下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不沖突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
根据本发明实施例, 提供了一种无线接入点信息的发送方法, 实现在 终端之间共享无线接入点信息。
图 1 是根据本发明实施例的无线接入点信息的发送方法的流程图, 如 图 1所示, 该方法包括步驟 S102至步驟 S104:
步驟 S102 , 第一终端获取当前可用无线接入点的无线接入点信息; 步驟 S104, 第一终端向第二终端发送上述无线接入点信息。
通过本发明实施例, 第一终端获取当前可用无线接入点的无线接入点 信息, 第一终端向第二终端发送获取到的无线接入点信息, 使得第二终端 能够获知无线接入点信息, 从而快速方便地接入网络。
在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 第一终端获取当前可用无线 接入点的无线接入点信息时, 可以搜索第一终端当前所处位置的无线接入 点, 第一终端获取搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信息。 例如, 第一终 端可以开启无线网络检测功能, 检测第一终端所处位置的无线接入点的无 线接入点信息, 在检测到可用的无线接入点后, 将检测到的无线接入点的 无线接入点信息发送至第二终端, 与第二终端共享无线接入点信息。
进一步的, 第一终端搜索第一终端当前所处位置的无线接入点之后, 还可以将搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信息保存至第一终端。 第一终 端将无线接入点信息存储在本地后, 可以快速方便地向其他终端发送保存 的无线接入点信息, 同时, 也能够保证第一终端快速方便地接入无线网络。 例如, 在第一终端当前接入的无线接入点不可用时, 第一终端可以查看本 地保存的无线接入点信息, 查找当前可用的新的无线接入点, 从而快速地 通过新的无线接入点接入网络, 避免了第一终端多次检测无线接入点; 或 者, 在第一终端希望与其他终端共享无线接入点信息时, 第一终端可以将 本地保存的无线接入点信息发送至其他终端。
在本发明实施例的另一个优选实施方式中, 第一终端获取当前可用的 无线接入点的无线接入点信息时, 可以接收第三终端发送的无线接入点信 息, 并将接收到的无线接入点信息保存至第一终端。
进一步的, 第一终端接收第三终端发送的无线接入点信息之后, 还可 以在第一终端移动到接收到的无线接入点信息所指示的位置, 第一终端注 册到接收到的无线接入点信息对应的无线接入点。
例如, 第一终端处于 A位置, 第三终端处于 B位置, 第三终端在得知 第一终端将从 A位置移动到 B为位置时, 第三终端可以将 B位置的无线接 入点信息发送给第一终端; 第一终端接收可以接收第三终端发送的无线接 入点信息, 当第一终端希望与处于 C位置的第二终端共享无线接入点信息 时, 可以向第二终端发送接收到的无线接入点信息, 如此, 当第二终端在 从 C位置移动到 B位置后, 能够通过接收到的无线接入点信息所指示的无 线接入点快速地接入网络。
在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 第一终端向第二终端发送无 线接入点信息时, 第一终端可以获取与第二终端建立通信连接的标识, 并 依据获取的标识与第二终端建立通信连接, 通过建立的通信连接向第二终 端发送上述无线接入点信息。 在实际应用中, 可以通过短信、 彩信、 蓝牙、 无线保真 ( Wireless Fidelity, WiFi )、 近场通信 ( Near Field Communication, NFC )等方式发送希望共享的无线接入点信息; 相应的, 与第二终端建立 通信连接的标识可以包括: 电话号码、 邮件地址、 蓝牙地址, WiFi网络标 识等。
进一步的, 在第一终端向其他终端发送无线接入点信息时, 可以按照 预设的格式将无线接入点信息封装成数据包, 将封装成的数据包发送至其 他终端; 其他终端接收到数据包后, 将接收到的数据包按照相应的解析方 法进行解析, 从而得到无线接入点信息。 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施 方式中, 无线接入点信息可以包括: 无线接入点的 SSID, 以及无线接入点 的位置信息。
优选地, 为了使终端能够根据无线接入点的信号强度等信息, 快速通 过无线接入点接入网络, 无线接入点信息还可以包括: 无线接入点的安全 信息、 无线接入点的信号强度、 发送无线接入点信息的时间等信息。 接收 到无线接入点信息的终端可以根据无线接入点的信号强度, 选取信号强度 最佳的无线接入点接入网络, 也可以根据发送无线接入点信息的时间, 判 断无线接入点信息的有效性。
