Abstract

L'invention concerne un circuit convertisseur matriciel réversible à n niveaux par phase comprenant n bras de conversion présentant d'un côté n extrémités pour générer ou recevoir respectivement n niveaux de tensions continues intermédiaires, et présentant d'un autre côté n extrémités reliées en un point commun d'entrée ou sortie de signal alternatif. Ce circuit comprend : - deux bras externes reliés respectivement au niveau de tension positive le plus élevé et au niveau de tension négative le plus faible, ces deux bras externes comportant chacun un unique transistor IGBT ou deux transistors, de puissance, reliés par leur émetteur, - deux transistors IGBT, de puissance, reliés en série par leur émetteur sur chacune des n-1 bras internes, - des condensateurs de filtrage disposés respectivement entre les n niveaux de tensions intermédiaires.
