如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例提供的录制系统包括分发设备和录制设备, 分发设备向录制设备发送包括多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令, 录制设备识 别所述多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数据并录制所述多媒体数据。 可选 地, 所述录制设备可以接收多媒体数据, 并从接收的多媒体数据中识别所述 多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数据。
所述分发设备, 可以独立部署, 也可以与其它设备合设, 如与其中一个 录制设备合设,或与计算机电话集成( CTI , computer te lephony integrat ion ) 设备、 自动呼叫分配(ACD, automat ic ca l l di s tr ibut ion )设备、 专用交 换机 ( PBX, pr ivate branch exchange )、通用接入平台 ( UAP, universa l acces s platform )等控制设备中的至少一个设备合设等。 本发明实施例 1 提供了一种实现多媒体数据录制的方法, 方法流程示意 图如图 2所示, 方法包括:
110: 分发设备生成录制指令, 所述录制指令包括多媒体数据识别信息, 所述多媒体数据识别信息用于识别需要录制的多媒体数据;

需要说明的是, 所述录制指令用于指示录制设备录制所述多媒体数据识 别信息对应的多媒体数据, 所述录制指令中可以携带用于指示录制设备执行 录制操作的操作命令, 也可以不携带操作命令。 对于录制指令中不携带操作 命令的实现方式, 录制设备确定接收的携带多媒体数据识别信息的消息是来 自分发设备的, 则可以默认该消息为录制指令。
根据本发明实施例, 分发设备无需进行多媒体数据的处理与分发, 分发 设备只需要确定需要录制的多媒体数据对应的多媒体数据识别信息并发送给 录制设备, 由录制设备识别所述多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数据并录 制所述多媒体数据, 分发设备处理的数据量很小, 从而提升了录制多媒体数 据的效率。
另外, 分发设备消耗的资源比较少, 因此可以与其它设备合设, 从而减 少服务器设备、 筒化组网。 所述录制指令包括的多媒体数据识别信息用于识别需要录制的多媒体数 据。 所述多媒体数据具体可以是音频数据、 视频数据、 屏幕共享数据、 图像 数据、 文本数据等数据中的一种或多种。
所述多媒体数据是通信双方之间传输的多媒体数据, 所述通信双方后续 分别称为第一通信设备和第二通信设备, 具体来说, 在点对点通信场景中, 通信双方可以是该点对点通信的双方, 如座席设备和客户终端、 一个 UC终端 和另一个 UC终端、 一个 UC终端和一个非 UC终端等; 在会议场景中, 通信双 方可以是会议终端和会议服务器, 会议终端传给会议服务器的多媒体数据包 括该会议终端的音频信号或视频信号, 会议服务器传给会议终端的多媒体数 据包括会议的音频混音信号或其它会议终端的视频信号。 所述通信双方之间 传输的多媒体数据可以包括第一通信设备发给第二通信设备的多媒体数据 (后续筒称为多媒体数据一 )和第二通信设备发给第一通信设备的多媒体数 据(后续筒称为多媒体数据二)。 相应地, 所述多媒体数据识别信息具体可以 包括用于识别多媒体数据一的信息和用于识别多媒体数据二的信息, 所述用 于识别多媒体数据一的信息和用于识别多媒体数据二的信息可以是相同的也 可以是不同的。

需要说明的是, 如果所述多媒体数据一的源 IP地址与多媒体数据二的目 的 IP地址是相同的, 则所述多媒体数据识别信息可以仅包括一个 IP地址, 该 IP地址既可以作为多媒体数据一的源 IP地址又可以作为多媒体数据二的 目的 IP地址; 如果所述多媒体数据一的源端口号与多媒体数据二的目的端口 号是相同的, 则所述多媒体数据识别信息可以仅包括一个端口号, 该端口号 既可以作为多媒体数据一的源端口号又可以作为多媒体数据二的目的端口 优选地,还可以在录制指令中携带用于表示所述 IP地址或端口号是源 IP 地址或源端口号还是目的 IP地址或目的端口号的信息。

所述多媒体数据识别信息, 具体还可以包括, 需要录制的多媒体数据对 应的呼叫标识, 所述多媒体数据对应的呼叫标识可以是, 在用于建立传输所 述多媒体数据的通道的信令中包含的呼叫标识。 所述多媒体数据包括的多媒 体数据一和多媒体数据二对应的呼叫标识是相同的。
可选地, 所述录制指令还可以包括需要录制的多媒体数据的数据类型, 如音频数据类型、 视频数据类型、 屏幕共享数据类型、 图像数据类型、 文本 数据类型等数据类型中的一种或多种, 用于指示录制设备录制指定的多媒体 数据类型对应的多媒体数据, 如, 对于视频电话通信, 可以指定仅录制该通 信过程中传输的音频数据, 而不录制视频数据。 下面分别介绍本发明实施例 1的三种示例实施方式。
示例实施方式 A: 分发设备根据接收的信令生成录制指令。
110A: 分发设备接收信令并根据所述信令生成录制指令, 所述信令为用 于建立传输所述多媒体数据的通道的信令。
所述信令具体可以是从镜像交换机接收的,也可以是从控制设备(如 CTI ) 接收的。
所述信令包括多媒体数据识别信息, 所述分发设备具体可以根据所述信 令获取多媒体数据识别信息, 并生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指 令; 具体还可以将所述信令(如呼叫请求信令)作为录制指令, 具体地, 可 以直接将所述信令作为录制指令, 还可以删除所述信令中的除多媒体数据识 别信息以外的部分或全部信息后将所述信令作为录制指令。
