본 발명은 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 신재생에너지원에서 출력되는 에너지의 출력 간헐성 및 마이크로그리드의 독립운전을 안정적으로 관리하면서 마이크로그리드로부터 공급되는 열에너지를 통해 담수를 생산하는 담수설비를 통합적으로 관리하여 안정적인 수급균형이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치에 관한 것이다.
현재 세계 여러 나라의 오지나 벽지 또는 도서지역에는 인류 삶의 기본이 되는 전기와 열 에너지 및 담수를 공급받지 못하는 곳이 많이 있으며, 이러한 지역에 인프라를 보급하려는 노력이 많지만, 에너지와 물을 공급하기 위해서는 발전소 및 송전선로와 수리시설을 확보해야하는 경제적인 문제가 존재하여 쉽게 확보되지 못하고 있는 실정이다.
다행히도 현재 다수의 선진국들이 지구 온난화의 주범인 화석연료 사용을 줄이기 위해 고효율 전원 및 신재생에너지 기술 개발에 힘쓰고 있으며, 이를 시범사업의 일환으로 낙후지역에 보급하고 있는 실정이다.
비용이나 지역적 위치 상 연료를 공급하는데 어려움을 겪는 곳이 대부분이기 때문에 연료를 사용하는 분산전원의 비율을 줄이고 자연의 힘을 사용하는 분산전원인 신재생에너지 보급이 바람직 하지만, 이러한 신재생에너지의 경우 에너지 생산이 기상상태에 민감하여 안정적인 공급이 어렵기 때문에 여러 신재생에너지원과 배터리와 같은 에너지저장장치를 함께 묶어 안정적이고 효율적인 운영이 가능한 마이크로그리드 기술이 각광받고 있다.
마이크로그리드는 자체에 다수의 분산전원과 부하의 클러스터로 구성되고 이를 자동 제어할 수 있는 운영시스템을 가지며, 전기와 열 에너지를 공급할 수 있는 설비를 말한다.
또한, 과거에는 담수를 확보하기 위해서 지하수를 개발하거나 다른 지역에서 공급받을 수밖에 없었지만, 다양한 용량의 담수설비 개발로 해수와 오수를 이용하여 담수를 공급하는 사업이 진행 중에 있다.
관련 선행기술로는 대한민국 공개특허공보 2011-0015306호(2011.02.15.) "태양에너지와 소수력 발전을 이용한 해수담수화 시스템"이 있다.
이와 같이 낙후 지역에 에너지와 담수를 공급할 수 있는 신기술들이 개발되었지만 에너지와 물을 개별적인 시스템으로 보급하고 있어 비용이나 운영 효율 측면에서 바람직하지 못한 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 에너지를 생산하는 마이크로그리드 시스템과 에너지를 소비하여 물을 생산하는 담수설비를 함께 구축하여 최적으로 운영할 필요성이 있다.
첫째, 마이크로그리드 시스템을 운영하는 운영시스템과 담수설비의 운영시스템을 통합할 필요성이 있다.
둘째, 마이크로그리드 시스템에서 생산되는 전기 에너지를 저장하는 전기에너지 저장장치(배터리, 슈퍼캡 등)와 열 에너지를 저장하는 축열조와 담수설비가 생산하는 물을 저장하는 담수탱크 각각의 상태에 따라 출력을 조절하여 항상 수급 균형이 이루어지도록 할 필요성이 있다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위해 창작된 것으로서, 신재생에너지원에서 출력되는 에너지의 출력 간헐성 및 마이크로그리드의 독립운전을 안정적으로 관리하면서 마이크로그리드로부터 공급되는 열에너지를 통해 담수를 생산하는 담수설비를 통합적으로 관리하여 안정적인 수급균형이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치는 다수의 분산에너지 생성부를 통해 발생되는 전기에너지와 열에너지를 공급하는 마이크로그리드 시스템; 마이크로그리드 시스템으로부터 열에너지를 공급받아 해수를 담수로 변환시켜 담수를 공급하는 담수시스템; 마이크로그리드 시스템과 담수시스템의 상태를 취득하는 취득서버; 및 취득서버를 통해 마이크로그리드 시스템과 담수시스템의 작동상태를 입력받아 수급량에 따라 생성되는 전기에너지, 열에너지 및 담수의 생성량을 조절하는 통합운영서버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 인터넷을 통해 통합운영서버의 동작상태를 제공하기 위한 웹서버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서 다수의 분산에너지 생성부는 태양광 발전부, 풍력발전부, 열병합 발전부 및 보조보일러를 포함한다.
