특히, 포털사이트 또는 언론사에서 제공되는 뉴스들은 뉴스내용이 표시되는 브라우저에 수십여종의 배너 또는 플로팅 광고 등이 함께 표시되어 뉴스내용을 확인하는 뉴스이용자에게 피로가 쌓이는 문제가 있다.

뉴스 공급모듈(208)은 뉴스 관리모듈(206)을 통해 뉴스 제공업체(300)로부터 제공받은 뉴스에 대한 리스트를 등록된 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지 또는 인터넷에 접속된 클라이언트에 표시한다. 뉴스 공급모듈(208)에서 제공되는 뉴스 리스트는 카테고리별로 분류되어 제공되는 것이 바람직하다. 이때, 뉴스이용자의 클라이언트에 표시되는 뉴스 리스트는 배경화면에 위젯으로 표시되거나 또는 브라우저 등의 툴바에 표시될 수 있다.
후원사 관리모듈(210)은 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지 또는 클라이언트에 뉴스가 제공되도록 후원하는 후원사(400)에 대한 정보를 등록받아 후원사DB(226)에 저장하고 관리한다. 후원사 관리모듈(210)은 후원사(400)로부터 뉴스이용자가 뉴스 리스트를 선택한 경우에 표시되는 후원사(400)의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지 등에 대한 후원페이지에 대한 정보를 함께 제공받는다. 또한, 후원사 관리모듈(210)은 후원사(400)로부터 제공받은 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지를 뉴스의 카테고리에 대응되도록 분류하고, 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지의 내용에 관련된 색인어로 세분되어 저장되는 것이 바람직하다.
뉴스 표시모듈(212)은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지 또는 클라이언트에 표시되는 뉴스리스트가 선택되면 등록된 후원사(400)의 웹페이지 또는 광고 내용이 표시되는 별도의 브라우저를 디스플레이시키면서 브라우저의 상면에 레이어로 선택된 뉴스 리스트에 대응되는 뉴스 내용을 표시한다. 이때, 후원사(400)의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지가 카테고리별로 분류되어 있는 경우에는 뉴스에 대응되는 것이 우선적으로 표시되도록 제공하여 광고효과를 증가시키는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 본 발명의 뉴스캐스팅 서버(200)는 뉴스 표시모듈(212)에 의해서 뉴스이용자의 브라우저에 표시되는 뉴스 내용을 형태소 분석하여 가장 중복도가 높은 단어를 뉴스키워드로 선정하는 뉴스키워드 확인모듈(214)을 더 구비한다. 뉴스키워드 확인모듈(216)을 통해 뉴스키워드가 선정되면 뉴스 표시모듈(212)은 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지가 분류된 키워드를 확인하여 뉴스키워드에 대응되는 색인어로 등록된 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지를 우선적으로 선택하여 표시한다.
또한, 본 발명의 뉴스캐스팅 서버(200)는 뉴스를 제공받는 뉴스이용자가 뉴스 공급모듈(208)을 통해 제공받는 뉴스 리스트를 선택할 수 있도록 관리하는 뉴스 선택모듈(216)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 뉴스 선택모듈(216)은 뉴스이용자가 모든 뉴스에 대한 정보를 제공받는 것이 아니라 정치, 스포츠, 국제, 블로그 등과 같이 특정한 카테고리항목을 선택하거나 또는 뉴스 공급업체를 선택할 수 있도록 선택화면을 제공하게 된다.
한편, 뉴스캐스팅 서버(200)는 후원사(400)의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지가 표시되는 경우에는 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지의 노출에 대한 비용을 정산하는 정산모듈(218)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 정산모듈은 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지가 뉴스이용자에 표시되는 경우에노출비용을 정산하거나 또는 레이어로 표시되는 뉴스 내용만이 뉴스이용자에 의하여 닫히는 경우에 정산할 수 있다.
이하, 도 4의 플로차트를 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 뉴스캐스팅 관리방법에 대하여 설명한다.