如果所述分发设备接收的数据包括信令和多媒体数据, 所述分发设备根 据所述信令生成所述录制指令之前, 还可以包括, 从所述数据中检测出所述 信令。 所述信令,具体可以是 SIP信令、 H. 323信令、 H. 248信令等, 下面以 SIP 信令为例详细阐述从所述信令中获取多媒体数据识别信息的示例实施方式: 示例实施方式 1 : 从所述信令中获取所述多媒体数据对应的呼叫标识, 将 该呼叫标识作为录制指令中的多媒体数据识别信息。
具体地,从所述信令的呼叫标识头域获取呼叫标识, 如果所述信令为 SIP 信令, 则具体为从所述信令的 Ca n-ID头域获取 Ca l l-ID, Ca l l-ID即为呼叫 标识。 可以从任意类型的信令中获取呼叫标识, 也可以仅从设定类型的信令 中获取呼叫标识, 如呼叫请求信令 INVITE、 成功响应信令 200 0K、 成功响应 确认信令 ACK等信令。 以 INVITE信令为例, 如图 3-1所述, 从该 INVITE信 令的 Ca n-ID头域可以获取呼叫标识。
示例实施方式 2:从所述信令中获取多媒体数据对应的 IP地址或端口号, 将所述 IP地址或端口号作为多媒体数据识别信息。
具体可以包括, 从所述信令中的第一通信设备发送给第二通信设备的至 少一条信令中获取所述多媒体数据二的目的 IP地址、 或目的端口号、 或目的 IP地址和目的端口号, 从所述信令中的第二通信设备发送给所述第一通信设 备的至少一条信令中获取所述多媒体数据一的目的 IP地址、 或目的端口号、 或目的 IP地址和目的端口号。
优选地, 所述信令包含会话描述协议( SDP信息, ses s ion descr ipt ion protoco l ),从所述 SDP信息的连接信息 ( connec t ion informat ion )字段(即 "c= "行)获取 IP地址,或从所述 SDP信息的媒体名称与传输地址( media name and transpor t addres s )字段(即 "m=,, 行)获取端口号, 或从所述 SDP信 息的连接信息字段获取 IP地址并且从所述 SDP信息的媒体名称与传输地址字 段获取端口号。
如果所述多媒体数据一的源 IP地址与多媒体数据二的目的 IP地址是相 同的, 或者所述多媒体数据一的源端口号与多媒体数据二的目的端口号是相 同的, 也可以仅从第一通信设备发给第二通信设备的至少一条信令获取所述 多媒体数据二的目的 IP地址或目的端口号。
在实际的通信场景中, 所述第一通信设备和第二通信设备分别为主叫设 备和被叫设备。 具体地, 可以解析主叫设备发送给被叫设备的呼叫请求信令
(如 SIP INVITE信令) 以获取主叫设备用于接收被叫设备发送的多媒体数据 的 IP地址或端口号;也可以解析被叫设备发送给主叫设备的临时响应信令(如 SIP 183信令、 SIP 180信令等)或成功响应信令(如 SIP 200 OK信令) 以 获取被叫设备用于接收主叫设备发送的多媒体数据的 IP地址或端口号。
如图 3-1所示, 是一个 INVITE信令的示例。 1086 92. 167. 1. 248 (后续 筒称 1086 )呼叫 8000 92. 162. 1. 29(后续筒称 8000 ),向 8000发送 SIP INVITE 信令, 从该 INVITE信令中可以获取 1086用于接收 8000发送的多媒体数据的 相关参数, 如该多媒体数据的目的 IP地址( 192. 167. 1. 248 )和该多媒体数 据的目的端口号 ( 10574 )。
如图 3-2所示, 是一个 SIP 200 OK消息体的示例, 是 1086对应的用户 摘机后向 8000返回的 S IP 200 OK信令, 从该 200 0K信令中可以获取 8000 用于接收 1086发送的多媒体数据的相关参数, 如该多媒体数据的目的 IP地 址 ( 192. 162. 1. 29 )和该多媒体数据的目的端口号 ( 11798 )。
优选地, 可以从某一类型的信令(如 INVITE信令) 中获取呼叫标识, 用 该呼叫标识去检索接收的 SIP信令从而得到包含该呼叫标识的其它 SIP信令, 然后从上述具有相同呼叫标识的信令中确定包含 SDP信息的信令, 并从所述 确定出的信令的 SDP信息中获取 IP地址或端口号。
优选地, 根据所述信令生成录制指令之前还包括, 判断所述信令是否满 足预先设置的第一录制策略, 如果满足, 则根据所述信令生成所述录制指令, 所述第一录制策略用于确定需要录制的多媒体数据对应的信令。
所述判断所述信令是否满足预先设置的第一录制策略, 具体包括, 判断 所述信令是否包含与预先设置的录制号码相匹配的主叫号码或被叫号码, 所 述录制号码具体为需要录制的多媒体数据对应的通信设备的号码(如电话号 码), 所述预先设置的录制号码可以是一个或多个, 后续将所述一个或多个录 制号码的集合称为录制号码集; 或者, 判断所述信令是否包含与预先设置的
IP地址相匹配的 IP地址, 具体可以判断所述信令的 from头域值、或 to头域 值、 或 SDP信息的连接信息字段的 IP地址是否与预先设置的 IP地址相匹配, 所述预先设置的 IP地址具体包括需要录制的多媒体数据的 IP地址。 需要说 明的是, 由于包含相同的呼叫标识的信令均包含相同的主叫号码和被叫号码, 所以, 上述判断所述信令是否包含与预先设置的录制号码相匹配的主叫号码 或被叫号码, 具体可以是, 判断所述信令是否包含获取的呼叫标识, 所述获 取的呼叫标识指的是从包含与预先设置的录制号码相匹配的主叫号码或被叫 号码的信令中解析出的呼叫标识。
