Abstract

一种发电装置,包括一主框架(1)、一转盘(2)和一发电机。该主框架上设有一置放空间(11),转盘水平放置于该空间,主框架设有一转轴(12)。通过驱动装置驱动转轴转动后,可带动转盘转动,进而连动发电机运转。其中,转盘上设有至少一个重块(21)和至少一个位移装置(22)。该位移装置包括一框体(221),该框体内设置一重块,该重块与框体间连接有弹簧(223),该重块可于框体内弹性位移。当转盘转动时,框体内的重块因为离心力的作用形成位移,可以延长转盘持续转动的时间。

Description

发电装置 技术领域
本发明有关一种结构简单、操作方便且成本低的发电装置。
背景技术
近年来,由于地球能源即将面临能源耗尽的危机,故而世界各国皆不断的积极开发利用风力、太阳能、水力、或地热等来产生电力能量的方法,以此来缓减传统能源被消耗的速度。
但,上述无论利用风力、太阳能、水力、或地热等方式来产生能量,皆有受限于地区性的限制;例如,某部分地区常年风力不强、风力不稳定,即无法使用风力来产生能量;相同地,某些地区气候为常年多雨,则太阳能自然也无法运用;而水力及地热更是要部份得天独厚的地区方有存在。由于上述风力、太阳能、地热等极大程度上受具体环境因素的影响,使传统发电装置的输出能功率不稳定,或者比较低,不符合具体的生产应用对能源要求输出功率大和稳定的要求。因此,传统的发电装置并无法有效地适用于全球各个地区。
技术问题
本发明人有鉴于现有利用自然力生成能量,受限于地区方能实施的缺点,乃不断的精进研发改良,终研发出一机械式发电装置。
技术解决方案
本发明的主要目的在提供一种结构简单、操作方便且成本低的发电装置,以解决上述传统发电装置适应力不强的问题。
为达上述的目的,本发明所设的一种发电装置,包括一主框架、一转盘及一发电装置,该主框架上设有一置放空间,供该转盘水平置放于上,该主框架设有一转轴,其通过一驱动装置,使通过该驱动装置驱动该转轴转动后,可带动该转盘转动,进而连动该发电装置运转;其中,该转盘上设有至少一个重块与至少一位移装置,其中该位移装置包括一框体,该框体内设有一重块,该重块与框体间连接有弹簧,使该重块可于框体内弹性位移,借此当转盘转动时,该框体内的重块因离心力的作用而形成位移,进而延长转盘持续转动的时间。
实施时,该框体内设有一第一卡榫与一第二卡榫,其中该第一卡榫靠近转盘的中心处,第二卡榫远离转盘的中心处,使当转盘静止或是启动时,该重块可受到第一卡榫的卡掣而被限制于靠近转盘的中心处,而当转盘转动至一速度时,可使该第一卡榫松释而使重块因受到离心力的作用而位移至远离转盘的中心处,并受到第二卡榫的卡掣而被限制在远离转盘的中心处。
实施时,该转盘上的位移装置以一倾斜角度而设置于该转盘上。
实施时,该驱动装置为一齿轮组与一马达的连接组合。
本发明中驱动装置由输出功率低或者输出功率不稳定的能源机构带动,使转盘逐渐加速至位移装置中的重块移动到远离转盘中心处后,转盘以较高的速度转动,此时停止马达,借助转盘在利用离心力所产生的运转的情况之下,带动该发电装置进行运转,以进行集能或是其他外接设备的供电来源。

