控制移动终端消息的方法、 系统及移动终端 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种控制移动终端消息的方法、 系统及移 动终端。 背景技术 现有技术中, 对手机业务控制大多存在运营商侧, 例如, 可以通过呼叫转移业务 对用户来电进行转移, 通过来电提醒、 来电宝等业务对未接来电进行提醒等, 可以看 出, 大多都是需要用户订购运营商的特定业务来实现的。 针对相关技术中上述至少之一的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种控制移动终端消息的方法、 系统及移动终端, 以至少解决相关 技术中用户需订购运营商的特定业务来进行待处理信息提醒的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种控制移动终端消息的方法, 其包括: 应用平 台接收由管理平台转发的移动终端的待处理消息, 其中, 上述待处理消息是由上述移 动终端发送给上述管理平台的; 上述应用平台对上述待处理消息中的待处理信息进行 展示。 优选地, 在上述应用平台接收由上述管理平台转发的上述移动终端的待处理消息 之前, 上述控制移动终端消息的方法还包括: 上述移动终端根据发送规则向上述管理 平台发送上述待处理消息, 其中, 上述发送规则包括以下至少之一: 用于指示需要发 送的待处理信息的类型信息、 用于指示发送上述需要发送的待处理信息的过滤条件。 优选地, 上述发送规则是在上述移动终端上直接设置的; 和 /或, 上述应用平台将设置的 上述发送规则发送给上述移动终端, 即可以根据不同应用场景选择不同的方式来设置 上述发送规则, 可以在上述移动终端上直接设置上述发送规则, 也可以通过上述应用 平台来设置上述发送规则, 从上述应用平台的应用展示界面上进行设置操作, 应用平 台将设置的发送规则通过上述管理平台发送给上述移动终端, 该移动终端根据接收的 发送规则进行设置。 为了提高信息的安全性, 在本优选实施例中, 在应用平台接收由管理平台转发的 移动终端的待处理消息之前, 上述控制移动终端消息的方法还包括: 上述管理平台对 上述待处理消息进行格式校验, 并对上述移动终端进行签约关系鉴权; 在对上述待处 理消息进行格式校验通过, 且对上述移动终端进行签约关系鉴权通过的情况下, 上述 管理平台根据上述移动终端的签约关系将上述待处理消息转发给上述应用平台。 即在 上述待处理消息通过格式校验, 且上述移动终端通过签约关系鉴权后, 再将上述待处 理消息发送给上述应用平台, 以提高信息安全性。 为了正确地展示上述待处理信息, 在本优选实施例中, 上述应用平台对上述待处 理信息进行展示包括: 上述应用平台对上述待处理消息进行使用权限鉴权, 其中, 该 使用权限用于指示上述待处理消息中的待处理信息是否允许在上述应用平台上进行展 示; 对上述待处理消息进行使用权限鉴权通过的情况下, 上述应用平台对上述待处理 信息进行展示。 即在鉴权通过后, 确定上述待处理信息可以展示后, 再对上述待处理 信息进行展示。 为了提高用户对上述待处理信息的操作灵活性, 在本优选实施例中, 在上述应用 平台对上述待处理信息进行展示之后, 上述控制移动终端消息的方法还包括: 上述应 用平台向上述管理平台发送上述待处理信息的回复消息, 其中, 该回复消息包括: 上 述待处理信息的回复信息、 上述移动终端的标识、 上述待处理信息的来源标识; 上述 管理平台对回复消息进行鉴权通过的情况下, 根据回复消息中携带的转发标识将回复 消息发送给待处理信息的来源设备, 或者将回复消息转发给上述移动终端, 由上述移 动终端将回复消息发送给待处理信息的来源设备。 即用户可以通过上述管理平台对上 述待处理信息进行处理, 并通过上述管理平台直接将处理后的回复消息发送给上述待 处理信息的来源设备, 也可以通过上述管理平台对上述待处理信息进行处理, 上述管 理平台将处理后的回复消息转发给上述移动终端, 由该移动终端自动将接收到的回复 消息发送给上述待处理信息的来源设备。 