Description

加排油阀座 技术领域
本发明属于机械领域, 涉及一种阀座, 尤其涉及一种应用于铁路罐车上 采用的下卸排油或者下装下卸排油装置的与罐体加排油阀相连接的加排油阀 座。
背景技术
当前, 在铁路罐车采用下卸排油或者下装下卸排油装置时, 与罐体底部 的加排油阀连接的加排油阀座一般都采用钢板机加工, 或者采用铸造。 对于 加排油阀座, 目前采用的方式都是在罐车底部的排油口直接开口, 在开口处 与加排油阀的连接零件 (加排油阀) 设置有滤网, 但是在采用气动控制下卸 阀后, 由于加排油阀底部与下卸阀的连接时对加排油阀底部结构的限制, 其 加排油底部较厚 (有用于与下卸阀连接的盲孔存在), 直接缩短了罐车底部的 加排油口与加排油阀座之间的距离缩短, 排油空间大幅降低, 卸油口的流量 明显降低, 工作效率低下。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种工作效率 高、 密封性好以及成像方式方便的加排油阀座。
本发明的技术解决方案是: 本发明提供了一种加排油阀座, 其特殊之处 在于: 所述加排油阀座包括加排油阀座底部以及有加排油阀座底部边缘向上 部延伸的加排油阀座根部, 所述加排油阀座底部的厚度低于加排油阀座根部 的厚度。
上述加排油阀座底部包括加排油阀座底部上表面以及与加排油阀座底部 上表面相对的加排油阀座底部下表面; 所述加排油阀座底部上表面上设置有 凸台, 所述凸台设置于加排油阀座底部下表面与其他零件相连时所对应于加 排油阀座底部上表面的位置。
上述凸台是一个或多个。
上述凸台是多个时, 所述多个凸台均布于加排油阀座底部上表面。 上述凸台的内部设置有螺紋。
上述加排油阀座根部在纵向上呈圆弧状、 椭圆形状或矩形状。
上述加排油阀座根部沿罐体横向两边高, 沿罐体横向中间低。
上述加排油阀座根部沿罐体的纵向两边高, 沿罐体的纵向中间低。
本发明的优点是:
本发明所提供的加排油阀座, 根据罐体连接的部位要求刚度高, 但与下 卸阀连接的部位要求尽肯能低的要求, 通过在加排油底座上尤其是与下卸阀 连接的内部螺栓连接的部位设置有凸台, 将传统的较厚的厚度分刻成具有凸 台的薄厚度, 消除了在阀座底部多余的材料, 具体表现为加排油阀座的横截 面为底部相对薄、 根部相对厚的特定形状, 增加了排油口的大小, 增大了罐 车内部的液体流量, 保证了罐车加排的工作效率; 同时, 本发明为了保证良 好的密封性, 凸台内部有螺紋, 螺紋满足了排油阀座与下卸阀的连接且不泄 露介质; 第三, 本发明所提供的加排油阀座的上表面为了吻合罐体的曲线, 做成圆弧面, 其圆弧面沿罐体横向高, 中间低, 沿着罐体的纵向两边高, 中 间低; 第四, 本发明所提供的加排油阀座可采用铸造或者锻造成型, 然后机 加工相应的接触面, 其加工过程方便简单。

具体实施方式
本发明的理论基础是排油阀座一方面要和罐体连接, 另一方面要和下卸 阀连接。 与罐体连接的部位要求刚度高, 但与下卸阀连接的部位要求尽肯能 的增加排油口的大小, 增加流量, 因此排油阀座横截面为底部薄、 上部厚。
参见图 1、 图 2、 图 3以及图 4, 本发明提供了一种加排油阀座, 该加排油 阀座包括加排油阀座底部 1以及有加排油阀座底部 1边缘向上部延伸的加排油 阀座根部 2, 为了保证卸油口尽可能的大, 因此消除了加排油阀座底部 1的多 余的材料, 保证卸油口流量尽可能的大, 因此, 相对于传统技术而言, 本发 明所提供的加排油阀座的加排油阀座底部 1的厚度低于加排油阀座根部 2的厚 度。
加排油阀座底部 1包括加排油阀座底部上表面 11以及与加排油阀座底部 上表面 11相对的加排油阀座底部下表面 12; 加排油阀座底部上表面 11上设置 有凸台 3, 凸台 3设置于加排油阀座底部下表面 12与其他零件相连时所对应于 加排油阀座底部上表面 11的位置, 凸台 3内部设置有盲孔 4, 该盲孔 4可用于连 接下卸阀等器件。 本发明所提供的加排油阀座为了保证良好的密封性, 在盲 孔 4的内部设置有螺紋, 螺紋满足了排油阀座与下卸阀的连接且不泄露介质。
凸台 3至少设置一个或多个, 如果凸台 3是多个时, 多个凸台 3均布于加排 油阀座底部上表面 11。
本发明所提供的加排油阀座的根部 2为了吻合罐体的曲线, 在其纵向上做 成圆弧面、 椭圆形状或矩形状; 且圆弧面沿罐体横向高, 中间低, 沿着罐体 的纵向两边高, 中间低。
本发明所提供的加排油阀座可采用铸造或者锻造成型, 然后机加工相应 的接触面。
