本发明涉及到一种手持电动圆锯, 具体指一种手持圆锯的护罩机构。 背景技术
电动圆锯根据使用方式通常可分为台式圆锯、 手提式圆锯和手握操作的手持式圆 锯, 其通常包括驱动机构和由驱动机构驱动转动的锯片。 出于安全和方便使用的角度上 考虑, 通常在锯片上设置有将锯片包围住的护罩。 对于台式圆锯和手提式圆锯, 由于锯 片设置在驱动机构之外, 其护罩通常分为两部分, 即遮盖住部分锯片的基本上都是分体 结构, 包括固定不动的上护罩和可活动的下护罩, 上护罩遮盖住锯片的上部分, 其与锯 片的相对位置不会改变, 而下护罩则可活动地包围住锯片的下部分, 在使用时, 移动下 护罩使锯片的下部分外露以方便操作。 如中国专利 CN100346947C、 CN201179573Y、 CN1505556A、 CN2191073Y 中的护罩均为此类结构。 而对于手持式圆锯来说, 由于需 要手操作者手握持操作, 因此通常设有一个其内部安装有各种零部件的壳体, 而壳体又 可以划分为供操作者握持的手持尾部和工作头部两部分; 可被驱动转动的锯片设置在工 作头部、 并且部分锯片外露出所述的壳体以方便切割。 为了保护电动圆锯的锯片, 保护 使用者避免受到锯片上锯齿的伤害, 在壳体上还设置有能将所述锯片包围住的、 可活动 的护罩。 设置在护罩和壳体之间伸缩机构一方面将护罩安装在壳体上, 另一方面使护罩 能相对于壳体发生位移并能锁定该位移。 该伸缩机构需要同时具有伸缩和定位的功能, 这样伸缩机构的结构就比较复杂, 并且操作也比较繁琐, 调节时需要先解除锁定、 然后 移动护罩、 然后再锁定护罩。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种结构简单且不需进行 特别操作即可改变护罩位移的手持圆锯护罩机构。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为: 该手持圆锯护罩机构, 包括: 壳体, 其内设有驱动机构, 具有供操作者握持的手持尾部和工作头部; 锯片, 由驱动机构驱动、 能转动地设置在所述的工作头部上, 并且至少部分锯片向 前外露于工作头部之外;
护罩, 用于包围住外露于工作头部之外的锯片;

其特征在于:护罩能转动的设置在所述壳体的工作头部上,该护罩具有可供所述锯 片外露于护罩之外的狭长孔, 并且在护罩和壳体之间还设有使护寧具有远离工作头部、 以使所述锯片内藏在护罩内的弹性件。
将护罩枢接在壳体上,这样在使用该圆锯时,手持压力即可使护罩转动使锯片外露 进行切割。 该护罩与壳体之间的配合结构简单, 操作尤其简单、 方便。
为了使护罩只能相向壳体单一方向运动, 防止护罩反方向运动妨碍操作,可以在所 述护罩上设有滑孔, 所述壳体的外壁上设有容置在所述滑孔内、 并能与滑孔产生相对位 移的凸块。
为了精确限定切割的深度,可以在所述的壳体的外壁上设有限制所述护罩位移距离 的限位机构。
较好的,所述的限位机构可以为能与所述壳体的外壁产生相对位移的挡片,该挡片 上设有定位孔,螺栓穿过该定位孔螺紋连接在所述壳体上。该结构比较简单,操作方便。
所述的护罩可以通过轴杆枢接在所述壳体上,所述弹性件为套设在所述轴杆上的扭 簧。
与现有技术相比较,本发明由于将护罩枢接在壳体上,简化了护罩与壳体的配合结 构, 并且护罩的移动操作非常方便, 护罩在工作压力即可自行转动使锯片露出护罩外进 行切割动作, 并且, 护罩限位机构的设置使得该圆锯的切割深度能够得到精确的保证。 附图说明 图 1为本发明实施例中圆锯处于未工作状态的立体结构示意图;

图 3为本发明实施例中护罩打开状态的立体结构示意图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1至图 3所示, 该手持圆锯护罩机构, 包括其内设有各零部件的壳体 1, 壳体 1可划分为供操作者握持的手持尾部和工作头部; 锯片 2安装在壳体 1的工作头部, 锯 片 2的一部分位于壳体 1内, 锯片 2的另部分露出在壳体 1夕卜。 护罩 3的端面上设有供 上述锯片 2外露出护罩的孔 4, 护罩 3的一端通过轴杆 5枢接在壳体 1的顶部, 扭簧 11 套设在轴杆 5上, 以使护罩 3在没有受到外力作用的情况下始终远离壳体 1将锯片 2全 部罩盖住; 护罩 3的另一端、 在护罩的侧面上设有滑孔 6, 壳体 1的外壁上设有容置在 滑孔 6内的凸块 7。
挡片 8上设有定位孔 9, 螺栓 10穿过定位孔 9螺纹连接壳体 1。
在圆锯不使用时,护罩 3将外露出壳体 1的锯片 2完全罩盖住, 既可以保护锯片又 可以防止锯片伤人; 使用时, 先旋松螺栓 10, 移动挡片 8到合适的位置, 然后再拧紧螺 栓 10, 固定挡片 8的位置; 合通圆锯的电源开关, 锯片 2转动, 此时不需进行特别的操 作, 护罩 3即会在待锯物件的阻挡下沿轴 5转动, 使锯片外露, 进行切割。 而锯片外露 的深度即切割深度则由挡片移动的距离来控制。
Claims
1、 一种手持圆锯护罩机构, 包括
壳体 (1), 其内设有驱动机构, 具有供操作者握持的手持尾部和工作头部; 锯片 (2), 由驱动机构驱动、 能转动地设置在所述的工作头部上, 并且至少部分锯 片 (2)向前外露于工作头部之外;
护罩 (3), 用于包围住外露于工作头部之外的锯片 (2);
其特征在于: 所述的护罩 (3)能转动地设置在所述壳体 (1)的工作头部上, 该护罩 (3) 具有可供所述锯片 (2)外露于护罩 (3)之外的狭长孔 (4), 并且在护罩 (3)和壳体 (1)之间还设 有使护罩 (3)具有远离工作头部、 以使所述锯片 (2)内藏在护罩 (3)内的弹性件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的手持圆锯护罩机构, 其特征在于所述护罩 (3)上设有滑孔 (6), 所述壳体 (1)的外壁上设有容置在所述滑孔 (6)内、 并能与滑孔 (6)产生相对位移的凸 块 (7)。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的手持圆锯护罩机构, 其特征在于所述的壳体 (1)的外 壁上设有限制所述护罩 (3)位移距离的限位机构。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的手持圆锯护罩机构, 其特征在于所述的限位机构为一能 与所述壳体的外壁产生相对位移的挡片 (8), 该挡片 (8)上设有定位孔 (9), 螺栓 (10)穿过该 定位孔 (9)螺纹连接在所述壳体 (1)上。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的手持圆锯护罩机构, 其特征在于所述的护罩 (3)通过轴杆 (5)枢接在所述壳体 (1)上, 所述弹性件为套设在所述轴杆 (5)上的扭簧 (11)。
