数据处理模块, 配置为基于建立的需要同步的终端间的通信连接, 完 成需要同步的终端间数据的同步。
其中, 所述控制模块, 还配置为控制预设有代理协议的终端获取需要 同步的终端的通信标识, 构成需要同步的终端的通信列表; 并将该通信列 表发送给需要同步的终端。
其中, 该系统还包括: 侦测模块和设置模块;
所述侦测模块, 配置为侦测并接收需要同步的终端发出的同步指令; 所述设置模块, 还配置为设置同步策略;
所述数据处理模块, 还配置为根据设置的同步策略及建立的终端之间 的通信连接完成同步指令对应的终端间的数据同步。
其中, 所述控制模块, 还配置为控制所述需要同步的终端根据通信列 表中的通信标识向特定的终端发出同步指令。
其中, 该系统还包括:
比对模块, 配置为将同步获得的同一数据类型下的具体数据项与被同 步终端进行对比;
显示模块, 配置为当同一数据类型下的具体数据项存在差异时, 显示 具体数据项的差异;
提醒模块, 配置为当同一数据类型下的具体数据项存在差异时, 提醒 用户根据差异进行数据同步更新。
相对现有技术, 本发明实施例通过需要同步的终端与预设有代理协议 的终端连接, 并通过预设的代理协议建立需要同步的终端间的通信连接, 使得在需要同步的终端间不存在网络时, 也能完成需要同步的终端间的数 据同步。 附图说明

应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于 限定本发明。
如图 1 所示, 为本发明终端数据同步方法第一实施例的具体实施流程 图。
需要强调的是: 图 1 所示流程图仅为一个较佳实施例, 本领域的技术 人员当知, 任何围绕本发明构建的实施例都不应脱离于如下技术方案涵盖 的范围:
控制预设有代理协议的终端侦测并接收需要同步的终端发送的连接请 求, 所述需要同步的终端通过其他与预设有代理协议的终端通信的终端发 送连接请求或直接向预设有代理协议的终端发送连接请求; 根据预设的代 理协议建立需要同步的终端间的通信连接; 基于建立的通信连接, 完成需 要同步的终端间数据的同步。
以下是本实施例逐步终端同步的具体步骤:
步骤 S11,控制预设有代理协议的终端侦测并接收需要同步的终端发送 的连接请求。 所述需要同步的终端通过其他与预设有代理协议的终端通信 的终端发送连接请求或直接向预设有代理协议的终端发送连接请求。 所述 预设的代理协议为: Socket (使用标准 Unix (操作系统的一种)文件描述 符和其它程序通讯的方式 )代理协议或 Http (超文本传输协议 )代理协议; 所述 Socket代理协议可以接收其他需要同步的终端通过 USB ( Universal Serial BUS, 通用串行总线)、 局域网及 WiFi (无线联网技术)发出的连接 请求, 只能实现本地数据同步; 所述 Http代理协议可以接收其他需要同步 的终端通过广域网发送的连接请求, 能实现远程数据同步。 在本实施例中, 优选为在一终端预设有 Socket及 Http代理协议, 也可以在一终端上设置 Socket或 Http代理, 还可以是在多个终端设置有 Socket代理及 /或 Http代 理, 在此不做限定。
需要同步的终端发起连接请求的方式可以是,例如 WIFI连接方式、 USB 及 Http连接方式等, 在此不做限定。
步骤 S12,根据预设的代理协议建立需要同步的终端间的通信连接。在 本地通过 USB、 局域网及 /或 WiFi与预设有代理协议的终端连接的需要同 步的终端与远程终端间的建立通信。
步骤 S13, 基于建立的通信连接, 完成需要同步的终端间数据的同步。 具体的, 侦测并接收需要同步的终端发出的同步指令; 设置同步策略; 根据设置的同步策略及建立的终端之间的通信连接完成同步指令对应的需 要同步的终端间的数据同步。 所述预设有代理协议的终端获取需要同步的 终端的通信标识, 构成需要同步的终端的通信列表, 并将该通信列表发送 给需要同步的终端; 所述需要同步的终端根据通信列表中的通信标识向特 定的终端发出同步指令。 所述特定的终端为需要同步的终端根据通信列表 中终端的通信标识识别出需要请求同步的终端。 所述同步指令可以是, 一 个需要同步的终端向另一终端发送同步数据的指令, 也可以是一个需要同 步的终端向另一终端请求同步数据的指令, 在此不做限定。 所述同步策略 为同步方式即: 手动同步和自动同步方式。 自动同步方式通过预设一时间 点及 /或同步的内容, 当到达预设时间点时, 自动发出同步指令。 当第一次 启用需要同步的终端间同步时, 才设置需要同步的终端间的同步策略, 设 置完成后保存该设置, 下次启用时将会将按照保存的预先设置的同步策略 进行数据同步。