在 IPCC场景中, 所述录制号码集优选是根据 IPCC座席号码制定的, 具 体来说, 可以是根据录制工号集合以及座席工号与座席号码的对应关系生成 的, 所述录制工号集合表示仅录制该录制工号集合中的座席工号所对应的座 席代表的通信相关的多媒体数据。 在 IPCC实际应用场景中, 座席可以注册到 CTI、 ACD、 PBX、 MP等控制设备上, 设置所述录制工号集合的可以是 CTI、 ACD、 PBX、 UAP等控制设备, 后续仅以 CTI为例加以详细阐述。 当座席代表签 入 CTI的时候, CTI会记录座席代表的工号与号码的对应关系, 相应地, 上述 由录制工号集合以及座席工号与座席号码的对应关系生成最新的录制号码集 合的示例实施方式如下: 如, CTI由录制工号集合以及座席工号与座席号码的 对应关系表生成录制号码集合, 并将该录制号码集合发送给分发设备, 如果 录制工号集合发生变化(如有新的需录制的座席工号注册, 即将新的座席工 号添加到录制工号集合)或座席工号与座席号码的对应关系表发生变化(如, 有座席代表签入 CTI、 有座席代表签出 CTI ), 则相应更新录制号码集合, 并 将更新后的录制号码集合发送给分发设备; 又如, CTI将录制工号集合以及座 席工号与座席号码的对应关系表发送给分发设备并由该分发设备生成录制号 码集合, 如果录制工号集合或座席工号与座席号码的对应关系表发生变化, 则相应地将最新的录制工号集合或最新的对应关系表发送给分发设备并由分 发设备更新该录制号码集合, 也可以仅将更新部分的录制工号或对应关系发 送给分发设备并由分发设备更新该录制号码集合。 可选地, 所述录制号码集 也可以是预先配置在分发设备上的。
分发设备还可以根据录制指示信息生成所述录制指令, 具体可以包括, 先记录录制参数, 如多媒体数据识别信息、 多媒体数据类型等, 待获取录制 所述多媒体数据的录制指示信息后生成包括录制参数的所述录制指令。 获取 所述录制指示信息的方法可以包括, 从与所述信令具有相同的呼叫标识的信 令(具体可以是 SIP INFO信令) 中获取录制指示信息。 获取所述录制指示信 息后, 确定所述录制指示信息所对应的已记录的录制参数, 并生成包括所述 录制参数(如多媒体数据识别信息) 的录制指令, 其中, 确定所述录制指示 信息所对应的已记录的录制参数的方式可以包括, 根据所述 SIP INFO中包含 的参数确定,如,所述记录的录制参数包括的多媒体数据识别信息为 Cal l-ID, 则可以 艮据 SIP INFO中包括的 Can-ID匹配记录的录制参数, 又如, 所述记 录的录制参数包括的多媒体数据识别信息不是 Ca 11 - 1 D ,但同时记录了录制参 数和 Ca l l-ID的关联关系, 则可以根据 SIP INFO中包括的 Cal l-ID和记录的 录制参数与 Can-ID 的关联关系匹配到记录的录制参数。 另外, 分发设备还 可以在获取到所述录制指示信息后再获取该呼叫对应的多媒体数据的录制参 数并生成包括该录制参数的所述录制指令。
采用根据录制指示信息生成录制指令的方式, 可以实现, 在用户指示要 对本次通信的多媒体数据进行录制的情况下才录制, 可以充分体现用户的录 制意愿, 尤其适用于 UC场景。
优选地, 所述分发设备在检测到表示所述录制指令对应的通信建立成功 的信令(如 SIP 200 0K、 SIP ACK )后发送所述录制指令, 采用该实现方式, 可以避免录制在通信建立之前传输的多媒体数据(如多媒体彩铃数据), 从而 可以保证录制的多媒体数据为通信双方之间传输的多媒体数据。 120A: 分发设备向录制设备发送所述录制指令;
具体地, 可以是先确定需要录制所述多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体 数据的录制设备, 然后向所述确定的录制设备发送所述录制指令。
确定所述录制设备的方法, 具体可以是, 根据预先设置的第二录制策略 确定所述录制设备。 所述第二录制策略可以包括基于负载均衡确定录制设备 的策略, 如, 将 3000路通信的多媒体数据平均分配给 12 台录制设备进行录 制; 又如, 对于各录制设备存在硬件性能差异的场景, 比如有些是性能较高 的新款设备, 可以支持 500路, 有些是性能较低的旧款服务器, 可以支持 200 路, 则可以根据各设备的能力规格, 进行相应的负载均衡。 所述第二录制策 略可以包括基于多媒体数据识别信息的特征确定录制设备的策略, 如, 尽可 能使得分配给同一台录制设备的需录制的多媒体数据对应的通信设备在组网 部署上的逻辑位置尽可能是关联的, 即使得分配给同一台录制设备的需录制 的多媒体数据对应的 IP地址尽可能是连续的, 或者分配给同一台录制设备的 需录制的多媒体数据对应的端口号尽可能是连续的,如,假设有 2400个用户, 这些用户 的通信设备传输的多媒体数据对应的 IP 地址分布在 X. X. 1. 10-x. X. 11. 250, 则可以将与 IP地址范围 x. x. 1. 10-x. x. 2. 20对应的 250路通信的多媒体数据分配给同一台录制设备录制。所述第二录制策略还可 以包括根据设置的录制设备与录制号码集的关联关系确定录制设备的策略, 如, 录制设备 1录制录制号码集 1所包含的号码对应的多媒体数据。 具体实 现时, 所述第二录制策略可以包括多种录制策略(如上述三种录制策略) 中 的一种或多种。
也可以不确定录制该多媒体数据的录制设备, 而是直接向与该分发设备 通信的所有录制设备发送该录制指令, 由各个录制设备确定该录制指令包括 的多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数据是否为需要本录制设备录制的多媒 体数据, 优选地, 在发送所述录制指令之前, 还可以包括, 向各个录制设备 发送需要其录制的多媒体数据识别信息集。
另外, 分发设备可以先生成所述录制指令, 获取用户指示后再向录制设 备发送所述录制指令, 获取用户指示的方法如步骤 110A所述。 采用获取用户 指示后再向录制设备发送所述录制指令的方式, 可以实现, 在用户指示要对 本次通信的多媒体数据进行录制的情况下才录制, 可以充分体现用户的录制 意愿, 尤其适用于 UC场景。
130A: 所述录制设备接收到所述录制指令后识别所述录制指令中包括的 多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数据并录制所述多媒体数据。
可选地, 所述录制设备可以接收多媒体数据, 并从接收的多媒体数据中 识别所述多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数据。 优选地, 所述录制设备从 镜像交换机接收所述多媒体数据。 需要说明的是, 所述录制设备接收的多媒 体数据是封装在接收的数据包中的。

