本发明解决问题的技术方案是,一种绳索悬吊器,由具有吊孔的吊体以及设置在吊体上的穿绳件构成,穿绳件与吊体之间的空隙构成穿绳间隙,绳索被卡在穿绳间隙中并可以在其中滑行,所述吊体具有收缩的腰部,穿绳件设置在腰部上侧,其特征是,所述穿绳间隙具有穿绳活口,绳索缠绕在吊体腰部之后将绳索的两端并拢、再从穿绳活口将并拢的绳索挤推进入穿绳间隙之后、位于外侧的一端绳索固定在高处构成固定端而位于内侧的一端绳索下垂至低处构成自由端,当悬吊器来回偏转时穿绳间隙中绳索固定端能够对自由端实现挤压或放松,人体通过连接件与吊孔连接固定,所述吊孔设置在偏向一侧的位置,在吊孔的另一侧设置有控制绳索悬吊器偏转的操控手柄;
当人体单独由吊孔承吊时,在重力作用下,由于吊孔处于偏向一侧位置,当绳索固定端受力时悬吊器将发生偏转,使所述穿绳间隙中绳索固定端与绳索自由端两者之间互相接触并压紧,阻止绳索滑行,使人体处于悬停状态,当人体通过操控手柄对绳索悬吊器施加拉力使绳索悬吊器往另一方向发生偏转,绳索固定端与绳索自由端两者之间的压力减小、或使两者分离,绳子开始滑行、人体下降。
本发明优选方案是:所述穿绳件为圆形棒材弯曲构成L形结构,L形穿绳件一端固定在吊体上而另一端的端口构成穿绳活口。
本发明优选方案是:在吊体上还设置凸起止位件,所述止位件设置在活口上侧或下侧位置,悬吊器偏转时止位件阻止绳索固定端从活口滑出。
本发明优选方案是:所述穿绳件为圆形棒材弯曲构成U形结构,U形穿绳件一端固定在吊体上而另一端的端口置于吊体外侧并与吊体构成穿绳活口,并且置于吊体外侧的U形穿绳件活口端构成止位件,悬吊器偏转时止位件阻止绳索固定端从活口滑出。
本发明优选方案是:所述吊体上设置有穿绳件的固定插孔,所述穿绳件插入所述固定插孔中并焊接固定。
本发明优选方案是:绳索悬吊器为双操控手柄结构,在所述吊体的两侧各设置有控制绳索悬吊器偏转的操控手柄。
本发明优选方案是:所述吊孔设置在吊体腰部的下方,所述操控手柄设置在吊体腰部的下方。
本发明优选方案是:所述吊孔设置在吊体腰部的下方,所述操控手柄设置在吊体腰部的上方。
本发明优选方案是:所述吊孔设置在吊体腰部的上方,所述操控手柄设置在吊体腰部的下方。

本发明提示,操控手柄是作为控制绳索悬吊器偏转的操控受力点,除了采用手柄操控之外,还可以采用拉绳操控,只要能够使绳索悬吊器发生偏转的操控方式就可以与操控手柄一样实现本发明的目的。
本发明提示,为了使绳索在穿绳孔中受到很好的限位,可以将穿绳间隙的宽度设置为绳索的直径。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的绳索悬吊器,由于在穿绳孔上设置穿绳活口,使用时,绳索可以从穿绳活口快速进入穿绳孔,从而提高穿绳速度,减少穿绳时间,操作简单快捷。

具体实施方式
图1、图2、图3为现有绳索悬吊器的结构示意图;其中图1为立体结构示意图、图2平面结构示意图,图3为使用时的结构示意图。
图1、图2中显示,悬吊器由具有吊孔1.2的吊体1以及设置在吊体上的U形穿绳件2构成,U形穿绳件2的U形口与吊体1构成穿绳孔1.1,吊体1上具有固定插孔1.5.1、1.5.2,U形穿绳件2上具有固定脚2.1、2.2,U形穿绳件的固定脚2.1、2.2分别插入固定插孔1.5.1、1.5.2中焊接固定,吊孔1.2设置在偏向一侧的位置,在吊体的另一侧还设置有控制悬吊器偏转的操控手柄1.4,工作绳从穿绳孔1.1穿过并套接在吊体腰部1.3A、1.3B,工作绳固定端3.1经穿绳孔1.1固定在高处,工作绳自由端3.2经穿绳孔1.1下垂至低处,人体5通过连接件4与吊孔1.2连接固定。
图3为使用时的结构示意图,图3中显示,使用时,当人体5单独由吊孔1.2承吊时,工作绳固定端3.1与工作绳自由端3.2两者之间互相接触并压紧,阻止工作绳滑行,使人体处于悬停状态。如果需要下降,只需通过操控手柄1.4对悬吊器施加拉力使悬吊器往回发生偏转,使工作绳固定端与工作绳自由端两者之间的压力减小、或使两者分离,绳子开始滑行、人体下降。
从本例可以看出,现有技术中,穿绳孔1.1呈闭环结构,穿绳孔的间隙应该与绳索直径互相匹配,才能使绳索在穿绳孔中既能滑行又能被夹持限位,从而实现当悬吊器偏转时使工作绳固定端与工作绳自由端在穿绳孔中互相压紧或松开。如果穿绳孔的间隙太窄,则绳索对折后无法从穿绳孔中穿过;如果穿绳孔的间隙太宽,则穿绳孔中工作绳固定端与自由端两者之间压紧或放松效果不理想,影响运行。因此,穿绳孔的间隙通常以绳索直径为参照进行设计,但以此标准来设计穿绳孔的间隙同样存在穿绳困难的问题,有时不能快速完成穿绳操作,不利于在消防、救援等应急救生领域中投入应用。
