Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицинской технике и может быть использовано в кардиохирургии для замены пораженных естественных митральных и трикуспидальных клапанов сердца человека. Задачей предлагаемого изобретения является снижение рисков травмирования миокарда желудочков при имплантации протеза клапана сердца и снижение рисков травмирования пациента при реимплантации биологического протеза, повышение долговечности протеза клапана сердца. Снижение риска травмирования пациента достигается за счет уменьшения величины интерпозиции протеза в желудочке. Протез клапана сердца содержит стент (1), выполненный из металла, имеющий основание (2), обращенное к прямому потоку крови (I), вершину (3), обращенную к обратному потоку крови (II), запирающий элемент, в виде гибких лепестков (4), выполненных из ксеноперикарда, манжету (5), имеющую посадочную поверхность (6), контактирующую с сердечными тканями (III), и внешнюю поверхность (7), контактирующую с потоком крови (II). Протез снабжен кольцевой обоймой (8), основание (9) которой герметично соединено с основанием (2) стента (1), а часть внешней боковой поверхности (11) обоймы (8) по периметру герметично соединена с манжетой (5), при этом на внутренней боковой поверхности (10) обоймы (8) закреплены лепестки (4).
