技术领域
本发明涉及一种悬吊器, 尤其涉及一种以人体自身重量为重力、 通过手工控制的悬吊器。
背景技术
现今 8字环式悬吊器的特点是结构简单, 操作简便, 因此在攀岩、 探洞、 高空作业、 高空绳索下降等 都得到广泛应用, 现有 8字环式悬吊器的缺点是自锁有困难, 使用时人们必须对工作绳自由端施加持续的 拉力才能控制下降速度, 如果需要长时间在空中悬停, 必须将工作绳自由端进行固定处理; 因此, 由于操 作上的不方便, 对于没有受过专业训练的人员来讲, 使用现有 8字环式悬吊器存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决现今 8字环式悬吊器自锁有困难、 使用时存在一定安全隐患的缺点。 本发明提出的一种悬吊 器, 在吊体上设置 U形穿绳件, U形穿绳件的 U形口与吊体构成穿绳孔, 将承载人体重量的吊孔设置在偏向 一侧的位置, 还设置有控制悬吊器偏转的操控手柄, 在吊体上位于穿绳孔处设置有穿绳槽, 使用时, 工作 绳固定端固定在高处, 工作绳自由端下垂至低处, 人体与吊孔连接固定; 当人体单独由吊孔承吊时, 工作 绳固定端与工作绳自由端两者之间由于相互压紧、 阻止工作绳滑行, 人体悬停在高处、 悬吊器处于自锁状 态; 当人体通过操控手柄对悬吊器施加拉力时, 悬吊器发生偏转使工作绳固定端与工作绳自由端两者之间 的压力减小、 或使两者分离, 绳子开始滑行、 人体下降。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是, 其特征是, 悬吊器由具有吊孔的吊体以及设置在吊体上的 U形穿绳件 构成, U形穿绳件的 U形口与吊体构成穿绳孔, 所述吊孔设置在偏向一侧的位置, 在吊体的另一侧还设置 有控制悬吊器偏转的操控手柄, 在吊体上位于穿绳孔处设置有穿绳槽, 工作绳从穿绳孔穿过并套接在吊 体腰部, 工作绳固定端经穿绳孔固定在高处, 工作绳自由端经穿绳孔下垂至低处, 人体通过连接件与吊 孔连接固定, 当人体单独由吊孔承吊时, 工作绳固定端与工作绳自由端两者之间互相接触并压紧, 阻止 工作绳滑行, 使人体处于悬停状态, 当人体通过操控手柄对悬吊器施加拉力时悬吊器发生偏转, 使工作 绳固定端与工作绳自由端两者之间的压力减小、 或使两者分离, 绳子开始滑行、 人体下降。
本发明的优选方案是: 所述穿绳槽为通孔穿绳槽。
本发明的优选方案是: 所述 U形穿绳件为圆形钢材弯曲而成, 所述吊体上设置有固定插孔, 所述 U 形穿绳件的两个插脚分别插入所述固定插孔当中并焊接固定。
本发明的优选方案是: 所述 U形穿绳件呈倾斜方向固定在吊体上。
本发明的优选方案是: 所述穿绳槽为凹陷穿绳槽。
本发明的优选方案是: 在所述吊体的两个面上分别设置有一个 U形穿绳件。
本发明的有益效果是, 本发明提出的悬吊器,由于设置了偏向一侧的吊孔和可以操作悬吊器偏转的操控手 柄, 一方面使悬吊器具有自锁功能, 能确保使用者的安全, 另一方面当需要下降时, 只需通过操控手柄对 悬吊器施加拉力, 使悬吊器发生偏转即可解除自锁并使人体下降, 操作简单方便。

本发明提示, U形穿绳件与吊体之间除了 ¾用焊接的方式固定之外,也可以采用其它公知的固定方式。

1. 一种悬吊器, 其特征是, 悬吊器由具有吊孔的吊体以及设置在吊体上的 U形穿绳件构成, U形穿绳件 的 U形口与吊体构成穿绳孔, 所述吊孔设置在偏向一侧的位置, 在吊体的另一侧还设置有控制悬吊器偏转 的操控手柄, 在吊体上位于穿绳孔处设置有穿绳槽, 工作绳从穿绳孔穿过并套接在吊体腰部, 工作绳固定 端经穿绳孔固定在高处, 工作绳自由端经穿绳孔下垂至低处, 人体通过连接件与吊孔连接固定, 当人体单 独由吊孔承吊时, 工作绳固定端与工作绳自由端两者之间互相接触并压紧, 阻止工作绳滑行, 使人体处于 悬停状态, 当人体通过操控手柄对悬吊器施加拉力时悬吊器发生偏转, 使工作绳固定端与工作绳自由端两 者之间的压力减小、 或使两者分离, 绳子开始滑行、 人体下降。