如图 4-1和图 4-2所示,图 4-1是 10086向 8000发送的封装 RTP包的 IP 包, 图 4-2是 8000向 10086发送的封装 RTP包的 IP包。 需要说明的是, 在 图 4-1和 4-2中仅给出了 IP包的源 IP地址、 目的 IP地址、 源端口号和目的 端口号, 省略了该 IP包的其它字段。
下面以图 4-1和图 4-2所示的 IP包为例举例说明如下, 在如下示例中, 多媒体数据识别信息均以 IP地址和端口号为例, 在如下示例中的 IP地址和 端口号也可以替换为 IP地址或端口号。

另外, 还可以在数据包中扩展呼叫标识字段, 用于携带该数据包对应的 呼叫标识(如 Can-ID ), 如在 RTP包头域中扩展 Cal l-ID字段。 如果所述多 媒体数据识别信息为呼叫标识(如 Can-ID ), 相应地, 识别所述多媒体数据 识别信息对应的多媒体数据, 具体还可以包括, 判断接收的数据包中是否包 含所述呼叫标识, 如果包含, 则将所述数据包包含的数据确定为需要录制的 多媒体数据。 具体还可以结合数据包中可以用于区分多媒体数据一和多媒体 数据二的信息(如数据包中的源 IP地址)来确定多媒体数据一对应的数据包 和多媒体数据二对应的数据包。
所述录制设备接收的还可以是包括信令和多媒体数据的数据。 如果所述 录制指令中包括的多媒体数据识别信息为呼叫标识, 可选地, 所述录制设备 可以根据所述呼叫标识获取包含所述呼叫标识的信令(如从接收的信令中匹 配出包含所述呼叫标识的信令), 从所述获取的信令中获取 IP地址, 并判断 接收的数据包中的目的 IP地址或源 IP地址是否为所述获取的 IP地址, 如果 判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包所包含的数据确定为需要录制的多媒体数据; 或者, 从所述获取的信令中获取端口号, 并判断接收的数据包中的目的端口 号或源端口号是否为所述获取的端口号, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据 包所包含的数据确定为需要录制的多媒体数据; 或者, 从所述获取的信令中 获取 IP地址和端口号, 并判断接收的数据包中的目的 IP地址和目的端口号 是否为所述获取的 IP地址和端口号, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包所 包含的数据确定为需要录制的多媒体数据; 或者, 从所述获取的信令中获取 IP地址和端口号,并判断接收的数据包中的源 IP地址和源端口号是否为所述 获取的 IP地址和端口号, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包所包含的数据 确定为需要录制的多媒体数据。 需要说明的是, 从所述匹配出的信令中获取 I P地址或端口号的方法同步骤 11 OA所述。
如果录制的数据包括多媒体数据一和多媒体数据二, 且多媒体数据一和 多媒体数据二均包括音频, 优选地, 所述录制设备将所述多媒体数据一包括 的音频和所述多媒体数据二包括的音频进行混音后录制存储下来。
优选地, 如果录制指令还包括需要录制的多媒体数据的类型, 如音频、 视频, 则所述录制设备还可以根据数据包中携带的多媒体数据的类型确定需 要录制的多媒体数据。
优选地, 录制设备也可以从接收到的数据包中筛选出可能会被录制的数 据包, 然后从筛选出的数据包中识别所述录制指令包括的多媒体数据识别信 息对应的数据包, 所述多媒体数据识别信息集为预先配置的, 或从分发设备 获取的, 或根据之前接收的录制指令包括的多媒体数据识别信息生成的。 优 选地, 如果所述录制设备接收的是包括信令和多媒体数据的数据, 具体可以 是, 所述录制设备从接收到的数据中检测出数据包, 并从检测出的数据包中 筛选出多媒体数据识别信息集对应的数据包并从筛选出的数据包中识别所述 录制指令包括的多媒体数据识别信息对应的数据包。
所述筛选操作, 具体可以是根据本地存储的多媒体数据识别信息集进行 筛选, 所述多媒体数据识别信息集可以是 IP地址集合(如 IP地址范围)、 或 端口号集合(如端口号范围)、 或 IP地址集合和端口号集合, 所述 IP地址范 围或端口号范围具体可以是完全连续的范围也可以是阶段连续的范围, 以 IP 地址范围为例, 完全连续的 IP地址范围示例为 X. X. 1. 10-x. X. 1. 120和 x. x. 1. 120-x. x. 2. 20。 所述 多媒体数据识别信息集可以是从所述分发设备接收的, 也可以是根据所述分 发设备发送的录制指令包括的多媒体数据识别信息生成的, 如, 将接收的录 制指令包括的需要本录制设备录制的多媒体数据识别信息记录下来形成多媒 体数据识别信息集。 由于多媒体数据识别信息集包括的多媒体数据识别信息 不是完全离散的, 而是完全连续或阶段连续的, 即这些多媒体数据识别信息 之间是有逻辑关系的, 所以, 所述多媒体数据识别信息集可以以连续范围的 逻辑表达式来表示(如端口号 1 QQQ()_1 ()()3()、 IP地址 X. X. 10. l Q_x. X. 11. 70 等), 便于快速比对筛选出可能需要录制的媒体。 所述筛选操作, 具体还可以 是根据其它筛选条件进行筛选, 如数据包类型 (如仅录制音频数据)等。
需要说明的是, 如果所述录制设备接收的是包括信令和多媒体数据的数 据, 即接收的数据包包括封装信令的数据包和封装多媒体数据的数据包, 所 述录制设备从接收到的多媒体数据中识别所述录制指令包括的多媒体数据识 别信息对应的多媒体数据之前, 还可以包括, 从所述数据中检测出多媒体数 据, 即从接收的数据包中检测出封装多媒体数据的数据包。
优选地, 录制设备还可以先緩存接收到的数据包, 从緩存的数据包中筛 选出可能会被录制的数据包。 具体示例实施方式如下: 首先对收到的数据包 进行緩存(如按实时先进先出方式緩存), 然后执行实时比对的筛选操作, 只 要数据包不符合多媒体数据识别信息集的逻辑表达式, 则实时抛掉, 如果符 合, 则筛选出该数据包。
