Description

Work vehicle
The present invention relates to a work vehicle.
Conventionally, a work vehicle has a cabin (pilot seat), an engine, a work device, a fuel tank, a hydraulic oil tank, a control valve, and the like arranged on the fuselage. A work vehicle having a swivel base such as a backhoe has an engine room in which an engine or the like is disposed behind the cockpit and a fuel tank, a hydraulic oil tank, a control valve, and the like are disposed on the side of the cockpit. It has been. For example, it is like patent document 1.
In the work vehicle described in Patent Document 1, a hydraulic oil tank and a control valve are arranged on the right side of the cockpit. For this reason, a part of the field of view to the right of the cockpit may be blocked by the hydraulic oil tank. Further, since the hydraulic oil tank and the control valve are arranged in front of the engine room, only a limited part in the engine room can be accessed from the front of the engine room. In other words, disposing the hydraulic oil tank and the control valve on the side of the cockpit is disadvantageous in that a blind spot in the field of view increases, maintenance becomes complicated, and convenience decreases.

One end of the bucket 14 which is a kind of attachment is rotatably supported by the other end of the arm 13. The bucket 14 is rotated around one end by a cylinder for attachment 17 that is driven to extend and contract. More specifically, when the attachment cylinder 17 is extended, the bucket 14 is rotated downward (a direction in which the other end side of the bucket 14 is close to the arm 13), and when the attachment cylinder 17 is contracted, the bucket 14 Is rotated upward (the direction in which the other end of the bucket 14 is separated from the arm 13).
As described above, the work device 4 constitutes a multi-joint structure for excavating earth and sand using the bucket 14. The working device 4 is provided with a hydraulic pipe (not shown) for supplying hydraulic oil to the boom cylinder 15, the arm cylinder 16, and the attachment cylinder 17. When the working device 4 is operated, the hydraulic piping laid on the boom from the swivel base 6 is bent or twisted, but is guided to an appropriate position by the guide 35. Therefore, the hydraulic piping does not come into contact with other equipment and be damaged. In addition, although the backhoe 1 which concerns on this embodiment is made into the working apparatus 4 which has the bucket 14 and performs excavation work, it is not limited to this, For example, the working apparatus 4 which has a hydraulic breaker and performs crushing work It may be.
Next, with reference to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, the arrangement of the engine 19, the fuel tank 24, the hydraulic oil tank 25 in the engine room 9 of the backhoe 1 according to the present invention, and the arrangement of the control valve 26 outside the engine room 9. explain.
As shown in FIG. 2, the engine room 9 is configured on the rear side of the swivel base 6 divided into a front side and a rear side by a partition plate 18 arranged along the rear end of the cabin 10 of the control unit 8. .
As shown in FIG. 3, a space for reclining the cockpit 11 is provided in the rear portion of the cabin 10. On the other hand, in the rear portion of the cabin 10, a space other than the range where the backrest of the cockpit 11 is reclined is unnecessary. Accordingly, the rear end of the cabin 10 is formed so as to be close to the cockpit 11 along the maximum reclining angle from the middle part. Accordingly, the engine room 9 is configured to include a lower portion of the space for the cockpit 11 of the cabin 10 to recline.
As shown in FIG. 2, the engine 19 is disposed in the rear of the engine room 9 and substantially in the center of the left and right. A cooling fan 20 and an exhaust duct 21 are provided on the right side of the engine 19. The hot air in the engine room 9 is configured to be exhausted to the outside through the exhaust duct 21 by the cooling fan 20. With this configuration, air does not stay in the engine room 9. Therefore, the cooling efficiency is improved as compared with the case where outside air is taken into the engine room 9. A radiator 22 of the engine 19 is disposed in the middle of the exhaust duct 21. On the left side of the engine 19, a hydraulic oil pump 23 that supplies hydraulic oil to the work device 4 is disposed.
