Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif, un système et un procédé qui peuvent être déployés rapidement et qui peuvent couvrir un espace ouvert et un stade pour collecter de l'eau de pluie soudaine, et ainsi empêcher l'interruption d'un événement et protéger des personnes et des objets de l'eau de pluie, et qui permettent de gérer les effets du vent à l'aide d'un dispositif qui est constitué de bandes de collecte de pluie (401), d'un câble de tour de support (403, 408), d'un bras de support qui comporte un guidage de bande, d'un raccord de câble sur le bras, d'un entraînement pour les bandes de collecte et de câbles de commande (409), d'une unité de drainage (405), d'une caméra et d'un ordinateur. Le champ d'utilisation du dispositif est large car le dispositif peut être utilisé pour des rassemblements politiques, des théâtres en plein air, des récoltes sensibles à la pluie, comme par exemple les vignes, et les coûts d'infrastructure du dispositif sont réduits. Grâce audit dispositif, les personnes et les événements sont protégés de la pluie soudaine, qui, jusqu'à présent, devait être tolérée calmement par les personnes et les organisateurs d'événements. La solution offerte par la présente invention permet d'obtenir une configuration et un profil de forme de surface de couverture corrects pour gérer le problème posé par le vent.
