Abstract

一种用于冰箱的门封,设置于冰箱门衬与冰箱内胆之间,包括用于将门封安装于冰箱门衬上的安装脚(6)及与安装脚(6)连接的气囊(4)。气囊(4)的内壁上形成有朝向安装脚(6)所在一侧延伸的支撑件(5)。通过在气囊(4)的内壁上形成支撑件(5),能够平衡缓冲门封所受的压力,避免冰箱门体发生反弹。

本申请要求了申请日为2012年06月08日,申请号为201220270347.4,发明名称为“用于冰箱的门封”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种用于冰箱的门封。
【背景技术】
冰箱门封条是设置于冰箱门体和箱体之间,并用来密封由前述两者所形成的间隙的冰箱配件。
例如,授权公告号为CN202048748U的专利文本公开了一种用于冰箱的新型门封结构,包括两个裙边、打孔点、气囊、安装脚、支承座、磁条和磁条支撑。当门封受较大外力时,气囊变形较大,起不到良好的缓冲作用,容易导致冰箱门发生反弹,从而降低冰箱的密封效果。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于,提供一种能够增强冰箱门体与箱体之间的密封效果的冰箱门体密封结构。
为达到上述目的,本发明提出了一种门封,所述门封设置于所述冰箱门衬与冰箱内胆之间,包括有用于将该门封安装于冰箱门衬上的安装脚,与该安装脚相连接设有气囊,其特征在于,在所述气囊的内壁上形成有朝向所述安装脚一侧延伸的支撑件。
通过在气囊的内壁上形成支撑件,能够平衡缓冲门封所受的压力,避免冰箱门体发生反弹。
优选的,在所述气囊的内壁上形成有一对支撑件,且这一对支撑件相互平行并沿垂直于所述冰箱门的方向延伸。
由于这一对支撑件沿垂直于所述冰箱门的方向延伸,在冰箱门的关闭过程中,所述门封受到压缩使得所述一对支撑件抵在所述冰箱门衬上,通过该支撑件能够避免因所述门封在外力作用下被过度压缩而导致所述冰箱门体在所述门封恢复力的作用下而发生反弹。
优选的,所述气囊的靠近所述冰箱内部一侧的壁部呈弧形,在该弧形壁部上形成有搭在所述冰箱门衬上的第一裙边。
由于所述气囊靠近冰箱门衬一侧的壁部呈弧形,第一裙边搭在所述冰箱门衬上,在冰箱门关闭时,气囊受到压缩,使得第一裙边与冰箱门衬壁部相贴附,能够增强所述冰箱门的密封性。
优选的,由所述气囊的远离所述冰箱内部一侧的壁部形成磁条支撑,且该磁条支撑朝向所述冰箱内胆一侧突出。
由于所述磁体支撑朝向所述冰箱内胆一侧突出,能够增加所述气囊的拉伸能力,有利于提高冰箱门体的密封性。
优选的,在所述门封上设有用于容放磁条的空腔,并该空腔与所述气囊连接。

【具体实施方式】
下面以设置于冰箱门衬上的门封为例,结合附图1对本发明所述门封的具体实施方式进行详细的说明。在下述描述中,所述左侧(右侧)是指与冰箱左右方向相一致的左侧(右侧),即图1中的左侧(右侧);所述上侧是指冰箱门体朝向冰箱内部的一侧,即图1中的上侧,所述下侧是指冰箱门体背离冰箱内部的一侧,即图1中的下侧。
通常在冰箱门衬与冰箱内胆之间设置有门封,如图1所示,门封包括安装脚6、气囊4和空腔3,安装脚6用于将门封安装于冰箱门衬上,气囊4与安装脚6相连接并位于安装脚6的上方。在气囊4的上侧形成有空腔3,该空腔3用以放置磁条。在冰箱门体处于关闭状态下,通过磁条对冰箱门壳的吸附力而使门封紧贴在冰箱内胆上,避免在冰箱门衬与冰箱内胆之间形成间隙而降低冰箱的密封效果。
如图1所示,在气囊4的内壁上形成有一对相互平行的支撑件5,这一对支撑件5整体朝向安装脚6所在的一侧延伸,具体地沿垂直于冰箱门的方向延伸。在冰箱门的关闭过程中,门封受到压缩使得这一对支撑件5抵在安装脚6附近,进而间接地抵在冰箱门衬上。通过支撑件5能够避免因门封在外力作用下被过度压缩而导致冰箱门体在门封恢复力的作用下而发生反弹。
由气囊4左侧壁部发生回折弯而形成朝向左侧突出的凸起,该凸起的一侧壁朝向冰箱内胆一侧突出,由该凸起构成磁体支撑2。由于磁体支撑2整体呈水平偏上走向(如图1所示),在冰箱门体处于关闭状态下,能够增加气囊4的拉伸能力,有利于提高冰箱门体的密封性。气囊4右侧壁部呈弧形,在该弧形壁部上形成有第一裙边7,且该第一裙边7搭在冰箱门衬上。在冰箱门关闭时,气囊4受到压缩,使得第一裙边7与冰箱门衬壁部相贴附,能够增强冰箱门的密封性。
在磁条支撑2的下方于安装脚6上形成一条具有向下折弯的第二裙边1,该第二裙边1与冰箱门衬相配合,防止冷气外泄,起密封作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,总之,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
例如,在上述实施例总,如图1所示,在气囊4的内壁上设有一对支撑件5,然而并非局限于此,支撑件的设置个数可以根据具体情况设定,例如,可以是一个或三个。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的门封,所述门封设置于所述冰箱门衬与冰箱内胆之间,包括有用于将该门封安装于冰箱门衬上的安装脚(6),与该安装脚(6)相连接设有气囊(4),其特征在于,在所述气囊(4)的内壁上形成有朝向所述安装脚(6)一侧延伸的支撑件(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,在所述气囊(4)的内壁上形成有一对支撑件(5),且这一对支撑件(5)相互平行并沿垂直于所述冰箱门的方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,所述气囊(4)的靠近所述冰箱内部一侧的壁部呈弧形,在该弧形壁部(41)上形成有搭在所述冰箱门衬上的第一裙边(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,由所述气囊(4)的远离所述冰箱内部一侧的壁部形成磁条支撑(2),且该磁条支撑(2)朝向所述冰箱内胆一侧突出。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,在所述门封上设有用于容放磁条的空腔(3),并该空腔(3)与所述气囊(4)连接。
