Description

Befestigungselement zur Montage von Solarmodulen bzw. Solarkollektoren auf einem Dach sowie Schrägdach mit einem Befestigungselement  Fastening element for mounting solar modules or solar collectors on a roof and pitched roof with a fastening element
The invention relates to a fastening element for mounting solar modules or solar collectors on a roof, with a base part which can be mounted on the roof, and a hook part which can be fixed by means of a pivot-latching mechanism on the base part. Furthermore, the invention relates to a pitched roof with such a fastener.
For fastening solar modules for photovoltaic systems or solar collectors for solar thermal systems on roofs, especially pitched roofs, fasteners in the form of so-called roof hooks are used, which form part of the support structure. These fasteners are hook-shaped so that they can embrace the tiles, and are bolted at one end to the rafters or possibly the roof battens of the house. At the other end they carry a rail construction for the solar modules or solar collectors or the modules / collectors directly themselves.
DE 20 2005 004 348 111 describes a fastening element with a base plate, which is screwed onto the roof, and a hook part, which is clipped into the base plate and together with this forms the roof hook. A disadvantage of this known roof hooks that weight and snow loads can lead to an undesirable loosening of the clip connection under load due to the relatively unfavorable long lever arm.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a fastener or a pitched roof with a fastener that avoids these disadvantages of the prior art. According to the invention, this is provided in a fastener of the type mentioned that the pivot-latch mechanism can be hooked to the base part Includes connecting hook and a snap closure, which are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the hook portion. In this case, the longitudinal direction of the hook part which engages in the assembled state, the roof tile, just the lever arm under load, and the connecting hook defines the axis of rotation. Since, therefore, in the embodiment according to the invention, the latching closure and the connecting hooks are spaced apart from one another, the latching closure can not or not easily be released under load, as is the case with the arrangement known from the prior art. Rather, in the fastener according to the invention by the chosen geometries ensured that weight loads, such as a snow load occurring in winter, act on the snap-lock in the latching direction, whereby the latching connection is particularly stable.
As a particularly favorable geometry has been found when the latching closure between the connecting hook and a center leg of the hook part is arranged. The hook part is in particular U-shaped, and the position of the snap closure divides the length of the roof facing the leg approximately in the ratio 1: 2 or 1: 1.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connecting hook and the latching closure at a distance from each other, which substantially corresponds to a width of the base part. This results in a particularly simple assembly, since first the connecting hook is hooked to one end of the base part, and then the snap-lock is locked by a pivoting movement at the opposite end of the base part.
Preferably, the hook portion is formed substantially U-shaped, wherein on a first leg of the pivot-latching mechanism is arranged and on a second leg, the solar module or the solar collector can be set. Such a fastener is easy to produce and is well suited by its shape to surround the roof tiles of the roof.
In particular, the connection hook is arranged at the free end of the first leg of the hook part. This facilitates hanging the connection hook on the base part and thus the mounting of the fastener.
A particularly stable connection results when the connection hook engages behind a projection on the base part in the suspended state. That's how it is ensures that the connection hook does not become undesirable when the hook part engages.
Preferably, the latching closure comprises a web formed on the hook part with a latching nose, which engages behind a projection on the base part in the locked state. In combination with the connection hook thus results in a secure connection of the base part and hook part.
In order to initiate the forces acting on the fastening element and in particular the hook part forces, for example a high snow load in winter, in the base part and thus the roof, the hook part preferably has a stop web, which is arranged between the connecting hook and snap lock. With this, the hook part can be supported in the mounted state on the base part. A projecting stop web also has the advantage that the base part can have a comparatively small height, which results in material savings and permits installation with short screws.
Advantageously, the stop web is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the latching closure, whereby a deformation of the latching closure under load is largely prevented.
A particularly cost-effective embodiment results from the fact that the base part as a rail, so as a standard component is formed.
The above-mentioned object is also achieved by a pitched roof with a fastening element, as described above, wherein the connecting hook in the mounted state on the roof is located on the higher side of the base part. Thus, the engagement of the hook part is supported by gravity. In the locked state, the connection hook absorbs the forces directed downwards, and the latching closure prevents lifting of the hook part, for example due to wind suction. Preferably, a load acting on the hook part acts on the hook part around the connecting hook in the sense of latching of the latching closure. This facilitates on the one hand the assembly, on the other hand, a release of the hook member is prevented under load.