The fuel tank 24 holds the fuel of the engine 19 such as light oil. The fuel tank 24 is arranged so as to be adjacent to the right front partition plate 18 in the engine room 9. In other words, the fuel tank 24 is arranged at a position on the right rear side of the cabin 10 and out of the operator's view of the cockpit 11. As shown in FIG. 1, the fuel tank 24 is provided with a fuel filler port 24 a that supplies fuel obliquely upward and forward.
The hydraulic oil tank 25 holds hydraulic oil that operates the boom cylinder 15, the arm cylinder 16, the attachment cylinder 17, and the like included in the work device 4. The hydraulic oil tank 25 is arranged adjacent to the left front partition plate 18 in the engine room 9. That is, the hydraulic oil tank 25 is disposed behind the cabin 10 and below the space for the cockpit 11 to recline because the cooling efficiency in the engine room 9 is improved.
The control valve 26 switches the direction of hydraulic oil supplied to the boom cylinder 15, the arm cylinder 16, and the attachment cylinder 17 included in the work device 4. The control valve 26 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped with a plurality of valves adjacent to each other.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the control valve 26 is disposed in front of the right side of the swivel base 6 that is outside the engine room 9. That is, the control valve 26 is disposed on the right side of the cabin 10 of the control unit 8. At this time, the control valve 26 is placed flat on the swivel base 6 so as to suppress the height. Above the control valve 26, a deck 27 is provided on which a plate is provided and an operator can get on and off. As a result, a space in which an operator can work is formed on the right side of the cabin 10, which is on the right side of the swivel base 6. In this way, by arranging the fuel tank 24 and the hydraulic oil tank 25 in the engine room 9 behind the cabin 10, it is possible to secure a space for placing the control valve 26 flat on the outside of the engine room 9. it can.
Hereinafter, the view from the cockpit 11 of the backhoe 1 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.
As shown in FIG. 4, the deck 27 is provided in front of the right side of the swivel base 6. An air conditioner outdoor unit 28 is disposed adjacent to the left side of the deck 27, and the work device 4 is disposed in front of the outdoor unit 28. That is, the cabin 10 is disposed on the left front side of the swivel 6 and the deck 27 is disposed on the right side thereof. The outdoor unit 28 and the work device 4 are disposed between the cabin 10 and the deck 27. The outdoor unit 28 is arranged behind the cockpit 11 of the cabin 10 and at a position outside the operator's field of view (see FIG. 1).
As shown in FIG. 5, the visual field below the right side of the cockpit 11 of the cabin 10 is shielded and the blind spot is generated as the equipment arranged on the right side of the cabin 10 approaches the cockpit 11. That is, as the difference in height from the driver's viewpoint in the cockpit 11 to the device arranged on the right side of the cabin 10 is smaller, the range of blind spots becomes larger. In the backhoe 1 in the present embodiment, the end of the deck 27 that is the right end of the swivel base 6 blocks the field of view. Since the outdoor unit 28 is disposed behind the cockpit 11, the field of view from the cockpit 11 is not blocked. Specifically, when the difference in height from the driver's viewpoint to the deck 27 is H1, the blind spot generated by being blocked by the end of the deck 27 is a one-dot oblique line portion.
On the other hand, in the general backhoe 1, the fuel tank 24 and the like are arranged at the position where the deck 27 of the backhoe 1 in this embodiment is arranged. When the difference in height from the driver's viewpoint to the fuel tank 24 is H0 smaller than H1, the blind spot generated by being shielded by the fuel tank 24 is a two-dot hatched portion. As described above, the range of the field of view to be shielded is reduced by disposing a device on the right side of the cabin 10 in which the height difference from the viewpoint of the operator is large. Therefore, the ratio of the blind spot in the field of view from the cockpit 11 is reduced by arranging a device with a large height such as the fuel tank 24 in the engine room 9 and the like and a device having a small height such as the control valve 26. be able to.
Hereinafter, the maintenance work of the backhoe 1 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 6 to 7.
As shown in FIG. 4, the deck 27 and the control valve 26 are arranged at the right end of the swivel base 6. Therefore, when performing maintenance of the control valve 26, the operator can approach the control valve 26 while standing on the ground. The deck 27 is provided at the right end of the swivel 6 that is in front of the fuel tank 24. That is, a deck 27 is provided in front of the fuel tank 24 so that an operator can work in the vicinity of the fuel tank 24 when performing a fueling operation. Further, the fuel filler opening 24a of the fuel tank 24 is provided obliquely upward and forward. That is, the fuel filler opening 24 a of the fuel tank 24 is provided obliquely above the deck 27. By doing in this way, the height of the oil filler opening 24a can be made low, and the oil supply from the deck 27 side becomes easy.
As shown in FIG. 6, when supplying fuel to the backhoe 1, the poly tank 29 containing the fuel is placed on the deck 27. An operator on the deck 27 supplies fuel from the poly tank 29 to the fuel tank 24. At this time, the operator can refuel the fuel tank 24 by bringing the fuel filler port 24a of the fuel tank 24 close to the fuel filler port 24a of the fuel tank 24 simply by tilting the deck 27 without lifting the poly tank 29.
As shown in FIG. 4, the deck 27 is provided with a fixing bracket 30 which is a fixing means for fixing and holding a pail can 31 such as a lubricating oil. The fixed bracket 30 is formed by bending a T-shaped plate material in a plate surface view at an obtuse angle at the center. One end of the fixing bracket 30 is fixed to the deck 27 with bolts. The fixing bracket 30 is disposed on the deck 27 with the opening side facing the engine room 9.
As shown in FIG. 7, when a pail can 31 such as a lubricating oil is provided in the backhoe 1, the pail can 31 is placed between the partition plate 18 of the engine room 9 on the deck 27 and the fixed bracket 30. Then, the fixed bracket 30 is brought into contact with the pail can 31 and is fixed by being sandwiched between the partition plate 18 and the fixed bracket 30. Since the fixing bracket 30 is configured to be fixable at an arbitrary position, the pail can 31 can be fixed on the deck 27 regardless of the size of the pail can 31. Further, even if the backhoe 1 is operated, the pail can 31 does not fall or fall over from the backhoe 1. Accordingly, by providing the pail can 31 on the backhoe 1 by using the fixed bracket 30 on the deck 27, the lubricating oil can be easily supplied.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the rearview mirror 32 will be described with reference to FIG.
The rearview mirror 32 visually recognizes the rear of the backhoe 1. The rearview mirror 32 includes a guard 33 and a mirror 34. The guard 33 protects the mirror 34. The guard 33 is formed by bending a plate material in a C shape in a side view. The guard 33 is formed so that its plate width is larger than the thickness of the mirror 34. The guard 33 is provided with a mounting plate 33a so as to connect the one side end and the other side end. The guard 33 is disposed on the deck 27 so that the opening thereof faces the cabin 10 side. One end of the guard 33 is rotatably supported by a support shaft 33b that is fixed to the deck 27 with the axial center as the vertical direction.
The mirror 34 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape with a curved mirror surface. The mirror 34 is fixed to the mounting plate 33 a with the mirror surface facing the back of the backhoe 1. At this time, the mirror 34 is arranged so that the inner surface of the guard 33 and the mirror surface and rear surface of the mirror 34 are within the plate width of the guard 33. That is, the rearview mirror 32 is configured such that a part of the rear surface of the mirror 34, the side surface on the side opposite to the cabin 10, and the upper and lower side surfaces are protected by the guard 33.
The rearview mirror 32 configured in this way can reduce the breakage of the mirror 34 by the guard 33 even if an obstacle comes into contact with a part of the rear surface of the mirror 34, the side surface on the side opposite to the cabin 10 and the upper and lower side surfaces. Further, when the rearview mirror 32 comes into contact with an obstacle, the rearview mirror 32 rotates around the support shaft 33b. Therefore, the force applied to the rearview mirror 32 is dispersed, and damage to the rearview mirror 32 can be reduced. The rearview mirror 32 is supported by a deck 27 that causes a blind spot in the field of view from the cockpit. For this reason, most of the blind spot portion generated by the deck 27 is transferred to the mirror 34 to reduce the blind spot.