需要说明的是, 如果所述录制设备接收的是包括信令和多媒体数据的数 据, 即接收的数据包包括封装信令的数据包和封装多媒体数据的数据包, 具 体可以, 实时緩存所述接收到的数据包, 从所述緩存的数据包中检测出封装 多媒体数据的数据包并从检测出的封装多媒体数据的数据包中筛选出多媒体 数据识别信息集对应的数据包。
对收到的多媒体数据进行实时緩存并根据逻辑表达式实时比对以筛选出 包含可能需要录制的多媒体数据的数据包供后续从所述筛选出的数据包中识 别包含需要录制的多媒体数据的数据包进行录制, 可以应对较大的实时网络 流量, 从而进一步提升录制设备的效率。
可选地, 如果分发设备不先确定录制多媒体数据的录制设备, 而是直接 向与该分发设备通信的所有录制设备发送用于指示录制该多媒体数据的录制 指令, 则各个录制设备需要确定该录制指令包括的多媒体数据识别信息对应 的多媒体数据是否为需要本录制设备录制的多媒体数据, 具体可以根据所述 多媒体数据识别信息集确定, 即如果所述录制指令包括的多媒体数据识别信 息属于所述多媒体数据识别信息集, 则确定该多媒体数据识别信息对应的多 媒体数据为需要本录制设备录制的多媒体数据。
优选地, 分发设备和录制设备接收的为相同的数据, 所述数据包括信令 和多媒体数据, 具体可以是从镜像交换机接收的镜像数据。 如图 5所示, 是示例实施方式 A的一种优选的示例实施方式。
镜像交换机将汇聚的镜像数据(如图 5所示的 3000路镜像数据)分别发 送给分发设备和各个录制设备, 所述镜像数据包括信令和多媒体数据。
所述分发设备接收所述镜像数据后, 根据所述镜像数据包括的信令生成 包含多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令, 并指示需要录制该多媒体数据识别信 息对应的多媒体数据的录制设备录制该多媒体数据。
所述录制设备接收所述镜像数据后, 根据接收的录制指令包括的多媒体 数据识别信息从接收的镜像数据所包括的多媒体数据中识别需要录制的多媒 体数据并录制, 录制的文件可以存储在录制设备上, 也可以存储在与所述录 制设备通信的存储设备上。
采用该优选示例实施方式, 能够实现大容量局点场景下的自动多媒体数 据录制, 几乎不存在处理容量上限, 只要将通信的相关数据汇聚到一个端口 后镜像给录制系统的分发设备, 录制系统就能独立高效地完成多媒体数据录 制。
在实际部署中, 可以将超大容量局点的通信相关数据分别通过多个端口 汇聚和镜像出来, 分别对每个端口镜像出来的通信多媒体数据进行录制。

如图 6所示, 所述实现多媒体数据录制的分发设备 100可以包括: 指令生成单元 1002 , 用于生成录制指令, 所述录制指令包括多媒体数据 识别信息, 所述多媒体数据识别信息用于识别需要录制的多媒体数据;

所述第一网卡和所述第二网卡可以是同一网卡, 优选地, 也可以是不同 的网卡。 对于将分发设备与现有的录制设备合设的场景, 如果第一网卡和第 二网卡是不同的网卡, 则实现信令接收与检测功能的网络链路和实现录制操 作的网络链路在物理网络上是分开的 , 使得合设后的信令接收与检测流程同 原录制设备的录制流程在网络链路上互相独立, 有利于保证较高的录制多媒 体数据的性能。

所述分发设备包括处理器和存储器, 所述存储器用于存储操作指令, 所 述处理器执行所述操作指令来实现如下功能。
所述分发设备生成录制指令, 所述录制指令包括多媒体数据识别信息, 所述多媒体数据识别信息用于识别需要录制的多媒体数据, 向录制设备发送 所述录制指令, 以便于所述录制设备识别所述多媒体数据识别信息对应的多 媒体数据并录制所述多媒体数据。
在一种可能的实现方式中, 所述分发设备接收信令, 所述信令为用于建 立传输所述多媒体数据的通道的信令, 并在接收所述信令后根据所述信令获 取所述多媒体数据识别信息, 并生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指 令。 所述多媒体数据识别信息具体可以包括多媒体数据对应的呼叫标识、 或 所述多媒体数据对应的 IP地址、 或所述多媒体数据对应的端口号, 或所述多 媒体数据对应的 IP地址和端口号。 根据所述信令获取所述多媒体数据识别信 息, 具体可以为, 从所述信令的呼叫标识头域获取呼叫标识, 将所述呼叫标 识作为所述多媒体数据识别信息; 具体还可以为, 所述信令包含会话描述协 议 SDP信息, 从所述 SDP信息的连接信息字段获取 IP地址, 将所述 IP地址 作为所述多媒体数据识别信息; 或者, 从所述 SDP信息的媒体名称与传输地 址字段获取端口号, 将所述端口号作为所述多媒体数据识别信息; 或者, 从 所述 SDP信息的连接信息字段获取 IP地址并从所述 SDP信息的媒体名称与传 输地址字段获取端口号, 将所述 IP地址和所述端口号作为所述多媒体数据识 别信息。 所述分发设备获取所述多媒体数据识别信息后, 还可以先将所述获 取的多媒体数据识别信息记录在存储器中, 并在获取用于指示录制所述多媒 体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数据的录制指示信息后生成所述录制指令。
在另一种可能的实现方式中, 所述分发设备接收的信令包括多媒体数据 识别信息, 接收所述信令后, 还可以直接将所述信令作为所述录制指令。
结合上述两种实现方式, 所述分发设备在生成录制指令之前还包括, 确 定所述信令满足预先设置的第一录制策略, 所述第一录制策略用于确定需要 录制的多媒体数据对应的信令。 具体可以为, 确定所述信令包含与预先设置 的录制号码相匹配的主叫号码或被叫号码; 或者, 确定所述信令包含与预先 设置的 IP地址相匹配的 IP地址。 需要说明的是, 所述预先设置的第一录制 策略是存储在持久化存储器中并加载到所述存储器中的, 所述分发设备在确 定所述信令满足预先设置的第一录制策略之前从所述存储器中读取所述第一 录制策略。
在另一种可能的实现方式中, 所述分发设备从控制设备接收所述多媒体 数据识别信息, 并生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令。 优选地, 所述分发设备还从所述控制设备接收所述多媒体数据识别信息对应的主叫号 码或被叫号码, 确定所述主叫号码或被叫号码与预先设置的录制号码相匹配 后生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令。