在实际应用中, SSID、 信号强度等可以在 WLAN搜索时获取, 安全信 息可以在 WLAN接入时获取, 位置信息可以由终端配备的全球定位系统 ( Global Positioning System, GPS )或者其他定位功能的模块提供, 时间信 息可以使用发送信息的当前时间。 例如, 发送的无线接入点信息可以是: 网络 SSID:XXX; 安全性: WPA/WPA2 PSK; 密码: XXX; 信号强度: 一 般; 地理位置: 经度值、 纬度值; 时间信息: XX。
本发明实施例的方法尤其适用于第一终端与第二终端处于不同的位 置、 第二终端不在第一终端获取的当前可用的无线接入点的覆盖范围内的 情况。 然而, 本发明实施例的方法并不限于上述情况, 例如, 处于同一位 置的终端之间也可以共享各终端获知的无线接入点信息。
下面以 WiFi热点信息的共享为例, 对本发明实施例的上述方法进行描 述。
在本实例中, 发送方终端将热点信息以特定格式封装后发送给接收方 终端, 接收方终端接收到对方终端发送的热点信息后, 解析该热点信息并 在终端本地保存解析后的热点信息。
具体的, 终端收集有关 WiFi热点的信息, 并存储该热点的信息, 然后 发送方终端将热点信息, 通过短信、 蓝牙、 WiFi、 NFC等通讯方式发送给 接收方终端, 热点信息包括网络 SSID、 安全信息、 位置信息、 覆盖信息、 信号强度和时间等, 接收方终端接收该热点信息后在本地终端保存解析后 的热点信息, 在接收方终端到达热点信息所指示的位置后可以直接使用该 热点接入网络。 下面结合图 2对本实例的方法进行描述。 图 2是根据本发明实例的 WiFi热点信息的发送方法的流程图, 如图 1 所示, 该方法可以包括步驟 S202至步驟 S210:
步驟 S202, 终端 A搜到 WiFi热点信息;
步驟 S204, 终端 A注册该热点并保存热点信息到本地;
步驟 S206, 终端 A发送该热点信息给终端 B, 发送的热点信息包括网 络 SSID、 安全信息、 位置信息、 信号强度、 时间信息等。
步驟 S208 , 终端 B接收终端 A发送的热点信息;
步驟 S210, 终端 B解析接收到的热点信息, 解析后的热点信息保存到 本地。
根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种无线接入点信息的发送装置, 位于 第一终端中, 用以实现本发明实施例的上述方法, 实现在终端之间共享无 线接入点信息。
图 3是根据本发明实施实例的无线接入点信息的发送装置的结构框图, 如图 3所示, 该装置主要包括: 获取模块 10和发送模块 20。 获取模块 10, 配置为获取当前可用无线接入点的无线接入点信息; 发送模块 20, 与获取 模块 10相耦合, 配置为向第二终端发送上述无线接入点信息。
通过本发明实施例, 获取模块 10获取当前可用无线接入点的无线接入 点信息, 由发送模块 20向第二终端发送获取到的无线接入点信息, 使得第 二终端能够获知无线接入点信息, 从而快速地接入无线网络。
图 4是根据本发明实施例优选的获取模块的结构框图一, 在如图 4所 示的获取模块中, 获取模块 10可以包括: 搜索单元 102, 配置为搜索第一 终端当前所处位置的无线接入点; 获取单元 104, 与搜索单元 102相耦合, 配置为获取搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信息。 在实际应用中, 可以 通过终端中的 WLAN单元来检测无线接入点的信息, 由 WLAN单元搜索 终端所处位置的无线接入点, 并获取搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信 图 5是根据本发明实施例优选的获取模块的结构框图二, 在如图 5所 示的获取模块中, 获取模块 10可以包括: 接收单元 106, 配置为接收第三 终端发送的无线接入点信息; 存储单元 108, 与接收单元 106相耦合, 配置 为存储接收到的无线接入点信息。
图 6是根据本发明实施例优选的发送模块的结构框图, 在如图 6所示 的发送模块中, 发送模块 20可以包括: 获取单元 202 , 配置为获取与第二 终端建立通信连接的标识; 建立单元 204, 与获取单元 202相耦合, 配置为 依据获取的标识与第二终端建立通信连接; 发送单元 206, 与建立单元 204 相耦合, 配置为通过建立的通信连接向第二终端发送无线接入点信息。
在实际应用中, 可以将接收单元 106和发送模块 20设置为一个模块, 配置为接收其他终端发送的无线接入点信息, 以及向其他终端发送无线接 入点信息。
