Abstract
Claims
DECLARACIÓN CONFORME AL ARTÍCULO 1 9.1) relativa a la PCT/ES2013/000164, titulada PLATAFORMA SEMISUMERGIBLE TRIANGULAR PARA APLICACIONES EN MAR ABIERTO.
Las reivindicaciones de la 1 a la 7 han sido reemplazadas por las reivindicaciones modificadas de la 1 a la 6. En concreto, las modificaciones que se realizan de las reivindicaciones presentadas, consisten en la unión de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2 originales, y en resaltar el hecho de que la plataforma es de hormigón armado, es monolítica y está construida in situ.
En ningún caso dichas modificaciones implican un cambio en la descripción y figuras, ni por adición ni por omisión. Además, éstas se encuentran soportadas en la descripción original.
En concreto, debido a la unión de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, se proporciona una implementación concreta de la plataforma, en donde la placa inferior es de hormigón armado.
La patente prioritaria española P201200759, ha superado las objeciones del examinador, y actualmente se encuentra en proceso de concesión. El juego de reivindicaciones de la solicitud de patente española, es idéntico al adjunto.