当设置的同步策略为自动同步方式时, 自动完成需要同步的终端同步 指令对应的终端间的数据同步。 当选择手动同步时, 根据用户的选择进行 终端间的数据同步。 通过建立的本地需要同步的终端与远程终端的通信连 接, 实现本地通过 USB、 局域网及 /或 WiFi与设置有代理协议的需要同步 的终端从远程终端上获取需要同步的数据进行同步。
在本实施例中, 本发明通过需要同步的终端与预设有代理协议的终端 连接, 并通过预设的代理协议建立需要同步的终端间的通信连接, 使得需 要同步的终端间不存在网络也能完成数据的同步。
如图 2所示, 为本发明终端数据同步方法第二实施例的具体实施流程 图。
基于上述第一实施例, 在步骤 S13之后还包括:
步骤 S14,将同步获得的同一数据类型下的具体数据项与被同步终端进 行对比, 当同一数据类型下的具体数据项存在差异时, 显示具体数据项的 差异并提醒用户根据差异进行同步数据更新。 所述同一数据类型下的具体 数据项可以是,通讯录中用户的名称、移动电话、固定电话及 Email地址等, 在此不做限定。 显示对比过程的规则如下: 需要进行同步的终端 A和终端 B按照同一规则排序,如果终端 A比终端 B某项存在且相同, 则同行显示, 如果终端 A有而终端 B没有, 则在终端 B上增加一个空项进行显示; 如果 终端 A无, 终端 B有, 则在终端 A上增加一个空项进行显示, 如果终端 A 和终端 B存在但是有差异(其差异特征根据具体类型而不同, 比如应用程 序, 差异包括名称和版本; 而联系人, 差异包括联系人姓名和联系人的具 体内容等), 也是同行显示。 所述显示具体数据项的差异的方式为: 显示特 殊颜色或特殊字体等方式。 所述提醒用户根据差异进行同步更新的方式可 以是: 声音提醒、 图片、 文字显示等方式。
在本实施例中, 通过将需要进行同步的终端之间的同一数据类型下的 具体数据项进行比较, 使得能根据需要进行同步的终端之间数据的差异对 需要同步的终端的数据进行更新, 避免数据重复同步。
如图 3所示, 为图 1、 图 2中步骤 S13的细化流程图。
步骤 S21,侦测并接收需要同步的终端发出的同步指令。所述预设有代 理协议的终端获取需要同步的终端的通信标识, 构成需要同步的终端的通 信列表, 并将该通信列表发送给需要同步的终端; 所述需要同步的终端根 据通信列表中的通信标识向特定的终端发出同步指令。 所述特定的终端为 需要同步的终端根据通信列表中终端的通信标识识别出需要请求同步的终 端。 所述同步指令可以是, 一个需要同步的终端向另一终端发送同步数据 的指令, 也可以是一个需要同步的终端向另一终端请求同步数据的指令, 在此不做限定。 所述同步策略为同步方式即: 手动同步和自动同步方式。 自动同步方式通过预设一时间点及 /或同步的内容, 当到达预设时间点时, 自动发出同步指令。
步骤 S22, 设置同步策略。 所述同步策略为同步方式即: 手动同步和自 动同步方式。 自动同步方式通过预设一时间点及 /或同步的内容, 当到达预 设时间点时, 自动发出同步指令。 当第一次启用需要同步的终端间同步时, 才设置需要同步的终端间的同步策略, 设置完成后保存该设置, 下次启用 时将会将按照保存的预先设置的同步策略进行数据同步。
步骤 S23,根据设置的同步策略及建立的终端之间的通信连接完成同步 指令对应的需要同步的终端间的数据同步。 当设置的同步策略为自动同步 方式时, 自动完成需要同步的终端同步指令对应的终端间的数据同步。 当 选择手动同步时, 根据用户的选择进行终端间的数据同步。
如图 4所示, 为本发明终端数据同步系统第一实施例的功能模块图。 该系统包括:
控制模块 10, 配置为控制预设有代理协议的终端侦测并接收需要同步 的终端的连接请求, 所述需要同步的终端通过其他与预设有代理协议的终 端通信的终端发送连接请求或直接向预设有代理协议的终端发送连接请 求。
所述预设的代理协议为: Socket代理协议或 Http代理协议;所述 Socket 代理协议可以接收其他需要同步的终端通过 USB、局域网及 WiFi发出的连 接请求, 只能实现本地数据同步; 所述 Http代理协议可以接收其他需要同 步的终端通过广域网发送的连接请求, 能实现远程数据同步。 在本实施例 中, 优选为在一终端预设有 Socket及 Http代理协议, 也可以在一终端上设 置 Socket或 Http代理, 还可以是在多个终端设置有 Socket代理及 /或 Http 代理在此不做限定。