图 7是根据本发明实施例优选的无线接入点信息的发送装置的结构框 图一, 在如图 7所示的装置中, 该装置还可以包括: 存储模块 30, 与获取 模块 10相耦合, 配置为存储搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信息。 进一 步的,在实际应用中,存储单元 108可以与存储模块 30设置为同一个模块, 用以存储接收到的无线接入点信息和搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信 图 8是根据本发明实施例优选的无线接入点信息的发送装置的结构框 图二, 在如图 8所示的装置中, 该装置还可以包括: 注册模块 40, 配置为 在第一终端移动到接收到的无线接入点信息所指示的位置时, 注册到接收 到的无线接入点信息对应的无线接入点。 在实际应用中, 注册模块 40可以 通过终端中的 WLAN单元实现, 由 WLAN单元注册到无线接入点, 通过 无线接入点接入网络。 注册模块 40可以从存储模块 30或存储单元 108中 读取无线接入点信息, 依据无线接入点信息接入到无线接入点。 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种移动终端, 该移动终端包括本发明 实施例提供的上述无线接入点信息的发送装置。
下面以移动终端 WiFi热点信息的共享为例, 对本发明实施实例的上述 装置进行描述。
图 9是根据本发明实施例的热点信息的共享系统的示意图, 如图 9所 示, 该系统可以包括移动终端 A和移动终端 B。 在如图 9所示的移动终端 中, 移动终端可以包括: WLAN单元、共享单元、存储单元和位置单元(图 9中未示出)。
其中, WLAN单元, 配置为负责 WLAN功能的开启、 关闭, 以及进行 无线接入点的搜索、 链接、 设置、 排列等。
共享单元, 配置为将热点信息共享给其他终端。 共享单元可以包括: 发送用户发送热点信息单元和接收用户接收热点信息单元。
在实际应用中, 共享方式包括短信、 彩信、 蓝牙、 WiFi、 NFC等, 凡 是可以建立无线链路的技术手段均可以使用。 对于发送方移动终端, 根据 用户输入的目标地址向接收方移动终端发送热点信息, 该目标地址包括电 话号码、 邮件地址、 蓝牙地址、 WiFi网络标识等可以确定所建立通路中接 收方移动终端的标识。 发送内容可以从存储单元获取, 对于接收方移动终 端, 接收热点信息并解析该热信息, 将解析结果保存到存储单元。 每次发 送和接收的热点信息可以是一条或者多条。 热点信息可以包括网络 SSID、 安全信息、 位置信息、 信号强度、 时间信息等。 其中, 网络 SSID、 信号强 度等在 WLAN搜索时获取, 安全信息在 WLAN接入时获取, 位置信息由 移动终端配备的 GPS或者其他定位功能的模块提供, 时间信息为发送热点 信息的当前时间。
存储单元,配置为保存热点信息,提供共享单元和 WLAN单元的接口。 所述信息合并在热点信息里并存储。 存储单元保存包括网络 SSID、 安全信 息、 位置信息、 信号强度、 时间信息等的热点信息, 所含位置信息使得当 移动终端移动到热点信息所对应的位置后在移动终端界面显示当前位置的 热点信息供用户选择。
对于发送方移动终端, 在通过 WLAN单元进行热点信息查询时, 增加 热点信息发送菜单, 当用户选择发送该热点信息时, 共享单元将热点信息 以特定格式传递给通信模块发送。 对于接收方移动终端, 通信模块接收到 发送方移动终端的热点信息后, 共享单元以特定格式解析热点信息内容后 将解析结果保存到存储单元。
位置单元, 配置为标识热点信息的位置, 可以通过 GPS、 AGPS等定位 技术获取热点的位置信息, 并将位置信息附加到热点信息中。
通过本实例, 热点信息在移动终端本地创建和存储, 并通过在移动终 端增加的发送和接收热点信息的共享单元, 使移动终端能够向其他移动终 端发送本地的热点信息, 从而可以使其他移动终端获知该热点信息。
从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: 第一终端 获取当前可用无线接入点的无线接入点信息, 第一终端向第二终端发送获 取到的无线接入点信息, 使得第二终端能够获知无线接入点信息, 从而快 速地接入网络。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步驟 可以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者 分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执 行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来 执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的 步驟, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模 块或步驟制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特 定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

