移动通讯终端判断用户输入的信息是用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息 时, 将所述关键字信息发送给服务器;
所述服务器查找到与所述关键字信息对应的呼叫号码信息后, 将所述呼 叫号码信息返回给所述移动通讯终端; 以及
所述移动通讯终端对所述呼叫号码信息进行解析和显示。
可选地, 所述移动通讯终端判断用户输入的信息是用于查询呼叫号码的 关键字信息的步骤包括:
所述移动通讯终端根据电话号码组成规则判断所述用户输入的信息不是 电话号码, 则所述移动通讯终端对所述用户输入的信息进行规范性检查, 并 将符合设定规范的所述用户输入的信息确定为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信 息。

当所述用户在所述移动通讯终端上的号码查询界面选择区域信息, 并输 入用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息时, 所述移动通讯终端对所述用户输入的 关键字信息进行规范性检查, 将符合设定规范的关键字信息连同所述用户选 择的区域信息一起发送给所述服务器; 以及

釆用本发明实施例所述呼叫号码查询方法及系统, 通过移动通讯终端和 服务器之间的数据交互, 移动通讯终端可根据用户输入的关键字在服务器端 查找满足要求的呼叫号码, 用户根据移动通讯终端显示的查询结果, 选择所 需的呼叫号码即可进行呼叫。 所以本发明实施例, 一方面可以满足用户号码 查询的需要, 使得用户查询呼叫号码的操作如同在本地通讯录中操作一样简 单、 方便; 另一方面移动通讯终端上引入号码查询功能在, 相当于扩充了本 地通讯录的功能和存储容量, 使得移动通讯终端可以存储和查询的呼叫号码 不只局限于移动通讯终端本地通讯录中存储的号码; 也方便了政府等公共服 务部门业务的推广和企事业单位业务的咨询与宣传。