结合上述三种实现方式, 优选地, 所述分发设备可以根据预先设置的第 二录制策略确定用于录制所述多媒体数据的录制设备, 并向所述确定的录制 设备发送所述录制指令, 需要说明的是, 所述预先设置的第二录制策略是存 储在持久化存储器中并加载到所述存储器中的, 所述分发设备在根据预先设 置的第二录制策略确定用于录制所述多媒体数据的录制设备之前从所述存储 器中读取所述第二录制策略; 可选地, 所述分发设备还可以向与所述分发设 备通信的所有录制设备发送所述录制指令, 以便于所述所有录制设备中的各 个录制设备判断所述录制指令中包括的多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数 据是否为指示本录制设备录制的多媒体数据, 并在判断结果为是时录制所述 多媒体数据。
在另一种可能的实现方式中, 所述分发设备可以根据预先设置的第三录 制策略生成所述录制指令, 所述第三录制策略用于确定需要所述录制设备录 制的多媒体数据对应的多媒体数据识别信息。 具体地, 所述分发设备可以获 取预先设置的所述录制设备对应的用户身份识别信息, 获取预先设置的与所 述用户身份识别信息相对应的多媒体数据识别信息, 并生成包括所述多媒体 数据识别信息的录制指令; 所述分发设备还可以获取预先设置的所述录制设 备对应的多媒体数据识别信息, 并生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制 指令。 所述多媒体数据识别信息可以包括所述多媒体数据对应的 IP地址, 或 所述多媒体数据对应的端口号, 或所述多媒体数据对应的 IP地址和端口号。 需要说明的是, 所述预先设置的第三录制策略是存储在持久化存储器中并加 载到所述存储器中的, 所述分发设备在根据预先设置的第三录制策略生成所 述录制指令之前从所述存储器中读取所述第三录制策略。
结合上述四种实现方式, 所述录制指令中还可以包括需要录制的多媒体 数据的数据类型, 以便于所述录制设备录制所述数据类型对应的多媒体数据。 所述分发设备的具体实现参见本发明实施例 1。 根据本发明实施例 1和实施例 3 ,本发明实施例 6提出了一种实现多媒体 数据录制的录制设备。

2.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述分发设备生成录制指令之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述分发设备接收 信令, 所述信令为用于建立传输所述多媒体数据的通道的信令; 所述分发设备生成录制指令具体为, 所述分发设备根据所述信令获取所述 多媒体数据识别信息, 生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令。

5. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述分发设备生成录制指令之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述分发设备接收 信令, 所述信令为用于建立传输所述多媒体数据的通道的信令并且所述信令包 含所述多媒体数据识别信息; 所述分发设备生成录制指令具体为, 所述分发设备将所述信令作为所述录 制指令。
6. 如权利要求 2至 5任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述生成录制指令之 前还包括, 确定所述信令满足预先设置的第一录制策略, 所述第一录制策略用 于确定需要录制的多媒体数据对应的信令。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定所述信令满足预先设 置的第一录制策略, 具体包括, 确定所述信令包含与预先设置的录制号码相匹配的主叫号码或被叫号码; 或者,
确定所述信令包含与预先设置的 IP地址相匹配的 IP地址。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述分发设备生成录制指令 之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述分发设备从控制设备接收所述多媒体数据识别信息。
9.如权利要求 8 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 生成包括所述多媒体数据识别 信息的录制指令之前, 还包括: 所述分发设备从所述控制设备接收所述多媒体数据识别信息对应的主叫号 码或被叫号码, 确定所述主叫号码或被叫号码与预先设置的录制号码相匹配。
10.如权利要求 2-9任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述分发设备根据预先设置的第二录制策略确定用于录制所述多媒体数据 的录制设备, 并向所述确定的录制设备发送所述录制指令; 或者, 所述分发设备向与所述分发设备通信的所有录制设备发送所述录制指令, 以便于所述所有录制设备中的各个录制设备判断所述多媒体数据识别信息对应 的多媒体数据是否为指示本录制设备录制的多媒体数据, 并在判断结果为是时 录制所述多媒体数据。
11. 如权利要求 1或 2或 5或 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒 体数据识别信息包括:
所述多媒体数据对应的呼叫标识; 所述多媒体数据对应的 IP地址; 所述多媒体数据对应的端口号; 或者
所述多媒体数据对应的 IP地址和端口号。
12. 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述分发设备根据预先设置 的第三录制策略生成所述录制指令, 所述第三录制策略用于确定需要所述录制 设备录制的多媒体数据对应的多媒体数据识别信息。
