Abstract

一种血肿清除器的碎吸器,包括刀头(1)、与刀头(1)固定连接的旋转式内管(2)和用于套置内管(2)保持相对静止的外管(3);其中刀头(1)包括位于前部的圆锥头(101)和位于后部的刀刃头(102),圆锥头(101)上设置有若干与内管(2)的管腔连通的出液孔(6),上述刀刃头(102)插入外管(3)的前端,在刀刃头(102)上设置有轴向刀口槽(9),在刀口槽(9)的槽壁上设置有刀刃(7),在外管(3)的前端设置有若干个与刀刃(7)配合的刃口(8),刃口(8)沿外管(3)的圆周向排布,在刀头(1)旋转时刀刃(7)与刃口(8)之间能够形成将血肿剪碎的剪切动作。该碎吸器结构简单,易于加工,切削效率高,占用空间小。

Description

血肿清除器的碎吸器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种血肿清除器, 尤其是血肿清除器使用的一种碎吸器。
背景技术
目前在脑出血治疗中, 临床上通常使用血肿清除器。 上述血肿清除器包括碎吸器和与碎 吸器相连的平衡灌洗装置。 通过碎吸器上的碎吸头, 将血肿切割成细小的碎块, 然后通过液 体流动将细小血肿碎块排出体外。 现有碎吸器的碎吸头, 采用阿基米德螺旋结构刀头, 虽然 能够实现上述切割功能, 但存在着制件加工困难、 切削效率低、 占用管腔大等缺点。
由此可见, 现有技术中的碎吸器还有待于更进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于解决现有技术中血肿清除器的碎吸器存在的技术缺陷, 提供一种血肿 清除器的碎吸器。
其技术解决方案是:
一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 包括刀头、 与刀头固定连接的旋转式内管和用于套置内管保 持相对静止的外管; 上述刀头包括位于前部的圆锥头和位于后部的刀刃头, 圆锥头上设置有 若干与内管的管腔连通的出液孔, 上述刀刃头插入外管的前端, 在刀刃头上设置有轴向刀口 槽, 在刀口槽的槽壁上设置有刀刃, 在外管的前端设置有至少一个与刀刃配合的刃口, 在刀 头旋转时刀刃与刃口之间能够形成将血肿剪碎的剪切动作。
上述内管的另一端连接有能使内管沿其轴向旋转的驱动装置。
上述内管的管腔作为进液腔, 在外管与内管之间形成回液腔, 上述刃口, 或刃口和刀刃 头与外管之间的间隙接通回液腔。
上述刀刃的刃口线为弧形线。
上述出液孔在圆锥头上均衡分布。
上述刀刃有若干个, 沿刀刃头的圆周向均衡排布。
本发明具有以下有益技术效果:
本发明具有结构简单, 易于加工, 切削效率高, 占用空间小等特点。

结合图 1与图 2, 一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 包括刀头 1、 内管 2和外管 3。 上述刀头固 定连接在内管的一端上, 内管的另一端连接有能使内管沿其轴向旋转的驱动装置, 由驱动装 置驱动内管旋转, 由内管携带刀头相应转动; 外管套置内管, 即内管位于外管内, 外管保持 相对静止不动; 上述内管的管腔 4作为进液腔, 在外管与内管之间形成回液腔 5。 上述刀头 包括位于前部的圆锥头 101和位于后部的刀刃头 102, 圆锥头上设置有若干与内管的管腔连 通的出液孔 6, 更为具体的方式可以是, 即上述出液孔在圆锥头上均衡分布, 用以使冲洗更 为均衡; 上述刀刃头插入外管的前端, 在刀刃头上设置有轴向刀口槽 9, 在刀口槽的槽壁上 设置有刀刃 7, 上述刀刃可有若干个, 这些刀刃可沿刀刃头的圆周向均衡排布; 在外管的前 端设置有若干个与刀刃配合的刃口 8, 刃口可沿外管的圆周向均衡排布, 当然也可以有一个 刃口, 在刀头旋转时刀刃与刃口之间能够形成将血肿剪碎的剪切动作。 上述刃口, 或刃口和 刀刃头与外管之间的间隙接通回液腔。
上述方式中, 刀刃的刃口线优选为弧形线, 用以实现顺滑剪切。
本发明的工作原理大致如下:
由驱动装置驱动内管旋转, 由内管携带刀头相应转动; 刀头上的刀刃与外管上的刃口互 相剪切, 将血肿剪碎, 血肿碎块可由刃口进入回液腔。 与此同时, 由进液腔进入的工作液从 刀头上的出液孔中喷出, 并得以从上述刃口, 或刃口和刀刃头与外管之间的间隙回流到回液 腔。 流动的液体带动血肿碎块排出体外。
上述方式中未述及的有关技术内容采取或借鉴已有技术即可实现。
需要说明的是, 在本说明书的教导下本领域技术人员还可以作出这样或那样的容易变化 方式, 诸如等同方式, 或明显变形方式。 上述的变化方式均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

1、一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 包括刀头、与刀头固定连接的旋转式内管和用于套置内管保持 相对静止的外管; 其特征在于: 所述刀头包括位于前部的圆锥头和位于后部的刀刃头, 圆锥 头上设置有若干与内管的管腔连通的出液孔, 上述刀刃头插入外管的前端, 在刀刃头上设置 有轴向刀口槽, 在刀口槽的槽壁上设置有刀刃, 在外管的前端设置有至少一个与刀刃配合的 刃口, 在刀头旋转时刀刃与刃口之间能够形成将血肿剪碎的剪切动作。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 其特征在于: 所述刃口有若干个, 所有 刃口沿外管的圆周向排布,
3、根据权利要求 1所述的一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 其特征在于: 所述内管的另一端连接有 能使内管沿其轴向旋转的驱动装置。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 其特征在于: 所述内管的管腔作为进液 腔, 在外管与内管之间形成回液腔, 上述刃口, 或刃口和刀刃头与外管之间的间隙接通回液 腔。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 其特征在于: 所述刀刃的刃口线为弧形 线。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 其特征在于: 所述出液孔在圆锥头上均 衡分布。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的一种血肿清除器的碎吸器, 其特征在于: 所述刀刃有若干个, 沿刀 刃头的圆周向均衡排布。