본 발명에서 마이크로그리드 시스템은 생성된 전기에너지를 저장하기 위한 에너지저장부; 열에너지를 저장하기 위한 축열조; 및 전기에너지나 열에너지를 입력받아 냉열을 생성하는 냉동기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서 담수시스템은 담수설비에서 생성된 담수를 저장하는 담수탱크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서 마이크로그리드 시스템은 상용 전력계통을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 신재생에너지원에서 출력되는 에너지의 출력 간헐성 및 마이크로그리드의 독립운전을 안정적으로 관리하면서 마이크로그리드로부터 공급되는 열에너지를 통해 담수를 생산하는 담수설비를 통합적으로 관리하여 효율적이고 안정적인 수급균형이 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 통합운영을 통해 전체 시스템의 운영 및 제어상태의 감시가 가능하여 기기의 최적 운전을 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 마이크로그리드를 통해 에너지를 생산함으로써 대상 지역의 환경 및 에너지 수요량에 따라 다양한 규모와 구성으로 구축하여 안정적인 수급을 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치를 나타낸 블록구성도이다.
도 2는 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드 시스템과 담수시스템의 구성을 구체적으로 도시한 블록구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치의 동작을 설명하기위한 흐름도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치를 나타낸 블록구성도이다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치의 일 실시예를 설명한다. 이 과정에서 도면에 도시된 선들의 두께나 구성요소의 크기 등은 설명의 명료성과 편의상 과장되게 도시되어 있을 수 있다. 또한, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로, 이러한 용어들에 대한 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치를 나타낸 블록구성도이고, 도 2는 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드 시스템과 담수시스템의 구성을 구체적으로 도시한 블록구성도이다.
도 1내지 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치는 마이크로그리드 시스템, 담수시스템, 취득서버 및 통합운영서버를 포함한다.
도 2에 도시된 마이크로그리드 시스템은 독립형 마이크로그리드 시스템으로써 다수의 분산에너지 생성부를 통해 발생되는 전기에너지와 열에너지를 공급한다.
이때 다수의 분산에너지 생성부는 태양광 발전부(11), 풍력발전부(12), 열병합발전부(13) 및 보조보일러(14)를 포함한다.
태양광 발전부(11)와 풍력발전부(12)는 신재생에너지원으로써 바람과 일사량으로 전력을 생산한다.
신재생에너지원으로는 태양광 발전 및 풍력발전 이외에도 태양열, 바이오에너지, 지열 등의 신재생에너지원을 사용할 수도 있다.
열병합발전부(13)는 화석연료를 통해 발전기(미도시)를 구동시키며 엔진발전기와 터빈발전기가 있으며, 폐열회수보일러(미도시)가 있어 전력과 열 에너지를 동시에 공급한다.
보조보일러(14)는 화석연료를 입력으로 하는 타입과 전기를 입력으로 하는 타입으로 출력은 모두 온수(증기)를 공급한다.
또한, 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)은 에너지저장부(15), 축열조(16) 및 냉동기(17)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
에너지저장부(15)는 배터리(미도시)나 슈퍼커패시터(미도시)로 구성될 수 있으며, 공급되는 전기에너지를 저장할 수 있으며, 충방전을 통해 전기를 공급하는 태양광 발전부(11), 풍력발전부(12) 및 열병합발전부(13)의 출력과 전력 수요사이에서 수급균형을 최적으로 제어할 때 사용된다.
축열조(16)는 열에너지를 저장하여 열병합발전부(13)의 폐열회수 보일러와 보조보일러(14)의 온열과 온열 수요사이에서 수급균형을 최적으로 제어할 때 사용된다.
냉동기(17)는 전기를 입력으로 하는 타입과 열을 입력으로 하는 타입이 있으며, 전기 입력인 경우 태양광 발전부(11), 풍력발전부(12) 및 열병합발전부(13)에서 출력되는 전기를 입력받고, 온열의 입력은 열병합발전부(13)와 보조보일러(14)에서 생성된 온수(증기)를 입력받아 냉열(냉수)를 공급한다.