第一实施例
本实施例的一种呼叫号码查询方法, 如图 1所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S101 , 当用户在移动通讯终端上的通话界面输入信息时, 移动通讯 终端判断用户输入的信息是否为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息, 若是, 则 将所述关键字信息发送给服务器; 若否, 则按照现有的对输入信息的响应进 行处理。 步骤 S101包括如下步骤:
步骤 A1 ,移动通讯终端根据电话号码组成规则判断用户输入的信息是否 是电话号码, 若是, 则按现有语音呼叫功能进行处理; 若否, 则执行步骤 A2。
电话号码组成规则可以包括对电话号码位数及内容的规定, 比如, 固定 电话的 8位号码、 手机号码的 11位号码、 以及国际电话号码前 +86等等。
本发明实施例中, 对用户输入的信息按照电话号码组成规则进行初步判 断, 是为了兼容目前用户在移动通讯终端的通话界面上直接输入电话号码进 行拨号的情况, 若用户在移动通讯终端的通话界面输入的是非电话号码, 即, 用户想要进行呼叫号码查询时, 可以直接输入关键字信息, 此时则执行查询 呼叫号码的过程。
步骤 A2, 移动通讯终端对用户输入的信息进行规范性检查, 将符合设定 规范的用户输入的信息确定为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息。 设定规范包 括: 对关键字的长度限定、 以及禁止包含的非法字符的规定。
步骤 S102, 服务器查找到与所述关键字信息对应的呼叫号码信息后, 将 查找到的呼叫号码信息返回给移动通讯终端。
服务器通过某种查询语句, 如, MSSQL ( Microsoft Structured Query Language, 微软结构化查询语言) , 在数据库中基于关键字信息查找满足要 求的呼叫号码信息并将该呼叫号码信息发送回移动通讯终端。 呼叫号码信息 包括: 名称及名称对应的呼叫号码。 其中, 呼叫号码信息中的名称应与用户 输入的关键字信息相匹配, 即, 关键字信息至少包括呼叫号码信息中的名称。
步骤 S103 , 移动通讯终端接收服务器返回的呼叫号码信息, 对该呼叫号 码信息进行解析和显示。
第二实施例
本实施例的一种呼叫号码查询方法与第一实施例所述方法大致相同, 区 别在于本实施例所述呼叫号码查询方法还包括: 用户点击返回的呼叫号码信 息时即可发起呼叫的步骤, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 S201 , 当用户在移动通讯终端上的通话界面输入信息时, 移动通讯 终端判断用户输入的信息是否为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息, 若是, 则 将所述关键字信息发送给服务器; 若否, 则按照现有的对输入信息的响应进 行处理。
步骤 S202 , 服务器查找到与所述关键字信息对应的呼叫号码信息后, 将 查找到的呼叫号码信息返回给移动通讯终端。
步骤 S203 , 移动通讯终端接收服务器返回的呼叫号码信息, 对该呼叫号 码信息进行解析和显示。
步骤 S204 , 当用户点击移动通讯终端上显示的呼叫号码信息时, 移动通 讯终端向所述呼叫号码发起语音呼叫。
第三实施例
本实施例的一种呼叫号码查询方法与第二实施例所述方法大致相同, 区 别在于本实施例所述呼叫号码查询方法还包括: 在移动通讯终端上为用户专 门提供一个在呼叫号码查询界面进行信息输入的方案。 如图 3所示, 该方法 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S301 , 当用户在移动通讯终端的通话界面上输入信息时, 移动通讯 终端判断用户输入的信息是否为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息, 若是, 则 将所述关键字信息发送给服务器; 若否, 则按照现有的对输入信息的响应进 行处理。
步骤 S302 , 服务器查找到与所述关键字信息对应的呼叫号码信息后, 将 查找到的呼叫号码信息返回给移动通讯终端。
步骤 S303 , 当用户在移动通讯终端上的号码查询界面选择区域信息并输 入用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息时, 移动通讯终端对用户输入的所述关键 字信息进行规范性检查 , 将符合设定规范的所述关键字信息连同用户选择的 区域信息一起发送给服务器。
步骤 S304 , 服务器查找到与所述区域信息和所述关键字信息对应的呼叫 号码信息后, 将查找到的呼叫号码信息返回给移动通讯终端。
需要说明的是, 步骤 S301和步骤 S302提供的输入方案中, 用户在移动 通讯终端的通话界面上输入信息, 对有的智能移动通讯终端来说, 该终端的 主界面即为可以直接拨打电话号码进行呼叫的通话界面; 步骤 S303 和步骤 S304提供的输入方案中, 专门为用户提供一个号码查询界面, 用户可以在该 号码查询界面先选择查询的区域再输入关键字进行呼叫号码的查询, 而且移 动通讯终端无需再判断用户的输入信息是否符合电话号码组成规则, 因为号 码查询界面不兼容输入电话号码进行拨号呼叫的功能。
步骤 S305 , 移动通讯终端接收服务器返回的呼叫号码信息, 对该呼叫号 码信息进行解析和显示。
步骤 S306, 当用户点击移动通讯终端上显示的呼叫号码信息时, 移动通 讯终端向所述呼叫号码发起语音呼叫。
第四实施例
本实施例的一种呼叫号码查询系统, 如图 4所示, 包括: 移动通讯终端 10和服务器 20。
移动通讯终端 10设置成: 当用户在移动通讯终端 10上的通话界面输入 信息时, 判断用户输入的信息是否为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息, 若是, 则将所述关键字信息发送给服务器 20; 对服务器 20返回的呼叫号码信息进 行解析和显示。
移动通讯终端 10, 包括: 判断模块 11和检查模块 12;
判断模块 11设置成:根据电话号码组成规则判断用户输入的信息不是电 话号码, 则调用检查模块 12;

第五实施例 本实施例的一种呼叫号码查询系统与第四实施例所述系统大致相同, 区 别在于本实施例中所述系统的移动通讯终端 20还为用户提供基于查询到的 呼叫号码信息直接进行呼叫的功能, 如图 4所示, 该系统包括: 移动通讯终 端 10和服务器 20。
移动通讯终端 10设置成: 当用户在移动通讯终端 10上的通话界面输入 信息时, 判断用户输入的信息是否为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息, 若是, 则将所述关键字信息发送给服务器 20; 对服务器 20返回的呼叫号码信息进 行解析和显示。
移动通讯终端 10, 包括: 判断模块 11和检查模块 12;
判断模块 11设置成:根据电话号码组成规则判断用户输入的信息不是电 话号码, 则调用检查模块 12;

