与现有技术相比, 由于具有一能够集中低水位的集水槽, 从而能 够让水位较低时让水顺利排出, 同时, 又可作为一沉淀槽, 能够起到 一定的防堵塞效果;同时又由于在集水槽以及内管壁上都设置有排泄 孔, 从而可以在水位低时保证内管与外管同时排泄, 水路畅通, 又可 以在水位较高时保证两管同时排水, 加快水量的排出, 防止溢出。