담수시스템(20)은 담수설비(21)에 의해 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)으로부터 열에너지를 공급받아 해수를 담수로 변환시켜 담수를 공급한다.
즉, 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)의 열병합발전부(13)와 보조보일러(14)로부터 온수(증기)를 입력받아 담수를 출력한다.
담수시스템(20)은 담수탱크(22)를 통해 공급되는 담수를 저장하여 담수설비(21)에서 공급되는 담수와 담수 수요사이에서 수급균형을 최적으로 제어할 때 사용된다.
이와 같이 전력수요는 신재생에너지원인 태양광 발전부(11)와 풍력발전부(12) 및 열병합발전부(13)가 담당하고, 온열수요는 열병합발전부(13)의 폐열회수보일러와 보조보일러(14)를 통해 담당하고, 냉열수요는 태양광 발전부(11), 풍력발전부(12) 및 열병합발전부(13)의 전력을 이용하거나 열병합발전부(13)와 보조보일러(14)의 온열을 이용하여 냉동기(17)를 통해 담당하고, 담수수요는 담수시스템(20)이 담당한다.
취득서버(40)는 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)과 담수시스템(20)의 상태를 통신망을 통해 실시간으로 취득한다.
통합운영서버(50)는 취득서버(40)를 통해 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)과 담수시스템(20)의 작동상태를 입력받아 수급량에 따라 생성되는 전기에너지, 열에너지 및 담수의 생성량을 조절한다.
이때 통합운영서버(50)는 기상관측부(70)로부터 입력되는 기상정보에 따라 다수의 분산에너지 생성부에서 발전되는 발전량을 예측하여 예비율을 결정할 수도 있다.
기상관측부(70)를 통해 실시간 기상관측 데이터를 취득하여 누적 데이터를 통해 확률함수를 적용함으로써 신재생에너지원인 태양광 발전부(11)와 풍력발전부(12)의 발전량을 예측할 수 있다.
이렇게 예측된 발전량을 기반으로 에너지저장부(15)의 적정 충전량과 열병합발전부(13)와 보조보일러(14), 축열조(16), 냉동기(17)의 예비율을 결정하여 안정적인 에너지 수급균형을 확보할 수 있다.
또한, 데이터베이스(60)를 통해 통합운영서버(50)에서 취득한 작동상태 및 생성량과 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)과 담수시스템(20)의 성능정보 및 비용정보를 저장할 뿐만 아니라 과거 이력을 저장할 수 있다.
그리고, 인터넷을 통해 통합운영서버(50)의 동작상태를 제공하기 위한 웹서버(80)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
위에서 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)과 담수시스템(20)은 통신망(30)을 통해 통합운영서버(50)와 통신할 때 통일된 정보로 교환할 수 있도록 프로토콜을 변환하는 네트워크 게이트웨이(미도시)가 구비되고, 통합운영서버(50)로부터의 제어명령을 수행하고 정보를 교환하기 위해 기기의 종류에 따라 PCS(Power Conditioning System), PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)와 같은 하부제어부(미도시)가 구비된다.
PCS와 같은 하부제어부는 태양광 발전부(11), 풍력발전부(12) 및 에너지저장부(15)에 구비되어 통합운영서버(50)의 명령 수행여부 및 제어량을 결정한다.
축열조(16)와 담수탱크(22) 사이에도 하부제어부가 구성되며, 축열조 용 하부제어부는 센서를 통해 수량과 수온을 실시간 취득하여 통합운영서버(50)의 명령 수행여부를 판단하고 적정 수량 및 수온의 제한값을 기반으로 축열조(16)의 수량 및 수온을 제어한다.
또한, 담수탱크 용 하부제어부는 센서를 통해 담수량을 실시간 취득하여 통합운영서버(50)의 명령 수행 여부를 판단하고, 적정 담수량의 제한값을 기반으로 담수량을 제어한다.
이와 같은 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치의 동작을 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치의 동작을 설명하기위한 흐름도를 참조하여 설명한다.
