背景技术
随着液晶显示技术的不断发展, 液晶屏已经成为人们日常生活中比较常见 的显示屏, 液晶面板是液晶屏的重要组成部分。
参见图 7, 在液晶面板的制造过程中, 需要通过搬运设备的机器人手臂将液 晶面板 7搬运至存放液晶面板的架体 9上。
如图 5、 图 6所示, 现有的液晶面板搬运装置主要通过支撑臂 8的支撑面对 液晶面板 7进行支撑, 然后通过动力装置带动支撑臂 8, 最终将液晶面板 7搬运 至架体 9上。 该结构的液晶面板般运装置存在如下缺陷:
由于液晶面板 7厚度薄, 且尺寸大于支撑面的面积, 尤其 4.5代以上的阵列 基板、 彩膜基板的厚度更薄、 尺寸比 4.5代之前的液晶面板更大。 也就是说, 在 搬运过程中, 液晶面板 7 的边缘很容易在重力作用下发生形变, 也因此, 支撑 臂 8将液晶面板 7搬运至架体 9上的过程中, 液晶面板 7弯曲下垂的边缘极易 碰到架体 9上导致液晶面板 7的边缘破碎。

发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种液晶面板搬运装置及其支撑臂 结构, 可有效控制在搬运液晶面板过程中液晶面板两端缘的弯曲量, 可以将搬
运装置应用在多种尺寸的液晶面板的搬运上, 无需整体更换支撑臂, 进一步降 低成本, 提高产能。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂, 包括: 支撑主臂, 在所述支撑主臂上设 置多个可旋转打开的支撑辅臂。
优选的, 所述支撑主臂包括至少两条设置平行的支撑杆, 所述支撑杆的侧 顶面在同一平面上。

本发明实施例提供了一种液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂结构, 在支撑主臂 1 上设置多个可旋转打开的支撑辅臂 2。

实施本发明的液晶面板搬运装置及其支撑臂结构, 由于在支撑主臂上设置 了多个可旋转打开的支撑辅臂, 增大了液晶面板搬运装置的承载面, 可有效控 制在搬运液晶面板过程中液晶面板两端缘的弯曲量, 避免发生液晶面板与架体 发生触碰而导致液晶面板边缘破碎的情况, 有效地提高液晶面板的良率; 可以 将搬运装置应用在多种尺寸的液晶面板的搬运上, 无需整体更换支撑臂, 进一 步降低成本, 提高产能。
Claims
1、 一种液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂, 包括: 支撑主臂(1 ), 其特征在于, 在所述支撑主臂(1 )上设置多个可旋转打开的支撑辅臂(2 )。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂, 其特征在于, 所述支 撑主臂(1 ) 包括至少两条设置平行的支撑杆, 所述支撑杆的侧顶面在同一平面 上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂, 其特征在于, 所述多 个支撑辅臂(2 ) 的一端部分别连接在所述支撑杆上, 所述多个支撑辅臂(2 ) 相对的另一端部朝向所述至少两条支撑杆的外周侧做打开和闭合的旋转。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂, 其特征在于, 所 述支撑杆上的所述支撑辅臂(2 )对称布置。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂, 其特征在于, 所述支 撑杆的侧体端部设置用于容置所述多个支撑辅臂( 2 )的槽位,所述支撑辅臂( 2 ) 在其相对于所述支撑主臂(1 ) 闭合的状态下容纳在所述槽位中。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂, 其特征在于, 所述支 撑辅臂(2 ) 的顶面与所述支撑主臂(1 ) 的所述侧顶面在同一平面上。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂, 其特征在于, 所述 支撑辅臂 (2 )相对于所述支撑主臂(1 ) 闭合的状态下叠加在所述支撑杆的所 述侧顶面。
8、如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂,其特征在于, 所述支撑辅臂(2 ) 的顶面设置多个用于对液晶面板起紧固作用的吸嘴(3 )。
9、如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的液晶面板搬运装置的支撑臂,其特征在于, 所述支撑辅臂(2 )相对于所述支撑主臂( 1 )旋转打开的最大角度为 90。。
10、 一种液晶面板搬运装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶面板搬运装置包括如 权利要求 1-9任一项所述的支撑臂结构。