权利要求书
1、 一种无线接入点信息的发送方法, 其中, 所述方法包括: 第一终端获取当前可用无线接入点的无线接入点信息;
所述第一终端向第二终端发送所述无线接入点信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 第一终端获取当前可用无线接 入点的无线接入点信息, 包括:
所述第一终端搜索所述第一终端当前所处位置的无线接入点; 所述第一终端获取搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端搜索所述第一终 端当前所处位置的无线接入点之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述第一终端将搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信息保存至所述第 一终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 第一终端获取当前可用无线接 入点的无线接入点信息, 包括:
所述第一终端接收第三终端发送的无线接入点信息, 并将接收到的无 线接入点信息保存至所述第一终端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端接收第三终端发 送的无线接入点信息之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述第一终端移动到接收到的无线接入点信息所指示的位置; 所述第一终端注册到接收到的无线接入点信息对应的无线接入点。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端向第二终端发送 所迷无线接入点信息, 包括:
所述第一终端获取与所述第二终端建立通信连接的标识;
所述第一终端依据获取的所述标识与所述第二终端建立通信连接; 所述第一终端通过所述通信连接向所述第二终端发送所述无线接入点 信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线接入点信 息包括: 所述无线接入点的服务集标识 SSID、所述无线接入点的位置信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线接入点信息还包括: 所述无线接入点的安全信息、 所述无线接入点的信号强度、 发送所述无线 接入点信息的时间。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端与所 述第二终端处于不同的位置, 所述第二终端不在第一终端获取的当前可用 的无线接入点的覆盖范围内。
10、 一种无线接入点信息的发送装置, 位于第一终端中, 其中, 所述 装置包括:
获取模块, 配置为获取当前可用无线接入点的无线接入点信息; 发送模块, 配置为向第二终端发送所述无线接入点信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述获取模块包括: 搜索单元, 配置为搜索所述第一终端当前所处位置的无线接入点; 第一获取单元, 配置为获取搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 存储模块, 配置为存储搜索到的无线接入点的无线接入点信息。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述获取模块包括: 接收单元, 配置为接收第三终端发送的无线接入点信息;
存储单元, 配置为存储接收到的无线接入点信息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
注册模块, 配置为在所述第一终端移动到接收到的无线接入点信息所 指示的位置时, 注册到接收到的无线接入点信息对应的无线接入点。
15、 根据权利要求 10至 14任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述发送模块 包括:
第二获取单元, 配置为获取与所述第二终端建立通信连接的标识; 建立单元, 配置为依据获取的所述标识与所述第二终端建立通信连接; 发送单元, 配置为通过所述通信连接向所述第二终端发送所述无线接 入点信息。
16、 一种移动终端, 其中, 所述移动终端包括: 权利要求 10至 15任 一项所述的装置。