먼저, 통합제어서버(50)는 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)과 담수시스템(20)의 기기 성능정보 및 전력 생산을 위한 비용정보를 데이터베이스(60)로부터 로딩한다(S10).
그리고, 취득서버(40)를 통해 측정된 에너지저장부(15), 축열조(16) 및 담수탱크(22)의 저장상태를 입력받는다(S20).
또한, 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)과 담수시스템(20)에서의 전력, 온열, 냉열 및 담수 공급량과 전력, 온열, 냉열 및 담수 수요량을 취득서버(40)를 통해 취득한다(S30).
이렇게 취득된 정보와 기기의 고정정보인 성능정보 및 비용정보를 기반으로 최적화 연산을 수행하여 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)과 담수시스템(20)의 운전상태를 결정한다(S40).
이때 최적화 연산은 비용(변동비) 최소화로, 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)과 담수시스템(20)의 운전(연료) 비용이 최소이면서 전력 수급균형, 열 수급균형 및 담수 수급균형의 제약이 만족되도록 연산하여 운전상태를 결정한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치를 나타낸 블록구성도이다.
도 4에 도시된 마이크로그리드 시스템은 계통연계형 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)으로써 상용 전력계통이 연계되어 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)의 상황에 따라 전력계통(18)으로부터 전력을 수전하거나 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)에서 전력을 송전할 수 있다.
즉, 전력계통(18)의 사고 시 연계를 끊고 마이크로그리드 시스템(10) 자체로도 운전이 가능하며, 반대로 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)의 전력 생산량이 부족한 경우 전력계통(18)으로부터 수전이 가능하다.
따라서, 계통연계형 마이크로그리드 시스템의 경우 운전상태를 결정할 때 상용 전력계통(18)의 시장 구입가격 및 전력판매 가격을 반영하여 최적화 연산을 수행한다.
즉, 전력계통(18)과 마이크로그리드 시스템(10)에서의 전력 요금 차이에 따라 수전량 또는 송전량을 최적으로 선택한다.
이와 같이 계통연계형 마이크로그리드 시스템을 적용할 경우 최적화 연산은 수익 최대화로, {전력판매비용+담수판매비용}-{전력구매비용+마이크로그리드 시스템과 담수시스템의 운전(연료)비용}으로 전력 수급균형, 열 수급균형 및 담수 수급균형의 제약이 만족되도록 연산하여 운전상태를 결정한다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 하여 설명되었으나, 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 기술적 보호범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의해서 정하여져야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 다수의 분산에너지 생성부를 통해 발생되는 전기에너지와 열에너지를 공급하는 마이크로그리드 시스템;
    상기 마이크로그리드 시스템으로부터 상기 열에너지를 공급받아 해수를 담수로 변환시켜 상기 담수를 공급하는 담수시스템;
    상기 마이크로그리드 시스템과 상기 담수시스템의 상태를 취득하는 취득서버; 및
    상기 취득서버를 통해 상기 마이크로그리드 시스템과 상기 담수시스템의 작동상태를 입력받아 수급량에 따라 생성되는 상기 전기에너지, 상기 열에너지 및 상기 담수의 생성량을 조절하는 통합운영서버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 통합운영서버에서 취득한 상기 작동상태 및 생성량과 상기 마이크로그리드 시스템과 상기 담수시스템의 성능정보 및 비용정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 통합운영서버는 기상관측부로부터 입력되는 기상정보에 따라 상기 다수의 분산에너지 생성부에서 발전되는 발전량을 예측하여 예비율을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 인터넷을 통해 상기 통합운영서버의 동작상태를 제공하기 위한 웹서버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 분산에너지 생성부는 태양광 발전부, 풍력발전부, 열병합 발전부 및 보조보일러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로그리드 시스템은
    생성된 상기 전기에너지를 저장하기 위한 에너지저장부;
    상기 열에너지를 저장하기 위한 축열조; 및
    상기 전기에너지나 상기 열에너지를 입력받아 냉열을 생성하는 냉동기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 담수시스템은 담수설비에서 생성된 상기 담수를 저장하는 담수탱크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로그리드 시스템은 상용 전력계통을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로그리드를 이용한 에너지 및 담수 통합 공급장치.