图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9为本发明第一个实施例的结构示意图;其中图4、图5为局部零件结构示意图,图6、图7整体结构示意图,图8、图9为使用时的结构示意图,图8为人体单独由吊孔承吊处于悬停时的结构示意图,图9为人体对操控手柄施加拉力处于下降时的结构示意图。
图4、图5、图6、图7中显示,在本实施例中,绳索悬吊器由具有吊孔1.2的吊体1以及设置在吊体上的穿绳件2构成,穿绳件2与吊体1构成穿绳孔1.1,穿绳孔1.1具有活口1.1A,吊体1具有收缩的腰部1.3A、1.3B,穿绳件2设置在吊体腰部上侧,绳索缠绕在吊体腰部再往上由活口1.1A进入穿绳孔1.1之后其中一端固定在高处构成固定端3.1而另一端下垂至低处构成自由端3.2,人体5通过连接件4与吊孔1.2连接固定,绳索固定端腰部缠绕点1.3B即为绳索与吊体之间的受力点,吊孔1.2设置在位于绳索固定端在腰部缠绕点1.3B偏向一侧的位置,在吊孔1.2的另一侧还设置有控制绳索悬吊器偏转的操控手柄1.4。绳索固定端在外侧、绳索自由端在内侧两者并排被夹在穿绳件2与吊体1之间,穿绳孔1.1的宽度应确保绳索可以在其中通过同时又能被限位、当悬吊器偏转时穿绳孔中绳索固定端3.1能够对自由端3.2实现挤压或放松。
图8、图9为使用时的结构示意图,图8显示,使用时,当人体5单独由吊孔1.2承吊时,在穿绳孔1.1中,绳索固定端3.1与绳索自由端3.2两者之间互相接触并压紧,阻止绳索滑行,使人体5处于悬停状态;图9显示,当人手5.1通过操控手柄1.4对绳索悬吊器施加拉力时绳索悬吊器发生偏转,使穿绳孔1.1中绳索固定端3.1与绳索自由端3.2两者之间的压力减小、或使两者分离,绳子开始滑行、人体5下降。
在本例中,穿绳件2为圆形棒材弯曲构成L形结构,吊体上设置有穿绳件2的固定插孔1.5.1,L形穿绳件2的固定脚2.1插入固定插孔1.5.1中焊接固定。
在本例中,吊孔1.2设置在吊体腰部1.3A、1.3B的下方,操控手柄1.4设置在吊体腰部1.3A、1.3B的 下方。
在本例中,可以将穿绳孔1.1的间隙宽度设置为绳索的直径、使绳索既能在其中穿过同时又能在其中得到很好限位以确保能够实现准确挤压或放松,使人体能够很好地通过操控手柄1.4实现悬停或下降。
本发明提提示,设置活口1.1A的作用是方便绳索从穿绳孔1.1中穿过或拆除。
图10、图11、图12、图13为本发明第二个实施例的结构示意图;其中图10、图11为结构示意图,图12、图13为使用时的结构示意图。
图10、图11中显示,与第一个实施例不同的是,本例中,在吊体1上还设置有凸起止位件2.2A,在吊体1上还设置有固定插孔1.5A,止位件2.2A插入固定插孔1.5A中焊接固定,止位件2.2A设置在活口1.1A上侧位置;图12、图13显示,悬吊器偏转时止位件2.2A阻止绳索固定端3.1从活口1.1A滑出脱落。
图14、图15为本发明第三个实施例的结构示意图。与第二个实施例不同的是,本例中,止位件2.2A设置在活口1.1A下侧位置,其作用是防止绳索固定端3.1从活口1.1A滑出脱落。
图16、图17为本发明第四个实施例的结构示意图。与现有技术不同的是,本例中,穿绳件2为圆形棒材弯曲构成U形结构,U形穿绳件2通过固定脚2.1焊接固定而固定脚2.2设置在吊体外侧发挥绳索止位功能,U形穿绳件2的固定脚2.1插入固定插孔1.5.1中焊接固定,U形穿绳件2的固定脚2.2设置在吊体1外侧发挥绳索止位功能,固定脚2.2与吊体之间具有穿绳活口1.1A,固定脚2.2对绳索起止位作用,悬吊器偏转时固定脚2.2阻止绳索固定端3.1从活口1.1A滑出脱落。
图18、图19、图20为本发明第五个实施例的结构示意图,其中图18为结构示意图,图19、图20为使用时的结构示意图,图19为悬停时的结构示意图,图20为下降时的结构示意图。图18中显示,与第一个实施例不同的是,本例中,绳索悬吊器为双操控手柄结构,吊体1的两侧各设置有控制绳索悬吊器偏转的操控手柄1.4A、1.4B。图19、图20显示,双手柄的作用时使人体在下降时,两只手5.1A、5.1B可以分别抓住绳索悬吊器两侧的手柄1.4A、1.4B以便保持身体的平衡,在下降过程中,通过控制绳索悬吊器的偏转来控制悬停或下降。本发明提示,本例中,可以在穿插绳活口1.1A的上侧或下侧位置设置绳索止位件,其作用是使悬吊器在偏转过程中防止绳索固定端从活口滑出脱落。
图21、图22、图23、图24、图25、图26为本发明第六个实施例的结构示意图,其中图21、图22、图23为局部零件图,图24、图25为手柄张开时的整体结构示意图,图25为图24另一个角度的结构示意图,图26为从图24的角度显示手柄折叠时的结构示意。与第二个实施例不同的是,本例中,操控手柄为折叠式手柄,折叠式手柄通过销轴安装在吊体上,在吊体上还设置有手柄限位件,折叠式手柄绕销轴转动并通过限位件定位。