本发明的最佳实施方式
请参阅图1~6,图式内容为本发明发电装置的一实施例,其由一主框架1、一转盘2及一发电装置(图中未标示)所组成。
该主框架1上设有一置放空间11,该主框架1设有一转轴12,其通过一驱动装置4驱动该转轴12转动,该驱动装置4为一齿轮组41与一马达42的连接组合。
该转盘2水平置放于该主框架1的置放空间11上,并与该转轴12连接,使该转轴12转动时可带动该转盘同步2转动。
该发电装置与该转盘2连接,使转盘2转动时,可连动该发电装置运转。
其中,该转盘2上设有两个重块21与两位移装置22,其中该位移装置22以相对转盘2的平面呈一倾斜角度而设置于该转盘2上。该位移装置22包括一框体221,该框体221内设有一重块222,该重块222与框体221间连接有弹簧223,使该重块222可于框体221内弹性位移,其中该框体221内设有一第一卡榫224与一第二卡榫225,该第一卡榫224与一第二卡榫225可通过一马达226而提供运转所需的电源。其中该第一卡榫224靠近转盘2的中心处,第二卡榫225远离转盘2的中心处,使当转盘2静止或是启动时,该重块222可受到第一卡榫224的卡掣而被限制于靠近转盘2的中心处,而当转盘2转动至一速度时,可使该第一卡榫224松释而使重块222因受到离心力的作用而位移至远离转盘2的中心处,并受到第二卡榫225的卡掣而被限制在远离转盘2的中心处。
上述位移装置22的重块21的数量不限于两个,也可以设为四和位移装置22和四个重块21,以不影响转盘2转动时的平衡性为目的。
借此当转盘2转动时,该框体221内的重块222因离心力的作用而形成位移,进而延长转盘2持续转动的时间。
实施时,请参阅图1,启动前,使转盘2上的框体221内的第一卡榫224将框体221内的重块222限制在靠近转盘2的中心处位置,因此当马达42启动后驱动齿轮组41转动时,该转盘2可受到齿轮组41的连动而开始转动。
当该转盘2转动至一速度后,如图2~6所示,即可使第一卡榫224松释对框体221内的重块222的限制,使得该框体221内的重块222由于受到转盘2转动所产生离心力的影响,使该重块222位移至远离转盘2中心处的位置,并受到第二卡榫225的限制(如图6)。
因此,当框体221内的重块222被限制在远离转盘2中心处的位置时,受到离心力的影响,可有效提高转盘2转动的时间,此时即可使马达42停止驱动齿轮组41的转动,使该转盘2完全可借助离心力的影响而继续转动直到停止,而当转盘2失速接近停止或完全停止后,即可再重复前述的动作,即使框体221内的重块222回复至靠近转盘2中心处的位置,并受到第一卡榫224的限制后(如图5所示),再度启动马达42运转驱动转盘2转动,直到转盘2转动至一速度后,再松释第一卡榫224对重块222的限制,并再度使马达42关闭,反复进行上述过程。
借此,本发明中驱动装4是由输出功率低或者输出功率不稳定的能源机构供能,使转盘2逐渐加速至重块222移动到远离转盘2中心处后,转盘2以较高的速度转动,此时停止驱动装置4工作,通过转盘2在利用离心力所产生的运转的情况之下,带动该发电装置进行运转,以进行集能或是其它外接设备的供电来源。
此外,实际使用时,可于主框架1设有数个置放空间11,而每一置放空间11皆可设有上述的机构,如图1、2中以两转盘2分别工作的设计,或是,于框体221内的重块222连接有一发电机或集能装置,也可同时收集该重块222在位移时所产生的能量(图未示),使在有限空间产生最佳的效益。
上述数个置放空间11较佳为自上而下的层叠设置结构,每个置放空间11上均设有转盘2,以及设于转盘2上的至少两个重块21与至少两个位移装置22,各个置放空间11上的转盘2均可受该驱动装置4驱动而转动。
以上所述乃是本发明的具体实施例及所运用的技术手段,根据本文的揭露或教导可衍生推导出许多的变更与修正,若依本发明的构想所作的等效改变,其所产生的作用仍未超出说明书及图式所涵盖的实质精神时,均应视为在本发明的技术范畴之内,合先陈明。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种发电装置,其特征包括:
    一个主框架,其上设有至少一个置放空间,该主框架设有一个转轴,该转轴与一个驱动装置连接,并由该驱动装置驱动其转动;
    一个转盘,水平置放于该主框架置放空间上,并与该转轴连接,使该转轴转动时能够同步带动该转盘转动;以及
    一个发电装置,与该转盘连接,使转盘转动时,能够连动该发电装置运转;其中:
    该转盘上设有至少一个重块与至少一个位移装置,其中各该位移装置包括一个框体,该框体内另设有一个重块,该框体内的重块与框体间连接有弹簧,使该框体内的重块可于框体内弹性位移,借此当转盘转动时,该框体内的重块因离心力的作用而形成位移至远离该转盘的中心处,进而延长转盘持续转动的时间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的发电装置,其特征在于,该框体内设有一个第一卡榫与一个第二卡榫,其中该第一卡榫靠近转盘的中心处,第二卡榫远离转盘的中心处,使转盘静止或是启动时,该框体内的重块能够受到第一卡榫的卡掣而被限制于靠近转盘的中心处,而当转盘转动至一定速度时,能够使该第一卡榫松释而使该框体内的重块受到离心力的作用而位移至远离转盘的中心处,并受到第二卡榫的卡掣而被限制在远离转盘的中心处。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的发电装置,其特征在于,该转盘上的位移装置以相对该转盘的平面呈一个倾斜角度而设置于该转盘上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的发电装置,其特征在于,该驱动装置为一个齿轮组与一个马达的连接组合。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的发电装置,其特征在于,该转盘上的重块与位移装置的数量分别设为两个。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的发电装置,其特征在于,所述发电装置包括数个自上而下层叠设置的数个置放空间。
