Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Solarmodul (1) mit mindestens einem photovoltaischen Bauelement (3) und einem die lichtaufnehmende Oberfläche abdeckenden Frontglas (5), wobei die modul-innere Oberfläche des Frontglases mit einer Nanopartikel aufweisenden Antireflex-Dünnschicht (7) mit unregelmäßiger Oberflächentopologie und einem vom Frontglas abweichenden Brechungsindex beschichtet ist. Sie betrifft des Weiteren ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Solarmoduls und ein für dieses bestimmtes Frontglas.
