一种新型端盖及其应用的外转子电机 技术领域: 本实用新型涉及一种新型端盖及其应用的外转子电机。
背景技术:
外转子电机的端盖通常安装在外转子上, 随外转子一起转动, 而传统的外 转子端盖存在以下问题: 1 )端盖重量比较重, 增加转子重量, 影响电机的转 速, 从而影响电机效率, 同时端盖成本高; 2 )端盖安装困难, 装配效率低; 3 ) 端盖通风性能差, 安装电机后电机散热效果差, 电机温升高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的一个目的提供一种新型端盖, 它重量轻, 成本低, 通风散热 效果好。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案予以实现的。
一种新型端盖, 包括端盖本体,端盖本体向下凸出轴承座,在轴承座端部、 端盖本体向外凸出若干第一加强筋, 第一加强筋的尾部通过第一加强板相连 接, 第一加强板向外突出第二加强筋, 第二加强筋的尾部通过第二加强板连接 一起,相邻两个第一加强筋之间形成第一散热通道,相邻两个第二加强筋之间 形成第二散热通道。
上述所述的第一加强板是环形的, 第二加强板也是环形的, 第一加强板的 内径小于第二加强板的内径。
上述所述的若干第一加强筋均布在端盖本体外侧, 呈放射状延伸, 若干第 二加强筋均布在第一加强板外侧, 呈放射状延伸。
上述所述的在轴承座外侧壁面凸出若干连接筋,连接筋连接第一加强筋和 轴承座。
上述所述的盖本体端面凸出若干端面加强筋。
上述所述的第二加强板端面凸出若干凸块, 凸块上设有凹槽。
本实用新型电机拉伸端盖与现有技术相比具有益效果: 1 )本实用新型端
盖重量轻, 成本低, 通风散热效果好; 2 )在轴承座外侧壁面凸出若干连接筋, 连接筋连接第一加强筋和轴承座, 结构设计合理, 紧固轴承座。
本实用新型的另一个目的提供一种外转子电机, 它采用新型端盖, 结构筒 单, 装配筒易, 电机通风效果好, 温升低, 电机转速高, 提高电机效率。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案予以实现的。
一种外转子电机, 包括端盖、 外转子、 定子组件和转轴, 转轴与定子组件 连接一起, 外转子嵌套在定子组件外, 端盖安装在外转子两端, 转轴支 7|在端 盖的轴承上, 所述的端盖包括端盖本体, 端盖本体向下凸出轴承座, 在轴承座 端部、端盖本体向外凸出若干第一加强筋, 第一加强筋的尾部通过第一加强板 相连接,相邻两个第一加强筋之间形成第一散热通道, 第一加强板向外突出第 二加强筋, 第二加强筋的尾部通过第二加强板连接一起,相邻两个第二加强筋 之间形成第二散热通道。
上述所述的第一加强板是环形的, 第二加强板也是环形的, 第一加强板的 内径小于第二加强板的内径。
上述所述的若干第一加强筋均布在端盖本体外侧, 呈放射状延伸, 若干第 二加强筋均布在第一加强板外侧, 呈放射状延伸。
上述所述的第二加强板端面凸出若干凸块, 凸块上设有凹槽,压片嵌入凹 槽里并压在外转子端面上, 螺釘通过压片嵌入外转子里将端盖锁紧在外转子 上。
本实用新型电机与现有技术相比具有益效果是: 1 ) 本实用新型外转子电 机采用重量轻的端盖, 端盖安装在外转子上, 结构筒单, 装配筒易, 电机通风 效果好, 温升低, 同时使电机转速提高, 从而提高电机效率; 2 ) 第二加强板 端面凸出若干凸块, 凸块上设有凹槽, 压片嵌入凹槽里并压在外转子端面上, 螺釘通过压片嵌入外转子里将端盖锁紧在外转子上, 操作筒单, 安装筒易。 附图说明:

实施例二: 在实施例一的基础上增加如下技术特征: 第一加强板 14是环 形的, 第二加强板 17也是环形的, 第一加强板 14的内径小于第二加强板 17 的内径。
实施例三: 在实施例二的基础上增加如下技术特征: 若干第一加强筋 1 3 均布在端盖本体 1外侧, 呈放射状延伸, 若干第二加强筋 16均布在第一加强 板 14外侧, 呈放射状延伸。
实施例四: 在实施例一或实施例二或实施例三的基础上增加如下技术特 征: 在轴承座 12外侧壁面凸出若干连接筋 19 , 连接筋 19连接第一加强筋 1 3 和轴 7 座 12。
实施例五: 在实施例一或实施例二或实施例三的基础上增加如下技术特 征: 端盖本体 11端面凸出若干端面加强筋 110。
实施例六: 在实施例一或实施例二或实施例三的基础上增加如下技术特 征: 第二加强板 17端面凸出若干凸块 170 , 凸块 170上设有凹槽 171。
实施例二、 实施例三、 实施例四、 实施例五和实施例六提及的增加的技术 特征自由组合, 与实施例一的技术方案组合成新的技术方案。
