  • the status parameter of a menu may be defined manually and will be invoked automatically by a scheduler supporting pre-defined start and end dates of a status.
  • the status parameter visible/invisible may be defined for morning/noon/evening menus or services, by start and end hours.
  • a menu, services list or exhibits list may be added to the system as a picture file (e.g. in PNG or JPG format). Alternatively, it may be added to the system manually through an interface provided by the system.
  • each service provider's web-page 208 has a unique URL that can be reached via a QR-Code or via the web application 220.
  • a default language code may be added to the URL, which will be used by the system to display the services list (language of origin).
  • the system may define a default language of origin (e.g. English) for services lists having no default language code.
  • 230 may provide an interface for viewing the services lists of all the registered restaurants in all available languages.
  • system users may receive coupons or other discount options for the selected services upon registering to the system.
  • Service providers may also provide incentives such as coupons on the system website.
  • system users may receive digital promotional materials from service providers.
  • the native application may use the GPS capabilities of the mobile communication device to provide the user with a list of service providers located within a pre-selected distance from her current location. Selecting a service provider from the list will display the appropriate services list in the user's language, as described above.
  • the QR-Code is generated by the system and provided physically or digitally to the service provider.
  • Access of users to the service provider's web-page is done by scanning a QR-Code using either a generic QR-Code scanner (such as, for example, Scan Life, available from http://www.scanbuy.com) or using the native application's QR-Code reader.
  • the QR-Code may be located on any one of, for example, the entrance to a restaurant, a hotel or a museum, the physical menu, hotel services booklet or museum guide, an advertisement in a local newspaper or on a website, a physical or virtual billboard, etc.
  • special QR-Codes may be created by the system for use by special hotel guests, e.g. a QR-Code for a group of convention participants residing in the hotel for receiving information regarding convention events, including text, pictures, and/or video.
  • the application's main screen may provide access to several screens such as, but not limited to:
  • - Scan screen contains a barcode scanner with the ability to read QR-Codes.
  • the scanner uses the device camera and may display a camera frame to be used for scanning. If the QR-Code has been scanned successfully, the application opens the encoded URL on the device.
  • the application selects the services list display language automatically, based on the device language. Alternatively, the user may manually select the language from a menu.
  • the selected language code is added to the scanned URL as a language variable (e.g. "en” for English) and the services list will be displayed in the selected language.

  • the native application may provide the user with access to a private social network for sharing personal information, planned activities, etc.
  • the information provided to users by a service provider may include various pre-defined messages to be selected from and "pushed" according to pre-defined criteria in the correct language, e.g. special offers, special events, etc..
  • scanning an exhibit's QR-Code will present the user with basic information regarding a museum exhibit and the artist.
  • the user may be provided with a link to more extensive information related to the exhibit, such as periodic information, other works by the same artist, etc.
  • prices displayed next to the various items may be translated to a currency pre-defined for the selected language.
  • the native application may provide the user with the option to pay for the service using a credit card or any other online payment means, e.g. PayPal.
  • the native application may provide the user with the option to provide feedback to the service provider.
  • the native application may provide the user with the option to share her experience with her contact list (e.g. by e-mail or SMS) or publish her experience, including pictures, on one or more social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de fourniture de service de traduction, ce procédé consistant à : communiquer à un serveur de système, par un ordinateur client de fournisseur de services, une liste d'articles dans une langue maternelle et indiquer au moins une langue additionnelle pour la traduction ; enregistrer la liste d'articles d'une page Web du fournisseur de services dans la mémoire du serveur ; traduire la liste d'articles vers au moins une langue additionnelle et enregistrer la liste traduite sur la page Web du fournisseur de services ; effectuer un balayage au moyen d'un dispositif de communication mobile sur un code QR comprenant une liaison à la page Web du fournisseur de services ; et afficher la liste dans au moins la langue sélectionnée.
