Abstract

L'invention concerne un agent de formation d'organogel, destiné à former des micelles inverses de type ver, et une composition de gel épaississant consistant en : un agent de formation d'organogel qui offre une haute sécurité pour le corps et l'environnement, une facilité d'utilisation agréable et une aptitude à la gélification avantageuse ; et une composition de gel épaississant utilisant ledit agent de formation d'organogel. La lécithine et un acide carboxylique aliphatique comprenant 1 à 3 groupes carboxyle ou 0 à 2 groupes hydroxy agissent comme un agent de formation d'organogel destiné à la formation de micelles inverses de type ver de diverses huiles ; au moyen d'un système mixte à trois composants de la lécithine, de l'acide carboxylique et de diverses huiles, il est possible d'obtenir une composition de gel épaississant présentant une structure de micelle inverse de type ver.