服务器 20设置成: 查找到与所述关键字信息对应的呼叫号码信息后, 将 查找到的呼叫号码信息返回给移动通讯终端 10。 该呼叫号码信息包括: 名称 及名称对应的呼叫号码。
第六实施例
本实施例的一种呼叫号码查询系统与第五实施例所述系统大致相同, 区 别在于本实施例中所述系统在移动通讯终端 10 上为用户专门提供一个号码 查询界面进行信息输入。 如图 5所示, 该系统包括: 移动通讯终端 10和服务 器 20。
移动通讯终端 10设置成: 当用户在移动通讯终端 10上的通话界面输入 信息时, 判断用户输入的信息是否为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息, 若是, 则将所述关键字信息发送给服务器 20; 对服务器 20返回的呼叫号码信息进 行解析和显示。
移动通讯终端 10, 包括: 判断模块 11和检查模块 12;
判断模块 11设置成:根据电话号码组成规则判断用户输入的信息不是电 话号码, 则调用检查模块 12;

基于第三、 六实施例, 介绍一个本发明的应用实例, 对呼叫号码查询过 程中移动通讯终端和服务器的执行步骤做详细描述。 本发明应用实例的呼叫号码查询过程中移动通讯终端的实现流程如图 6 所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 S401、 用户查询呼叫号码前先启动号码查询服务。
步骤 S402、 在号码查询服务的启动过程中, 会判断当前移动通讯终端的 数据业务是否可用, 如果当前终端的数据业务不可用, 则转入步骤 S403 , 如 可用, 则转入步骤 S404。
步骤 S403、 如果当前移动通讯终端的数据业务不可用, 则弹出提示框提 示用户, 并转入步骤 S412。
步骤 S404、 当号码查询服务启动完成后显示呼叫号码查询界面。 如图 7 所示, 在该界面中用户可以选择需要查询呼叫号码的区域, 输入需要查询呼 叫号码名称的关键字, 输入完成后点击 "查询" 按键转入步骤 S405。
步骤 S405、 移动通讯终端会对用户输入的关键字进行规范性检查, 规范 性检查主要包括检查输入关键字的长度是否超过设定的长度、 以及关键字中 是否包含非法字符等。 如果用户输入的内容不符合查询规范则, 转入步骤 S407 , 如符合, 则转入步骤 S406。
步骤 S406、 移动通讯终端将用户输入的查询关键字通过数据链接的方式 发送到服务器并转入步骤 S408等待服务器的查询结果。数据链接的方式是基 于现有的移动互联网实现的数据交互方式, 本领域公知, 故此处不再详述。
步骤 S407、 当判断出用户输入的关键字不符合查询规范时, 提示用户输 入的关键字不符合查询规范,请求用户重新输入, 并重新转到步骤 S404中的 呼叫号码查询界面。
步骤 S408、 移动通讯终端等待服务器端的查询结果并判断服务器的查询 结果响应是否超时, 如果没有超时, 则转入步骤 S409 , 如已超时, 则转入步 骤 S410。
步骤 S409、 移动通讯终端接收服务器发送回的查询结果, 并将查询结果 进行解析和显示, 转入步骤 S411。 如图 8所示, 该图中列出了 3条满足区域 及关键字信息的查询结果, 每条查询结果都包含名称和呼叫号码两个部分 步骤 S410、 当移动通讯终端判断服务器在规定的时间间隔内没有返回查 询结果, 则提示用户本次号码查询结果响应超时, 并再次转入步骤 S402中判 断当前移动通讯终端的数据业务是否可用。
步骤 S411、 如果服务器发送到移动通讯终端的查询结果不止一条, 用户 可以根据查询结果中的名称字段来选择所需的号码进行呼叫。
步骤 S412、 当用户完成呼叫或者号码查询服务检测到当前移动通讯终端 的数据业务不可用时退出号码查询服务。 至此移动通讯终端的呼叫号码查询 实现流程结束。
本发明应用实例的呼叫号码查询过程中服务器的实现流程如图 9所示。 该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤 S501、 服务器收到移动通讯终端的连接请求后, 接受移动通讯终端 的连接请求, 建立与移动通讯终端之间的数据传输链路, 转入步骤 S502。
步骤 S502、 数据传输链路建立完成后, 服务器等待并接收移动通讯终端 发送过来的号码查询关键字, 接收完毕后转入步骤 S503。
步骤 S503、 服务器通过查询算法搜索服务器端的数据库, 查找满足区域 信息及关键字信息的结果。
步骤 S504、 服务器判断本次查找是否成功, 如果找到与用户选择的区域 信息及用户输入的关键字信息匹配的查询结果,则转入步骤 S505 ,如未找到, 则转入步骤 S506。
步骤 S505、 如果服务器查找成功, 则将本次查找结果发送到移动通讯终 端。
步骤 S506、 如果对于用户选择的区域信息及用户输入的关键字信息, 服 务器没有找到满足要求的结果, 则向移动通讯终端返回本次查找失败。
本发明实施例所述呼叫号码查询方法及系统, 通过移动通讯终端和服务 器之间的数据交互, 移动通讯终端可根据用户输入的查询关键字以及可能包 含的区域信息在号码查询服务器端查找满足要求的呼叫号码, 用户根据移动 通讯终端显示的查询结果, 选择需要的查询结果即可进行呼叫。 所以该方法 在移动通讯终端设备上的引入, 一方面可以满足用户号码查询的需要, 使得 用户查询呼叫号码的操作如同在本地通讯录中操作一样简单、 方便; 另一方 面, 相当于扩充了本地通讯录的功能和存储容量, 使得移动通讯终端可以存 储和查询的呼叫号码不只局限于移动通讯终端本地通讯录中存储的号码; 而 且, 由于是基于移动互联网的数据传输方式, 也节省了用户进行呼叫号码查 询过程的费用支出。 其次, 在移动通讯终端上引入号码查询功能也方便了政 府等公共服务部门业务的推广和企事业单位业务的咨询与宣传。