需要同步的终端发起连接请求的方式可以是,例如 WIFI连接方式、 USB 及 Http连接方式等, 在此不做限定。
通信模块 20, 配置为根据预设的代理协议建立需要同步的终端间的通 信连接。 在本地通过 USB、 局域网及 /或 WiFi与预设有代理协议的终端连 接的需要同步的终端与远程终端间的建立通信。
数据处理模块 30, 配置为基于建立的需要同步终端间的通信连接, 完 成需要同步的终端间数据的同步。
具体的, 侦测并接收需要同步的终端发出的同步指令; 设置同步策略; 根据设置的同步策略及建立的终端之间的通信连接完成同步指令对应的需 要同步的终端间的数据同步。 所述预设有代理协议的终端获取需要同步的 终端的通信标识, 构成需要同步的终端的通信列表, 并将该通信列表发送 给需要同步的终端; 所述需要同步的终端根据通信列表中的通信标识向特 定的终端发出同步指令。 所述特定的终端为需要同步的终端根据通信列表 中终端的通信标识识别出需要请求同步的终端。 所述同步指令可以是, 例 如一个需要同步的终端向另一终端发送同步数据的指令, 也可以是一个需 要同步的终端向另一终端请求同步数据的指令, 在此不做限定。 所述同步 策略为同步方式即: 手动同步和自动同步方式。 自动同步方式通过预设一 时间点及 /或同步的内容, 当到达预设时间点时, 自动发出同步指令。 当第 一次启用需要同步的终端间同步时, 才设置需要同步的终端间的同步策略, 设置完成后保存该设置, 下次启用时将会将按照保存的预先设置的同步策 略进行数据同步。
当设置的同步策略为自动同步方式时, 自动完成需要同步的终端同步 指令对应的终端间的数据同步。 当选择手动同步时, 根据用户的选择进行 终端间的数据同步。 通过建立的本地需要同步的终端与远程终端的通信连 接, 实现本地通过 USB、 局域网及 /或 WiFi与设置有代理协议的需要同步 的终端从远程终端上获取需要同步的数据进行同步。
在本实施例中, 本发明通过需要同步的终端与预设有代理协议的终端 连接, 并通过预设的代理协议建立需要同步的终端间的通信连接, 使得在 需要同步的终端间不存在网络时也能完成数据的同步。
如图 5 所示, 为本发明终端数据同步系统第二实施例的功能模块图。 该系统包括: 侦测模块 40和设置模块 50。
侦测模块 40, 配置为侦测并接收需要同步的终端发出的同步指令。 所 述预设有代理协议的终端获取需要同步的终端的通信标识, 构成需要同步 的终端的通信列表, 并将该通信列表发送给需要同步的终端; 所述需要同 步的终端根据通信列表中的通信标识向特定的终端发出同步指令。 所述同 步指令可以是, 一个需要同步的终端向另一终端发送同步数据的指令, 也 可以是一个需要同步的终端向另一终端请求同步数据的指令, 在此不做限 定。
设置模块 50, 配置为设置同步策略。 所述同步策略为同步方式即: 手 动同步和自动同步方式。 自动同步方式通过预设一时间点及 /或同步的内容, 当到达预设时间点时, 自动发出同步指令。 当第一次启用需要同步的终端 间同步时, 设置模块 50才设置需要同步的终端间的同步策略, 设置完成后 保存该设置, 下次启用时将会将按照保存的设置模块 50预先设置的同步策 略进行数据同步。
数据处理模块 30, 还配置为根据设置的同步策略及建立的终端之间的 通信连接完成同步指令对应的终端间的数据同步。 当设置模块 50设置的同 步策略为自动同步方式时, 自动完成需要同步的终端同步指令对应的终端 间的数据同步。 当选择手动同步时, 根据用户的选择进行终端间的数据同 步。
如图 6所示, 为本发明终端数据同步系统第三实施例的功能模块图。 该系统还包括:
比对模块 60, 配置为将同步获得的同一数据类型下的具体数据项与被 同步终端进行对比。 所述同一数据类型下的具体数据项可以是, 通讯录中 用户的名称、 移动电话、 固定电话及 Email地址等, 在此不做限定。
