- 채널 전환 입력 신호에 응답하여 변경된 채널에 대한 방송 컨텐츠 정보를 수신하여 제1 플레인에 표시하도록 하는 방송 컨텐츠 데이터 처리부;상기 제1 플레인보다 시각적으로 하부에 위치하는 제2 플레인에 채널 전환 광고를 표시하도록 하는 채널 전환 광고 처리부; 및상기 방송 컨텐츠 데이터 처리부 및 상기 채널 전환 광고 처리부로부터 수신한 제1 플레인 영상 정보 및 제2 플레인 영상 정보를 혼합하여 혼합된 출력화면으로 제공하는 화면 혼합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 혼합된 출력화면은,상기 채널 전환 입력 신호가 입력된 시점으로부터 상기 변경된 방송 컨텐츠 상기 출력화면으로 제공되는 시점까지의 채널 전환 시간 동안에는 상기 제2 플레인에 표시된 채널 전환 광고가 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 채널 전환 광고 처리부는,상기 채널 전환 입력 신호와 채널 전환 광고 정보를 수신하는 수신부;상기 채널 전환 광고 정보에 포함된 채널 전환 광고 영상 데이터 및 채널 전환 광고 제공 데이터에 기초하여 채널 전환 광고 매칭 테이블을 생성하는 채널 전환 광고 제어부; 및상기 채널 전환 광고 정보 및 채널 전환 광고 매칭 테이블을 저장하는 채널 전환 광고 데이터베이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 채널 전환 광고 제어부는,상기 채널 전환 응답 신호가 입력된 이후, 기설정된(Predetermined) 시간 동안 상기 채널 전환 응답 신호가 다시 입력되지 않는 경우, 상기 혼합된 출력화면에 제공되는 방송 채널과 상기 채널 전환 광고 매칭 테이블을 비교하여, 상기 채널 전환 광고의 전환 여부를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 채널 전환 광고 매칭 테이블은,상기 혼합된 출력화면에 제공되는 방송 채널 정보와 현재 시간대 중 적어도 하나와 상기 채널 전환 광고를 매칭하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 채널 전환 광고 제어부는,상기 채널 전환 입력 신호에 응답하여 채널 전환 광고가 제공된 시간을 관리하여 채널 전환 광고 제공 결과를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 방송 컨텐츠 데이터 처리부는, 어플리케이션 또는 자막 정보를, 상기 제1 플레인의 시각적으로 상부에 나타나는 제3 플레인에 표시하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 혼합된 출력화면을 표시하는 디스플레이 패널을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 플레인은 비디오 플레인(Video plane), 상기 제2 플레인은 백그라운드 플레인(Background plane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치.
- 채널 전환 입력 신호가 입력된 시점으로부터 변경된 방송 컨텐츠가 제공되는 시점까지의 시간에 상응하는 채널 전환 시간 동안 제공될 채널 전환 광고에 대한 신청을 받아 채널 전환 광고 정보를 생성하는 채널 전환 광고 서버; 및방송 컨텐츠 데이터를 표시하는 제1 플레인보다 시각적으로 하부에 위치하는 제2 플레인에 상기 채널 전환 광고 정보에 기초하여 채널 전환 광고 영상을 표시하여, 상기 채널 전환 시간 동안 상기 표시된 채널 전환 광고 영상이 노출되도록 하는 TV 화면 제어 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 TV 화면 제어 장치는,상기 채널 전환 입력 신호에 응답하여 방송 컨텐츠 데이터를 변경하여 상기 제1 플레인에 표시하도록 하는 방송 컨텐츠 데이터 처리부;상기 제2 플레인에 상기 채널 전환 광고 영상을 표시하도록 하는 채널 전환 광고 처리부; 및상기 방송 컨텐츠 데이터 처리부 및 상기 채널 전환 광고 처리부로부터 수신한 제1 플레인 영상 정보 및 제2 플레인 영상 정보를 혼합하여 혼합된 출력화면으로 제공하는 화면 혼합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 제1 플레인은 비디오 플레인(Video plane), 상기 제2 플레인은 백그라운드 플레인(Background plane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 채널 전환 광고 처리부는,상기 채널 전환 입력 신호와 채널 전환 광고 정보를 수신하는 수신부;상기 채널 전환 광고 정보에 포함된 채널 전환 광고 영상 데이터 및 채널 전환 광고 제공 데이터에 기초하여 채널 전환 광고 매칭 테이블을 생성하는 채널 전환 광고 제어부; 및상기 채널 전환 광고 정보 및 채널 전환 광고 매칭 테이블을 저장하는 채널 전환 광고 데이터베이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 채널 전환 광고 제어부는,상기 채널 전환 응답 신호가 입력된 이후, 기설정된(Predetermined) 시간 동안 상기 채널 전환 응답 신호가 다시 입력되지 않는 경우, 상기 혼합된 출력화면에 제공되는 방송 채널 정보와 상기 채널 전환 광고 매칭 테이블을 비교하여, 상기 채널 전환 광고의 전환 여부를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 시스템.

- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 채널 전환 광고 제어부는,상기 채널 전환 입력 신호에 응답하여 채널 전환 광고가 제공된 시간을 각 채널 전환 광고별로 관리하여 채널 전환 광고 제공 결과를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 채널 전환 광고 서버는,외부의 광고주 서버로부터 채널 전환 광고 신청을 받는 광고 접수부; 및상기 채널 전환 광고 제공 결과에 기초하여 상기 광고주 서버에게 부과할 요금을 산출하는 광고 비용 산출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV 화면 제어 시스템.