7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 所述移动通讯终端包括: 判断模 块和检查模块;
所述判断模块设置成: 根据电话号码组成规则判断所述用户输入的信息 不是电话号码, 则调用所述检查模块; 以及
所述检查模块设置成: 对所述用户输入的信息进行规范性检查, 并将符 合设定规范的所述用户输入的信息确定为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息; 将符合设定规范的关键字信息发送给所述服务器。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述移动通讯终端包括: 号码查 询界面模块;
所述号码查询界面模块设置成: 为所述用户提供一个选择区域信息和输 入用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息的平台;
所述检查模块还设置成: 当所述用户通过所述号码查询界面模块选择所 述区域信息, 并输入所述用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息时, 对所述用户输 入的关键字信息进行规范性检查, 将符合设定规范的关键字信息连同所述用 户选择的区域信息一起发送给所述服务器; 以及
所述服务器还设置成: 根据所述区域信息和所述关键字信息查找到呼叫 号码信息后, 将所述呼叫号码信息返回给所述移动通讯终端。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中,
所述设定规范包括: 对关键字的长度限定、 以及禁止包含的非法字符的 规定; 以及
所述呼叫号码信息包括: 名称及所述名称对应的呼叫号码。
10、 根据权利要求 6或 7或 9所述的系统, 其中,
所述移动通讯终端还设置成: 当所述用户点击所述移动通讯终端上显示 的呼叫号码信息时, 向所述呼叫号码发起语音呼叫。
11、 一种移动通讯终端, 其设置为;
判断用户输入的信息是用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息时, 将所述关键 字信息发送给所述服务器; 对所述服务器返回的与所述关键字信息对应的呼 叫号码信息进行解析和显示。
12、如权利要求 11所述的移动通讯终端,其包括:判断模块和检查模块; 其中,
所述判断模块设置成: 根据电话号码组成规则判断所述用户输入的信息 不是电话号码, 则调用所述检查模块; 以及
所述检查模块设置成: 对所述用户输入的信息进行规范性检查, 并将符 合设定规范的所述用户输入的信息确定为用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息; 将符合设定规范的关键字信息发送给所述服务器。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的移动通讯终端, 其中, 所述移动通讯终端包 括: 号码查询界面模块;
所述号码查询界面模块设置成: 为所述用户提供一个选择区域信息和输 入用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息的平台; 以及
所述检查模块还设置成: 当所述用户通过所述号码查询界面模块选择所 述区域信息, 并输入所述用于查询呼叫号码的关键字信息时, 对所述用户输 入的关键字信息进行规范性检查, 将符合设定规范的关键字信息连同所述用 户选择的区域信息一起发送给所述服务器。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的移动通讯终端, 其中,
所述设定规范包括: 对关键字的长度限定、 以及禁止包含的非法字符的 规定;
所述呼叫号码信息包括: 名称及所述名称对应的呼叫号码; 以及 当所述用户点击所述移动通讯终端上显示的呼叫号码信息时, 向所述呼 叫号码发起语音呼叫。