In dieser zeigt: - Figur 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungselements, wobei das Hakenteil in das Basisteil eingehängt ist; Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. - Figure 4 is a schematic side view of a pitched roof according to the invention with the fastener of Figures 1 to 3.
Figures 1 to 3 show a fastener 10, with the solar modules as part of a photovoltaic system or solar panels as part of a solar thermal system on a roof, in particular a pitched roof, can be set. The fastener 10 has a base portion 12 which is formed as a rail with a plurality of parallel projections and fixed on the roof, in particular screwed to the rafters. Furthermore, the fastening element 10 comprises a hook part 14 which is substantially U-shaped. On a first leg 16 of the hook portion 14, a pivot-locking mechanism is provided which comprises a hook-on base member 12 connecting hooks 18 and a snap fastener 20 which are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction L of the hook portion 14. As can be seen from the figures, the latching closure 20 is located between the connecting hook 18, which is arranged at the free end of the first leg 16 of the hook portion 14, and a center leg 22 of the hook portion 14. In this case corresponds to the distance of the connecting hook 18 and the latching closure 20 in Substantially the width B of the base part 12. A subsequent to the center leg 22 second leg 24 of the hook portion 14 serves to set the solar module or the solar collector (not shown). For this purpose, the second leg 24 has a slot 26 in which by means of a screw 28, a holder 30 is slidably mounted. The solar module or the solar collector or a rail construction connected thereto can then be clipped onto the holder 30. The first leg 16 is slightly angled in the region which lies above the base part 12 in the mounted state and thereby further opened (see also FIG. 4). The snap fastener 20 is disposed on the first leg 16 and divides its length approximately in the ratio 1: 2, that is, the part of the first leg 16 which projects beyond the base part 12 is approximately twice as long as the part which extends over the base part 12 is located. The second leg 24 ends approximately at the height of the latching closure 20 on the first leg 16.
FIG. 1 now shows a first step for connecting the hook part 14 to the base part 12, in which the connection hook 18 is suspended in the base part 12 such that the connection hook 18 has a projection 32 on the base part 12, more precisely at a first end of the base part 12. engages behind (see arrow P ^. In this case, the connecting hooks 18 in the suspended state upwards, so when mounted on the roof in approximately skyward.
After the connecting hook 18 has been hung on the base part 12, the hook part 14 is locked by a pivoting movement, indicated by the arrow P 2 in Figure 2, in the base part 12, wherein an integrally formed on the hook part 14 web 34 with an end attached thereto locking lug 36th a projection 38 on the base part 12 engages behind. The projection 38 is disposed on the opposite with respect to the connecting hook 18 end of the base part 12. The web 34 with the latching nose 36 forms the latching closure 20, which defines the hook part 14 on the base part 12 in combination with the projection 38.
As can be seen from the figures, the hook part 14 also has a stop web 40, which is arranged between the connecting hook 18 and the snap fastener 20 in the immediate vicinity of the snap fastener 20. The stop web 40 is integrally formed on the hook part 14 and points in the figures downwards, namely towards the base part 12. In the locked state of the hook part 14 on the base part 12 (FIG. 3), the hook part 14 is supported via the stop web 40 on a stop face 42 of the base part 12. Thus, under load, such as snow load, the force acting on the hook part 14 force is introduced into the base part 12, whereby an undesirable release of the locking connection is largely prevented. Figure 4 shows the fastener 10 in the mounted state on a pitched roof 44, which has an inclination α to the horizontal. The base member 12 is mounted on the roof 44, in particular bolted to the rafters (not shown), wherein the multi-part design of the fastener 10 facilitates assembly. In the assembled Condition is the connection hook 18 on the higher side of the base part 12, in Figure 4 so right. Thus, the connecting hook 18 receives the forces directed downwards, and the latching closure 20 prevents lifting, for example due to wind suction. Due to the special design of the fastening element 10, in particular of the hook part 14, it is additionally ensured that a load acting on the hook part 14, in particular a snow load acting in the direction of the arrow S, the hook part 14 around the connecting hook 18 as a rotation axis in the sense of latching the latching closure 20 acted upon.
