如图 6A至图 6C所示, 安装防护罩时: 按下扳手 13-5, 将抱箍 13-2上的凸台 el、 凸 台 e2、 凸台 e3、 凸台 e4、 凸台 e5分别对准前盖 13-6上相对应的卡槽 gl、 卡槽 g2、 卡 槽 g3、 卡槽 g4、 卡槽 g5, 把防护罩套入前盖 13-6中。 旋转防护罩, 使抱箍 13-2上的凸 台嵌入前盖 13-6的环形凹槽 13-f 内, 旋转到使用者所需的位置, 同时松开扳手 13-5, 并 使扳手 13-5上的挡位齿 13-a卡住抱箍 2上的挡位槽 13-b, 起止转的作用, 实现砂轮防护 罩的安装。
如图 7A至图 7D所示,固定和调整防护罩工作角度时:按压扳手 13-5,其沿前盖 13-6 中沉槽 13-c与上固定板 13-3 (注: 上固定板 13-3通过螺钉 13-4固定在前盖 13-6上) 构 成的滑槽中滑动, 当扳手 13-5的挡位齿 13-a与抱箍 13-2的挡位槽 13-b脱开后 (见 tl ), 即可旋转防护罩, 根据工作要求调节防护罩的角度, 到位后松开扳手 13-5, 在弹簧 13-7 的弹力作用下, 挡位齿 13-a卡到挡位槽 13-b中 (见 t2), 起到定位并防止防护罩转动的 作用。
如图 8所示, 拆卸防护罩时: 只要将扳手 13-5按下, 并将防护罩 13-1旋转到与前盖 13-6相对应的位置, 便可取出砂轮防护罩 13-1, 同时放开扳手 13-5。
如图 1所示, 当拨盘 1处于关闭锁止状态时, 凸块 lb在扭簧 2的作用下压在支撑块 4a上, 导向部 Id则倚靠在导向柱 6b的端部上, 此时, 作业人员是无法按动操作杆 4的。 如图 2所示, 当作业人员需要启动电动角磨机时,作业人员按图 2所示的箭头方向逆时针 拨动拨盘 1, 此时, 凸块 lb离开支撑块 4a, 且导向部 Id离开导向柱 6b的端部。 接着, 如图 3所示,作业人员将操作杆 4向图 3所示的箭头方向按下后,拨盘 1在操作杆 4的带 动下整个上移。 如图 4所示, 当导向部 Id位于凹陷部 6a-l的上方后, 作业人员再按如图 4所示的逆时针方向拨动拨盘 1后, 并将按住操作杆 4的手挪开后, 导向部 Id在扭簧 2 的作用下牢固地卡在凹陷部 6a-l上, 此时, 旋钮 1处于开启锁定状态。

Claims

权利要求:
1. 一种带开启锁定功能的电动角磨机, 包括壳体 (6), 在壳体 (6) 的作业端上设有用 于对加工件进行磨削或研磨的作业部件(7), 作业部件(7) 由设于壳体(6) 的驱动马达 驱动工作, 在壳体(6) 的握持端内设有开关部件(5), 由开关部件(5)将驱动马达切换 至通电状态或断电状态, 在开关部件(5) 的下方设有操作杆(4), 操作杆(4) 的两端分 别连接壳体(6), 其特征在于: 在操作杆(4)上形成有用于安装拨盘 (1) 的间隙, 拨盘
(I) 位于该间隙内, 在拨盘 (1) 上穿设有旋转销 (3), 旋转销 (3) 的两端分别连接操 作杆(4), 在旋转销 (3)外套有扭簧(2), 拨盘(1)部分露于操作杆(4)外, 拨盘(1) 的剩余部分位于壳体 (6) 内, 拨盘 (1) 的该部分连接延伸杆 (la), 在延伸杆 (la) 的 一侧上设有凸块 (lb), 在其另一侧的端部上设有卡合部 (lc), 在操作杆 (4) 的内侧设 有与该凸块 (lb)配合的支撑块 (4a), 在拨盘 (1) 设有卡合部 (lc)一侧的侧边设有延 伸柱 (6a), 延伸柱 (6a) 与壳体 (6) 相连, 在延伸柱 (6a) 的端部设有与卡合部 (lc) 相配合的凹陷部 (6a-l), 当拨盘 (1) 处于关闭锁止状态时, 凸块 (lb) 在扭簧 (2) 的 作用下压在支撑块 (4a) 上, 当拨盘 (1) 处于开启锁定状态时, 卡合部 (lc) 卡合在凹 陷部 (6a-l) 上。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的一种带开启锁定功能的电动角磨机, 其特征在于: 在所述延伸杆 (la) 设有所述凸块 (lb) 相反一侧的端部上设有导向部 (ld), 在所述延伸杆 (la) 设 有导向部 (Id)—侧的侧边设有导向柱 (6b), 当所述拨盘 (1)处于关闭锁止状态时, 导 向部 (Id) 倚靠在导向柱 (6b) 的端部上。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的一种带开启锁定功能的电动角磨机, 其特征在于: 所述作业部件
(II)包括砂轮(14), 在砂轮(14)外设有防护罩固定装置(13), 所述驱动马达通过驱 动马达驱动砂轮 (14) 旋转, 其中:
防护罩固定装置 (13)包括罩在砂轮 (14) 外的罩体 (13-1)及连接在所述壳体 (10) 上 的前盖 (13-6), 在罩体(13-1)背向砂轮(14) 的一侧端面上向外延伸形成抱箍(13-2), 在抱箍 (13-2) 的内侧设有至少一个凸台, 在前盖 (13-6) 的顶部设有至少一个卡槽, 卡 槽的数量与凸台的数量相当, 在前盖 (13-6) 的外圆周面上开有环形凹槽 (13-f), 抱箍
(13-2) 的凸台通过卡槽嵌入环形凹槽 (13-f) 内, 扳手 (13-5) 的扳舌位于外部其余部 分设于抱箍 (13-2) 与前盖 (13-6)之间, 在抱箍 (13-2) 上开有挡位槽 (13-b), 在扳手
(13-5)位于抱箍(13-2)与前盖(13-6)之间的部分上设有挡位齿(13-a),挡位齿(13-a) 卡在挡位槽 (13-b) 内。
