步骤 301 : 终端插入 SIM卡后开机, SIM卡上电后开始初始化, 然后 进入步骤 302;
具体的, 终端开机后, 会给 SIM卡上电, SIM卡自身开始初始化。 步骤 302:终端在 SIM卡初始化时向 SIM卡发送终端概要信息( terminal profile )指令, 然后进入步骤 303;
具体的,所述 terminal profile指令中包含该终端所支持的 STK的内容, 即告诉 SIM卡该终端支持 STK功能。
步骤 303: SIM卡收到终端概要信息指令后, 向终端发送主动上报指令 ( proactive command ), 终端收到 SIM卡的主动上报指令后向 SIM卡发送 网络注册信息;
具体的, 所述终端可以使用封装指令 ( envelope command ) 向 SIM卡 发送网络注册信息。
具体的, 所述网络注册信息包括 MCC/MNC, 所述网络注册信息还可 以包括小区信息等内容, 用于终端的网络接入。
具体的, 该方案中所使用的网络为: 2G网络, 或 3G网络, 或 LTE网 络。
步骤 304: SIM卡根据终端发送的网络注册信息中的 MCC/MNC,判断 SIM卡存储的 MCC/MNC中是否包含有该 MCC/MNC, 如果有, 进入步骤 305; 如果没有, 进入步骤 306;
步骤 305: SIM 卡根据当前国家 /地区的信息即 MCC/MNC 将当前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件刷新为与该 MCC/MNC对应的相关文件内 容, 然后通过 Refresh方式通知终端更新相关文件内容, 进而控制终端接 入的网络;
具体的 , 终端开机后 , 会先读取 SIM 卡刷新之前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN 文件内容, 然后对其緩存; 在 SIM 卡刷新 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件之后, SIM卡通过 Refresh方式通知终端, 终端再次读取 SIM卡刷新后的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件内容, 将当 前緩存的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件更新为 SIM卡刷新之后的相关文 件内容, 从而使终端根据更新后的相关文件内容, 接入网络。
步骤 306: SIM卡将当前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件刷新为默认 的相关文件内容, 然后通过 Refresh方式通知终端更新相关文件内容, 进而 控制终端接入的网络。
具体的, 所述默认的相关文件内容由运营商自己设定。
图 4为本发明实施例实现控制终端接入网络的装置的组成结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 该装置包括获取模块 40、 判断调整模块 41和通知模块 42, 其中:
获取模块 40, 配置为获取终端发送的网络注册信息, 并发送给判断调 整模块 41 ;
判断调整模块 41, 配置为判断 SIM卡中是否存有该 MCC/MNC , 如果 存有该 MCC/MNC, 则将 SIM卡的当前 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件刷 新为与该 MCC/MNC 对应的相关文件内容; 否则, 则将当前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件刷新为默认的相关文件内容;
通知模块 42 , 配置为通知终端更新 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件。 具体的, 所述网络注册信息包括 MCC/MNC, 所述网络注册信息还可 以包括小区信息等内容, 用于终端的网络接入。
该方案中所使用的网络为 2G网络, 或 3G网络, 或 LTE网络。 具体的, 所述默认的相关文件内容由运营商自己设定。
具体的, 终端接收到通知模块 42发送的通知后,读取 SIM卡刷新后的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN 文 件 内 容 , 将 当 前 緩 存 的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件更新为 SIM卡刷新之后的相关文件内容, 根据该相关文件内容接入网络。
所述 SIM 卡中存储有各个区域的 MCC/MNC 及对应区域的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN列表。
所述实现控制终端接入网络的装置可以内置在 SIM卡中。 所述实现控 制终端接入网络的装置中的获取模块、 判断调整模块和通知模块可由终端 中的中央处理器 (CPU )、 或数字信号处理器 (DSP )、 或可编程逻辑阵列 ( FPGA )。

本发明实施例中, 根据网络注册信息中的 MCC/ MNC判断是否存有该 MCC/MNC,如果存有该 MCC/MNC,则将当前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN 文件刷新为与该 MCC/MNC对应的相关文件内容并通知终端; 如果没有存 该 MCC/MNC, 则将当前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件刷新为默认的 相关文件内容并通知终端; 从而在不同的区域根据不同的网络注册信息刷 新出不同的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN列表, 以控制终端的网络接入, 使 终端禁止接入竟争对手运营商的网络并让终端注册到运营商希望的网络。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现控制终端接入网络的方法, 所述方法包括:
接收终端发送的网络注册信息;
根据网络注册信息中的移动国家号 MCC/移动网号 MNC判断是否存有 该 MCC/MNC, 如果存有该 MCC/MNC , 则将当前的对等归属公共陆地移 动网络 EHPLMN/运营商控制公共陆地移动网络 OPLMN/禁用公共陆地移 动网络 FPLMN文件刷新为与该 MCC/MNC对应的相关文件内容并通知终 端; 如果没有存该 MCC/MNC, 则将当前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文 件刷新为默认的相关文件内容并通知终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述接收终端发送的网络注册 信息之前, 进一步包括:
接收终端发送的终端概要信息指令, 并向终端发送主动上报指令。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述通知终端包括: 通过刷新 方式通知终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述通知终端之后, 该方法还 包括:
终端读取刷新后的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件内容, 将当前緩存 的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件更新为刷新之后的相关文件内容。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述接收终端发送的网络注册 信息之前, 所述方法还包括: 存储各个区域的 MCC/MNC 及对应区域的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN列表。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端为具有用户识别应用发展工具 STK功能的终端;
所述方法应用的网络为: 2G网络, 或 3G网络或长期演进 LTE网络。
7、 一种实现控制终端接入网络的装置, 所述装置包括: 获取模块, 配置为获取终端发送的终端网络注册信息, 并发送给判断 调整模块;
判断调整模块, 配置为判断是否存有该 MCC/MNC , 如果存有该 MCC/MNC,则将当前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN刷新为与该 MCC/MNC 对应的相关文件内容; 否则, 则将当前的 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN刷新 为默认的相关文件内容;
通知模块, 配置为通知终端更新 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述通知模块通过刷新方式通 知终端更新 EHPLMN/OPLMN/FPLMN文件。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中,
所述终端为具有 STK功能的终端;
所述装置应用的网络为: 2G网络, 或 3G网络或 LTE网络。
10、 根据权利要求 7、 8或 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置设置于 SIM 卡中。
