This invention relates to special technology for recycling of many tons that are accumulated in huge quantities every day, where through this invention we manufacture synthetic wood boards of spongy flexibility during the process of cutting and ornamented forming of all kinds. Synthetic spongy wood boards are manufactured of solid residues of people use and plants waste where they are grind after being dried and then mixed with adhesive materials such as poly venil asetet to help the correlation among molecules articles where components of the boards are placed in a bowl to ferment it through vacuumed space with the addition of substances such as Calcium Hydroxide Ca (OH) 2 with the ability to switch in parallel between the substance or another to give components of the wooden board consistency and durability. Besides, a substance that helps to solve the technical problems of the final product can be added such as (seal) which is injected into the mixture by variable percentages according to the required specifications. These operations are done via mobile and air- empty bowl so that the mixture travels through galvanized pipes to ready moulds where the mixture is pressed with it through thermal piston for a period of not more than five minutes and then these boards are sent through passages dedicated for moving the boards to cutting, polishing and storage sections.