为了满足不同用户的应用需求, 提高实用性, 在本优选实施例中, 上述待处理信 息可以包括以下至少之一: 待处理的短信、 未接电话、 待处理的 QQ信息、 待处理的 网站服务 (Microsoft Network简称为 MSN) 信息等信息。 在本优选实施例中, 提供了一种优选的移动终端, 如图 2所示, 该移动终端包括: 获取模块 202, 设置为获取移动终端的待处理信息, 并生成待处理消息, 其中, 该待 处理消息包括上述待处理信息; 第一发送模块 204, 连接至获取模块 202, 设置为向管 理平台发送上述待处理消息, 通过上述管理平台将上述待处理消息转发给应用平台, 该应用平台对上述待处理信息进行展示。 在上述优选实施例中, 通过获取模块 202将该移动终端上的待处理信息生成待处 理消息, 第一发送模块 204将上述待处理消息发送给管理平台, 并通过该管理平台将 上述待处理消息转发给应用平台, 该应用平台对上述待处理消息中的待处理信息进行 展示, 以实现无需用户订购运营商的特定业务来进行待处理信息的提醒, 从而提高了 对移动终端消息控制的灵活性, 同时, 由应用平台对上述待处理消息中的待处理信息 进行展示, 以通知用户上述待处理信息, 因此, 即使移动终端不在身边, 也可以实现 上述待处理信息的提醒, 从而提高了对移动终端消息控制的易用性, 提高了用户对上 述待处理信息的感知度。 为了满足不同应用场景的需求, 提高设置上述发送规则的灵活性, 在本优选实施 例中, 如图 3所示, 上述移动终端还包括: 第一设置模块 206, 设置为设置上述发送 规则。 为了提高用户对上述待处理信息的操作灵活性,在本优选实施例中, 如图 3所示, 上述移动终端还包括: 接收模块 208, 设置为接收管理平台转发的上述待处理信息的 回复消息, 其中, 该回复消息是应用平台发送的, 该回复消息包括: 上述待处理信息 的回复信息、 上述移动终端的标识、 上述待处理信息的来源标识; 第一转发模块 210, 连接至接收模块 208, 设置为将上述回复消息转发给上述待处理信息的来源设备。 在本优选实施例中, 提供了一种优选的控制移动终端消息的系统, 如图 4所示, 该控制移动终端消息的系统包括: 上述移动终端 402; 管理平台 404, 连接至移动终端 402, 设置为将所述移动终端发送的待处理消息转发给应用平台; 应用平台 406, 连接 至管理平台 404, 设置为接收所述待处理消息, 并对所述待处理消息中的待处理信息 进行展示。 在上述优选实施例中, 通过移动终端 402将该移动终端 402上的待处理信息生成 待处理消息发送给管理平台 404, 并通过该管理平台 404将上述待处理消息转发给应 用平台 406, 该应用平台 406对上述待处理消息中的待处理信息进行展示, 以实现无 需用户订购运营商的特定业务来进行待处理信息的提醒, 从而提高了对移动终端消息 控制的灵活性, 同时, 由应用平台对上述待处理消息中的待处理信息进行展示, 以通 知用户上述待处理信息, 因此, 即使移动终端不在身边, 也可以实现上述待处理信息 的提醒, 从而提高了对移动终端消息控制的易用性, 提高了用户对上述待处理信息的 感知度。 为了满足不同应用场景的需求, 提高设置上述发送规则的灵活性, 在本优选实施 例中, 如图 5所示, 上述应用平台包括: 第二设置模块 4062, 设置为设置上述发送规 贝 |J, 并将设置的上述发送规则发送给上述移动终端。 为了正确地展示上述待处理信息, 在本优选实施例中, 如图 5所示, 上述应用平 台 406还包括: 第一鉴权模块 4064, 设置为对上述待处理消息进行使用权限鉴权, 其 中, 该使用权限用于指示上述待处理消息中的待处理信息是否允许在上述应用平台上 进行展示; 展示模块 4066, 连接至第一鉴权模块 4064, 设置为对上述待处理消息进行 使用权限鉴权通过的情况下, 上述应用平台对上述待处理信息进行展示。 