以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图, 对本发明的技术方 案作进一步的描述, 但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图 1、 2和 3所示, 本密封式带保险装置的汽车继电器包括 继电器主体和保险装置, 继电器主体包括基座 1、 罩壳 2和设置 在基座 1上的弱电系统、 强电系统, 罩壳 2固连在基座 1上, 保 险装置包括两个设置在基座 1上的保险丝插座和插在两个保险插 座间的保险丝 3, 罩壳 2顶部与两个保险丝插座对应处设置有保 险丝插入孔 4, 插入孔中插入保险丝 3, 保险丝插入孔 4的端口处 设有密封盖 5, 保险丝插入孔 4的端口向上凸起形成具有上部 61 和下部 62的凸起部 6, 上部 61和下部 62之间设有外台阶 63, 外 台阶 63上套设有密封圈 7,密封盖 5包括上端部 51和下端部 52, 上端部 51和下端部 52之间设有内台阶 53, 当密封盖 5固定安装 在凸起部 6上时, 其密封圈 7被压紧连接在外台阶 63和内台阶 53之间使密封盖 5和保险丝插入孔 4端口形成密封连接进而使密 封盖 5的内腔与保险丝插入孔 4形成密封空腔, 保险丝 3位于密 封空腔中。
进一步的,密封盖 5和凸起部 6通过卡扣结构固定安装连接。 卡扣结构包括分别固连在凸起部 6 下部 62 两端侧壁上的两凸块 64和分别开设在密封盖 5下端部 52两端侧壁上的两卡槽 54, 两 凸块 64 的上端面为倾斜的导向面 65, 密封盖 5安装到凸起部 6 上时,两卡槽 54能分别在两凸块 64的导向面 65的导向作用下滑 入到两凸块 64 中形成卡扣连接使密封盖 5 固定安装在凸起部 6 上。 密封盖 5和凸起部 6之间为可拆卸固定连接, 密封安装时, 密封盖 5能压紧卡扣固连到罩壳 2的凸起部 6上, 其密封圈 7位 于凸起部 6的外台阶 63和密封盖 5的内台阶 53之间且被外台阶 63和内台阶 53压紧变形密封, 同时密封盖 5和凸起部 6紧密地 结合, 具有密封双保险, 提高继电器的密封性, 防止外界恶劣环 境对保险丝 3及继电器内的各元件构成影响; 同时当需要更换保 险丝 3时, 只需将密封盖 5从凸起部 6上拆卸下来, 更换好新的 保险丝 3后再重新卡扣安装上即可, 方便、 快捷且效果好。
进一步的, 罩壳 2通过卡接结构固连在基座 1上。 卡接结构 包括分别固连在基座 1两正对侧壁上的两条形卡块 8和分别开设 在罩壳 2端口处内侧壁上与两条形卡块 8相对应的两凹槽 9, 罩 壳 2 端口处内侧壁上其凹槽 9 与端口之间设有倾斜的导向斜面 10, 罩壳 2安装到基座 1上时, 其两条形卡块 8能分别沿着两导 向斜面 10滑入到两凹槽 9中形成卡接连接使罩壳 2固定安装在基 座 1上。 罩壳 2和基座 1之间为可拆卸固连, 在生产和组装时, 罩壳 2可以卡接结构固定安装到基座 1上,当需要打开罩壳 2时, 也可以通过卡接结构将罩壳 2从基座 1上拆卸下来。
本实施例中的罩壳 2为透明罩壳。 透明罩壳可以帮助人们不 用打开罩壳 2即可方便了解基座 1上的各元件的情况, 便于及时 发现各元件出现的问题。 本实施例中的罩壳 2还可以为不透明罩 壳。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说 明。 本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例 做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代, 但并不会偏离 本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了基座 1、 罩壳 2、 保险丝 3、 保险丝插 入孔 4、 密封盖 5、 上端部 5 1、 下端部 52、 内台阶 53、 卡槽 54、 凸起部 6、 上部 6 1、 下部 62、 外台阶 63、 凸块 64、 导向面 65、 密封圈 7、 条形卡块 8、 凹槽 9、 导向斜面 10等术语, 但并不排 除使用其它术语的可能性。 使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描 述和解释本发明的本质; 把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是 与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims

1、一种密封式带保险装置的汽车继电器, 包括继电器主体和 保险装置, 继电器主体包括基座(1)、罩壳(2)和设置在基座(1) 上的弱电系统、 强电系统, 所述的罩壳 (2) 固连在基座 (1) 上, 所述的保险装置包括两个设置在基座(1)上的保险丝插座和插在 两个保险插座间的保险丝 (3), 罩壳 (2) 顶部与两个保险丝插座 对应处设置有保险丝插入孔(4),插入孔中插入上述的保险丝(3), 其特征在于: 所述保险丝插入孔 (4) 的端口处设有密封盖 (5), 所述的密封盖 (5) 密封连接在保险丝插入孔 (4) 的端口上且密 封盖 (5) 的内腔与保险丝插入孔 (4) 形成密封空腔, 上述的保 险丝 (3) 位于密封空腔中。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种密封式带保险装置的汽车继电 器, 其特征在于, 所述的保险丝插入孔 (4) 的端口向上凸起形成 具有上部 (61) 和下部 (62) 的凸起部 (6), 上部 (61) 和下部
(62)之间设有外台阶(63), 外台阶(63)上套设有密封圈 (7), 所述的密封盖(5)包括上端部(51)和下端部(52), 上端部(51) 和下端部 (52) 之间设有内台阶 (53), 当密封盖 (5) 固定安装 在凸起部 (6) 上时, 其密封圈 (7) 被压紧连接在外台阶 (63) 和内台阶 (53) 之间使密封盖 (5) 和保险丝插入孔 (4) 端口形 成密封连接。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的一种密封式带保险装置的汽车继电 器, 其特征在于, 所述的密封盖 (5) 和凸起部 (6) 通过卡扣结 构固定安装连接。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的一种密封式带保险装置的汽车继电 器, 其特征在于, 所述的卡扣结构包括分别固连在凸起部 (6) 下 部 (62) 两端侧壁上的两凸块 (64) 和分别开设在密封盖 (5) 下 端部 (52) 两端侧壁上的两卡槽 (54), 所述的两卡槽 (54) 能分 别卡扣在所述的两凸块 (64) 上使密封盖 (5) 固定安装在凸起部
(6) 上。 5、根据权利要求 4所述的一种密封式带保险装置的汽车继电 器, 其特征在于, 所述的两凸块 (64) 的上端面为倾斜的导向面
(65), 上述的两卡槽(54)能分别在两凸块(64) 的导向面(65) 的导向作用下滑入到两凸块 (64) 中形成卡扣连接。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的一种密封式带保险装置的汽车继电 器, 其特征在于, 所述的罩壳 (2) 通过卡接结构固连在基座 (1) 上。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的一种密封式带保险装置的汽车继电 器, 其特征在于, 所述的卡接结构包括分别固连在基座 (1) 两正 对侧壁上的两条形卡块 (8) 和分别开设在罩壳 (2) 端口处内侧 壁上与上述两条形卡块 (8) 相对应的两凹槽 (9), 罩壳 (2) 端 口处内侧壁上其凹槽(9)与端口之间设有倾斜的导向斜面(10), 卡接连接时, 其两条形卡块 (8) 能分别沿着两导向斜面 (10) 滑 入到罩壳 (2) 端口处内侧壁上两凹槽 (9) 中形成卡接连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1〜7任一项所述的一种密封式带保险装置 的汽车继电器, 其特征在于, 所述的罩壳 (2) 为透明罩壳或不透 明罩壳。