먼저, 뉴스캐스팅 서버(200)의 뉴스이용자 관리모듈(201)은 뉴스에 대한 리스트를 유무선 인터넷으로 제공받고자 하는 뉴스이용자와 함께 뉴스 리스트가 표시되는 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지 또는 뉴스 리스트가 표시되는 뉴스이용자의 클라이언트에 대한 정보를 등록받아 저장한다(단계 S31). 이때, 뉴스이용자 관리모듈(201)은 뉴스이용자로부터 웹페이지를 등록받는 경우에는 뉴스 리스트가 표시되는 웹페이지의 영역정보를 함께 제공받는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 리스 리스트가 표시되는 클라이언트를 등록받는 경우에는 뉴스캐스팅 서버와 통신하면서 리스 리스트가 표시되는 위젯, 툴바 등이 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 후원사 관리모듈(210)은 뉴스이용자에 뉴스를 제공하도록 후원하는 후원사(400)에 대한 정보를 등록받아 후원사DB(226)에 저장한다(단계 S32). 이때, 후원사(400)에 대한 정보는 뉴스 리스트가 클릭되면 뉴스내용과 함께 표시되는 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고 등을 포함한다. 등록받은 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지를 뉴스의 카테고리에 대응되도록 분류할 수 있다.
한편, 뉴스 제공업체 관리모듈(204)은 뉴스를 제공하는 뉴스 제공업체(300)에 대한 정보를 제공받아 뉴스제공업체DB(222)에 저장한다(단계 S33). 이러한 뉴스 제공업체(300)는 인터넷으로 뉴스를 제공하는 언론사 또는 인터넷 블로그 사용자 등을 포함한다.
뉴스 관리모듈(206)은 등록된 뉴스 제공업체(300)로부터 제공받은 뉴스에 대한 정보를 제공받아 뉴스DB(224)에 저장한다(단계 S34). 이때, 제공받은 뉴스에 광고가 포함되어 있는 경우에는 광고를 제거한다. 또한, 뉴스 제공업체(300)로부터 제공받은 뉴스는 뉴스 제공업체별로 분류되거나 또는 카테고리별로 뉴스를 분류하여 저장하는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들면, 카테고리는 정치, 스포츠, 문화, 국제, 블로그 등으로 분류될 수 있다.
한편, 뉴스 공급모듈(208)은 뉴스 제공업체(300)로부터 제공받은 뉴스에 대한 리스트를 등록된 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지 또는 클라이언트에 표시한다(단계 S35). 뉴스 공급모듈(208)에서 제공되는 뉴스 리스트는 카테고리별로 분류된 상태로 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지에 제공되는 것이 바람직하다. 이때, 뉴스 공급모듈(208)은 뉴스이용자가 제공받는 뉴스 리스트를 카테고리항목별로 선택한 경우이거나 또는 뉴스 제공업체별로 선택한 경우에는 선택한 뉴스에 대한 리스트를 제공할 수 있다.
그리고, 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지 또는 클라이언트에 표시되는 뉴스 리스트가 선택되면(단계 S36), 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 뉴스 표시모듈(212)은 등록된 후원사(400)의 웹페이지 또는 광고 내용이 표시되는 별도의 브라우저를 디스플레이시키면서 표시되는 웹페이지의 전면에 레이어로 선택된 뉴스 리스트에 대응되는 뉴스 내용을 레이어로 표시한다(단계 S37). 이때, 뉴스키워드 확인모듈(214)에서 뉴스이용자의 브라우저로 표시되는 뉴스 내용을 형태소 분석하여 가장 중복도가 높은 단어를 뉴스키워드로 선정하는 경우에는 뉴스키워드에 대응되는 색인어로 등록된 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지를 우선적으로 선택하여 표시하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 정산모듈은 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지가 뉴스이용자에 표시되는 경우에 노출비용을 정산하거나 또는 레이어로 표시되는 뉴스 내용만이 뉴스이용자에 의하여 닫히는 경우에 노출비용을 정산한다(단계 S38).