为了提高用户对上述待处理信息的操作灵活性,在本优选实施例中, 如图 5所示, 上述应用平台 406还包括: 第二发送模块 4068, 设置为向上述管理平台发送上述待处 理信息的回复消息, 其中, 该回复消息包括: 上述待处理信息的回复信息、 上述移动 终端的标识、 上述待处理信息的来源标识。 为了提高信息的安全性, 在本优选实施例中, 如图 6所示, 上述管理平台 404包 括: 第二鉴权模块 4042, 设置为对上述待处理消息进行格式校验, 并对上述移动终端 进行签约关系鉴权; 第二转发模块 4044, 连接至第二鉴权模块 4042, 设置为在对上述 待处理消息进行格式校验通过, 且对上述移动终端进行签约关系鉴权通过的情况下, 上述管理平台根据上述移动终端的签约关系将上述待处理消息转发给上述应用平台。 为了提高用户对上述待处理信息的操作灵活性, 在本优选实施例中, 上述第二转 发模块 4044, 还设置为对上述待处理信息的回复消息进行鉴权通过的情况下, 根据回 复消息中携带的转发标识将回复消息发送给待处理信息的来源设备, 或者将回复消息 转发给上述移动终端, 由上述移动终端将回复消息发送给待处理信息的来源设备。 以下结合附图对上述各个优选实施例进行详细地描述。 在本优选实施例中, 上述移动终端以智能手机为例, 图 7是根据本发明实施例的 又一种控制移动终端消息的系统的结构框图, 如图 7所示, 该控制移动终端消息的系 统包括: 移动终端 702, 该移动终端 702中包括未接信息检测单元, 设置为接收并处 理用户的未接来电信息、 短信、 以及 MSN信息等, 该未接信息检测单元的功能可 以通过软件来实现, 例如, 通过某软件可以提取手机的未读短信消息、 未接电话信息、 QQ、 MSN等消息内容以及消息来源, 如手机号、 QQ号、 MSN号等, 该软件还可以 根据设定方式(相当于上述发送规则),将消息以一定的格式进行透传到特定的管理平 台。 管理平台 704, 设置为应用、 终端接入, 进行终端管理, 应用管理, 进行终端和 应用之间的数据透传。 应用平台 706, 该应用平台 706可以包括: 鉴权模块 7062 (相 当于第一鉴权模块 4064), 设置为根据设定的过滤条件对终端和应用之间的消息进行 鉴权, 后台处理模块 7064, 设置为接收管理平台发送过来的用户未接信息, 处理后发 送至未接信息展示模块, 未接信息展示模块 7066 (相当于上述展示模块 4066), 设置 为展示后台处理模块处理后的信息。 通过控制移动终端消息的系统, 让用户可以不订购运营商的某些业务, 对手机的 某些信息进行控制, 即使在未随身携带手机的情况下, 依然可以接收短信、 知道未接 电话, 可以和手机上的聊天工具, 比如, QQ, MSN用户等进行交流。 但是, 为了灵 活地对上述待处理的信息进行发送, 手机可以首先设定对待处理的短信、 未接来电、 QQ MSN消息等消息的发送规则, 该发送规则指示对于哪些消息需要进行转发, 以 及转发的过滤条件等; 设定该发送规则有两种方式, 方式一, 用户在手机软件上设定; 方式二, 用户通过应用平台的展示界面 (如 web页面) 进行设定。 对于通过应用平台 的展示界面来设置上述发送规则, 可以通过以下步骤来实现:
S1 : 用户在应用展示界面操作, 设定转发原则, 并提交设定的转发原则。
S2: 应用平台进行消息鉴权, 确定是否允许用户使用将待处理信息发送至应用平 台的功能。
S3: 应用后台对鉴权消息处理、 打包、 转换成满足管理平台的消息格式。
S4: 管理平台收到应用平台发的上述鉴权消息, 进行签约关系等鉴权, 并提取鉴 权消息中的移动终端的标识信息,如发给哪个用户等,满足条件则透传,转至步骤 S5。
