所述 HSS还包括用于接收所述失败原因处理实体发送的用于指示向 所述用户设备的接入控制网元发送所述入网失败传达指示的指示信息的第 二接收单元时, 所述第二发送单元具体用于: 根据所述指示信息, 将所述用 息还用于指示在接收到所述用户设备的入网失败原因值时, 向所述失败原因 处理实体发送所述用户设备的入网失败原因值。
28、 根据权利要求 24至 27中任一项所述的 HSS, 其特征在于, 所述用 户设备的接入控制实体为移动性管理实体 MME、 服务通用分组无线服务技 术支持节点 SGSN或认证授权计费功能实体 AAA; 所述失败原因处理实体 为应用服务器、 运营商的能力开放平台或机器类型互操作计费功能实体 MTC-IWF。
29、 一种失败原因处理实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收用户归属服务器 HSS、 用户设备的接入控制网元发 送的所述用户设备的入网失败原因值;
诊断单元, 用于根据所述用户设备的入网失败原因值, 对所述用户设备 的故障进行诊断。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的失败原因处理实体, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第一发送单元, 用于向所述 HSS发送指示信息, 所述指示信息用于指 示所述 HSS 向所述用户设备的接入控制网元发送对应于所述用户设备的所 述入网失败传达指示, 以便于所述用户设备的接入控制网元在确定所述用户 设备入网失败时, 将所述用户设备的入网失败原因值发送给所述 HSS 或失 败原因处理实体。
31、 根据权利 30所述的失败原因处理实体, 其特征在于, 所述指示信 息还用于指示所述 HSS 在接收到所述用户设备的入网失败原因值时, 向失 败原因处理实体发送所述用户设备的入网失败原因值。
32、 根据权利要求 29至 31中任一项所述的失败原因处理实体, 其特征 在于, 还包括:
第二发送单元, 用于向所述 HSS发送查询请求, 所述查询请求用于请 求查询所述用户设备的入网失败原因值。
33、 根据权利要求 29至 32中任一项所述的失败原因处理实体, 其特征 在于, 所述入网失败附着失败或分组数据网络 PDN连接建立失败。
34、 根据权利要求 29至 33中任一项所述的失败原因处理实体, 其特征 在于, 所述用户设备的接入控制实体为移动性管理实体 MME、 服务通用分 组无线服务技术支持节点 SGSN或认证授权计费功能实体 AAA; 所述失败 原因处理实体为应用服务器、运营商的能力开放平台或机器类型互操作计费 功能实体 MTC-IWF。