13.如权利要求 12 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述分发设备根据第三录制 策略生成所述录制指令, 具体包括, 所述分发设备获取预先设置的所述录制设备对应的用户身份识别信息, 获 取预先设置的与所述用户身份识别信息相对应的多媒体数据识别信息, 并生成 包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令; 或者, 所述分发设备获取预先设置的所述录制设备对应的多媒体数据识别信息, 并生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令。
14.如权利要求 12或 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体数据识别信 息包括: 所述多媒体数据对应的 IP地址; 所述多媒体数据对应的端口号; 或者
所述多媒体数据对应的 IP地址和端口号。
15. 如权利要求 1-14任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述录制指令中还包括需要录制的多媒体数据的数据类型, 以便于所述录 制设备录制所述数据类型对应的多媒体数据。
16. 一种实现多媒体数据录制的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 录制设备从分发设备接收录制指令, 所述录制指令包括多媒体数据识别信 息, 所述多媒体数据识别信息用于识别需要录制的多媒体数据;
所述录制设备根据所述多媒体数据识别信息识别需要录制的多媒体数据; 所述录制设备录制所述多媒体数据。
17.如权利要求 16 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体数据识别信息包 括:
所述多媒体数据对应的呼叫标识; 所述多媒体数据对应的 IP地址;
所述多媒体数据对应的端口号; 或者

21. 一种实现多媒体数据录制的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述分发设备包 括: 指令生成单元, 用于生成录制指令, 所述录制指令包括多媒体数据识别信 息, 所述多媒体数据识别信息用于识别需要录制的多媒体数据; 指令发送单元, 用于向录制设备发送所述录制指令, 以便于所述录制设备 识别所述多媒体数据识别信息对应的多媒体数据并录制所述多媒体数据。
22. 如权利要求 21所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述分发设备还包括: 第一数据接收单元, 用于接收信令, 所述信令为用 于建立传输所述多媒体数据的通道的信令;
所述指令生成单元, 具体用于根据所述信令获取所述多媒体数据识别信息, 生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令。

所述信令包含会话描述协议 SDP信息, 所述指令生成单元, 具体用于从所 述 SDP信息的连接信息字段获取 IP地址, 将所述 IP地址作为所述多媒体数据 识别信息, 并生成包括所述 IP地址的录制指令; 或从所述 SDP信息的媒体名称 与传输地址字段获取端口号, 将所述端口号作为所述多媒体数据识别信息, 并 生成包括所述端口号的录制指令; 或从所述 SDP信息的连接信息字段获取 IP地 址并从所述 SDP信息的媒体名称与传输地址字段获取端口号, 将所述 IP地址和 所述端口号作为所述多媒体数据识别信息, 并生成包括所述 IP地址和所述端口 号的录制指令。
24.如权利要求 11或 23所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述指令生成单元, 具体用于根据所述信令获取所述多媒体数据识别信息, 记录所述获取的多媒体数据识别信息, 并在获取用于指示录制所述多媒体数据 的录制指示信息后生成所述录制指令。
25. 如权利要求 21所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述分发设备还包括: 第二数据接收单元, 用于接收信令, 所述信令为用 于建立传输所述多媒体数据的通道的信令并且所述信令包含所述多媒体数据识 别信息;
所述指令生成单元, 具体用于将所述信令作为所述录制指令。
26. 如权利要求 22-25任一所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述指令生成单元, 还用于确定所述信令满足预先设置的第一录制策略; 所述确定所述信令满足预先设置的第一录制策略, 具体包括, 确定所述信令包含与预先设置的录制号码相匹配的主叫号码或被叫号码; 或者,
确定所述信令包含与预先设置的 IP地址相匹配的 IP地址。
27.如权利要求 21所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述分发设备还包括: 多媒体数据识别信息接收单元, 用于从控制设备接 收所述多媒体数据识别信息。
28. 如权利要求 27所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体数据识别信息接收单元, 还用于从所述控制设备接收所述多媒 体数据识别信息对应的主叫号码或被叫号码; 所述指令生成单元, 还用于确定所述主叫号码或被叫号码与预先设置的录 制号码相匹配。
29. 如权利要求 21-28任一所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述分发设备还包括录制设备确定单元, 用于根据预先设置的第二录制策 略确定用于录制所述多媒体数据的录制设备; 所述指令发送单元, 具体用于向 所述确定的录制设备发送所述录制指令; 或者, 所述指令发送单元, 具体用于向与所述分发设备通信的所有录制设备发送 所述录制指令, 以便于所述所有录制设备中的各个录制设备判断所述多媒体数 据识别信息对应的多媒体数据是否为指示本录制设备录制的多媒体数据, 并在 判断结果为是时录制所述多媒体数据。