S5 : 手机终端收到管理平台发送的自动转发消息, 并对自动转发消息进行解析, 根据指令, 进行自动转发设定。 图 8是根据本发明实施例的使用控制移动终端消息的方法对用户短消息及未接电 话进行控制的流程图, 如图 8所示, 该流程可以包括如下步骤: 步骤 S802: 手机终端收到短信 (包括飞信)、 未接来电, 手机终端中的软件对短 信(包括飞信)、 未接来电进行处理、 打包成待处理消息, 该待处理消息包括: 手机终 端号码 +来源手机号 +内容 (短信内容或者未接来电), 将待处理消息数据透传到管理 平台。 步骤 S804: 管理平台对待处理消息进行消息格式校验以及签约关系鉴权, 根据签 约关系, 将数据透传到相应的应用平台。 步骤 S806: 应用平台的应用后台对管理平台发送的待处理消息进行解析、 消息格 式的转换, 发送至应用平台的鉴权模块 (相当于上述第一鉴权模块 4064)。 步骤 S808: 鉴权模块对接收到的消息进行内部签约关系、 使用权限等鉴权, 并将 鉴权通过后的消息内容送至用户展示模块 (相当于上述展示模块 4066)。 步骤 S810: 用户 (用户 A)可以在应用平台的展示界面上直接进行短信回复, 根 据管理平台是否有发送短信的能力, 用户可以选择直接通过管理平台转发, 如果没有 短信发送能力, 则还是通过手机进行短信应答; 例如: 对于回复内容, 经鉴权模块、 消息处理模块, 将消息转发给管理平台; 管理平台根据此短信的转发标识将回复消息 转发给上述短信的来源手机或上述手机终端, 如果是管理平台转发, 则通过管理平台 鉴权通过后, 直接发送(发送消息中包含手机终端手机号); 否则, 回复消息被管理平 台鉴权后, 转发至手机终端, 手机终端软件进行消息处理, 然后自动将消息发送。 在本优选实施例中, 以以下应用场景为例, 用户的手机登陆了 QQ MSN等聊天 工具, 但是用户手机不能带在身边或者未带在身边, 且用户所在网络不支持这些聊天 工具登陆, 但不限于该应用场景, 图 9是根据本发明实施例的使用控制移动终端消息 的方法对用户手机 QQ/MSN消息进行控制的流程图, 如图 9所示, 该流程可以包括如 下步骤: 步骤 S902: 手机终端收到 或者 MSN聊天内容, 手机终端中的软件对 或 者 MSN聊天内容进行处理, 按照时间顺序进行打包生成待处理消息, 该待处理消息 包括: 手机终端号码 +来源 号 /MSN号 +内容, 将待处理消息数据透传到管理平台。 步骤 S904: 管理平台对待处理消息进行消息格式校验以及签约关系鉴权, 根据签 约关系, 将数据透传到相应的应用平台。 步骤 S906: 应用平台的应用后台对管理平台发送的待处理消息进行解析、 消息格 式的转换, 发送至应用平台的鉴权模块 (相当于上述第一鉴权模块 4064)。 步骤 S908: 鉴权模块对接收到的消息进行内部签约关系、 使用权限等鉴权, 并将 鉴权通过后的消息内容送至用户展示模块 (相当于上述展示模块 4066)。 步骤 S910: 用户回复内容, 经过鉴权模块, 消息处理模块进行回复消息处理, 将 回复消息发送给管理平台。 步骤 S912: 管理平台进行回复消息格式、 签约关系鉴权等, 将数据透传给手机终 Wo 步骤 S914 : 手机终端将回复信息提取、 格式化, 可以按照时间顺序自动回复 QQ/MSN。 在上述优选实施例中, 不需要用户直接在用户手机界面处理未接消息, 使用户手 机未携带时的未接消息 (待处理信息) 可以快速被用户获取, 且用户通过应用界面即 可对消息进行回复, 提高了用户体验。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 上述优选实施例实现了如下技术效果: 上述移动终 端将该移动终端上的待处理信息生成待处理消息发送给管理平台, 并通过该管理平台 将上述待处理消息转发给应用平台, 该应用平台对上述待处理消息中的待处理信息进 行展示, 以实现无需用户订购运营商的特定业务来进行待处理信息的提醒, 从而提高 了对移动终端消息控制的灵活性, 同时, 由应用平台对上述待处理消息中的待处理信 息进行展示, 以通知用户上述待处理信息, 因此, 即使移动终端不在身边, 也可以实 现上述待处理信息的提醒, 从而提高了对移动终端消息控制的易用性, 提高了用户对 上述待处理信息的感知度。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种控制移动终端消息的方法, 包括:
应用平台接收由管理平台转发的移动终端的待处理消息, 其中, 所述待处 理消息是由所述移动终端发送给所述管理平台的;
所述应用平台对所述待处理消息中的待处理信息进行展示。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述应用平台接收由所述管理平台转发 的所述移动终端的待处理消息之前, 还包括:
所述移动终端根据发送规则向所述管理平台发送所述待处理消息, 其中, 所述发送规则包括以下至少之一:用于指示需要发送的待处理信息的类型信息、 用于指示发送所述需要发送的待处理信息的过滤条件。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述发送规则是在所述移动终端上直接设 置的; 和 /或, 所述应用平台将设置的所述发送规则发送给所述移动终端。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述应用平台将设置的所述发送规则发送 给所述移动终端包括:
所述应用平台向所述管理平台发送鉴权消息和所述发送规则, 其中, 所述 鉴权消息携带有所述移动终端的标识;
所述管理平台对所述移动终端进行签约关系鉴权通过的情况下, 根据所述 移动终端的标识将所述发送规则发送给所述移动终端。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述应用平台接收由所述管理平台转发 的移动终端的所述待处理消息之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述管理平台对所述待处理消息进行格式校验, 并对所述移动终端进行签 约关系鉴权;
在对所述待处理消息进行格式校验通过, 且对所述移动终端进行签约关系 鉴权通过的情况下, 所述管理平台根据所述移动终端的签约关系将所述待处理 消息转发给所述应用平台。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述应用平台对所述待处理信息进行展示 包括: 所述应用平台对所述待处理消息进行使用权限鉴权, 其中, 所述使用权限 用于指示所述待处理消息中的待处理信息是否允许在所述应用平台上进行展 示;
对所述待处理消息进行使用权限鉴权通过的情况下, 所述应用平台对所述 待处理信息进行展示。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述应用平台对所述待处理信息 进行展示之后, 还包括:
所述应用平台向所述管理平台发送所述待处理信息的回复消息, 其中, 所 述回复消息包括: 所述待处理信息的回复信息、 所述移动终端的标识、 所述待 处理信息的来源标识;
所述管理平台对所述回复消息进行鉴权通过的情况下, 根据所述回复消息 中携带的转发标识将所述回复消息发送给所述待处理信息的来源设备, 或者将 所述回复消息转发给所述移动终端, 由所述移动终端将所述回复消息发送给所 述待处理信息的来源设备。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述待处理信息包括以下至少之一: 待处 理短信、 未接电话、 待处理的 QQ信息、 待处理的 MSN信息。
9. 一种移动终端, 包括: 获取模块, 设置为获取移动终端的待处理信息, 并生成待处理消息, 其中, 所述待处理消息包括所述待处理信息;
第一发送模块, 设置为向管理平台发送所述待处理消息, 通过所述管理平 台将所述待处理消息转发给应用平台, 所述应用平台对所述待处理信息进行展 示。
10. 一种控制移动终端消息的系统, 包括: 权利要求 9所述的移动终端; 管理平台, 设置为将所述移动终端发送的待处理消息转发给应用平台; 所述应用平台, 设 置为接收所述待处理消息, 并对所述待处理消息中的待处理信息进行展示。