所述对比过程的规则如下: 显示对比过程的规则如下: 需要进行同步 的终端 A和终端 B按照同一规则排序,如果终端 A比终端 B某项存在且相 同, 则同行显示, 如果终端 A有而终端 B没有, 则在终端 B上增加一个空 项进行显示; 如果终端 A无, 终端 B有, 则在终端 A上增加一个空项进行 显示, 如果终端 A和终端 B存在但是有差异(其差异特征根据具体类型而 不同, 比如应用程序, 差异包括名称和版本; 而联系人, 差异包括联系人 姓名和联系人的具体内容等), 也是同行显示。
显示模块 70, 配置为当同一数据类型下的具体数据项存在差异时, 显 示具体数据项的差异。
所述显示具体数据项的差异的方式为: 显示特殊颜色或特殊字体等方 式。
提醒模块 80, 配置为当同一数据类型下的具体数据项存在差异时, 提 醒用户根据差异进行同步更新。 所述提醒用户根据差异进行同步更新的方 式可以是: 声音提醒、 图片、 文字显示等方式。
在本实施例中, 通过将需要进行同步的终端之间的同一数据类型下的 具体数据项进行比较, 使得能根据需要进行同步的终端之间数据的差异对 需要同步的终端的数据进行同步更新, 避免数据重复同步。
需要说明的是, 上述控制模块可以是控制器, 通信模块可以是收发器, 数据处理模块可以是 CPU, 侦测模块可以是监控器, 设置模块可以是管理 系统, 比对模块可以是比较器, 显示模块可以是显示器, 提醒模块可以是 报警器。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种终端数据同步方法, 包括:
控制预设有代理协议的终端侦测并接收需要同步的终端发送的连接请 求, 所述需要同步的终端通过其他与预设有代理协议的终端通信的终端发 送连接请求或直接向预设有代理协议的终端发送连接请求;
根据预设的代理协议建立需要同步的终端间的通信连接;
基于建立的需要同步的终端间的通信连接, 完成需要同步的终端间数 据的同步。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 控制预设有代 理协议的终端获取需要同步的终端的通信标识, 构成需要同步的终端的通 信列表, 并将该通信列表发送给需要同步的终端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述基于建立需要同步的终端 间的通信连接, 完成需要同步的终端间数据的同步的步骤包括:
侦测并接收需要同步的终端发出的同步指令;
设置同步策略;
根据设置的同步策略及建立的终端之间的通信连接完成同步指令对应 的需要同步的终端间的数据同步。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述需要同步的终端根据通信 列表中的通信标识向特定的终端发出同步指令。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述基于建立的通信连接, 完 成需要同步的终端间数据的同步的步骤之后还包括:
将同步获得的同一数据类型下的具体数据项与被同步终端进行对比, 当同一数据类型下的具体数据项存在差异时, 显示具体数据项的差异并提 醒用户根据差异进行数据同步更新。
6、 一种终端数据同步系统, 包括: 控制模块, 配置为控制预设有代理协议的终端侦测并接收需要同步的 终端的连接请求, 所述需要同步的终端通过其他与预设有代理协议的终端 通信的终端发送连接请求或直接向预设有代理协议的终端发送连接请求; 通信模块, 配置为根据预设的代理协议建立需要同步的终端间的通信 连接;
数据处理模块, 配置为基于建立的需要同步的终端间的通信连接, 完 成需要同步的终端间数据的同步。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述控制模块, 还配置为控制预设有代理协议的终端获取需要同步的 终端的通信标识, 构成需要同步的终端的通信列表; 并将该通信列表发送 给需要同步的终端。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 该系统还包括: 侦测模块和设 置模块;

所述数据处理模块, 还配置为根据设置的同步策略及建立的终端之间 的通信连接完成同步指令对应的终端间的数据同步。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中, 所述控制模块, 还配置为控制 所述需要同步的终端根据通信列表中的通信标识向特定的终端发出同步指 令。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 该系统还包括:
