Definitions
- Vehicle seat in particular motor vehicle seat with an air conditioning system
- the invention relates to a vehicle seat, in particular a motor vehicle seat, with a seat part and a backrest and a climate system arranged in the vehicle seat, with which air is blown out of the interior of the vehicle seat.
- the air is blown forward to the sitting on the vehicle seat Peron to increase the comfort.
- the ventilation of the side cheeks is difficult, since different constructive solutions are often provided here and a connection between the side cheeks and the central region of the vehicle seat is not always given.
- the invention has for its object to provide a vehicle seat with a seat part and a backrest and arranged in the vehicle seat
- Air conditioning system with the air is blown out from the interior of the vehicle seat to improve so that increase the efficiency and comfort of the air conditioning system.
- the solution of this object is achieved with a vehicle seat having the features of claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are described in the subclaims.
- the solution according to the invention provides that in the seat part and / or backrest part permeable areas are present, is sucked through the air in the interior of the vehicle seat. This creates a climate system that partially blows out the air and in other parts sucks in the air.
- the sucking area also serves to supply air to the air conditioning system so that the air is blown out again. In this way, hard to reach areas of the motor vehicle seat can be included in the air conditioning system even with purely blowing air conditioning systems.
- the vehicle seat is sucked through the air in the interior of the vehicle seat.
- the permeable areas in which the air is sucked arranged in the side walls of the vehicle.
- the permeable areas are arranged exclusively in the side walls.
- the permeable regions preferably have through-holes.
- these are through holes which are arranged in the side cheeks below the cover in the body of the side cheeks.
- corresponding through-holes can also be provided in the backrest head region.
- the blowing out takes place in the
- the blowing out takes place exclusively in these areas.
- the blowing out takes place through ventilation holes in the middle backrest region and / or in the middle region of the seat part.
- the backrest preferably has a backrest mirror, in which these ventilation holes are arranged.
- the ventilation holes in the middle backrest area and / or in the middle area of the seat part or in the backrest mirror area are used to ensure that they pass through
- Ventilation holes air is sucked into the interior of the vehicle seat.
- the permeable areas in the side walls are then used to blow out the air from inside the vehicle seat.
- the backrest or the entire motor vehicle seat is sealed in such a way that the air is drawn in via the intended areas.
- a fan is arranged in the interior of the vehicle seat. With this fan, the air is sucked through the designated areas, in particular the cheeks areas, and blown over the central areas.
- the fan is connected to the intake side with air ducts with the through holes.
- the fan is provided with a suction cap. Through the intake cap, air can only reach the fan via certain access openings. These access openings accommodate flexible hoses leading to the through-holes.
- a flexible hose leads to a plurality of through holes, which are fluidically connected to one another.
- Fig. 1 a front view of the backrest of an inventive
- FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the backrest of the vehicle seat according to the invention
- FIG. 3 shows a rear view of the backrest of the vehicle seat according to the invention (without an otherwise typically present cover fleece); 4 shows a perspective view of the back according to FIG. 3;
- FIG. 5 shows a front view of the backrest of a second embodiment of a vehicle seat according to the invention.
- FIG. 6 shows a rear view of the back of the vehicle seat according to the invention in a preferred embodiment.
- a vehicle seat 1 is shown, of which only the backrest 2 can be seen here.
- the seat part is not shown here for simplicity.
- the invention is equally applicable to a seat part.
- the backrest 2 has a central region in which a backrest mirror 3 is arranged here.
- the outer area including the side walls 4 is provided with a Abheftkanal 6 for the reference.
- ventilation holes 5 are provided, is blown through the air to the outside.
- the side cheeks 4 areas are provided for sucking the air.
- the backrest 2 is shown in this and in the following figures, each without reference.
- the backrest 2 is shown in a perspective view, in turn, the backrest mirror 3 and the side walls 4 can be seen.
- the ventilation holes 5 are provided, from which air is blown out, as indicated by the arrows 10.
- Side cheeks 4 are on the person facing side, ie on the side of the side cheeks 4, which faces the central region of the back,
- Through holes 8 are provided. Through the through holes 8 air is sucked in, as indicated by the arrows 11. The through holes pass through the side wall so that air can be guided into the interior of the vehicle seat.
- the backrest 2 is shown in a rear view.
- the backrest 2 has on its rear side a deeper recess, which is also referred to as backrest interior 12.
- a fan 13 is arranged, which distributes the air flow along the arrows 14 in channels 15 to the ventilation holes 5.
- a cover fleece not shown here is arranged, which closes the channels from above.
- FIG 4 the rear view of the backrest is shown in perspective.
- the through-holes 8 extend into the rear cheek area.
- About the through holes 8 is an air supply along the arrows 16 for
- Fan 13 The air is supplied in the interior 12 of the vehicle seat, however, above the back cover fleece, not shown here. In the fan 13, the air is then supplied in the central region, which flows from the through holes 8 in the interior 12. In the outer region of the fan 13, the air is ejected and below the not shown
- a reference is arranged above the illustrated seat 1 or the illustrated back 2, which is at least largely impermeable to air at the rear, so that the air supply to the fan 13 takes place exclusively via the through holes 8, so that a sucking air conditioning system is achieved in the side walls 4.
- an air-permeable support is arranged in the side cheeks 4 or channels are embedded, so that the body contact surface of the side cheeks 4 has a harmoniously distributed suction area, so that no punctual cooling occurs at the through-holes.
- the through holes 8 are arranged uniformly in both side cheeks.
- FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the vehicle seat according to the invention.
- the view corresponds to that in FIG. 1.
- the vehicle seat 1 is shown, of which only the backrest 2 can be seen here.
- ventilation holes 5 are provided, is blown through the air to the outside.
- the side walls 4 are areas for sucking the air provided.
- these through-holes 8 are provided.
- 17 further through-holes 18 are provided here in a backrest head region, through which air is sucked.
- FIG. 6 shows a perspective rear view of the back 2 in a particular embodiment.
- the fan 13 is designed as a radial fan and here preferably embedded in the foam or the pad.
- a suction cap 19 is attached. From this intake 19 flexible hoses 20 are executed. As a result, a suction-side supply of the fan 13 takes place exclusively via these hoses.
- the through holes 8 for the air intake in the side cheeks and possibly in the backrest head region are connected to one another on the foam rear side via a channel.
- pipe sections 21 are arranged between the through holes 8, which form the channel. This is taped with an air-impermeable nonwoven or Abdichtvlies 22.
- a connection to the fan is made via the flexible hose 20.
- a hose connection piece is attached to the channel, which is then connected to the flexible hose. Overall, this is a reliable and safe