图中显示,与第二个实施例不同的是,在本例中,操控手柄1.4为折叠式手柄,折叠式手柄1.4通过销轴6安装在吊体1的销轴孔1.7上,在吊体1上还设置有手柄限位件1.6,折叠式手柄1.4绕销轴6转 动并通过限位件1.6定位。图24、图25显示,需要张开手柄时,手柄1.4绕销轴6转动并通过限位件1.6定位;从图26显示,需要折叠手柄时,折叠式手柄1.4绕销轴6转动并与吊体1折叠在一起。
图27、图28、图29为本发明第七个实施例的结构示意图,其中图27为结构示意图,图28、图29为使用时的结构示意图,图28为悬停时的结构示意图,图29为下降时的结构示意图。与第一个实施例不同的是,本例中,吊孔设置在吊体腰部的下方,操控手柄设置在吊体腰部的上方。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种绳索悬吊器,由具有吊孔的吊体以及设置在吊体上的穿绳件构成,穿绳件与吊体之间的空隙构成穿绳间隙,绳索被卡在穿绳间隙中并可以在其中滑行,所述吊体具有收缩的腰部,穿绳件设置在腰部上侧,其特征是,所述穿绳间隙具有穿绳活口,绳索缠绕在吊体腰部之后将绳索的两端并拢、再从穿绳活口将并拢的绳索挤推进入穿绳间隙之后、位于外侧的一端绳索固定在高处构成固定端而位于内侧的一端绳索下垂至低处构成自由端,当悬吊器来回偏转时穿绳间隙中绳索固定端能够对自由端实现挤压或放松,人体通过连接件与吊孔连接固定,所述吊孔设置在偏向一侧的位置,在吊孔的另一侧设置有控制绳索悬吊器偏转的操控手柄;
    当人体单独由吊孔承吊时,在重力作用下,由于吊孔处于偏向一侧位置,当绳索固定端受力时悬吊器将发生偏转,使所述穿绳间隙中绳索固定端与绳索自由端两者之间互相接触并压紧,阻止绳索滑行,使人体处于悬停状态,当人体通过操控手柄对绳索悬吊器施加拉力使绳索悬吊器往另一方向发生偏转,绳索固定端与绳索自由端两者之间的压力减小、或使两者分离,绳子开始滑行、人体下降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,所述穿绳件为圆形棒材弯曲构成L形结构,L形穿绳件一端固定在吊体上而另一端的端口构成穿绳活口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,在吊体上还设置凸起止位件,所述止位件设置在活口上侧或下侧位置,悬吊器偏转时止位件阻止绳索固定端从活口滑出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,所述穿绳件为圆形棒材弯曲构成U形结构,U形穿绳件一端固定在吊体上而另一端的端口置于吊体外侧并与吊体构成穿绳活口,并且置于吊体外侧的U形穿绳件活口端构成止位件,悬吊器偏转时止位件阻止绳索固定端从活口滑出。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,所述吊体上设置有穿绳件的固定插孔,所述穿绳件插入所述固定插孔中并焊接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,绳索悬吊器为双操控手柄结构,在所述吊体的两侧各设置有控制绳索悬吊器偏转的操控手柄。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一权要求项所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,所述吊孔设置在吊体腰部的下方,所述操控手柄设置在吊体腰部的下方。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一权要求项所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,所述吊孔设置在吊体腰部的下方,所述操控手柄设置在吊体腰部的上方。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一权要求项所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,所述吊孔设置在吊体腰部的上方,所述操控手柄设置在吊体腰部的下方。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一权要求项所述的绳索悬吊器,其特征是,所述吊孔设置在吊体腰部的上方,所述操控手柄设置在吊体腰部的下方。