30.如权利要求 21所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述指令生成单元, 具体用于根据预先设置的第三录制策略生成所述录制 指令, 所述第三录制策略用于确定需要所述录制设备录制的多媒体数据对应的 多媒体数据识别信息。
31.如权利要求 30所述的分发设备, 其特征在于, 所述指令生成单元, 具体用于获取预先设置的所述录制设备对应的用户身 份识别信息, 获取预先设置的与所述用户身份识别信息相对应的多媒体数据识 别信息, 并生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令; 或者,
所述指令生成单元, 具体用于获取预先设置的所述录制设备对应的多媒体 数据识别信息, 并生成包括所述多媒体数据识别信息的录制指令。
32. 一种实现多媒体数据录制的录制设备, 其特征在于, 所述录制设备包 括:
指令接收单元, 用于从分发设备接收录制指令, 所述录制指令包括多媒体 数据识别信息, 所述多媒体数据识别信息用于识别需要录制的多媒体数据; 多媒体数据识别单元, 用于根据所述多媒体数据识别信息识别需要录制的 多媒体数据;
录制单元, 用于录制所述多媒体数据。
33.如权利要求 32所述的录制设备, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体数据识别信息包括呼叫标识; 所述多媒体数据识别单元, 具体 用于判断接收的数据包是否包含所述呼叫标识, 如果包含, 则将所述数据包包 含的数据确定为需要录制的多媒体数据; 或者,
所述多媒体数据识别信息包括呼叫标识, 所述多媒体数据识别单元, 具体 用于获取包含所述呼叫标识的信令, 从所述获取的信令中获取 I P地址, 并判断 接收的数据包中的目的 IP地址或源 IP地址是否为所述获取的 IP地址, 如果判 断结果为是, 则将所述数据包所包含的数据确定为需要录制的多媒体数据; 或 者
所述多媒体数据识别信息包括呼叫标识, 所述多媒体数据识别单元, 具体 用于获取包含所述呼叫标识的信令, 从所述获取的信令中获取端口号, 并判断 接收的数据包中的目的端口号或源端口号是否为所述获取的端口号, 如果判断 结果为是, 则将所述数据包所包含的数据确定为需要录制的多媒体数据; 或者, 所述多媒体数据识别信息包括呼叫标识, 所述多媒体数据识别单元, 具体 用于获取包含所述呼叫标识的信令,从所述获取的信令中获取 IP地址和端口号, 并判断接收的数据包中的目的 IP地址和目的端口号是否为所述获取的 IP地址 和端口号, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包所包含的数据确定为需要录制 的多媒体数据; 或者, 所述多媒体数据识别信息包括呼叫标识, 所述多媒体数据识别单元, 具体 用于获取包含所述呼叫标识的信令,从所述获取的信令中获取 IP地址和端口号, 并判断接收的数据包中的源 IP地址和源端口号是否为所述获取的 IP地址和端 口号, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包所包含的数据确定为需要录制的多 媒体数据; 或者, 所述多媒体数据识别信息包括 IP地址, 所述多媒体数据识别单元, 具体用 于判断接收的数据包中的目的 IP地址或源 IP地址是否为所述录制指令包括的 IP地址, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包包含的数据确定为需要录制的多 媒体数据; 或者, 所述多媒体数据识别信息包括端口号, 所述多媒体数据识别单元, 具体用 于判断接收的数据包中的目的端口号或源端口号是否为所述录制指令包括的端 口号, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包包含的数据确定为需要录制的多媒 体数据; 或者, 所述多媒体数据识别信息具体包括 IP地址和端口号, 所述多媒体数据识别 单元, 具体用于判断接收的数据包中的目的 IP地址和目的端口号, 是否为所述 录制指令包括的 IP地址和端口号, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包包含的 数据确定为需要录制的多媒体数据; 或者 所述多媒体数据识别信息具体包括 IP地址和端口号, 所述录制设备判断接 收的数据包中的源 IP地址和源端口号是否为所述录制指令包括的 IP地址和端 口号, 如果判断结果为是, 则将所述数据包包含的数据确定为需要录制的多媒 体数据。
34. 如权利要求 32或 33所述的录制设备, 其特征在于, 所述录制设备还包括数据接收单元, 用于接收多媒体数据; 所述录制设备还包括多媒体数据筛选单元, 用于从所述接收的多媒体数据 中筛选出多媒体数据识别信息集对应的多媒体数据, 所述多媒体数据识别信息 集为预先配置的, 或从分发设备获取的, 或根据之前接收的录制指令包括的多 媒体数据识别信息生成的; 所述多媒体数据识别单元, 具体用于根据所述录制指令中包括的多媒体数 据识别信息从筛选出的多媒体数据中识别需要录制的多媒体数据。
35. 一种实现多媒体数据录制的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 分发设备, 具体为如权利要求 21-31任一所述的分发设备; 录制设备, 具体为如权利要求 32-34任一所述的录制设备。
36. 如权利要求 35所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括镜像交换机, 所述录制设备从所述镜像交换机接收所述多媒体数据。
37. 如权利要求 35或 36所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括控制 设备, 所述分发设备从所述控制设备接收信令或多媒体数据识别信息。