이러한 과정을 통해 블로그 등의 웹페이지를 갖고 뉴스이용자 또는 PC, 스마트폰 등의 클라이언트 뉴스이용자는 포털사이트나 언론사를 방문하지 않더라도 광고가 포함되지 않은 뉴스를 제공받을 수 있고, 후원사는 비록 뉴스의 배경에 해당되지만 단독으로 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지를 제공하여 광고효과를 증가시킬 수 있다.
이상과 같이, 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 이것에 의해 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 본 발명의 기술사상과 아래에 기재될 청구범위의 균등범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능함은 물론이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 뉴스를 제공하는 뉴스 제공업체에 대한 정보를 제공받아 관리하는 뉴스 제공업체 관리모듈과; 뉴스제공업체로부터 제공받은 뉴스정보를 뉴스 제공업체 또는 뉴스의 카테고리별로 분류하여 저장하고 관리하는 뉴스 관리모듈과; 뉴스이용자에게 뉴스를 제공되도록 후원하는 후원사에 대한 정보와, 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지에 대한 정보를 제공받아 뉴스정보의 카테고리에 대응되게 분류하는 후원사 관리모듈;을 포함하며, 뉴스이용자에게 뉴스를 제공하는 뉴스캐스팅 서버를 포함하는 통상의 뉴스캐스팅 시스템에 있어서, 뉴스캐스팅 서버는
    뉴스 리스트가 표시되고자 하는 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지의 영역정보에 대한 정보를 등록받아 관리하는 웹페이지 관리부와, 뉴스 리스트가 표시되고자 하는 뉴스이용자의 클라이언트에 대한 정보를 등록받아 관리하는 클라이언트 관리부로 이루어진 뉴스이용자 관리모듈과;
    뉴스 관리모듈을 통해 뉴스 제공업체로부터 제공받은 뉴스에 대한 리스트를 등록된 뉴스이용자의 웹페이지의 영역 또는 클라이언트에 표시하는 뉴스 공급모듈과;
    뉴스이용자의 웹페이지 또는 클라이언트에서 표시되는 뉴스 리스트가 선택되면, 등록된 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지를 별도의 브라우저로 디스플레이시키면서 브라우저의 상면에 레이어로 선택된 광고가 없는 뉴스내용을 표시하는 뉴스 표시모듈과;
    뉴스 표시모듈에 의해 뉴스이용자의 브라우저 또는 클라이언트로 표시되는 뉴스내용을 형태소 분석하여 가장 중복도가 높은 단어를 뉴스키워드로 선정하는 뉴스키워드 확인모듈과;
    클라이언트 뉴스이용자가 뉴스 공급모듈을 통해 제공받는 뉴스에 대한 리스트를 카테고리항목을 선택하거나 또는 뉴스 공급업체를 선택할 수 있도록 관리하는 뉴스 선택모듈;을 포함하며,
    뉴스키워드 확인모듈을 통해 뉴스키워드가 선정되면 뉴스 표시모듈은 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지가 분류된 키워드를 확인하여 뉴스키워드에 대응되는 색인어로 등록된 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지를 우선적으로 선택하여 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뉴스캐스팅 시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 후원사의 웹페이지 또는 광고페이지가 뉴스이용자의 브라우저 또는 클라이언트에 노출되거나 또는 뉴스 내용이 디스플레이되는 레이어창만 닫을 때 후원비용 또는 광고비용을 정산하는 정산모듈을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뉴스캐스팅 시스템.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 뉴스 제공업체는 인터넷으로 뉴스를 제공하는 언론사 또는 인터넷 블로그 사용자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뉴스캐스팅 시스템.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서, 뉴스 공급모듈에서 제공되는 뉴스 정보는 카테고리별로 분류되어 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뉴스캐스팅 시스템.
