Abstract
The invention relates to a filtering screen of a centrifuge basket including a plurality of filtering elements (A, B, C, D, E, F) distributed across sectors of the basket, which each consist of wires (110, 111) attached transversely to bars (201, 202) arranged longitudinally relative to the axis of rotation of the basket, said transverse wires being spaced apart according to an interval for retaining particles to be retained in the screen, said elements being assembled edge-to-edge by loose assembly.
Claims
1 . Tamis de filtration d'un panier de centrifugation, comprenant une pluralité d'éléments filtrants assemblés par assemblage lâche autour de l'axe de rotation du panier, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément filtrant (A, B, C, D, E, F) se compose de barres rigides (201 ), disposées longitudinalement par rapport à l'axe de rotation du panier, et de fils (1 10) disposés du côté interne du tamis, parallèles entre eux et espacés les uns des autres selon un intervalle de rétention de particules à retenir à l'intérieur dudit tamis, lesdits fils étant supportés ponctuellement transversalement par lesdites barres et de manière à ce que les barres extrêmes soient en retrait des extrémités des fils transversaux, et en ce que les éléments filtrants sont assemblés en reliant deux éléments adjacents par des pièces de jonction disposées suivant les bords longitudinaux desdits éléments par fixation aux sections terminales desdits fils transversaux en débord des barres extrêmes d'un élément, lesdites pièces s'emboîtant les unes dans les autres avec un jeu (J) suivant la circonférence du tamis et d'au plus égal à l'intervalle de rétention de particules à retenir à l'intérieur dudit tamis. 1.
